Location: Excellent! The central area of the CBD, the light rail / subway station (Town Hall) are all within a 5-minute walk. The downstairs are Myers / David Jones and other department store chains, next to QVB Room: overall clean and sanitary (the table is dusty but I can accept it), the morning flight arrived at the hotel at more than 10 o'clock in the morning, booked a standard room type but there were no vacancies at that time, luck is no other users who have reviewed it can give free Upgrade, say that adding $ 50 a night can upgrade to a "special" room type on the corner, seeing that the cost is not too much and eager to freshen up, I agreed. Although it is a corner room, but the room is really small, it is just a window. And the scenery is better Service: The slow washing of the dishwasher should be that the cleaning staff did not clean up the stopper and deducted points. The two people staying only gave me a shower gel and shampoo, and the next day cleaning will not be replenished. Maybe look I still think that my old one is enough, deduct points, but I will write a note in the bathroom and tell me to make it up every day. Facilities: No use of swimming pool and others so I can't give advice, but there are too few TV channels Overall, I think it is a relatively cost-effective hotel, with excellent location, good facilities and environment, and normal service (general), it is still recommended

Booked the Junior Suite, expecting 5-star service and received an underwhelming welcome & assistance by the front desk girl - as if I was an inconvenience to her day. I called one week in advance to request an early as possible check-in and upon arriving early, requested to be notified as soon as the room was available. When I returned after 2pm, I was made aware that the room had been available for hours and despite having my phone number attached to the booking - nobody bothered to notify me. I had 6 bags upon arrival. Nobody on the ground floor to welcome or assist with the baggage or even direct me up to the front desk lobby. The room itself was attractive with a great bathroom. Pleasant furnishings with ample space, however the room was so poorly lit I actually needed to pull out my flashlight twice to find belongings in my bag. Keep in mind, I don't require glasses! At this price point, you can find plenty of better options with the expected 5-star service level. The location is great and the rooms are designed well. I enjoyed the aesthetics but that's about it.. its a gimmicky hotel with nothing much in the way of a view. Suggestion? Get the best bang for your buck elsewhere.

Very well located hotel. In the core area of Sydney, you can walk to most iconic sights such as the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge in a short distance. The next street is George Street, the core commercial pedestrian street in Sydney. You can walk to Chinatown in 10 minutes, and there are many shopping and dining options. The other is that the hotel prices are not expensive and more affordable. The only fly in the ointment is that it is close to the main road and can hear the noise of subway and light rail during the day.

The location is very good, close to Pitter Street and Victoria Building, only 10 minutes walk to Darling Harbour and 2 kilometers to the fish market. It is 1.6 kilometers walk from Chinatown and about 1 kilometers from Maria Church. It is very convenient for dining and shopping. The decoration of the hotel is quaint, the staff is friendly, and the stay is on a good floor. The room is large and clean, but the bed in the twin room is small and only suitable for a single person and not suitable for children. The most disturbing thing is that the quilt is wrapped with two sheets, which will be uneven when sleeping. Everything else is good

Location: Located next to QVB, above the town hall railway station and light rail, if you sit for a few more days, you can walk directly to visit: Sydney Tower, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House, Sydney State Library, Museum, State Art Gallery , Chinatown, Darling Harbour, China Friendship Garden, Emperor Botanic Garden, Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair, Hyde Park... A few stops by light rail: Sydney Fish Market, Star Billion Casino, etc. Facility decoration: There are pictures as proof, although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs, and some disposable slippers are rare! clean! Newly renovated. Price: The day of my check-in is Thursday, and the price is less than $90, which is a 40% discount on weekends. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling on business! Will definitely come again! Front desk service: The boss is savvy, and the staff are of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Indian. The service is cordial and fast, very good 👍

Perfect! The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk is very patient and reasonable. Although Ctrip's orders have problems with overbooking and non-payment, he has helped us to check in first. The allocation of 4 rooms is thoughtful for our children and the breakfast for the children. Arranged properly, Marriott members do not need to add money. Various facilities and discounts for New Year's meals are also introduced. When we checked in, it was more than ten in the evening. His warm and detailed introduction made us feel right at home on our first night in Australia! I really regret not having asked him his name at that time, he should have sent a compliment email to the hotel. As for the location advantage of the hotel, it goes without saying that the attractions and shopping are all within walking distance, which is extremely convenient, especially the Hyde Park next to it. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The rich breakfast was recognized by the whole family and the Chinese stomach was well taken care of. Definitely the first choice for family outings!

