0.64km from Cafe AnnieWell, this was our 3rd stay at the Grand Bohemian and we more than likely won’t return. We had a 2 night stay reserved using 80,000 points. We checked in late on a Friday night and went to the room (1214) to drop off our bags and then headed out for dinner and to partake in the surrounding nightlife. Upon returning which was quite late we crawled straight into bed. After waking up, getting out of bed and opening the drapes I was horrified to see stains on the bottom sheet! Almost like someone had coffee in bed and spilt it and then housekeeping just made up the bed. Honestly, I don’t think our room was properly cleaned at all! Hair all over the tile floor in the bathroom, there was also toenail clippings and other dirtiness on the carpet. Obviously, no one had vacuumed the floors either! We were very grossed out to say the least!! It appeared that we were put into a room that had not been properly serviced for a new check in. We showered quick and got ready and I called quest services to report the problems. He said that it was very unacceptable and that he would have someone take care of the room while we were out for the day. We returned about 5-6 hours later and we went upstairs to get changed for dinner to find our room still untouched by housekeeping!! We went down to the front desk and spoke with a manager who put us into a different room (1417) which was a one bedroom suite which was pretty nice and she also gave us a $50 food and beverage credit. The new room however had an annoying vent fan in the bathroom that you could not turn off and we had to listen to that constant hum all night long! Needless to say, we didn’t have a great sleep. The workout room was disappointing and small with one of the three treadmills out of order. It definitely needed some updating. Bottom line, for a hotel of this caliber we were very disappointed with these shortcomings! On a high note, the staff that we had interactions with were all very friendly.

0.95km from Cafe AnniePleased to be at this hotel for a travel assignment. My room upgrade has a stellar view overlooking the water and stunning sunset views. Nicole checked me in and despite some shortfalls on my company’s side got me through smoothly and courteously. Thanks Nicole! Everything is clean and sanitary. No pool access but gym is available for use on a first come first serve basis. It’s sanitized after each use. Missing the usual hot breakfast but all in all a very convenient location. Only surprise is the 1030pm train that comes blazing thru hand on horn every night. It’s close to the train tracks. Otherwise love it here!
0.96km from Cafe AnnieThe experience was great! Even though we were by the highway it wasn’t so noisy and busy. Loved the jacuzzi!! They was a little mixed up with the self parking but the manager handled it very calm and swiftly for us. Definitely will be booking again.
0.97km from Cafe AnnieWe have stayed at the Eo Inn many times in the past, with the most recent being Saturday 8/8/20. It is in the heart of downtown, across the street from the NW corner of Lake Eola. It is also an easy walk to restaurants and other shops in the area. We have generally opted for the King Balcony, which provides a long shaded balcony area and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The rooms are very reasonably priced with free parking included. The Inn is old but clean and well-maintained. Some services, such as the free coffee in the lobby have been suspended due to Covid 19. Check-in / out is easy with mask requirements and distancing maintained. The Innkeeper at the front desk is as friendly and helpful as ever and much appreciated. Eo Inn is our "go to" place when we visit our son in Downtown Orlando!
