The environment is very good, the hotel is clean, the price is high, there are Chinese restaurants, Thai restaurants around, driving to the German town is also very convenient, it is recommended. The breakfast was also good and the front desk service was good.

Inexpensive well-maintained rooms for one or two Seattle-area skiiers/boarders discovering the superior weather and snow-level advantages of Mission Ridge Ski Area. Overnight timing is excellent, simple in-out highway directions, near a variety of inexpensive food places. Drive in the afternoon before, be on the mountain when it opens, leave about one for the drive home.

So my wife and I, pictured below, went to this hotel because we've heard the ambiance was kind of our vibe ya know? Turns out that the stories we've heard were fir a different hotel that's more "adultey" if you know what I'm saying.... But anyways upon finding out we're in the Wong hotel, the staff was so nice and made our stay very pleasant. I'm glad we accidentally booked this hotel instead of the other one that's nearby!

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms and hallways were clean. Staff was always wearing a mask. The complimentary breakfast was lacking, as someone who doesn’t eat meat all they had was scrambled eggs, bacon and fruit cups (packaged in syrup). Bagels or toast would have been nice but I understand it’s a free service. Had to sign up for pool use due to Covid, so we couldn’t use the pool the first night but it was very nice to have it all to ourselves during our time slot we signed up for.

Location is the heart of the city nearby many big stores and food chain restaurant even by walk. The price is affordable and quite place to get sleep. The internet is awasome as well. The breakfast was good but too crowded as the room was quite small.

Sheets clean, room quiet, budget accommodations...Just one night on our way to Seattle, so I wasn't like we were here for long...Continental breakfast offered, terrific location....Looks like they are in the process of renovating which would be a good thing...

We were in town for a family emergency. The room was on the main street in town and very noisy. The family with the kids above us were jumping and running well past midnight. Finally had to call front desk to complain. We had been awake for over 24 hours and were exhausted. Other than the bad insulation above us the room was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Our family recently stayed in this hotel for a weekend when we were skiing at Mission Ridge. This is a great choice and we would stay here again. It's a new hotel, walking distance to the Public Market, which has great dinner options, we ate at Fire, excellent pizza and pasta. The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant area connected to the lobby. This was a good spot for having a few drinks and chatting with friends we knew that were also staying at the hotel. The pool area is a little small, it would better if they had more chair and maybe some art on the walls in there. The pool isn't very big, but the hot tub is a pretty big size and is hot. The hot tub was very crowded at almost all times, but that is to be expected during a President's Day weekend. We ate at the restaurant one night, I had pulled pork tacos that were very good, but my wife had a salmon dish that she wasn't thrilled with. Our room had a nice view of the river and the sunrise over the mountains. We enjoyed skiing at Mission Ridge during our stay and also the hike at nearby Saddle Rock is great as well.

Stayed 2 nights 12/20/19-12/22/19. Evening staff that checked us in was awesome and put us in a room close to pool (at my request), however, it was obvious that bathroom had not been cleaned or swept. I went back to desk and asked for cleaning supplies and they insisted that we change rooms. Room that they moved us to was much better but I also noticed that the tile areas apparently had not been swept or vaccummed. Upon checkout, I went to front desk to ask for another laundry bag and had to wait while late shift girl chatted up a storm with another guest who wanted to share her life adventures. Finally I gave up and turned away before the guest noticed and ventured to want to interrupt their conversation but by then, I was past aggreviated at the poor lack of customer service. The location of the motel is great, easy to get to, lots of places close by to offer a variety of food and quick access to Hwy. 2. Beds were extremely comfortable, everything worked well. When I checked out, I did strip the beds to help the housekeepers and noticed what appeared to be an older blood stain on the coverlet, this would most likely never be noticed by guests that weren't looking for it but as a former housekeeper, it was actually very unacceptable to have not been noticed by housekeeping lead.

Customer service was solid, they had to go breakfast which was a nice bonus(rotating hot food item, yogurt, drink, pastry, fruit), there’s also complimentary coffee/tea available in the lobby. Our room was pretty comfortable. Our second time staying here and I really liked it both times. Room AC worked well, WiFi was good. I’d recommend!

Facilities/Amenities were nice! Room was super spacious and comfortable. Temperature was warm even with thermostat down to 69 degrees but it also may have been because the blankets are suuuper warm, made it a little hard to fall asleep. Service was solid, the receptionists were nice/friendly. I got a tiny tiny cut from the sink’s pull knob(?) by pulling it too hard/carelessly, so just be careful/slow when using it, the sides are kinda sharp. There was a little bit of trash and a left behind mascara under the bed on the side that wasn’t ours. Price for the room was super affordable, it was a really good deal and I’d be down to stay again for sure!!

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. At first, credit cards in China and Canada could not be swiped, but it was processed quickly. The hotel location is also very convenient, walking distance to 7-11 convenience stores, and McDonald's, a little further away, there is Safeway supermarket, and it is also very close to the city center across a bridge, the accommodation experience is still very good, recommended!

The hotel is in a good location. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Pioneer Court Square or the river. Taco bell and subway fast food restaurants are nearby. The hotel does not include breakfast, but the big supermarket less than 5 minutes walk can completely solve the problem. The hotel has free parking and the front desk staff are polite. Just because I was not diligent enough in sanitation, I stayed in a hotel for three days, but one day I didn't hear anything.

I booked two room for my family. There weren’t two rooms adjacent or even on the same floor. So they asked if I wanted to upgrade $25/ night to a corner room so that i can be near my family. I think they should’ve waived the $25 because it wasn’t my request for he corner room, it was only to be near my family on same floor. The engineer had to be called into my room because the movie order tv service isn’t working. Has to be fixed tomorrow.

The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the MAX light rail station. After the airport is out, you can take the MAX directly (but please note that the Convention Center station is closed at the end of May, 2019.2.20, and you may have to get off at the previous stop). It is also very convenient to the city. The stadium of the NBA game is nearby (the distance of one stop). If you want to eat, you can choose from the distance you can walk. If you want to shop nearby, you can visit the Lloyd Center Mall (about ten minutes walk). The room allocated was quite large. There was a coffee machine, a microwave oven, and a small bar in the room. The only thing was a bit noisy for the light rail station, but it didn't affect me without sleep disorders.