The good: Location, room layout, staff, cleanliness - all good. The A/C in our room was blowing extremely cold air. The switch to adjust the fan wouldn’t respond, the thermostat adjustment was futile, and even turning the A/C off didn’t work so we had to turn it off at the switchboard. To the hotels credit they did supply a portable heater but on the days when heat wasn’t needed it was a choice between being frozen or having no air. We were advised changing rooms wouldn’t achieve anything so clearly there is a systemic problem. As a Gold Accor member we will stay loyal to Accor but it will be back to the Novotel or Sofitel next time.

I visited the bar of Criterion Hotel with my friends and partners at 8pm On July 22, 2020 . The beverage service and the infield staff were fine. Only the security guard standing at the entrance was suspected to make things difficult for me. When I walked into the dining area with two other male friend and only checked my credentials. Of course, this may be only part of his responsibilities. I was waiting for friend to order a drink on my seat, and I didn’t realize at the first time that customer registration app indicator of Covid Safe Plan is located in-front of the bar. The security guard didn’t have to come forward and “only”ask me to register for the app, also "Touch" my arm at the same time!! Physical contact with customers it doesn't look wise with social distance at the moment, right? In addition, why two other male friends of mine did not get any notification of the registration message from this security guard! "The security guard involved in touching my part of body, which on unnecessary. Whether it involves sexual harassment in public places or anti-Asia discrimination. When he touching my arm dose he sanitiser his hands first ? Is the employee training and workplace education insufficient? Shouldn't all employees agree to abide with the Manage Diversity in the Workplace when entering employment? Today’s experience disappointed me and felt been violated!

The room is clean and tidy, the main point is large, there is a kitchen, kitchen utensils are readily available, very convenient. 3. Convenient transportation nearby, extending in all directions, there are supermarkets and comprehensive eating places like KFC. It is very close to the city hall train station at 150 meters. 4. Check-out efficiency is high and fast, the deposit is only 1AUD, and snacks are delivered early (for me, one morning meal is enough)

The location is in the middle of the CBD and it is convenient to go to the sights. The room is a bit old and the WIFI signal is weak. The elevator has to manually open and close the door. The elevator has to open the door once and the floor of the first floor is not aligned. It is necessary to bend over and step on the way, which is terrible! Be careful of safety incidents. We were very happy with our stay (5 nights) in March 2021 at Adina Apartment Hotel. The location is excellent for accessing Sydney centre, the Harbour, etc. The apartment - one bedroom- was good and met our needs. With minimal noise from the busy area outside, we were able to sleep well each night. This is not a luxurious place but certainly a very good and comfortable accommodation option. The staff were very helpful. We would stay here again.

Bring the younger brother out to play, four people, and live in the two bedroom suite. Living on the 44th floor, the scenery is very good and there is a big balcony. 2 washrooms. The master bedroom has a washroom and balcony. Smoking can be smoked on the balcony. The facilities in the room are still very perfect, the washing machine, the microwave oven for cooking, the oven, the pot and the glass are all very convenient. It is the drain in the bathroom that is very slow, and it often spills out. Every day, I cleaned the room, but it was definitely not like a 5 star hotel. It was so clean, and I needed to change the bath towel. The service attitude was quite satisfactory. The normal check-out time was 10 o'clock. It was late that day. After adding 50 Australian dollars to 12:30, if you check out the room rate, you may receive it according to the occupancy rate at that time. I was not at that time. Holidays, so the collection is cheaper. Shopping is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the big shopping malls of myer. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Chinatown. The only bad thing about staying in a CBD hotel is that the weekend is very noisy. There is no way. Overall, I am still very satisfied. Suitable for families, friends, and people. The location is very good, it is very close to Town Hall station1, Queen's Summer QVB, supermarket Woolworths, Sydney Tower Eye, 400 meters away, you can see the Sydney Tower in the room. Darling Harbour is just past Sussax Street, and a firework display was seen on Saturday night. There are washing machines and dryers. The kitchen is well-equipped, and you can borrow a rice cooker to cook your own meals. Meriton has 4/5 nearby. This store is very new and will only open in July 2019. We & # 183; live 2803 is estimated to be the first time guests. There is a double toilet in the room, which is very comfortable. The check-in experience turned out to be good; but at the last moment it was unhappy. On the morning of the 15th, we checked-out our luggage and went out to play. At noon, the customer service called to say that we had damaged the room and needed compensation. We went back to the hotel site and found that there was a broken floor tile near the power socket on the side of the lobby! Which guest will notice the broken floor tiles? We moved the small table to the nearby place to charge the mobile phone, but they were all handled lightly. Why the first time I suspected that the guest broke the intentional table to cover up? The hotel did n’t check if there were any signs of collision at the table? It must be the guest's damage, not the hotel's cleaning staff and others (unintentionally sliding the table down). Maybe it broke during the renovation, but we were the first one to be considered damaged when we checked into the room? If you handle it gently, you can crush the floor tiles. The quality of the decoration is too bad, right? Do n’t you worry about scratching the cracked floor tiles? Finally, the hotel manager was negotiated to say that we are not responsible and the customer service apologized. But to be honest, this delays guests' time. Fortunately, we are not going to fly on that day. Meriton has to improve on this kind of problem!