1.09km from Cafe AnnieThis place was great. The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there and while the staff warned us about it, we never heard anything. The renovations looked great and our room was one of the finished rooms. My traveling companion and myself both really liked the room we had. The renovations serve the hotel well. What really made this hotel stand out was the staff. We interacted with many different staff members and it’s evident that management must be doing something well. The front desk staff were always cheerful and happy to help in any way they could with any request. If any question or issue arose (we had zero issues), the staff handles everything very quickly and will follow up later on to make sure all is well. Deborah certainly embodies customer service and she truly made our time spent in Orlando better than expected. She made us feel like family and my companion and myself chatted with her every morning—her personality is perfect for her job. She is a very hard worker and one evening I watched her bounce between working the front desk and being a server at the café. She did it with ease and without complaint. She is wonderful and is an asset to the property. The sweet and kind ladies at the bar were also great. Both Maria and Debra were appreciated by us during our stay. They remembered our drink order every morning and would start to work on our order when they’d see us enter the lobby each morning. They were always smiling and would inquire about our plans and would offer insight on places to eat or things to do. The two also learned our names quickly and would ask each of us about the other when we were not together. It felt sincere and I appreciated their hospitality and kindness. I also talked to the manager there. I don’t recall her name, but I do remember that she had been in the Marriott family for a number of years. She was fantastic and funny and we both liked chatting with her every time we’d see her. A staff member mentioned to me that she admired the manager and respected the way she treated everyone…and it shows. There was another manager I spoke with (perhaps he was the business director?) and he was also very gracious and validated how outstanding his staff is. All in all, should I find myself back in downtown Orlando, I’d be happy to stay here again. I really liked how this place operates and how much I actually felt like I was part of their family. I find that not many places take the time to make their guests feel the way I did while staying here. I stay at a wide range of hotels for my job and this place stood out on many levels. Even at mid-to-high range places, staff are certainly helpful, cordial and kind, but this Courtyard gives the more expensive places a run for their money. I hope the staff gets rewarded for all the hard work they do and the level of customer service they deliver. Keep up the great work!

1.66km from Cafe AnnieThe location is very good around the beautiful park, surrounded by various types of restaurants, very convenient, hotel breakfast is a standard American breakfast, convenient parking, not expensive. I will definitely choose this hotel when I am bringing my family to vacation.

1.73km from Cafe AnnieThe rooms are clean and comfortable, and the space is not very large, but it is adequate in all aspects. Hot drinks are available in the lobby. The breakfast is the same as the oldest. The meals are a bit quick. The hot water is gone and it is not renewed in time. Overall pretty good

I love the studios , nice kitchen stove, oven microwave, nice sitting area, it’s really nice and comfortable here , you will really love it here , you can’t go wrong with a fully equipped studio , nice and quite , come check it out , you will definitely enjoy your stay . So Thank you to ESA Team
The location is very good and very convenient. But health is a bit of a problem, and there are flaws in the room.
Close to the shopping area, the surrounding dining is very convenient, rich, affordable and cost-effective, hot water coffee is available 24 hours a day on the first floor of the hotel lobby, parking is very convenient
Staybridge, suite, slightly smaller in size. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a large bed, the bathroom in the double bed is too small, and the bathroom in the large bed is large. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed to sleep. A small road across the back of the hotel is the Winndixie hypermarket and several restaurants. Diagonally there is walgreen, similar to cvs. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland parked at the EPOCT gate of one of the parks, and several other Disneyland parks can be connected internally. At 10:25 in the morning, there is a shuttle bus to a nearby small Ole. Little Ole has no luxury brand and is suitable for casual wear. Free soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as vegetable salads and trifles are available every Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30. Don't expect too much from chat.

This hotel is worth 5🌟 ❤️The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. The gym and swimming pool have all the facilities and are very new and advanced. There is also a VR game hall. However, there is a bar on the roof. The scenery is super good. You can see the volcano. ) ❤️The price is relatively low. This hotel is a hotel of Universal Studios. You can send an express card to other hotels. You are really new and cheap. ❤️ Location is quiet, although not in the City walk, but next to volcano bay, it is a good choice for volcano bay to play with the water. Every day there is a shuttle bus to and from other parks. ❤️ Hotel lobby has Starbucks. The buffet is also great. There is also a car rental counter. It’s very convenient, but the temporary car rental is really expensive. 💔The only reason for this deduction is that we have no parking. The last credit card is deducted from the parking fee. After returning, it is not helpful to pass the Ctrip and the other party.
The environment is good. Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good. The environment is good. Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good.
The front desk was not very enthusiastic. I stayed for 7 days and prepaid all the room rates. When I checked in, I received a deposit of $300, saying that there would be a city consumption tax and so on. When the checkout is calculated, it is said that it will take a few days to return the balance to the account. One and a half months, there is no news. Complaints to Ctrip, waiting for the results.
