|1.98km from city centerIf you choose for an arrangement , so including breakfast and the so-called three-fold dinner, you should not expect the best of them . First, we got a room on the first floor, just above the entrance .. The hotel's worst room, while there were rooms available. The so-called three-way menu is not very good and very little. Moreover, the cook didn't want to make the orange bavary and we just got deep freezers from the supermarket with a layer of chocolate sauce... terrible! The privilege was also invaluable and consisted of a so-called champignon soup with six sprays of tauge and two champignons... I felt very insulted that this was offered to me... that she dare to serve that is scandalous... We were allowed to sit only at a certain place in the restaurant because we had a arrangement and were treated as a little as t****erang guests.. This is very bad! The servants are not guest-friendly and friendly , I recommend them to take a course with their colleagues at the van der Valk Hotel. Moreover, breakfast was good, just standard as everywhere, but as soon as you order something extra, you will find cheating. I had paid a 3-day arrangement of €335 and will not do this anymore.

|0.27km from city centerYes, the hotel is in the old town, wherever it is convenient, it is an old monastery remodeled. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. The key is that Maastricht is very beautiful, there are not many people visiting in winter, and even less Chinese tour groups. Because of the junction of the three cities of the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, it is very international. Shopping is great, Belgians are running over to buy things. Classical architecture, beautiful lakes, and the “Paradise Bookstore” rebuilt by the church.

|0.55km from city centerI booked a deluxe one-bedroom room. The room is big and touching
The poor size of European hotels everyone knows
In fact, the concept of the hotel is similar to that of a shared apartment. The design is popular in Northern Europe + industry in recent years, suitable for online celebrities to take pictures.
The location is great. It takes only 10 minutes to go to the city center to eat, drink and buy.
The cafe downstairs, the organic supermarket, and the surrounding restaurants and cafes
The hotel was rebuilt based on a porcelain burning factory, so it is very fashionable with the new and the old~
The concept focuses on ”students” sharing, so the hotel service staff are more friendly and casual
I gave an ice cream when I checked in. The details are pretty cute.
Still have to pay attention: laundry and ironing can only go to the unified laundry room on the first floor of the hotel
Laundry, coin-operated self-service type, ironing clothes, there are equipment at will

|0.32km from city centerWe stayed for two nights and wish it was longer!! The rooms are spacious, as are the shower rooms. All very clean and tidy. We arrived in the afternoon on a Sunday and I asked if they had a bar. The receptionist took me to the lounge where there was a large ice box with beers, cokes, wine, sparkling wine, Cava and so on. She then said it was all complimentary!!! What a bonus. Most staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was also a bonus. I had the speciality, egg and bacon with a venison steak. Great I did not take the offer of Cava as I was driving after breakfast!. The breakfast was also served with a large basket of different breads and plates of cheese, meats and smoked salmon and smoked eel. Did not need to eat until evening after all that!. Would recommend to all, and would book again if we returned to Maastricht.

|0.22km from city centerThis is a great boutique hotel right in the heart of beautiful Maastricht. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge shower and patio doors opening to the terrace. The location is perfect, looking out to the Vrijthof. Lots of lovey bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. It’s easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff who helped enhance our very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Maastricht.

|0.74km from city centerNice looking and clean hotel on a perfect location close to the station and city center. Because it's unstaffed, check-in and check-out are very efficient. There are some nice touches to the hotel and room style, which I liked a lot because I'm from the eighties. Also the fact that you don't pay extra for coffee, minibar or wifi are a relief for once. Furthermore, the rooms are clean and the beds are good, although I would prefer to take my own pillow next time.

|0.89km from city centerThe hotel is a two-minute walk from the long-distance railway station. The bus terminal is also on the side of the railway station and the traffic is very convenient. The hotel room is not big, but neat and clean, and there is a clean room every day. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and hot water throughout the day. Breakfast is simple and hot and cold food is available. The hotel is self-check in, but the staff will help. The disadvantage is that there is no restaurant in the hotel to provide catering services. The hotel is quiet and it is recommended to stay for two to three days.

|0.48km from city centerEasy hotel is what it claims to be. Functional and cheap. Some reviewers comment on the small rooms, but that's clear on the website of the hotel. The reception is manned 24/7. There is a vending machine and coffee station at the reception. After check out one can use the large lockers for €3 to store any bags. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The rooms have nice showers and the temperature can be regulated too. For the price, the hotel is a good deal. Many rooms have wonderful views of the waterfront. An ideal base for a short trip to the city. Perfect for a single person or 2 people sharing the room.

|0.57km from city centerFor a friend, Macheng is the only hotel without diamonds. It seems to be a hotel with a historical building. I like this recommendation of tone and historical sense. But the friend said that it was not as good as the crown by the river looked at the atmosphere, mainly because the room was remodeled from the interior of the building, and the room was not as good as the international hotel.

