Living in Kuala Lumpur, there is a need to temporarily stay here for one night. The location should be said to be very convenient and the service industry is enthusiastic. It’s just that the hotel facilities are old, not very good. However, the feature is that the bathroom is well decorated and the hair dryer is also very nice to arrange at the bedside. It seems that the boss likes to take a bath.

The apartment is only one stop away from KL sentral, and the bridge from BankRakyat Bangsar has arrived. Traveling is still very convenient. The downside is that there are not many shops around, and it is more difficult to eat and eat. There is direct drinking water in the apartment and there is a kettle to boil, so there is no free mineral water. I received a cleaning fee of RM60, but no one came to clean it for two days. The garbage needed to be cleaned up to the garbage room on the side of the elevator. Bill is very enthusiastic and can consult him directly if he has any questions. The room on the railway is very nice and the night view is more beautiful.

The bedding was obviously not changed after the guest stayed last time. Because I checked in around 12 o’clock that night, I was sleepy and didn’t go to the front desk. Parking is free. Take the parking ticket to the front desk and write the car number. He will stamp you with the hotel seal and leave it at the exit. Just leave it to the management staff. The hotel is located very close to the Chinese Embassy. It is only a 5-minute walk away and a 5-minute drive from the Bank of China. The hotel is very quiet. I took my child and couldn’t hear any sound at night. The child slept very well. it is good

The room is good, the only problem is that the hotel customer service is too slow. During the check-in period, we have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come down to receive. We forgot to pick up the things. We have to wait 10 minutes for the staff to go downstairs and take us up, but we took the room card, everything It’s a lot more convenient, the infinite pool’s drawback is that the newly built building in front destroys the beautiful scenery

This was really bad experience stayed in MOMO hotel. The air con is totally not cool at all. I changed to another at midnight 3am as I was sweating until I can’t fall in sleep. But before I changed to another room, I requested to change to chow kit hotel as MOMO hotel is facing the main road and there are car and motorcycle ramping!!! The noise is quite big like gunshots and explosion. Unfortunately, the stuff told me it was full house due to PH. So I changed to another Bunkies room. The most disappointed things happen, the air con problem still same and I called the stuff again. She help me reset the aircon and asked me to wait more 15 mins. Okay! I wait until 4Am and I called them again. This is she told me chow kit hotel got 1 more room and she offer free upgrade me to chow kit hotel. Before I changed to Bunkies room, I asked the stuff help me check is any cancellation room in Chow Kit or not but she said she checked already there is no empty room. At 4Am morning, they asking me to change one room to another room and have to change to another hotel ??? I think they should check properly before asked me to change to Bunkies room then I don need to change room and change hotel! This is double job and it is 4Am morning!!! Me and my husband like zombie at next day as we got really bad night. Also, the Bunkies room is very dirty. But we are too tired and lazy to change room again so at the end we slept with warmer in a dirty room.

We had a lovely stay at Opus! The staff was amazing and really friendly. Location is wonderful and the view is one of the best you can get in KL. From the rooftop you can see the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the front and the quietness of the nature in the back. It's a short walk (2-3 min) to the metro station and about a 15-20 min walk to Bukit Bintang (3-5 by metro). In about 5 min you can walk to Petaling Street, with a lot of nice restaurants on the way there (we recommend exploring the streets as there are many hidden gems around Petaling Street). The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. Bathrooms are very spacious as well with a big shower head at a good height (a problem we encountered many times during our travels). We stayed for 3 months and had the best time here. We are definitely staying at Opus again the next time we are visiting KL!

I have many issues with this hotel. Firstly, the manager came to knocking at our door, with no real reason to do so- she asked our room had been cleaned when the cleaner had just come a few minutes before? Another time, a member of staff came knocking saying only ‘room service’, which I’m not even sure the hotel do, and he had nothing in his hand. Both of them had a key card for the room. I have read on other reviews that the staff let themselves into your room without asking, I am sure they would’ve done that had we not been there or answered the door. We then heard the bleeps of other doors opening. This left us feeling uneasy as there are no safes in the room. There were lots of bugs in the room every time we came in and a bug squished into the wall. The mattress was dirty - when sheet came away, the mattress was covered in hairs and stains. Our biggest issue was with the falsely advertised breakfast. We pre paid for the buffet breakfast. When we got there the staff acted weirdly and they all walked away with no explanation. The manager watched us go over to the buffet to find there was nothing in it. No one said anything to us, we were left wondering what was going on. They gave us tea, no choice of tea or coffee. Then 10 minutes later came over with rice and an omelette- again no choice as to whether we liked or could eat this (could be allergic or vegan, as my boyfriend is) and certainly not the buffet we paid for. When we complained the staff didn’t do much, just shrugged and said the chief isn’t here today. They offered no real explanation or anything to make up for the fact we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. The next morning we came down for breakfast, hoping it would be a different story. Again, the same situation. No buffet or no ‘à la carte’ menu choice, as they advertised on ‘booking.com’, and we paid for !!!! Really poor customer service. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Oh and the sugar had ants crawling in it! Nice. As well as this, there are lots of taxes put on the bill, and unexpected costs added on at the hotel, not so budget after all. Avoid at all costs! Rude and unhelpful staff.

