Fantastic hotel, with excellent standard of service from start to finish. Firstly a couple of very minor issues, the room had a handful of minor embellishments- dirty lampshade, marks on the wall and scuff marks around the bathroom door frame. Beyond that there were no complaints at all. Every member of staff was attentive and helpful especially Dave who greeted us on arrival and provided us with a whistle stop guide of the city, really useful. We were able to check in early which again was a huge bonus and the room had a brilliant view over the Danube. Breakfast was amazing couldn’t ask for more, it can get busy but the staff cleaned and dressed tables quickly and without fuss. I could go on and on but suffice to say this was a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to any customer, family, couple, business person whoever. Thanks

we booked our room quite some time ago, unfortunately the corona virus happened just the days we booked the room. we called the hotel, asking for a refund or a voucher for a better time to come as all the museums were closed and many other things. we were told there are other things to do in vienna not only museums. which is true, however this was our goal for this prolonged weekned and was planned extensively and long ago. however when we came there was no help in finding the other things mentioned by them and we were one of the very few guests in the hotel. otherwise the hotel is situated in a calm location if you a lucky enough there is no fair, a nice park is just around the corner, dogs are allowed and room is nice enough, power outlets have the usb port and wifi works good, i have to mention soap as one with the best smell ever in a hotel and last but not least: staff in general very helpful. they even helped us with a forgoten item and send it back to us. thank you for that.

This may easily be the best accommodation deal in Vienna! The company has several apartments around the city that are ideal for a couple or a small group. In our case, there were six adults and we were staying for a week. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a water closet -- which is nice when there are 6 adults moving around in the morning. It also had a full kitchen, washing machine (dry rack; Europeans do not use dryers), a big living room, and two decks -- one on the living area and one on the second floor with rooftop views. The price? A little over $200\day (US)! It was a 5 minute walk to the U-Bahn. The staff was very helpful and willing to help us get settled in. It was nice to stay in a real neighborhood instead of in the city center at a hotel. Definitely check this out!!

we arrived the front door was closed someone by chance let us in -as he was entering - we searched all the way up through stairs to find our apartment the elevator worked by a magnet chip so we left our baggage downstairs until we find the apartment we called the manager he was not all helpful only to know which floor that took us about 30 minutes to enter the apartment ... anyway the apartment was below average we slept in the living room as the bedroom was ridiculously small it was clean though very old apartment and building the iron was missing i asked for it they brought it the same day on our last day we searched for it , they took it back 😂 the room service is free if you stay more than 13 days if less and you asked for it it will charge you 5€ a day I don’t recommend it at all the location is good though

Very good breakfast rooms are fine for a few nights stay. We stayed for 2 nights and noticed my towels were not replaced the next day as the one had some make up from me the night before Asked for a kettle at reception and was told it's not their standard but having come from ibis Poland and ibis Krakow we were able to get kettles at reception. Spent old year eve in the bar. I usually order a vodka and coke and get the coke in the bottle with my glass of vodka. Did not get it from the bar man and requested my coke as I wanted the other half for my second drink. He proceeded to shout at me and brought me another coke he wanted 3 euros for. I tried to explain that I wanted my second half of my coke in the bottle and he told me just to take the other coke he was not going to charge me Extremely rude and after all the embarrassnent I proceeded to my room. I will not stay in this hotel again although the breakfast was better than the other ibis and nothing else. Bar and kitchen staff rude A waiter collided with my husband at the breakfast room a milk bowl was broken. He just turned his back on my husband no apology

We stayed here for 5 nights during a long weekend visit of Vienna. A great budget location to stay. Close to the Praterstern Underground and train station (direct line to airport). And Vorgartenstrasse is even closer. We had a family room with a bunk bed which was acceptable. The rooms have been built very cheaply, but were spacious enough for our needs. Could have done with a table or something to put our bags on though, and the water was not always hot. We also had to ask for a second pillow each. But otherwise it was good value for money. Free wifi was available.

Hotel location is good 4 subway stops can enter the city center cathedral, the hotel can wash clothes for free, borrow baby strollers for free, I have a local supermarket at the door which is quite large and very convenient. The only little dissatisfied, fixed family room, obviously can accommodate 3 people, only one person. It's not good to say she is a member. Generally, I would add a personal tax or something, she did n’t say, and let me open another room directly ... but I said that I would find another place to live by myself, and the room card was also given to me ... the price is ok

Good hotel in common. Good breakfast, nice responsive staff, though a little unskillful (can't print a document out so that the image takes the whole list, not just a tiny space in the corner which is impossible to see and read), sauna, great design. The only issue is windows, which lack quality. They let cold and noise, cigarette smell go through into rooms from outside. However in common we're happy with the stay.

1. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 5 minutes walk from the central railway station, the surrounding environment is very quiet, almost no tramp or refugees, very safe! It is very convenient to eat and shop at the station. It is very cheap to recommend a supermarket. 2. The room facilities are very new, the room photos are much better than some of the four stars in the country, and the decoration is also very elegant. Staying at this price is very cost-effective! 3. The front desk service is also very patient, and there are train schedules to facilitate everyone to hurry. There are also free fruit breads to eat. 4. The TV and air conditioning in the room are very new, the TV is extraordinarily large, and the channels are very good! The toilet and bathroom are separate and very convenient, which is rare in hotels at this price in Europe. 5. The hotel can swipe the card up and down the elevator, very safe! 6. If you go to Vienna, it is highly recommended that everyone stay at this hotel! Absolutely the most cost-effective.

After read a number of reviews, I really didn't know how I'd feel staying here. So what's good first; Staff were very friendly and helpful. As I entered the hotel, it was grand, nice enough with a grand piano there to add to the sophistication. The restaurant was nice, and lunch we had there was good. But Breakfast. Fantastic. Definitely 5 stars. Not an full Irish breakfast, but tis Europe after all and was a very nice buffet set up. Location is good, with the cities connections well flagged by other reviews. Right, the OK. Not bad. Just OK. We stayed on the 5th floor. And a review had refered to it already, but a slap of paint would not go astray, hall way and bedroom in total could do with an up-grade. Really not a 4 star hotel room. It wouldn't take much, but it would be grand for a group of lads on a stag, but definitely not for a romantic get away. That said. Bed was comfortable enough. TV, had 20 odd channels, only 3 news channels in English. No Kettle????? Why???? Anyway, ok price. Ok hotel. Good food. Good location. Would go elsewhere if/when I return to this beautiful city.

The room is really great, the view is great, the breakfast is also great, the view on the top floor is invincible, I also watched a sunrise, and I drank a glass of wine at night. There is a subway station opposite, one stop to Stephen's Cathedral, but two people should take a taxi, cheap and good cars. Rating 4.5, the pre-authorization deposit has not been released for half a month.

My husband son and I stayed at this hotel when first arriving into Vienna. The hotel itself is beautiful, lovely service and room was fantastic. We had a deluxe double room which was spacious and also came with tea coffee making. We had an extra bed for our son. Room was a big size for the three of us. Bathroom was really nice too all the amenities you need. We did not get breakfast while staying here it was expensive - instead choosing to have breakfast at cafe central which is a minute walk from hotel and reasonably priced ( cheaper than the hotel buffet breakfast at hotel ). We are generally not buffet style eaters preferring cereal or toast, eggs and coffee or juice so cafe central was perfect for us and an easy one min walk in the morning (not crowded at all on opening!). We also walked to another cafe one day which was great as well for a coffee and bread roll & egg/museli etc for 1/4 price. Hotel is in a great location in Vienna, the street was all lit up for Christmas too and Xmas markets within walking distance in all directions only a few minutes walk some smaller markets. The big Christmas market at the Rathaus was about a 10 min walk (a must with kids/teens) There is a great Italian restaurant a minute walk from hotel with some great dinner options as well. Cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Walk to St Stephens cathedral was maybe 5-10 mins. Also walking distance Hofburg palace was 2 mins from hotel. Overall great location lovely hotel. A star off for no heated pool though otherwise amazing hotel good location and would definitely stay again when in Vienna.

This hotel is pretty and the room is laid out well. But there were some maintenance issues that never got fixed. First, my safe in room 729. I couldn’t get reception to answer, (irritating) so I went there. The woman at reception said that someone could come assist, but maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next morning. She said that Vienna was a very safe city and there was no need for worry because there was never any crime of any kind. Also, they had a way of knowing who would go in the room. Inwardly, I rolled my eyes. If they know who goes in the room, if something was stolen, it’s my word against that person’s that this item was even in there. Besides that, the item would still be gone. Then when my boyfriend and I were arranging for a taxi, the bellhop informed us that taxi drivers in Vienna are notorious for ripping off tourists. No crime of any kind, ehh? I couldn’t get the faucets (in either sinks) to stop up and I needed to hand wash some items and soak something. Someone came up to show me, but he said after looking they weren’t designed to close. The next morning, after we returned from breakfast, the lock that you use to bolt the door had fallen and was preventing the door from being opened all the way. We asked housekeeping to help, but she couldn’t and called for someone to come up. Thirty mins later, no one had come, so back I went to the lobby and got the bellhop to call. He said there was no request in, so housekeeping hadn’t called. About five mins later, mtc came and unscrewed the bolt, allowing us to enter. While he was there, he tried to fix the safe, but even fresh batteries didn’t fix it. No one ever came to fix it. While the hotel is beautiful, there’s nowhere nearby to eat, no shopping, etc. (except a Starbucks and one bakery). The breakfast buffet is pretty weak for 25euros. We ordered off the menu and it took about 25 mins to get items that weren’t even cooked (cheese, ham, etc). (Meaning there would be no reason for the long delay.) My espresso was cold when I got it. I really want to end this on a good note, so let me say that the staff was really nice and the room was spotless. It was also quiet.
