A 9-story building with three guest rooms on the first floor and a suite on the top floor. Location: Excellent! Room: The size is comfortable and the layout is very reasonable! Service: There is no room service. There is a front desk from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. They are very polite and can provide all kinds of help. In fact, it is a serviced apartment. It is located in a busy city but very quiet. I will still stay here next time I go to Tokyo. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, and there are various exhibition halls and zoos in Nagano Park within an 8-minute walk. The transportation to the airport is convenient and can be reached in 50 minutes. Very positive!

I have used the series of Ueno until now, but this is my first stay. Unfortunately, it seems to be closed due to the influence of corona from 1/16. When you enter the hotel, the smell of aroma is not the same as Ueno (^ o ^) The front desk is 2F. When you check in, the hotel is closed or chatting (-_-;) If the time when the guest can check in, chatting is Let's go back space! The space may be a little narrower than Ueno. There was no bathing agent. Maybe you will prepare it! ? Free drinks are opposite the front desk. Coffee, cocoa and cafe latte are free to drink. There is also a herb tea with a tea bag. There is also a service of shrimp soup and onigiri. I warmed it at the front desk and handed it over. The room we stayed this time was 8F. The view from the room is opposite the PARCO_ya wall (-_-;) hanger is 4, with deodorant spray. There is a humidifier made of SHARP. There is a USB port on the desk and bedboard and a charging smartphone Convenient! 43 inch TV can be viewed for free VOD. There is also healing music content. The unit bathroom Karan may be a little confused until you get used to it. The bathroom amenities are DHC wagokoro. Amenities such as body towels, shaver, cotton swab, cheeks, toothbrush are also substantial. Unlike Ueno, it is convenient to open the door when entering the room and have a little shelf right away.

The hotel is not far from Akihabara. If you plan to go shopping in Akihabara, this is a very good choice. Hotel check-in is on the second floor, and the entire process is automatically checked in. I will choose here again next time I come.

The hotel was originally a 4-storey apartment, no elevator. A little difficult when carrying a large bag Check-in by yourself through email to get the code to open the key box, free wifi, not near, not far from the train. Can go up many lines Choose as you go There are many restaurants around that area, don't be afraid to starve, can you go back late. Very scary

Our family of 4 stayed at this hotel, during a four day, stopover in Tokyo, after skiing in Japan. We decided to splurge and book the ninja themed room-which offered more beds than we needed, but a separate bedroom for the children, and two bathrooms which is Quite a luxury in Tokyo. The beds & pillows were really comfortable & although we had a large dining table - it was a bit odd to not have a lounge to relax on. The hotel was conveniently located a couple of minutes walk from the Ueno-Hirokoji (Ginza Metro line) station - which provides access to Asakusa Station in the north-which is a lovely historic area with a temple, good restaurants and sky tree tower. The other end of the Ginza line includes Shibuya-home to the famous Shibuya Crossing and other good restaurants and shops, etc. the trendy and lux suburb of Ginza is also on this line. Also, very close to this hotel is a big department store – Parco and lots of ‘Lawson’ convenience stores to grab snacks etc. We dined at: - Warayakiya izakaya - which is just around the corner from the hotel. It’s a very authentic Japanese restaurant with good ambience, tasty food, friendly staff and traditional food (more suited to adults). We recommend the seared bonito (there speciality!) and the whiskey yuzu highball cocktail. -Pork cutlet Yamabe Okachimachi - which is a tiny authentic Japanese restaurant specialising in pork Tonkatsu. There are only 14 seats, so we recommend getting there early, although they seem to turnover pretty quickly. We literally sat at a counter overlooking the staff preparing meals, but it is tasty food and very reasonably priced. Note it’s cash only the dish we ordered was ¥1,250 each. Thank you to the front desk staff who were always helpful and very responsive via email or in person at reception.