Home2 Suites is exceptional! I was warmly welcomed by Valerie, the most amiable receptionist I had ever met. Upon entering my room, I felt at home immediately. Home2 Suites was aptly named. The interior was spacious with impressive high-ceilings. The use of curtains and sliding doors allowed me to feel as though the entire environment flowed in a comforting manner. I booked a second evening to soak in the cozy atmosphere. The following morning, I had a question for the receptionist, who responded genuinely with brainstorming and a response that put me at ease. I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience at Home2 Suites, and intend to stay with them again in the future.
We travel quite a bit and I am fairly specific in things I like and dislike in a property. The Marriott Harbour Lake was excellent all around. When staying in Orlando there are SO many choices so researching what you want and need is important. I also called to see what was open/closed. This trip, I knew we would be staying mostly on property with 2 teens and a 6 year old making it more important than ever that the property suited our needs. The 6 year old loves to swim but gets bored quickly of the regular pools at resorts. I knew we needed something fun to keep us busy all day. MHL has 2 pool areas, each directly across the resort road from each other making it easy to go back and forth. 1 is the shipwreck pool. There is a pirate ship with several slides and fun things like a ships wheel. Around the pool are features that squirt water at the kids while they play. The buildings in this area are 12. 13, 14 and 15. This area also has The Patio where you can get food, drinks, ice cream etc. Also a nice jacuzzi area off to the side. The Florida Falls pool area has a fantastic splash pad area with 2 giant dumping buckets. While we were there the splash pad equipment was repainted. The pool is beautiful, with a slide on one end. Just behind the slide is a jacuzzi and outside the gate is The Outpost where you can get drinks and quick serve snacks like hot pretzels and chicken bites. The mini-golf course and playground are also on this side. The playground was roped off for most of out stay and we saw at the end of our trip that a new awesome looking playground was installed. The buildings around this pool area are 28, 29, 30 and 31. The employees told us that during non covid times their activities department has things going all day long for the kids as well. Definitely a great pick of resort of you are traveling with younger kids. The condos were updated and very modern with everything we needed available. The beds were soft and comfortable. If like me you are picky about which unit you stay in based on property location, a few things to note is that unlike many resorts we have stayed in there is only 1 door. No back door access. Blogs 12 and 13 form and L with the screened back patio area of 12 facing the water and 13 faces the pool. These buildings are closer to the garden area and there are also a few bench swings along the water behind the buildings. 14 and 15 form and L. 15 faces the water from your back patio. 14 faces the volleyball court and shipwreck pool. Behind these buildings is the boardwalk trail. Lots of walkers and joggers on it. The gorgeous dock at the edge of the lake is also on this side. For those that like to be closest to playground, Golf, activitoes or the slide pool then 28 is the closest with 29 being the other half of the building. 30 and 31 are away from all of the activities if you prefer less traffic. The gym is open 24 hours and had very up to date equipment. It should also be noted tha
Orlando International Airport Area
Very close to the airport, just a few minutes drive. There is a gas station and convenience store not far from the road, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is close to the airport, the sound insulation is not bad, there is no impact of aircraft taking off and landing. The room is quite big, it is a suite, it is quite comfortable. It is a good choice for those who catch a flight, and you can sleep beautifully. The hotel's breakfast is as simple as an American hotel.
I was in town attending my graduation with family and friends. After that trip, I was suppose to head to another state for work, but that second leg of the trip was canceled due to the Corona Virus. This left me with a few days layover. I decided to try Extended Stay based on a friend’s recommendation and it was close to where I was and around lots of stores and restaurants. I was exhausted but stepping into the Extended Stay perked next up. The scene was right from first sight and followed through with good rest through the night. The room was just what I needed to feel at home but perhaps the part of the deal was the warmth and friendliness of the people. The manager , Camille Huyghes went out of her way to ensure I had a good stay. She answers all my questions, attended to room preferences, and was cordial by nature. All of the workers that I encountered had the same demeanor. My only problem was that I wish I could stay longer. Looking forward to returning. Stefan.
Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.
There are not many varieties of breakfast, and there is no problem with eating. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. There is a supermarket at the gas station across the road from the hotel. It is very cheap and much cheaper than the hotel's own supermarket. If it is not directly from the Magic kingdom, it is not recommended to make a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The shuttle bus was built by several hotels and they all departed at the entrance of the Magic kingdom. If you are playing a few other theme parks, you must first take the Disney bus to the Magic kingdom to get back to the hotel shuttle bus. The first time I took the shuttle bus back to the hotel at night, we came out of the Disney Animal Kingdom at 9:00, waited 45 minutes before waiting for a shuttle to the Magic kingdom, and then waited for the hotel shuttle at 10:40. The whole journey took almost 2 hours. During the day, the park was not tired. The bus was tossed. The key is that the number of buses is seriously exceeded, and it seems that the refugees have to get on the bus. Uber has 10 yuan for 15 minutes! Take a taxi in the next few days! Remember, it is not recommended to play the Magic Kingdom!
I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this location was. We stayed for a weekend at Disney. Epcot and Disney Springs were a short drive away. We used Uber as the location does not provide transportation, but driving ourselves would have also been very easy. Our room had clearly been recently updated. There were two bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and screened in lanai. We had a great view of the golf course. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family trip. What a great find and we will certainly return.
Hotel location is very good, very clean, there are many places to eat around, as well as takeaway pizza can be ordered, the pool children downstairs like it, staying in the early morning, the room has been reserved, the procedure is simple and fast!
We booked multiple rooms for me to copy. Satisfied, I have stayed at a good motel near Disney. The layout of the room is still a typical motel, but the conditions are better than normal, and it is cleaner, big, and many houses. Check in at the front desk will require map I found my own house, which was opposite Universal Studios. We booked a room without breakfast. The next day I went out for a three-minute walk and had a McDonald's. I had breakfast and packed the food for lunch in the park. The room is good in hygiene, the hot water is great, the Ferris wheel can be seen in the corridor, and the surroundings are lively. We went back to the hotel at more than nine o'clock after watching the light show from the animal kingdom. Doors, such a scene is normal in China, but in the American large rural areas, I think it needs to be mentioned specifically. I feel safe when I have a light. Next time I visit Universal Studios, I will continue to choose to live here. In addition, Ctrip is really a conscientious merchant. For the same room, Ctrip is much cheaper than Booking. Therefore, even if it is settled in RMB and the exchange rate factor is removed, it is more cost-effective to choose Ctrip.
Universal Studios Area
Wonderful hotel. Location was perfect for Universal. Within walking distance and had a water taxi to take you off you didn't want to walk. Lots of places to eat and the meals were good. Gluten free options were available. Pool area was pretty and drinks were great. But it is definitely a family location. Game room, ping pong tables .
Staff very pleasant and cheerful. They went out of the way to provide excellent service.
Would definitely go again.
A lot better than Orlando's Disney, it's new and big, and it's good to eat! Very recommended, the price is also suitable, there is a small balcony. It is the most comfortable family to sleep in Orlando. I regret that I didn't buy the Harry Potter cup. I didn't meet it all over the world.
The hotel is free of charge for breakfast, the service is very attentive, Marriott's hotel management level is really good, the room is large, can accommodate 5 people, free coffee and hot water in the hotel lobby! Stayed here for 5 nights, the price is very high
We enjoyed this hotel very very much. Yes it needs a little updating, but it is one of the cleanest hotels I've been in. The staff was so friendly. They chatted with you, but most of all smiled when you were walking out/coming in. We ended up with a suite with a kitchenette which was a total surprise. If we knew our two meals in Orlando were not so terrific, we would have cooked them here. The room was so quiet. The hotel was central to everything. Enjoyed it very much and will definitely rebook when we are back in Orlando.
I traveled with my child.
It was nice that Disney or Universal were near.
Car hire is also available at the hotel.
