We stayed in this hotel from Monday 18th November to Saturday 23rd November as I was attending the eye clinic around the next street. The room was fine and the bed was very comfy. The reception staff were very friendly and it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and there was plenty to have. Overall there are no complaints at all about this hotel.

Myself and a big group of around 40/45 stayed here in July of last year and overall it was a average stay with pros and cons. When we first arrived, which was about midday so I couldn’t comment on those leaving arriving late at night, we were able to all put our belongings (suitcases and instruments) into a large room which was helpful to then keep the amount of people/stuff in the lobby at a minimum whilst we checked in. However a criticism to start off with was the fact that the hotel staff/ reception would not look after our keys behind the desk during the day whilst we were out. I am not sure on whether this was because we were such a large group or whether it was a hotel policy, but for a group of 13-17 year olds this wasn’t ideal. However the rooms were just as you’d expect them to be for a 3* hotel really. Our room was very clean with plenty of storage for our clothes (there was 4 of us in our room) and a en-suite style bathroom. The room staff were always pleasant in passing. Could definitely do with a bit of renovation, quite old fashioned but an extremely comfortable bed!! The food however was not good at all. We had all our meals provided (half board, so breakfast and lunch or tea) and it was not good at all. I often bought food through the day when we were out, a plus being that just across the road a 1-2 min walk there was a Lidl, Macdonalds and M&S food hall! WiFi was generally good. Reached all parts of the hotel at most times except from one night where it didn’t work anywhere for a good few hours, not sure what that was about though!

The only disadvantage about this hotel is its location. It is about 20 minutes by tram to the Wenceslas square (Vaclavske namesti). Nevertheless, I would stay here once more, because of its positive sides. First of all, it was a cozy and a comfortable place for me. The hotel looks nice inside and outside, with its own garden. The room was spacious enough for one person and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just ok, and they had everything I needed - the toasts, yogurt, coffee beans, vegetables and some more. In general, I recommend it.

First top tip - book any apartment at Residence Trafick on their website, free breakfast included and usually cheaper than any other booking website available. We booked for a five night stay, booking for the panoramic apartment with terrace, which on their website is Apartment 43. The pictures on the website match exactly what you get. The apartment is large and spacious, with an open plan living / dining / kitchen area, a separate double bedroom and a separate shower room. Kitchen - it's like being at home - there's a filter coffee machine, a capsule coffee machine (by Tchibo, takes Cafissimo capsules), a toaster, a sandwich maker, a full hob, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size fridge and freezer. In the cupboards and drawers you get a full set of crockery and cutlery, glassware and cooking pots/pans. Two Smart TVs - one in the living area, one in the bedroom - both set up to receive Czech digital TV - not satellite, no English channels. Play with settings and you will get the odd US/UK programme with dual language (dubbed Czech and original English). Best thing for us this week on TV - Netflix! The outdoor L-shaped terrace wraps around the apartment, fully decked. Views to the south of Prague and over the houses behind. Getting to/from the apartment - Bohdalec bus stop right outside the door. 24 CZK for a 30 minute ticket to get into the city centre (bus to Zelivskeho, metro to Mustek) or walk down the street to get a tram from Chodovska into the city centre (I'd recommend the 14 tram to Lazarska). Getting to/from the airport is simple - get a 32 CZK 90 minute ticket and get a 119 bus from the airport to Nadrazi Veleslavin, Metro to Zelivskeho and then bus to Bohdalec - time it right, and you get from airport to apartment in 50-55 minutes. Breakfast/cafe - served in the cafe/restaurant area downstairs every morning from 7am to 11am - typical breakfast buffet with cooked items, traditional Continental food, cereals, breads, yoghurts, fruit juice, tea and a decent bean-to-cup coffee machine. The apartment is self-catering and is not set up like a hotel - your linen and towels do not get changed every day (new towels every 3rd day, new bed linen every 5th day) - you can get clean towels and linen more often for a fee - or wash and dry them yourself in the excellent washer/dryer. Grocery shopping tip - the apartment is one bus stop away from Tesco Extra in one direction or a five-minute walk down the street to Kaufland. Walk to Kaufland, unless Tesco is your thing! Capsules for the coffee machine 99 CZK for 10 from Kaufland. Not apartment related but relevant to spending money - most places in Prague accept payment by card, always pay in CZK and use a card that charges 0% or a low commission for foreign currency spending. If you must get cash out, the cash machine inside Kaufland (don't know about the one outside) does not charge commission. If you need to change cash - look for the Ho