Not much to say about the location, mainly because Avis car rental is on the left-hand side of the hotel lobby. It is very convenient to rent a car after driving for two days in Sydney. The road in Australia is not as wide as that in the United States. It is not recommended that you rent a big car. It is very painful to drive in the city. The double bed is still a bit small, and the room can see the opera house. It is very convenient to eat and shop nearby. The weather in Sydney is very good now. Went for 3 nights. The first night I found that the stove hood was not working properly, so I spoke to the front desk. Back to the hotel in the evening, they said that the tests had been completed and everything was normal. So I tried it. It took 3 minutes to turn off again, so I went to talk to them again the next morning. (I kept pressing and cooking on the first night. I cook with one hand, and I admire myself.) They said that they had checked before. . . I said that I would die in 3 to 5 minutes after opening, and they also said that it was okay to try. It turned out that for 3 nights I cooked with this switch. . . . Milk and coffee need to be found by them, they are not added automatically. Everything else is good. Easy to darling harbour and downtown. It's pretty comforting. I hope to help everyone. If you don't need to cook by yourself, the price is still very high.

There aren't many basic facilities in the room.. Such as indoor slippers and mineral water (this price is not cheap, even the water is not willing to give.. too much!!!!) I wanted to live here and I could have a view of the opera house.. but not at the same price, I can live in a good hotel. Then because of the encounter with the vivid Australia festival... The road was sealed... I called the front desk to help me call the car to the airport, and specifically asked her where to wait (I know the road seal)... As a result, she was completely unaware of it. Call me at the hotel.. The result is that the car can't come in... It also delayed my time... Finally, they didn't help at all... I have to drag my bulky luggage to the road to call the car. 😡😡😡 In summary, there is no need to live here... The same geographical location, there are many other options😎

I have a two-bedroom suite for a total of more than 4,100 nights. The Sydney Opera House can be seen on the big platform. Most of the rooms are on the sea. I am a corner. If you add 100 knives a day, you can live in a sea view room. It is very close to the Sydney Grand Theatre, and it is just a few steps down the stairs. The scenery downstairs is beautiful, you can see the bridge, the bar is even one. The traffic is more convenient. From the train station, the bus stop is very close. Breakfast is the kind of order, up to 30 knives. With our menu, I don't know an English letter, I didn't eat it. If you pay 30 knives, the casual points on the menu are all words, no picture. The location of the apartment is quiet. It is acceptable to walk 5 minutes from museum station, so it is also 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park. It is very convenient to get to Circular Quay by taking two stops from museum station. But walking to Darling Harbour feels a bit far away, especially when walking back with children to play is still tiring. The nearest supermarket is coles on the first floor of the World Square. It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk, but there are many intersections, so it will delay some time. There is a basket brother on the right hand side of the apartment for breakfast. Of course, it is most economical to go to the supermarket to buy things and come back to make breakfast on your own. The clean and beautiful decoration in the apartment is relatively modern, but the lights are not bright enough. Facilities are relatively complete, especially the kitchen supplies are complete, toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap, dishwasher blocks are all available, and will make up. Paper towels, hand towels, face towels, bath towels are available, and daily new towels will be replaced. Without slippers, there will be cleaning every day. The only bad design is that the lamp at the bedside is too low, it is very easy to hit the head ... The type of room I live in does not have a washing machine. The service is also very good with a 24-hour front desk. Fruits are changed daily in the lobby to eat, and free sweets and lemonade are also served. The gym is 24 hours and is on the 1st floor (actually on the 2nd floor and the lobby is on the G floor) The deposit pre-authorization was released very quickly, and it was completed two days after check-out. Yes there are some bad reviews but we decided to book anyway. It can be noisy at night. But if you live in a city and are used to city noise then you're fine. If you're used to sleeping in silence I'd recommend some earplugs. The best things about this place are: 1) the apartment and 2) location The apartment is spacious and fitted well. Everything is of good quality and the decor is modern. The location is unbeatable, next to darling harbour, Wynyard station and George Street. Finally the price is fantastic, think we paid around 150 AUD a night over a public holiday weekend via Expedia. Nothing even nearly comparable nearby. This time we grabbed an Executive Ocean View Room with a better price. The Intercontinental Executive Lounge in Sydney is one of the best in the world. It is really very good. The first is of course the scenery. Breakfast is relatively simple, but afternoon tea and happy hour are very plentiful, and there are many choices of water bars. The room type is a 28-story eastern sea-view bed. I thought I might upgrade to see the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It turns out that I think too much. It is a pure eastern bay. The sea view is more general. ). But if the hotel is more general than the Executive Lounge, the room size is OK, but the room furniture is old, the bathroom is small, and the faucets are the old-fashioned hot and cold faucets, which is inconvenient. But sanitary conditions are OK. The staff of the Executive Lounge is naturally very good, and the reception on the first floor is ok. That is, the check-out of the executive room of other hotels can generally be extended at least to 2 o'clock for free, and the check-out of this 11 o'clock can only be extended to 12 o'clock, and then you need to pay. In general, other hotels at the same price might be better if the executive rooms are not grabbed at preferential prices

