The room categories include - Standard, Standard+, Junior Suite, Two-Room and Duplex. The Standard room has spacious double-bed or two separate beds, shower cubicle, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet access. Выбирали тихое романтическое место, чтобы остановиться на две ночи в Калининграде во время свадебного путешествия. Впечатления, честно говоря, остались не очень. Из плюсов: завтраки (обычные, хватит, чтобы наесться), вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, который реагирует на все просьбы, и очень красивый вид из окна - на Верхнее озеро. В целом - это всё. Мы очень старались проводить как можно больше времени вне гостиницы, уходить пораньше и приходить попозже. Место очень уставшее, с неприятными запахами, явно требует хорошего ремонта. Когда-то, в лучшие времена, наверное, эта вилла была действительно ”гламурной”, но не сейчас. Мы выбрали номер ”Романтический”, с джакузи. Оказался ужасно неуютным, уставшим, грязным. Ощущение, что в нем останавливаются только мужчины, желающие развлечься в компании платных девиц, и в гостинице совсем не хотят это хоть немного завуалировать. Душ узкий, грязный, отсутствовал запах чистоты или хлорки, страшно чем-нибудь заразиться. Все стены душевой в грязном налёте, который легко можно убрать пальцем, а пройдись уборщица губкой со средством - и наше впечатление уже улучшилось бы. Напор воды слабый. Бегали чешуйницы. Ковёр в комнате - в крошках, кровать заправляли как попало - просто кинув сверху покрывало, матрас мягкий, но как будто маловат, периодически ночью проваливались в щель между ним и кроватью. Балкон большой, с чудесным видом, но грязный. Кто-то до нас оставил там влажную салфетку в грязи, так она и осталась лежать после нашего отъезда. Джакузи в номере тоже просит о чистоте. Решили попробовать помыться в ней, но перед этим я взяла влажные салфетки. Провела салфеткой один раз - на ней остались жёсткие курчавые волосы понятного происхождения. Позвонила на ресепшн, попросила почистить ванну. На просьбу отреагировали сразу, очень вежливо. Уборщица не заставила себя ждать. Однако с собой у неё были одна тряпочка и пара перчаток. Никаких средств. Понятно, желание принять теплую ванну после насыщенного дня совсем пропало. В ресторане за завтраком не хватало официантов, одного человека явно было мало. Очень хочется вернуться в Калининград, но точно не в этот отель! Можно было бы поставить и ниже оценку, но персонал немного сгладил впечатление.

Отель весьма неплох. Расположен он не в центре, по меркам Калининграда, вероятно, ближе к окраине, но во-первых, до центра можно дойти пешком небыстрым шагом за полчаса, а, во-вторых, расположение очень удобное с точки зрения выезда в аэропорт. Рядом магазины, в том числе сувенирные, и аптеки. Огромный плюс - вид на пруд. Те же самые пешие полчаса по набережной - и ты в парке развлечений. Есть партнерские бонусы для клиентов, в том числе в спа. Номер у нас был вполне стандартный для отелей этого класса, со всем необходимым. Белье чистое, регулярно меняется; уборка каждый день, и не для галочки, а добросовестно. Ночью у меня пошла носом кровь, и тут же наволочку поменяли. Также очень порадовало то, что горничные обращают внимание на просьбы не беспокоить. Чай и сахар возобновляются регулярно. Душ чистый, без грязи по углам и ржавчины. Полотенца чистые, без пятен и ободранных краев. Сам душ чистый, напор хороший. Еще в копилку плюсов: на полу ковролин, но даже у меня, аллергика, не было проблем. С ресепшеном также проблем не было. Что касается ресторана: еда вкусная, есть доставка в номера. При нас там отмечали свадьбу, что, с моей точки зрения, служит показателем качества кухни. Завтраки с 7 до 10 утра, еды много, возобновляется регулярно. Достаточно разнообразно, причем не только в плане выбора блюд, а и в том, что ото дня ко дню что-то меняется. Персонал вежливый, аккуратный, посуда чистая. Жареная скумбрия (это же была скумбрия?) из меню очень вкусная. Удобно, что в холле есть стенды с сувенирами, и цена не задрана в десять раз, как это часто бывает в отелях. На что хочу обратить внимания (не из желания сказать гадость): 1) фен. Работает исправно, но высушить длинные волосы им проблемно. 2) лейка душа закреплена на высоте, вынуждающей человека небольшого роста вставать на цыпочки. Возможности её закрепить ниже нет. Возможно, в семейных номерах такой проблемы нет, но пожалейте нас, карликов 165 см ростом))) Последнее - внутренние рамы на окнах грязные. Окна у нас выходили на пруд и стоматологию, не на дорогу, так что это нельзя объяснить интенсивным движением. Прошу не обижаться на эти замечания, они действительно написаны из самых лучших побуждений. В целом, повторюсь, отель хороший.