Resort blood is $ 30 per night including tax ~
I was worried about cleanliness but very clean,
The staff were friendly.
However, there was a product that passed the expiration date of the coffee provided, but I was surprised that it was normal, so I was hungry after drinking it.
Anyway, I was glad to give you the right product after that.
Next time I'll stay in a Sheraton with good value.

Great hotel, not far from Universal Studios, uber can be reached soon
Orlando International Airport Area
Very close to the airport, get off the plane and call the hotel, they will tell you where to wait for them to pick up, 10 minutes later the car will arrive, really close. We returned to the airport and sent it to the hotel. Each time we gave a tip of 5 knives for reference. The hotel is a very ordinary airport hotel, it is completely acceptable to stay for one night, breakfast is in the lobby, quite rich
You are awesome, you are great, come on, you are awesome, you are awesome, come on, you are awesome, you are awesome, come on, you are awesome, you are awesome, come on, you are awesome, you are too Great, come on,
We originally booked 5 nites through Groupon at a very reasonable discounted rate and decided to stay an additional 2 nites and found a much better rate thru Trip.com.
The property and limited amenities (due to COVID-19) are very nice and the staff that we had direct dealings with were great. However the in room fridge barely cools a bootle of water, even after being switched out by maintenance. And the toilet and sink were (and still is) slow to drain this even after being serviced by maintenance. It’s not enough to check out or become irate about, but it is annoying and I will be contact guest services again after posting this review. 😉
Used my points for a free night for a solo shopping trip. This hotel is very close to the outlet mall- 10 minute walk. Lots of food in the vicinity as well- Mcd’s, Outback.. etc. Also a Publix nearby. Hotel is new and very clean. The front desk agent (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very sweet. Breakfast options were grab and go and were generous. My only negatives- the pool seemed a bit neglected. There were no towels available. I used the pool in the evening and the following morning and there were dirty towels left overnight on the tables and chairs. Not a big deal- just a note. The view from my room was a bit depressing- it was a construction site (see photos) I was in the area last year and it looked exactly the same- like an abandoned project. Not the hotels fault but just to note that there is lots of construction happening around the hotel. I think in the future once this area is built up more it will be nice.
Universal Studios Area
The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.
Universal Studios Area
The staff never cease to amaze me no matter which location I’ve been, but here they were very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my stay and needs, Nicole had even found me a good rate on upgraded room than the one I chose! The rooms are clean and doesn’t smell, Ciara, Dan , and Kendra is always there to assist in any need I may have, maintenance is cool the atmosphere and friendliness makes me feel at home during my stay I highly recommended this as one of the nicer Orlando area location!
There is a bus to Disney, the car is on the door, the breakfast is ok, the waiter is too slow.
We've stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. We've tried many hotels in Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, but this is always our first choice now when visiting Disney(we usually stay 2 to 3 weeks at a time). We're glad we discovered this little known about gem. We choose the room that has 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa bed which is great for three adults and a child. We don't know of anywhere else in the area that has this configuration. Rooms are only cleaned and bedding / towels changed once a week but you can go to reception as often as you like and get clean towels and bedding and anything else which you need. You can pay for extra cleaning if required - either $5 or $10 depending on which level you choose. Pool is very basic but jacuzzi is always hot. It is located very conveniently for all of the theme parks - just a short hop to the I4. The local area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a short drive, or even walk. Staff are great and on the whole hardworking, always willing to sort out any problems. Waleskja and Sarah are particularly helpful and pleasant. Although basic, breakfast is a bonus and saves quite a bit of money. There is cereal, porridge, toast, bagels, waffles, yoghurt, cereal bars and muffins as well as juice and coffee. It can get quite busy at times, so you have to pick your moment; alternatively you can take it back to your room and eat there. Crockery and cutlery for rooms has to be requested on arrival, but this is clearly notified on check in. You can also get a toaster, coffee maker, saucepans and a frying pan. Dishwashers are useless! The fridge / freezer is huge - great to chill or freeze drinks to take to the parks.