The room was clean and spacious, they are not multilanguage as they offer, wifi very poor. I can say only two of the receptionists desk did their best especially one of them who did our check in, when we greeted they didn't answer even not eyes contact at all. Well the morning before to leave we were having breakfast at the breakfast room one of the waitress started shout us up in the middle of the room on her language on front of everyone if it wasn't enough she looked at us with an intimidating smile, she was out of it full of anger. I can't understand that behaviour yet it is not acceptable as I worked in a hotel for many years at the similar position it was the worse experience on my entire life it is just unacceptable and unforgettable, the explanation from reception about this was ridiculous. The best thing just cross the zebra crossing and get in a tram (14 or 11) to go to the centre 15 minutes away.

The location of the hotel can only be said to be OK, it is considered to be in the suburbs, because the subway station can be reached within five minutes walk, and then the subway can reach almost anywhere, but it is not so convenient compared to hotels in the city. There is a large shopping mall downstairs, connected to the subway, a large supermarket, and a lot of places to eat, which can be considered to solve part of the "inconvenience" problem, but personally feel that there is nothing to visit except to solve the food need. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good, the sheets and towels are very clean, the front desk staff must look for luck, the young lady who checked in was very good in English, and the one who checked out was afraid to compliment him. Breakfast was rich and tasted good, because when we went to Prague, the day was short, so we basically went to breakfast on time at 6:30 in the morning, ate breakfast for lunch at 3 to 4 in the afternoon, and went to bed at 7 or 8 Because it's dark at four o'clock ... By the way, the gym and swimming pool on the roof are extra charges.

we stayed at this hotel in room 52 Oct 17-19th 2018.. Room 52 is on the 5th floor and is a massive appartment with a huge balcony it sleeps 2.. The apartment was ,£190 for 2 nights including breakfast so good value for money I thought with the space your getting.. I can't really fault the room, staff or hotel to be honest. The room had a lovely big bathroom with big bath that is welcomed after walking all day sight seeing loved it.. The living area has a dining table, mini bar (key at request at reception) coffee machine,3 comfortable leather sofas, large TV, and lovely huge doors that lead on the a nice big balcony that has tables and chairs on.. The bedroom isn't massive but it has enough room to be comfortable, it also has the lovely doors onto the balcony but for some reason they are restricted to only opening 3/4 inches! The hallway has full length mirrored wardrobes with lots of space. U get towels, shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom (travel size). The suite is very clean apart from under the dining table must of missed that bit 🤐 The only thing that is a bit off putting is the curtains, they DO NOT fit the Windows so u are woken at the crack of dawn 😐 The reception staff are all nice enough but one was called Micaela was AMAZING she was helpful and really chatty, booked our boat tour for us, told us all the best places to visit, told us what sights were free what we had to pay for, told us all the tram, bus and metro numbers we needed to get places she was so helpful and lovely.. So if she is there when u arrive or any time throughout your stay she is definitely the one to talk to.. There is a roof top bar here (1 if the reasons I booked) but it was closed for our stay.and I have read a few reviews that say it was closed at various times of the year. So that was a little disappointing, but they do have a bar and restaurant in the basement that is pleasant enough.. The breakfast here is decent but u need to get down their at 8am if u don't want leftovers.. The metro station is a 3 minute walk from this hotel and the tram/bus stop. is outside so u have great links into the old town and the attractions.. If you come out of the hotel and turn right there is a Chinese resturant, a convenience store, pharmacy and bar all only 2 mins away.. If you turn right Criss the road and walk up the hill and turn right u will find a massive shopping centre packed with shops and restaurants.. Well that's all I can really say about this place.enjoy your stay we did 😁 I didn't take any pictures but I have a video but can't upload it sorry guys x

This hotel is not far from city center, located near cosy square Náměstí bratří Synků where you can get whatever you want. Unfortunately, the first impression of the reception hasn’t been that pleasant. I couldn’t find a receptionist and the communication overall was little bit odd. Despite the first experience, the room itself was surpassingly modern and well furnished. Colored to white and light colors gave the visitor calming feelings. I do recommend to visit this hotel, the price/services really worth it.

