el hotel es muy antiguo hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, la ubicación es excelente pero a veces es imposible poder dormir con tanto ruido que hay externo. la puerta del balcón en malas condiciones , no cerraba y, todo se escucha de una habitación a otra. los colchones de las camas bien, la presión del agua muy buena, las toallas de baño como la ropa de cama baño muy viejo. Es un hotel con mucho que desear . The hotel is very old, the maintenance is needed in the rooms, the location is excellent but sometimes it is impossible to sleep because of the extreme noises from the outside. The balcony door is in poor condition, it doesn’t close well everything can be heard from a room to another. The mattresses beds are good, the water pressure is very good, the bath towels and the bedding are very used and needs to be replaced. It is a hotel with much to be desired.

The location of the hotel is very good, and this hotel was the venue when the 007 movie was filmed. The hotel itself is a historical building, and the entire hotel lobby looks very luxurious. There is a cafe downstairs that is full of people every day, and its location is really unique, just next to Constitution Square. It is very convenient to visit various places on foot, and there are many policemen around it, which is very safe. The terrace restaurant on the top floor is also very cozy.

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

The hotel in Mexico City is cleaner and more comfortable than in Cancun. They are both Hilton hotels, but the difference is huge. We brought a lot of luggage 🧳, and our car was parked opposite the hotel. The hotel staff went directly to the opposite side of the hotel entrance to help us move our suitcases and delivered them to the room. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and had a very good attitude.

It is very close to any tourist attractions and convenient for taxis. There is a pharmacy, hamburger shop and supermarket opposite the hotel, where you can buy any product you want. The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉) 2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street... And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for ”private events” in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!

The hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.
