I stayed with a couple who had been interested for a long time and had a chance. The room is a double room. I have stayed at many nearby pulses, in-tourists, etc., but most of them are old Russian hotels, and the rooms, front desks, etc. are dim and the image is not good, but is this a renewal? -I was also stationed firmly, the room was bright, the ceiling was high and the size was sufficient, and it was very clean and open, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The bathroom also had a bathtub and was easy to use with one hot water and water adjustment, and there was also a bathrobe. I was surprised that the toilet had a washlet. The restaurant at the breakfast venue has a luxurious feeling and a rich menu. There is also a gym (free) and a sauna (charged) in the hotel, so you can refresh yourself in the interval while staying at the hotel. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

A two-storey hotel in an old building in the center of the city near the ponds, next to Lenin Avenue. Almost the whole center is on foot. Settled in a family room. First with windows to the street. It was very noisy, asked to change with windows to the yard. We changed. This room was both quiet and better. They lived three days. Breakfasts are laconic in Russian style. Nutritional. Beds are tough. Of the shortcomings - big ruptures into the corridor at the door. Any riot in the corridor is heard. All floors in the carpet. Try walking in the bosom - the feet immediately became dirty. So use the slippers included in the accommodation set. Staff are serving, obstructive.

Overall- its a nice clean hotel with spacious rooms , were pleased what they have organised a separate bed for our yong traveler( 1.2 years old) ,so be sure its a great place to stay with a child. But unfortunately,for me , a big frustration what they taking your passport ,making copies,filling some kind of forms and send private information to the 3d party's. Only if you are foreigner. I have nothing to hide, but guys,this is Russia, and I didnt like what some one took my personal private information and sold it to wherever without even asking my permission!!! How I can be sure they will use this information wisely? Unfortunately I could not leave the hotel because of the young one, but please think twice before visiting them- are u ready to give copy of your documents to someone with out any proof and trust.

Stopped on the work 09.08 to the standard room(third floor) Excellent room, for the normal price for Khabarovsk hotels. The restaurant was closed for special service, so staff offered to dinner either on the summer veranda or in the room. Bringed to the room. When brought dinner, they specified whether the music from the restaurant was heard. Very caring staff, you feel like home. I liked: very kind staff. Availability of the room with the necessary hygiene facilities, teapot and tea dishes. A comfortable bed, pillows, blanket. Availability of a table with chairs. The room was dusty but the window was not open, there was no pen. The TV didn't work. There was a diverse Swedish table for breakfast, but the food was mostly cold and unflavorable. Вполне симпатичный отель на территории СНТ. Магазины и общественный транспорт в 15-ти минутной доступности. Зато такси доступно в любое время дня и ночи. На такси до центра 30-40 минут, На территории есть кафе, которое работает с 7 утра. Завтраки по вполне доступной цене, остальным не интересовалась. Номер простой, свою стоимость оправдывает. Соответствует фотографиям на сайте. В номере очень тепло (ноябрь 2023).

The hotel has finally come to look like a god. In the lobby and bar on the first floor, the restaurant does a good job. The water pipes and electronic locks were updated in the room, but it can still be seen, it saves a lot of all Deshman and almost none.