Never again!!! In the room was terribly cold, heating switched off. After switching it on it almost didnot heat as the air was in the radiator. I have asked receptionist to change the room or take the air out from heating - all rejected!!! Absolutely no competent!!! Even the second day they didnot want to resolve it. I had to sleep in my clothes which I had to use at work to keep less cold! I am taking accommodation in Prague for one year almost every week and didnot have such bad experience even in the cheap hostels!!! 4stars is nonsense!

We visited Prague over the Christmas period and stayed in the Golden Rooms. We chose this hotel because (from booking.com) it looked like it was in a pretty good location (close to old town and the main square) and the rooms looked quirky and different. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised – the hotel was very modern and had a cute, boutique feel. It was, indeed, situated in the centre of most tourist hot spots and had beautiful views out of the room windows. It is a relatively small hotel and has 5 floors in total (with around 3-4 rooms on each floor). There is only one elevator and you have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to it, and one flight of stairs when you get out (because it is situated on an in between floor). The rooms are smaller than they look online but are very clean and have modern bathrooms (shower only). The rooms come equipped with a wardrobe area, safe, TV (Smart TV with Netflix etc) and 2 x bedside cabinets. The safes aren't exactly "high quality" - they are quite flimsy and look like something from a convenience store. We had a lot of problems with ours (in both rooms) and maintenance had to come and help us with a key card. The beds were comfortable and we managed to get a good night's sleep up until around 6am. The hotel is located down a small side-street so there isn't much noise, but we heard the dustbin cleaners vividly at about 6am and building works started in the hotel around 9am which wasn't ideal but by this time we were already awake. There is a small bar area downstairs in the foyer and they can deliver drinks to your room (if what's in your mini bar isn't to your liking). Tap water is complimentary but you have to pay around €3-4 for bottled water from the mini bar. Overall we was impressed with our visit to the Golden Rooms Prague – we just wish the noise could be kept to a minimum and rooms were a little larger. Instagram: @journeywithuss

Stayed for 2 nights and 2 days. This place is amazing. Right in the middle of city center (5 minutes walk to the square). Farmers market on same street and right out the gate you are in the middle of all action. Interior is amazing. Specially the design on roof, furniture and feel makes you feel you are in Prague 24/7. Very comfy and open. Breakfast was not too fancy but excellent enough to star the day. We had to checkout at 3:30 AM for the flight and there were tons of options (Local Taxi, Uber and Bolt). All were available right outside the hotel door. Next time we go to Prague, we are staying there again.

The exterior of the hotel is very low-key, the lobby is as magnificent as the palace, and the rooms are good. The service is attentive, and you can feel the quality of the old school hotel. The hotel was formerly a bank building, so in the evening, I went to VAULT's remodeled lounge for a glass of cognac. It was very quiet and quiet, no one disturbed, NICE. I rushed to the early flight the next day. The hotel said that if you can't have breakfast, you can help pack the breakfast box. It is very considerate, but we still rushed to the airport before eating. The location is very close to the train station. In the afternoon, you can see the supermarkets, restaurants, and some interesting shops that live in the locals. You can feel different from the old town tourist area, but the same beauty. Recommendable hotel.

At first, I was a bit worried about what would happen to Prague because of the dissolution of friendly relations with Shanghai. The results are all thoughtful, the hotel service staff was very good, and the beauties at the door were smiling every day when they went in and out. A tall uncle will be very helpful in getting luggage. The hotel is a European-style building with a great sense of age. Unfortunately, when staying at the elevator, there will be a lot of guests passing by the hotel, and there will be a net red rooftop upstairs. The hotel breakfast is simple but the taste is ok. On the last night, I asked the waiter if he could take a picture on the Internet Red Rooftop. It was really close to the water tower to get the moon first! Of course, when there are not many people! Stayed for four nights and it was better than it felt. The hotel is right on the Old Town Square, and it is very convenient to eat and eat. Several days of walking and sightseeing in Prague. Besides going to ck town for a day trip. When returning home, the car called by the hotel's front desk was the hotel's own. The tall uncle still helped with the luggage, and the car was very large, clean and comfortable. 35 Euros to the airport is a bit cheaper than calling a taxi from the airport. The whole experience was good. Can recommend it!