There is an ultra-authentic American steak restaurant on the first floor. Of the downsides for me: 1. When settled (and it was almost 21 hours) no one offered us to meet the hotel and to carry (or at least point) to the room. The girl on the respiratory apparently already tired for the day. 2. The room provides a kitchen. But the cooker does not work and there is no microwave. Of course I didn't plan to cook, but I would like to heat the baby food, because the family room is. 3. There is a minimum dish in the kitchen (thank you), but there is no means to wash it. Well, you can put a gel for dishes, sponges and towels. The next day after cleaning the room, no water left and no bar was filled. 4. Dining at Veranda restaurant. The restaurant works until 23. We ordered in the kitchen, but then as in the fairy tale ”Cinderella”: exactly at 23:00 our waiter disappeared, in the direct sense of this word. We waited 10 minutes to get someone. As a result, minutes after 15 we had calculated another waiter. 5. The child had a temperature rise by midnight. Naturally there were no medicines with him. I wanted to get help again on the respiratory. Ask the degreeman and any heat-reducing - said nothing. Well, seriously? At least there should be a pharmacy for the staff. After all, there must be a desire to help guests. Help! Did you point out how to get to the pharmacy. 6. The room was dusty, sleeping with open balcony doors. On Saturday night to Sunday at 2:30, we jumped out of beds without understanding what was going on. Thunder stood incredible. Running in the room they realized that the sound was from the street. They went out to the balcony and the car came down to pick up the garbage! People! On the third night! Are you in your mind??? 7. And change the pillows, It is not possible to sleep on these) Here is the impression of the hotel. The wrap is beautiful and the staff should work.

The hotel is located rather outside the center (still well accessible both by car and public transport). On the outside it looks rather like a youth hostel in an apartment block, but inside it is a regular hotel. Simple, yes, but clean, with spacious rooms (I booked a standard room but it seems), clean and comfortable (the bed was rather soft). Service was good, no problems with late night check-in. Parking available on the side of the hotel. It seems that the establishment caters to groups of students, sport teams, etc., but at no time there was any nuisance, noise or inconvenience. The hotel, while simple, still gets an excellent notice, especially that the price was very convenient, in particular in exchange for what it offers for such a v e r y reasonable amount of money. The hotel offers breakfast for an additional small charge, but we had no occasion to try it.

This charming boutique hotel is located in a nicely restored historical area of Kaliningrad. Me and my wife stayed there in January for six nights. A true gem! High international standards of hospitality industry - clean rooms, comfy beds, big windows, good sound insulation. They even have a stylish elevator though there're only three storeys there and they offer a parking in the courtyard for at least six vehicles. Breakfast must specifically be noted. Copious, diversified, tasty, with either omelette or fried eggs in addition - at first request. Bravo! They seem to arrange an open-air terrace behind the building during a warm season too. There were deficiencies, however, of course - who's not without a sin? Some small things were not always replenished, from cotton swabs to shoe cleaning cloth. One had to remind receptionists about that but their reaction was invariably immediate and positive so those small trifles did not spoil our impression at all. Their restaurant is city-famous for its food but to know my opinion please read my separate review. Strongly recommended. Do mind though that it's not centrally located. Sic! Avoid their room # 4 - the smallest.

Понравилось, что гостиница содержится и поддерживается в хорошем состоянии. Оценил качественный, правильной твердости матрас, хорошее постельное белье, подушки (меню подушек!), полотенца, халаты. Туристу понравится, что в номере чайник и пакетики с чаем, кофе. Сейф, сантехника, элнетрооборудование работают, как положено. В номере -- не душевая кабина, а ванна. В мое пребывание (октябрь) в гостинице было спокойно и тихо. Убедительный пример, что хорошее сочетание цена/качество - возможно и в наше время.
