stayed with family for 1 night (From Dt:-10th to 11th November) Room no’s :-206 &211.My room 211 Washroom maintenance was very poor,Water pressure very low & NO HOT WATER!! Star hotel sent hot water bucket after 1 hour!! Poor Hospitality. Hotel staff doesn’t pickup intercom call on Front Desk, Reception & Housekeeping!!! Repeated efforts to call (morning time) were futile. Finally a plumber was sent to my room :-211 but could not fix the issue. (1) Spout & shower not functioning appropriately (2) Water pressure in Wash basin & Shower area was very poor & water pressure would abruptly reduce & increase!!! (3) No hot water in the bathroom!!!!! When I tried to contact your staff on Hotel intercom at 6:45AM , 7AM & 7:10AM , nobody picked-up my calls on Reception, Front Desk & Housekeeping extension numbers ???? Finally after more than one hour time waste , one bucket of hot water was sent to my room. This was very disappointing & spoilt our holiday schedule & my family’s mood. Finally at the time of checkout , I met the hotel staff at Reception (time:-9:20AM) to settle our final bill & told him to give me compliant /Feedback form to report the issues. To my surprise he said he doesn’t have this document at the reception??? Very poor hospitality standards for a star hotel!!! We would never visit this hotel again & would never ever recommend anyone to visit your hotel.

Date of stay - 10th december 2018 Room no. 107 Number of persons: 2 - kunal and my wife Folding shower seat in the bathroom was defective and when i sat on it, it gave way causing me injury on my back. When i brought this to the notice of the hotel ***ager mr hitendra mehta he refused to recognise this product and service deficiency and on the contrary threatened me that they will keep me and my wife under detention at the hotel if i do not pay rs15000 as damages for the seat. I was forced to go to an atm and withdraw rs 15000 and pay them the money at the time of check out. They gave me a receipt(receipt number 546) for this amount on the 11th of december at the time of check out showing the amount as avance / deposit. I have been following up with the ***ager through mail and phone calls to return this amount to me as i relaised later that they had duped me and taken this amount under coercion and threat. I want this amount to be refunded ***** with co****sation for causing me mental harrasment and personal insult.

Thank you🙏 Only concern I had was that the kitchen was mix for veg and non veg. I would suggest to have s seperate kitchens for both. Otherwise it was a great experience at hotel Oaktree. This is the first time I had a very bad experience in platinum hotel,Rooms are good Hotel people are also good but the restaurant is very bad taste less food and worst service and worst staff including Restaurant ***ager Zero Services and after booking MAP the restaurant people thinking that you as a beggar and you got dinner in donations,nobody is there to serve you water up to 45 minutes and nobody cares for you.My suggestion to everyone stay in platinum hotel is good but never go for MAP plan also there is a nice Gujarati restaurant at the next door who serves a good quality and Tasty foods.My experience today is the worst and killing my holidays Mood.