This isn’t somewhere I would typically stay when going on holiday, but we were enticed by the offer of having a beer tap in our room. We booked into the beer room for my partners birthday which had a large copper bath with a hot, cold, and beer tap. It was fantastic! We had unlimited beer and The barrel was changed every day of our stay. The hotel is very traditional which we really enjoyed, it is in a great location, walking distance to all major attractions. Elevator, the front desk is on the second floor, and we will check in early. When the check-in, the waiter will help to pick up the luggage to the room, check out and pick it up. The two received a city tax of 60 krona, and the breakfast is very rich. The room that was arranged for us was really small. The double bed, one meter is about one meter wide, and the beveled person with a roof next to the bed could not sit up straight, and the sound insulation was not good, because the photo was taken at 5 o'clock in the morning. Well, after reading reviews on here I was fearing the worst with these apartments. Whilst I appreciate that not all apartments are the same ours far exceeded expectations. Centrally located just 5 mins walk from the main square and half hour walk to Prague Castle we couldn’t have been better suited. We drove to Prague from the U.K. and on reading some reviews parking was going to be an issue as Old Town streets really aren’t suited to vehicles but lots of parking available within the Palladium shopping centre and felt secure there too. Bit pricy at around €25 a night but can’t really put a price on security. Check in and process very easy too.

We couldn’t have asked for more of our stay in this residence. What peace and tranquillity no more than 100 metres from Charles Bridge on a leafy street in Mala Strana. The light quality, the dark quality and the ambience of these apartments is perfect. In the day the rooms are light and airy with light nets blowing in the gentle breeze and keeping the room cool even on a hot day. At night the curtains make the bedroom in to the perfect cocoon, total darkness and such as comfortable a bed and pillows. It’s a wonder we saw any of Prague and didn’t just sleep our days away. The apartments are just what we wanted, a sanctuary in the city. There are so many options around for breakfast, coffee, dining etc that we didn’t need to book somewhere that served breakfast – we’d rather look after our own needs. That said, the complimentary arrival coffees were a touch that was appreciated. The brand new bistro downstairs promises to make a much-improved offer to the other outlets on the street peddling the same overpriced Trad Czech Fayre. Sadly, it wasn’t quite open during our stay but if its standards are anything as high as the accommodation above, you are in for a treat. Fresh sheets, towels and linen are offered daily, the shower is strong and the products high quality. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful new accommodation from Asten Hotels; having previously stayed in their sister hotels The Golden Key and Hotel Klarov we should have expected nothing less. We can equally recommend these options if you prefer to be less self-sufficient, have a breakfast package etc but for us it was perfect, we had everything we needed in this base from which to explore this gorgeous area of the city.

From T1 in Prague is the train station. It seems that I bought a ticket at the airport gate and spent 32 kr., sitting on the 191 to the terminal, I saw the staropramen winery, and went 200 meters to the first intersection of the right hand of the winery. To the hotel, this is an ideal hotel for family vacations. It is only one stop away from Andel. You can also go to the market on weekends. There is a smart market around. It is convenient to buy some water and wine. This place probably won't like it. The best choice for the lively people, but very suitable for family vacations, I booked the price is very cheap, breakfast is simply made, multivitamins, protein, all kinds of cereal, herbal tea, dessert, coffee, cheese, hot dishes, fried eggs I think the best thing to eat in Prague is breakfast. There is a company next to it. The full glass window allows us to clearly see their working status. It is also interesting to experience the local office working environment. Worthy of praise is the hotel management. It can be seen that this hotel manager has rich experience, every part of the hotel is at home, with a kettle, bath towels, and a seat in the elevator, which is convenient for people with less flexible legs and baths. Dew & shampoo combo, cotton swab, cotton pad, water is very good, and the bathtub can make a bath (jiao). The service is in place, there is no slot, this hotel will let more tourists need to fall in love with her.

