This hotel is nice on the outside but dont be fooled by the outside appearance we were treated with disrespect and overlooked on our appearance and they have ignored complaints still 3 months on. Dont be fooled. The city is lovely and worth the visit but stay away from this hotel . Upon complaining they had a big front saying they would do anything to regain our loyalty only to be ignored for 3 months. The way they have dealt with our cause is absolutely inconsiderate and it has led me to write this review. The rooms are not 4 star rooms like it states. They didnt clean the rooms very well we took pictures of dirt before we left and it was still there when we came back I had to go and take toilet roll from a room service trolley because they didnt top it up the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and lampshades broke. Request for things left unanswered. It almost felt like we were put in to a room that was out of the way of the 'upper class' guests which was complete unfair considering we paid the same amount of money for it. This is not a nice place with unfriendly people.

When we arrived for our four night stay, I wasn't sure how things would work out. The decor was a bit odd and our room wasn't ready. Staff were polite however and gave us some water while we waited. A few minutes later, someone showed us to our room. We'd booked a Junior Suite which exceeded all of our expectations. There was a large central room with a sofa/bed (almost like a day bed), a TV, and a bar area where we made many Nespressos. The bar was stocked with waters and some local beer. There was a separate room with a large king bed. This bed was AMAZING. The room also had the largest closet I've ever seen in Europe. You could walk in, store your bags, put some items in drawers or on hangers, dump your junk every night, etc. It was HUGE. Finally, the bathroom was blissful. Huge, marble, gorgeous, wonderful toiletries. The room was generally quiet. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard and we didn't hear much from other guests. The location of the hotel is perfect. Be sure to cross the street into the park and eat at the little breakfast/lunch cottage in the park. Louise is right next to trams and the subway, but overall Brussels is very walkable. There are grocery stores just steps from the hotel. I'd like to give a con but there really isn't one. Staff weren't necessarily gregariously friendly but they were helpful and polite. We will definitely stay here again in Brussels!

Nice, clean & sparkling reception area, staff very helpful & polite. Room was very clean, massive bed, good AC & bathroom. Breakfast was good, so much to chose from. You were given a tray to collect what you want from the buffet, everything was wrapped individually, Full English breakfast was provided in lidded mason jars, scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato, mushrooms etc. kept warm on a hot plate, we ordered fried eggs & they were brought out, when ready, by a waiter. Staff cleared up straight after guests left. Restaurant manager was going around offering small cakes & macaroons to guests, we found it a nice touch, he was very friendly & told us to take as many as we wanted. You could see there had been a lot of work behind the scenes, wrapping, separating & presenting, it just worked well. Sanitizer was dotted around, masks worn, covid taken very seriously in this hotel. I would definitely stay here next time, although the €30 per night for parking was a bit steep, we had a good deal on the hotel, so evened it out.

This was a short stay of 5 nights, first time at this hotel, one of numerous visits in one of my favourite destinations. My review will be about the room, the location and the service: The Room Rooms in this hotel are very nice, spacious for two people. Well equipped, nicely furnished. Beds were on the hard side, but fine. Room seemed clean and well maintained. The bathroom, while small, was fine by me, with all you expect or need. The Location Don't get turned off by looking at the map - in reality, walking to the Avenue Louise is much closer than it seems. In the vicinity of the hotel you have an abundance of choices for dining - be it Italian, Burgers, fast food, cafe.. you name it. Metro station and Tram are very close, walking to the city centre is not a problem at all. You can easily walk to the Grand Sablon square, with it's wonderful shops (especially Wittamer.. ), to the Mont des Art where you'll find a collective of art museums, including Musee Magritte. The Service Service in this hotel was superb! In my opinion, the real treasure of this establishment are the staff. You can get a more central and chic location, or a fancier room.. but the people we've encountered at the front desk were all exceptional. If we needed answers or just had an occasional chat, they were always very friendly and smiling. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the lovely staff for a lovely stay, I'm pretty sure I'll see them again.