The room has been renewed and is clean, and it is good because it has everything you need. The desk is also easy to use and is convenient for a little work. The bed mattress is comfortable to sleep in, and the pillows can be selected according to your physical condition, so I am grateful. The power supply is also in a position where it is easy to use and is easy to use. I think it's good without waste because you can choose and bring amenities from the side of the front desk. Breakfast is also 々, I think it's just right. The location is also convenient and is good for transportation, eating, shopping and sightseeing. Thank you for not being too noisy at night. The bathroom and toilet are clean and the shower is nice. However, he should be careful as the toilet is small because it is a unit.

Staying in a hotel is a common accommodation option for both tourism and business trips. I believe that there are many benefits to staying in a hotel. Firstly, hotels provide a safe and comfortable living environment. Hotels usually have professional security personnel and safety facilities that can guarantee the safety of guests. In addition, hotel rooms are usually beautifully decorated, well-equipped, with comfortable beds, and guests can get enough rest and relaxation here. Secondly, hotels provide convenient services. Hotels usually have a 24-hour front desk service, and guests can contact hotel staff at any time for assistance. Hotels also offer a variety of services, such as dining, laundry, and car calling, making it convenient for guests' daily life. Lastly, staying in a hotel is also a social experience. In a hotel, guests can meet people from different places and backgrounds, exchange travel, business, and other experiences and insights, and enrich their social circles. In conclusion, staying in a hotel is a comfortable, convenient, and safe accommodation option suitable for various travel needs.

TLDR: This lodging is really great value for money!! it's near Ueno as well as the Yushima station. There are so many good eateries around, a 24h DonDonDonki, a Daiso etc. all within the nearby vicinity. Also, I think they have recently refurbished the hotel. It bears a unique charm of something that has a rich history, combined with a new-age boutique hotel. I booked this place via Agoda for a single bedder, and was given a 5th floor room with my own balcony. The Simmons mattress sat nicely on the tatami floor. There was everything you ever need for a comfortable stay in Tokyo - usual toiletries, hot water kettle, a television, a mini-bar fridge. Also, the pillow was simply A M A Z I N G! - it was half a conventional stuffed pillow, half filled with husks (some traditional Japanese pillow). I slept like a baby and was so well rested after a week of business trip. I would recommend this place to solo travelers! Not too sure about the twin rooms though.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.

This is my first time renting a residential hotel🫣🫣so I thought the code sent by Trip.com was the password to get the key. From daylight to dark😓We spent several hours but couldn’t get the key, and we couldn’t contact anyone Relevant people help 😞 When I went there, I wanted to give up at 11:00 in the evening, but I was so embarrassed that I found the customer service agent of Trip.com. Luckily, the customer service staff responded to my phone very quickly, although I finally had to get the password for me at midnight , but at least I don’t want to live on the street 🥲🥲🥲But after this experience, I will definitely not rent these hotels again. I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. On the contrary, the hotel sent to fill in all the information of the owner and the insurance related information, and I received it😞😞😞 Really disappointed, but I am used to good reviews It’s just that I feel uncomfortable when I find a problem and I don’t want to solve it immediately and I want to continue to push the problem on the other party😓