We decided that a hotel in town would not be for us, so Residence Vysta certainly ticked the boxes location-wise. Across the river from the old town, it was much more peaceful but very close to the tram stop or Nadrazi Holesovice metro station. As it was so cheap to travel on public transport there was no point in antagonising the teenagers by suggesting we walk into town - though it wouldn't have taken long at all. We had a two room apartment so the said teenagers could have their own space (and it would mean we didn't have to see them constantly on their phones) and this worked really well for us. Both rooms in the apartment were air conditioned and the kitchenette area had a fridge so cool drinks were always at the ready. There were also two bathrooms in the apartment so we could quite happily pretend the teens weren't even there. And the all important Wi-Fi worked no problem - no fear of a teen revolt. The apartment was on the 4th floor of the hotel - lovely building with a lift - and was so peaceful that we heard nothing of any traffic. Breakfast was a very comprehensive continental choice; there was something for everyone and we were never struggling for a seat, even at busy times. The staff at reception were superb and thankfully spoke perfect English. Nothing was too much trouble and they were even able to help us print out the tickets for our river cruise. We're planning on coming back to Prague next year and will definitely be checking out Residence Vysta for dates.

Perfect location, and close to all tourist locations which is probably the major attraction of this venue. Friendly enough reception. Staff cheerful. Room was large and the bed very comfortable. Good shower. Good lighting features in the building. It was not mentioned prior to arrival that there would be no room cleaning during our stay. They said this was to prevent harm to their staff members from COVID-19. Had we known we would have chosen an apartment stay since it meant we had to purchase cleaning products for our bathroom etc. (My son was staying in an AirBNB nearby and whilst it wasn’t cleaned during their stay, items had been left to ensure they could clean and sanitise, wash bedding). We chose a hotel for the comfort of the experience and feel this sadly was not provided. Breakfast was good. A lot of fresh choices and some hot options. They should have implemented some table service during the COVID-19 period as this would have prevented guests congregating around the toaster and the coffee machine, it wasn’t possible to safely distance. Evening was a little uninviting. Returned once just after 9.30pm and all lights were turned off in the bar/lounge and no staff were around. It was all closed off and dark by 10pm each evening. It was an average stay when we had expected a much more comfortable and inviting experience. * avoid ground floor rooms if you want to sleep in a little as they are directly beside the dining area and it’s noisy from 7.45 * entrance handrails are blocked by plants which is just plain dangerous.

One stop has kaufland, one stop subway 🈶 ️bila, dm, it is quite convenient. The room is clean and the size is acceptable. There are hot water bottles, no slippers and toiletries, European hotels are used to this! The pool, gym, bowling and sauna are all free to use! The included breakfast is not bad. The hotel is big in Prague, there are quite a lot of group! In the future, there will be friends and family to visit, will recommend staying, good value for money!

It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport. It's a little more than an hour by bus + subway + walk. Downloading an app called IDOS is useful. Check Czech public transport + buy intercity bus tickets. The location is very good, the hotel door is facing the astronomical clock, chick in take the elevator on the first floor, and there is a waiter explaining some travel tips in the gap between check-in, such as where to change money, discount cards, etc., it is useless to me. The place where chick in is and the room are not in the same building. There is no elevator in the building. The waiter was very nice to take 2 suitcases. (Luggage that I carried when I checked out is really over the mountains!) I gave a tip of 50 crowns. This job is not easy! This room type has a folding spring bed at the door, but it is useless to me. Breakfast is delicious, you can cook your own eggs, homemade yogurt, meat, vegetables, bread, and various types of drinks (taste better than the CB and CK hotels). Money-saving route attached to the hotel: ATMs with UnionPay logo at the airport can be used for cash withdrawal (not all UnionPay cards can be taken out, and I don't know why, my ABC savings card is OK, CCB and Everbright cannot). Changed the coin at the airport bus window, went to the airport to find the yellow automatic ticket machine, bought a 90-minute ticket, you can only buy a ticket with a coin (person ticket 32 crowns + luggage ticket 16 crowns), take bus 119, get on The yellow check-in machine follows the arrow and puts on the time, and the bus + subway can take any time within the valid time. Look at the electronic screen and get off at the terminal Nádraží Veleslavín. Cross the small road and transfer to subway line A. Take the elevator to the -6th floor and take the subway. Look at the direction of the ride. Get off at Malostranská station. You can't find the elevator and climb the store The stairs on the right, pulling the suitcase on the small stone road, painfully moved forward, stopped to look at Jinger, less than 10 minutes to the astronomical clock in the Old Town Square. Victory!