We had a short stay in Steigenberger BRUSSELS. Arrival was perfect and reception staff very good. The classic room is getting outdated but still very comfortable. Breakfast Buffet provided all you need with again a top service minded staff. I give only 4 star because of little bit outdated room but especially because we had problem with a big fashion party in the ballroom under our room 150. When we arrived at midnight there was a note that we could change rooms as the party would end at 2 am. Since we were tired we did not change. Anyway, in the morning staff was well aware of this mistake and compensated this noice proble with a free breakfast and upgrade during next stay (still to be confirmed by mail). Also here, the staff was really top friendly and helpful. Final conclusion : very nice hotel with a very professional staff.

I was in the green room at the top of La Maison Haute. Comfortable bed with crisp white linens and nice towels - always good to have! The room is spacious and has all amenities. I found the lighting in the room interesting but a bit unsuitable for working/reading but used the lounge area instead so it wasnt a problem. Breakfast in the small white dining room feels cosy and products are good quality - fresh orange juice, coffee, tasty bread, lovely jams and because I'm vegan Sebastian served some sweet tomatoes and cucumber with olive oil and pepper, which was delicious. I loved going through the soap shop too - the aroma of the soaps wafts up to the rooms. The BnB was easy to find and flexible with check in. The area itself is full of independent and arty shops and is well positioned to walk to many places in the City. Highly recommended if staying in Brussels.

Overall, my stay here in September 2019 was excellent. Customer service was great and the interior of hotel was nice. My room was a bit larger than expected, but it was nice. It did have some scuff marks and chipped paint, it was nothing to throw a hissy fit over. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Standard continental fare, but it was good enough to get me going for the day. Plus the free apples in the lobby were a great snack to have when exploring the town. The only issue I really head was the lighting on my floor. It was really dark when exiting the elevator and very hard to see keyhole for door. Also, elevator is very tiny, so if you have large bags, expect to carry them up the stairs.

This hotel is superb, the receptionist is polite, the English communication is smooth, the room is large, the bathroom and the bathroom are independent. Separate shower and bathtub There is also a separate double electric sauna. The location is OK, we took a taxi from Brussels MIDI train station here, 9.2 euros €, and walk for 20 minutes. Walk to the Louise Metro for 5 minutes. The downtown area of Brussels is small, the main attractions are concentrated around the Grand Place, we are walking along the way, slowly enjoying the scenery. There is a small Carrefour supermarket not far from the left and right sides of the hotel. It’s convenient to buy something, but it’s closed at eight in the evening. #房清洁# #fully equipped#

We stayed here in August for our 10 year anniversary trip. I had contacted the hotel prior to booking to confirm that we would have the top floor “penthouse”. Upon arriving there was no recognition for our anniversary but they also said they didn’t have in the notes we wanted that room. Ok fine we waited and they threw the room together. It’s about as basic as can be and we paid extra for it? Floor and room was dirty, towels weren’t replaced daily, I used a shower cap and they didn’t leave a new one and I posted a photo of the disgusting stain by the head of our bed. When I went to get the front desk I pointed out a couple other unclean items and was told the cleaning person came every other day... this was night 3 so even every other day they would’ve come at least once. The phone didn’t work to call downstairs so I had to walk downstairs to get the person to change our sheets. The staff acted like we were putting them out every time we asked for ice and for the first 2 days gave us a cup of ice for 2 people until I finally got one to give us a bucket. The worst part was that it was so warm in the room bc of the subpar AC we wanted to leave the balcony door open but the hotel website doesn’t tell you that the balcony’s on the top floor connect to the neighbors! So the person next door could literally walk over and into your room if they wanted to. Took away from our romantic evening watching the sun go down. And lastly I asked the night before we left if we would be able to get a metered taxi to the airport in the morning or if we should uber as uber said it would only be about $25. The front desk said they’ll call us a taxi it’s only a few miles like 20 minutes. The next morning I confirmed again that I was getting a metered taxi and they called one for us. As soon as we got to the airport the driver said $50 cash only. I told him we didn’t have $50 on us we were told it was metered. I think this is a scam as I read someone else’s review stating they were told it was metered only to have to go into the airport to an ATM when asked for more than the front desk told them. If the people at the hotel work so closely with this company it seems like they would know this. This hotel was our biggest disappointment on our European anniversary trip. We felt like we were bothering the staff asking for anything and the cleanliness and work out carpet and furniture are gross