This is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

The hotel is 4 minutes away from the station. It has a strategic location and is convenient to go everywhere. The room is very clean! The Chinese front desk is particularly convenient and there is no language barrier! In Tokyo, where land is at a premium, this room is 15 square meters, which is big enough! The nearest subway station is Mori****a Station. There are 2 lines, Oedo Line (1) and Shinjuku Line (2). Very strategic to go anywhere. At Exit 3 Mori****a Station, there is an elevator, but the location is a bit hidden (just follow the elevator picture instructions). So, no worries if you bring a big suitcase. From Exit 1, stay on the road about 100 meters. Anyway close. . Check-in time starts at 15:00, check-out maximum 10:00. When we arrived from Osaka at 9:00, we were allowed to use the bathroom and toilet and rest in the 3rd floor lounge until waiting for check-in time. . There are many 24-hour mini-mart around the hotel such as Familymart, 1, and Lawson. Less than 100 meters, there is also a friendly Muslim restaurant called Edo-men Kumahachi, a chain with OAK HOTEL EDO. But, it feels less suitable in our tongue. The sauce is too spicy and too thick. Please try it for yourself, wonder if it fits. . OAK HOTEL EDO is a hostel but a hotel. There is only one mixed dorm room or mix dormitory containing 5 bunk beds for 10 people. The rest are all private rooms from the 1st floor to the 10th floor (of course there is an elevator). If you are more suitable for private rooms and have budget, please check yourselves on Agoda's website. The private room is various. We are eight (6 adults, 1 teenager 16 years old, 1 9 year old child) occupied a mix dorm on the 2nd floor (room 205). At that time, there were 2 other guests joining. Yes, they allow children to stay, as long as under parents' supervision so they don't bother other guests and have to pay a normal fee. . The bed and pillows were clean and soft. The sheets and blankets are clean. Can be replaced every day but must be opened by yourself. Inside the room, there are lamp lamps, one power outlet, and two USB ports. In the mix dorm room there is a window facing the street. So there is air circulation and entering the sunlight. Facilities in the room: locker, powder room alias dressing room, complete with hair dryer even polish (must borrow to the reception), hanger, slipper, and refrigerator. There is AC and heater as well. Oh yes, the Wi-Fi is very good, the room lights are off at 23:00, the between the bunk beds are very tight if you want to throw the luggage out, but we can use the corners of the hallway. The alley can also be used for a shrine spot for shaving. Shower room there are 3, complete with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are provided for rent. WC has 2, clean. . On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen, lounge, and terrace. The cooking equipment is complete. There are 3 microwaves, 2 electric stoves, complete with a bucket, a variety of pots, a soda, dkk. We cooked garlic eggs and a boil Indomie there. There is rice cooker (we tried rice), there are 2 water heaters complete with coffee, tea and sugar. There are dishes, bowls, spoons, cutlery, and cups. When the weather is bright and the wind is not too strong and the air is not too cold

We booked the large king room which provided an extremely comfortable stay for two in Tokyo! The hostel is well situated, within a five minute walk from three different metro lines, as well as various convenience and grocery stores and restaurants. The room itself was large and comfortable, although in the winter, the floor hall remained very cold. The space is modern and clean and we only once saw anyone else on our floor. There is noise from outside the building (most notably a bell that chimed at 4:30 pm), but we were able to get excellent sleep. We stayed on the seventh floor, which only had female showers, but it was not a problem to go down one flight for the male showers. The cafe provides delicious breakfast options, from a full breakfast plate to granola or a pastry. They also have decaf, which can be more difficult to find in Tokyo. The downstairs lounge is stylish and comfortable with wonderful drink and snack items (we did not have a full dinner) as well as an excellently curated playlist. Finally, the staff was always polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm! Citan is highly recommended if you do not mind sharing a shower and bathroom with others.

It is 10 minutes from the insane part of SHINJUKU station, so it's really wonderful to be close but not besieged with all that hyperstimulation. The walk is easy as it is on a main street, so you can’t get lost. Like the other MIMARUs we stayed at, this was fairly new and wonderfully clean. The lay-out is really nice as all 4 of us had some privacy. It was roomy for a sitting area, dining set, and a small kitchen (well-stocked, although we didn’t use). No view but we were on the second floor. The beds were comfy, and the kids each had a large bunk berth (probably bigger than a capsule hotel, yet had lighting and USB inside). Any family who prizes having a good bed (you are going to need it after all the walking in Tokyo) would have a really good stay.

Great hotel in a quieter area of Tokyo. The popular Akihabara neighbourhood is within walking distance. Check-in process was easy and staff were helpful. Room was clean, quiet and nice. It had air conditioning, a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a laundry area with washing machines and dryers. No laundry detergent needed as the machine automatically dispenses it. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I recommend going to the breakfast area on the earlier side as it gets very busy from 8-9:30. Convenience stores, cafes, and a grocery store are all nearby, along with 3 train/subway stations that allow you to easily get around Tokyo. We used Bakuroyokoyama and Iwamotocho stations to access the Toei subway and Barocho station to access the JR train.