This hotel was a relatively new look at the time. It was chosen from Chinatown. After I went there, I found that it was just next door to Chinatown. I walked 100 meters. I had a lot of food and drink, and the hotel environment was relatively new, but the room was luxurious. Very ordinary, mainly because of the serious lack of tables and chairs, there is no place to put the backpack, the trash can is a small donkey, can not throw much things, the wardrobe of the bed is actually a little redundant, there are mirrors on the bed, wash basin plug The lid of the water is not tight, I want to wash the clothes. The water will flow out in 2 minutes. If there is a small menu for breakfast, there is no Chinese. There is a Chinese rice dumpling and steamed with scrambled eggs. Although not much, I am full, and there are quite a lot of Europeans and Japanese living in Japan. There are 2 free cups of coffee every day. The girls who make coffee are very cute. They can also communicate in Chinese.

The location of this hotel is very good and very safe. The elevator swipes the card directly to my own floor. I lived on the 46th floor. From the room, I can see the Kuala Lumpur TV Tower. Before checking in, contact the hotel via WeChat, pay the MYR 300 deposit, and send you the room password, mailbox password, and get the room card to go upstairs. No front desk provided. The hotel customer service speaks Chinese. Microwaves are provided in the room, as well as induction cookers for cooking, as well as washing machines and refrigerators. The washing machines are fully automatic. The shower is very comfortable and the water flow is great. It is not necessary to carry a conversion plug, which is provided in the room. Ok there are 2 D'OR Hotels and situated just a walking distance to each other. I stayed in D'OR HOTEL BUKIT BINTANG in 16 Jalan Bukit Bintang. And i would say its super clean, bedsheets and towels are super white no stains and the rooms are always cleaned up and tissues and mineral water given everyday. The airconditioning is super cold. The hotel personnels are very helpful. I experienced accidentally leaving my bag with laptops in my grab car and it is the hotel personnel who helped me all the way until i recover it. The hotel location is so good for those who like to go around at night. Its situated just walking distance to all street foods and night life. The downside part of this hotel is that there is no window. There is no hotel food. They do offer free hot and cold water near the info counter. There are several hotels (buildings) on the same site, and the entrance is accessible from the parking lot, which is a bit confusing. It is very close to the train station where you can get to Padu Cave, so it is convenient for sightseeing. There was a big shopping mall so I could do some shopping. The room was very large and surprised! The difficulty is that the key is hard to open and tighten. There is an infinity pool on the roof and you can enjoy a superb view of Kuala Lumpur such as the Twin Towers. Breakfast was not a buffet, but one plate, and I chose from three types of omelets, scrambled eggs, and egg benedict.

Advantages: Good location, close to the Twin Towers KLCC, there are two convenience stores on the first floor of the lobby, a coffee shop. The room was lucky and there was a washing machine. If you want to live, please only book one night, don't like me for a few days without a refund. I highly recommend everyone to go to the Crown Regent Hotel! What can't help but spit out: 1. There is no phone in the room. All matters require you to go downstairs to communicate with the front desk. The service staff's service attitude is not good enough, the induction cooker is broken, and it is said that it will not be changed for a few days. I can’t do anything without buying ingredients... 2. No one cleaned for a few days in the sanitation, no one took the rubbish, the temperature was high there, and there was a taste for a long time. I don’t know where to throw it. 3. Do not take the initiative to provide bottled drinking water, do not ask the front desk if you want. I will always praise the general situation, this hotel is really breaking my downline... I can't help but give a general evaluation. Oh, a MYR 200 deposit is required for check-in and will be refunded to you upon check-out.