All over a nice stay for a Brussels visit and leisure trip. Spacious rooms with the new urban Flair concept chique. The rooms facing the street are noisy and loud, we stayed trough the weekend and after trams passing by the street was busy with volks enjoying a night out causing the necessary noise. This was till early morning. So ask for a backside facing room. The pillows are flimsy and thin but the bed firm and a good sleep if we had a better pillow. The next day we asked for extra set of towels and pillow and we got them quickly and without discussion. The Hotel is very close to the high streets of Louise ans in vibrant neighbourhood Close to most main attractions and access to public transport. We did enjoyed our stay very much but several small issues during the stay made me decide i would choose another hotel next time....

The outside, doesn’t give this hotel justice, it was really lovely. The receptionist was very friendly and willing to help and give us advice on the area, as well as giving us a map of how to get to the sight seeing areas. The rooms were clean tidy and very large, great shower and with lovely tiles everything you could want even a telephone by the toilet !!! The bed was enormous ( seemed larger than a large king ) and very comfy. There was a lift to each floor or stairs which were very narrow, but usable. The hotel is local to a lot of the areas for sight seeing, also near shops. The breakfast in the hotel had a good selection from hot to cold food with various drinks. A nice lounge area to sit if you wanted a rest and a drink. Parking is available at for a fee.

Everything is clean, rooms are silent, clean and I slept very well. Breakfast has everything I need and not so much different things that you can not decide what to eat / drink. I missed nothing. The service is perfect, they are doing a great job and arn't too serious if you don't be too serious as well. Speaking perfectly english so I had no problem to communicate.

This is a great airport hotel option with a free airport shuttle service. The Diegem train station is literally right outside the hotel's front door offering quick rail service into the city as well. Be advised, although these good links to the airport and the city exist, the hotel is actually in an office park (ie not much within walking distance). The hotel is also in the midst of a renovation and we were lucky to get a newly renovated room that still looked and smelled brand new. The decor was chic and the room impressive. Only one item of complaint: the air conditioning did not seem to work properly no matter what we did, so it remained on the warm side all night in our room. Did not eat at the restaurant but did have a few drinks at the bar, where the bartenders were friendly and accommodating in multiple languages. Would stay again.

Our visit coincided with the outbreak of COVID19, so restrictive measures were being applied throughout our stay. The hotel staff were all professional & friendly. They spoke very good English. The bedroom was compact but adequate. The bathroom had a bath/shower which was good for a soak after a long day walking. A hard wired hair dryer comes as standard; as does a safe. Be aware that the hotel only provides a breakfast menu. That said, it is but a very short stroll to the Grand Place where there a numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel is situated close to rail/tram & bus links. Bruxelles Central station is a 3 minute walk away. There you can catch the metro to the Atomium. Or, you can catch a straight through train to Bruxelles Midi station, or to Bruges.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The decoration is good, the front desk is friendly, the location is good, and the rooms are large. When I entered the room, I realized that it was a safety hazard. Be careful! Unfortunately, I was tripped over. The whole man flew out and hit the edge of the stone countertop. He also hit a bloody hole across the sweater. The skin was hurt but it hurts. It's been a day since I didn't dare to touch something on my elbow. The first time I looked for the hotel manager, I didn't apologize actively, until I asked him if there was any explanation, he underlined an I'm sorry. I said just sorry? He came to the room with no sincerity and looked at the scene, saying that all rooms are like this. European warnings are generally posted on glass doors. I said that you do n’t have glass doors. He told me that he could see the steps. Wrestling, this is the first time that happens, I go! Who is not the first time! . . . In short, I could not reason with him in English, and finally it became a safety advice to him, from the beginning to the end there was only one passive sorry. I reported to Ctrip afterwards that the customer service attitude was very good and kept apologizing, saying that they would help me negotiate with the hotel and gave me a little compensation. If you don't mind the safety hazards and don't need to be treated in special situations, you can book. Just a good hotel as long as you don't wrestle