We stayed 4 nights at the Mimaru Tokyo Hatchoburi when we travelled to Tokyo for a holiday in June 2023. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us, and the bunk beds were an absolute delight for our two children who are aged 7yo and 5yo. There was a small dining area which I really appreciated because it provided a nice space for us to have meals at, and for the kids to be at when they colour/draw/play. As we have young children, the little kitchenette was a great plus. Location wise, the apartment hotel is a mere 3-5 mins walk to Hatchoburi Station which provided direct lines to Tokyo Station, Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza. There are also a few convenience stores (including 7-Eleven) and eateries very nearby. There is a soba shop just at Exit 5B of the train station and I found their soba really delicious and not expensive at all. All in all, we had a super pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend if you are travelling as a family and need the extra beds. Will be staying again when we holiday next in Tokyo!

I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

Hygiene: There are ants on the lobby restaurant table, and the exhaust vents of the room sofa and bathroom are so dusty that I accidentally felt uncomfortable after taking a shower. Location: It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from Near East Shinjuku Subway Station. There is a 24-hour M restaurant near the subway station so you won’t be hungry. Service: I don’t know why the housekeeper doesn’t add garbage bags every day, and I don’t know if we are required to ask for it if we need it. Overall, most of them can communicate in English.

As a facility, I am very grateful for the microwave oven and the hot water heater in the room. The bed was also comfortable. The TV is very large for the room, so it was just good to go down to the bed and go down to the window... The toilet seat is fitted to the body and comfortable. The body was narrow when standing on the washbasin (the toilet bowl (seat) immediately on the right hand of the bathtub)...So it was hard to wash the face. There are glasses and mags, but there are no cutlery such as cherry blossoms and spoons, so I thought it would have been good to check in advance.

I stayed here alone on a trip. The room was also very beautiful and had a feeling of cleanliness. There are also necessary amenities in the lobby, As soon as you leave the hotel, there is a 24-hour supermarket and convenience store, which is very convenient. Even when I used it on a Saturday, it was a good value for money. It's a little far from Tokyo Station, but if I have the chance, I would definitely use it again, so I highly recommend it.

We arrived Haneda Airport around mid-night, so we book this hotel that near to the airport just 10min by taxi about 2000 yen, room is clean and two beds are standard size. Hotel provides shuttle bus to the airport, but very limited seats are available. Hotel nearby has an underground that is quite convenience. Check out at 10:00am is too early for us just arrived the Hotel at 2am in the morning, if late check out it will have additional charges, not so user friendly. Hotel staff are very friendly and nice, hotel also provides a simple Japanese style breakfast box that taste is OK

It was relatively close to Haneda Airport, and there was a hotel just a short walk from the station, which was nice. Since this was my first visit, I didn't know how to check in, so I think it would be helpful if the information was more clearly displayed.

It's a little far from the downtown area, so you have to change from Nakano Fujimicho Station to Taya Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station two or three times, but it was quiet and there was a pretty Gaecheon-gil in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk. The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes. I am willing to visit again in the season, not in winter ^^

Located a few minutes walk from Takashima Fudo Station. It is a retro atmosphere, and the lobby makes you feel the age in the room as a swamp, but the water is renovated and beautiful. Auto lock and electric system is key inserted type. Wi-fi complete. There is also a wired LAN. I went to the telework plan, but I was able to spend it firmly.

It is one of the most convenient budget hotels to stay in, especially for solo travelers. Sleeping pod is comfy and cosy. The luggage compartment is spacious enough to put an extra large one. It is near many restaurants, mainstream or hole-in-the-wall types. It is near two major train stations that leads you to Shibuya, Harajuku, Ebisu, and such. There is also a bus stop nearby that leads you to Shibuya crossing. The hotel is very clean and neat. Minimalist design. Also, friendly staff. Can speak English. They also provide breakfast, which doesn’t cost much and food is filling. Just enough to get you going for the day.