OK, so you may find more salubrious surroundings in the Sydney CBD to have lunch than The Occidental Hotel, but this pub’s quality restaurant offerings and the genuine warmth of the experience are simply unbeatable. Sitting pretty on the 1st Floor of the glorious Occi Hotel is The Fairmont Restaurant, a classy and refined haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city’s streets, and featuring a mouth-watering menu and seasoned team of hospitality professionals who deliver the goods every time. We genuinely struggled with our Entree selections . . . what do you leave out from Seared scallops, Spicy Peking duck pancakes, Blue Swimmer crab angel hair pasta, Salt & pepper squid, or hand-chosen Sydney Rock Oysters? But don’t go too hard too early because The Occi is best known for its famous steaks, a result of this pub being owned and operated by legendary Hotelier Fred Newton, of Glenmore Meats fame. The fabulous food and superb wine list here is complemented, thankfully, by a wide range of traditional beers and a wonderful pub atmosphere that embraces you the minute you walk through the doors. The Fairmont Restaurant at The Occidental Hotel is perfect for client business meetings, group bookings, special occasions or just a nice catch-up in the city with friends. But be warned . . . after you’ve climbed the wooden staircase and marveled at the Victorian Regency Style decor, you may find yourself wistfully remembering yesteryear and re-telling famous old stories. Or just simply not wanting to return to work! Love this place. And well done to the management team at this fine establishment. It is superbly run.

This room is pretty average, there is no dryer, the air conditioner is broken, the windows are leaking, and it blows cold the next day... The suites I have stayed in this hotel before are much better than this room. It is recommended to add some money to stay in the suites instead of this room.

I stayed at Little National for 3 nights recently, and loved it. My husband joined me for one night, and then I stayed on alone. The room was fine for the two of us, as we didn't spend much time in the room. From the moment we entered the hotel the staff were fantastic, very nice and extremely accommodating. Our housekeeper bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is brand new, therefore everything is very clean, plush and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and well set up for sitting in bed working or watching tv. The wall controlled lights, blinds and curtains were really great. The bathroom was well appointed, great shower, nice toiletries and plush towels. There were robes, slippers, Nespresso and plenty of T2 to enjoy in the room. The gym is really good, lots of equipment and all brand new. The rooftop bar/lounge was also great, lovely views and lots of different areas to sit in. My husband worked up there a couple of times. The drinks from the bar were also good with quite a large menu. I ordered food delivery twice, and both times it was brought from downstairs to my door by hotel staff, along with plates and cutlery - this was fantastic! The hotel entrance is right beside Wynyard station, as well as access to the Barangaroo tunnel - this was invaluable since it rained nearly our whole stay. This hotel will be one of the top in Sydney very soon, i'm sure - get in and experience it! We will definitely be staying here again next time we return to Sydney.

The location of the hotel is very good. 10 minutes walk from Sydney Opera House. Surrounded by shopping malls and designer shops, shopping is very convenient. It is also very convenient to travel by subway