Only small complaint- there are no Fraser’s anywhere. Bedside tables with drawers would be great.

|0.85km from city centerThe room was on the first floor but the way it structured is a bit weird. I still need to climb few steps up and down on the same floor. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower. The bed isn’t that comfortable thou. Location was really good. Really close to the station. Easy to get to the city central as well. The bath is huge!!!

|0.24km from city centerDon’t call yourself a Boutique Hotel if you can’t live up to that standard… — Room’s interior felt worn out and in need of maintenance, and wasn’t thoroughly clean (dusty corners, nail polish marks in the bathtub). — The bed isn’t a proper double bed, which leaves you sinking into a big hole in the middle constantly. — Super noisy: street sounds, but also slamming doors of other rooms and talking guests in the hallway. — Disturbing scent in the entrance hall, which my boyfriend called ‘the scent equivalent of a dj Tiësto concert’ (which I guess some people love, but not us). Over 200eu per night without breakfast included felt overpriced.

|0.96km from city centerOur room on the 4th floor was facing the train station but very quiet in the night. The room was clean. The bed was big and comfortable. There were 3 windows. Like the round table with 2 chairs, we really could sit for a drink. Breakfast was great. Receptions were friendly and helpful. We pre-booked the underground parking so convenience when we arrived. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and from the hotel to City Hall. The only think that I don’t like was the bath tub was small and narrow so when I showered the shower curtain touched my arm all the time.

|0.72km from city centerI stayed here for four days for a business trip. The front desk staff were very helpful with questions about dining, parking and other services of the hotel. There are two parking garages that the hotel uses, one that has metal doors on either side, so if you have a large vehicle, you may want to use the other entrance around the corner which had a little more space on the sides. The room rate included breakfast as well as overnight parking.. The room (#636) faces the plaza next to the entrance of the parking garage. The rooms across the hall face the river. The room has two beds with a desk that hold the TV which can swivel to either the beds or the desk area. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower with a glass partition. The space works for one person. There was two bottles of water that were left in the room each day. The hotel is centrally located with lots of café and restaurants on the same side as well as short walk to shops/restaurants across the river. I can see why many of the people from our company stay here.

Maastricht
|0.38km from city centerAs in many European cities this hotel is the result of a conversion of old buildings with some additions. This makes the whole atmosphere very cozy and charming and in touch with what you would expect when visiting Maastricht. The location is perfect facing de Virjthof square, with a municipal parking garage just crossing the street and in the middle of everything worth visiting in the city. Lot of restaurants just around the corners. We had a superior suite, generous in size, with a bathroom with an unusual layout due to the bedroom being in what I guess was a former dining room. The shower cabin was very nice and everything worked well. AC with 2 equipments in bedroom and living room worked well as did internet. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Served not in a buffet style because the hotel is very small, but with high quality ingredientes and everything you might desire. The guy running the breakfast was very kind and efficient. Check out was done quickly and with no problems. Check in could have been more explicit regarding information about certain limitations of the hotel having nobody in reception after 18:00. Concierge service is non existent. The Spa is in the modern add on building. Tasteful, modern, with a plunge pool and saunas, it makes a good impression. At night the breakfast room is used as a restaurant with a charming patio. Conclusion : a charming European boutique hotel with modern amenities, modern decor, housed in old preserved buildings, with a nice spa, limited reception service and very good breakfast.

|0.41km from city centerA beautiful place to stay - friendly, welcoming staff, a spacious room and an excellent breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights in April/May and were sorry to leave! We arrived around 10pm - later than expected due to delays on the train from Brussels - and checked in at the nearby Hotel Grote Gracht as the Sint Jacob is only open for check-in to 4pm. Everything went very smoothly and it was just a short walk between the 2 hotels. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished, including a fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spacious, with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was excellent with the offer of bacon and eggs cooked individually for you. A wonderful range of fresh bread, sweet pastries, different cereals and muesli, fresh fruit, cheese and meat. We would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay in the historic centre of Maastricht.

|0.99km from city centerI traveled to Maastricht for Carnival weekend with fellow international students from my university. We were placed in a 4 person room with bunk beds that had semi-privacy apparatuses with outlets and reading lights. Our two other friends were placed in a room around the corner. The shower and sink were adequate and the front desk service was helpful and pleasant. Due to over-booking, they placed us in a different room the next day which that made our stay a little complicated, but there was a luggage room for storage. This room was for 7 people and was smaller than our last room. Six other friends arrived the next night and were placed around the corner from our room. We chose not to have breakfast at the hostel but the cafe was open to people resting at tables or doing face paint. Beautiful view from the riverside of the hostel. Walking distance from Albert Hein, a coffee shop, and a liquor store all across the bridge, also close to the parade route and Vrijthof (best strip of bars). I would recommend Stayokay Maastricht to friends and traveling parties who prefer a cheaper option.

|3.98km from city centerThe natural environment of the hotel is very good, like a large garden, the room can only be said to be clean, but it is not small, and the cost performance is really high in Europe. You must drive by car, otherwise it is inconvenient to travel, and it takes ten minutes to drive from the city. Suitable for weekend vacations, stay for a day or two.