We have just left after a 3 night stay here, and we were really impressed with our whole experience. From check in, to beautiful, spacious and modern apartments, the staff were all so very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and breakfast was everything we wanted. All round we couldn't fault the whole stay, they made it absolutely perfect for us. The hotel is well situated for all the main tourist spots, and a perfect location and setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling here.

In fact, it is an apartment, the service is very general, there is no waiter at 10 o'clock in the evening, they will not take care of you when they get off work.

Old Town
1. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just in the old town square. Going out is the square. The square is surrounded by sights, with the old clock tower, the branch of the Prague National Gallery, and the entrance to the luxury shopping street (Paris Street). 2, the hotel breakfast is very rich, tastes very good. For those who travel to Europe frequently, it will be an unexpected surprise. And champagne is served for breakfast, haha 3. The front desk of the hotel (in fact, the manager) was an official of the Czech Embassy in Beijing in the early 1990s. Chinese is very good. If you have any needs, please ask him. 4, the hotel room is large, the height is also good. If you are traveling alone, it is recommended to order the room, the room is too big and waste. 5, from the hotel taxi to the airport is usually 38 euros, the hotel has its own long-term cooperation driver, the service is very good. It is not very convenient to call a taxi in Prague. 6, can swipe the card to swipe it, try not to change the local money, the probability of using cash is not high. 7. The art institutions in Prague are particularly good, so don't miss out on museums and art galleries. 8, not counting flight time, staying in Prague for three full days is a good plan. The city is small and most places can walk.

Everything during my stay was exceptional. I stayed at Prague many times before and this time the hotel was the best value for money. It exceeded my expectations quite a lot. The room was quite large. As I travelled alone it was even huge for me. There were a large flat TV with tv channels in various languages (German, US, Spanish, Russian. etc.), aircondition, fridge, microwave, hairdryer etc. The breakfast was very good for a typical hotel in Europe and it was served in a hotel bar. The staff at the reception, at the bar and the cleaning ladies were very nice. The location was perfect as well, just some 5-10 minutes to the Staromestska square down the street. Definitely I would stay here during my next visit.

Hotel Petr is on a quiet street in a more residential neighborhood, yet it's close to the sites for which Prague is famous. I stayed here 8 nights recently as part of a Road Scholar tour and was very pleased with the hotel selection. It offers an included breakfast, free wifi, A/C, and an elevator, although be aware that after getting off the elevator, there will still be about 10 steps to negotiate to get to your room. Don't expect luxury, but you will still have a TV, fridge, tea and coffee making ability, and a clean room. Turn left when you leave the hotel and you'll be on your way toward Old Town. You can walk or the tram stop is just 3 blocks away. Turn right from the hotel and a short 5 or 6 blocks brings you to a large shopping mall with a food court and a big Tesco. The Andel metro stop is there too. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and banks. I would have appreciated a soft chair in the room for relaxing after touring and also a little more light in the bathroom although the room itself was well lit. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Prague again, I would definitely choose Hotel Petr as my base.

Old Town
Not a good first impression as the location as advertised is actually reception and the accommodation was 7 minutes walk from check in. I use Google street view to check any apartment I rent it's in a good location so was pretty annoyed at this. It was not mentioned initially and only implied if you carefully read the booking confirmation - not made clear. sO if you have a driver id suggest ask them to stay the ten minutes for check in and then drive you to your accommodation as trundling large amounts of luggage over crowded cobblestone streets with young children is not fun. Luckily for us (as compared to other reviews) our accommodation was really nice, in a great location near multiple good food outings, quiet and very spacious for a family of 4. Wifi was excellent. Downsides are there is not enough water for a family of 4 to have showers unless you are all quick. We stayed a week and were given 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tablet and one dose of washing machine powder. There it's a mini market nearby so we worked around this but would have been nice to be adequately supplied in the first place. Maybe some complimentary toiletries as well? The kettle was unusable as it was quite disgusting inside. The front door lock was a bit fiddly and my wife could not open it. If they could fix these minor things id give it 5 stars.
