The hotel location is particularly good, 200 meters walk from Milan Cathedral and 500 meters walk from the shopping center. The food around the hotel is also very convenient. But the room environment can only be said to be OK, but the price is almost the same, from the location, there is no need to say, recommended! Hotel service attitude is also good, that is, English is generally spoken.

We had a great time spending our time at the ApartHotel Duomo. We took a room with jacuzzi. Tidy room, upgraded & modern one, complete amenities, a lot of towels! They provide also bathrobe and slippers. The bathroom was very clean and organize; you have everything you need inside. The lights are actually cool it has many options like the changing of leds color & everything but we had a hard time changing the lights hahaha. Price is reasonable because it situated right behind the Duomo Cathedral. You can’t totally call the place an hotel but more on luxurious small apartments. Good for bussiness and pleasure. We stayed there for one night only because we wanted to try and explore in our city since we cannot go out of town. It was indeed a good place to unwind and relax from the anxiety of this pandemic. However, they should be more specific about the paying method because they froze us the same amount of payment for the reservation & then we also paid in the reception so it’s like paying twicely ( no worries though, because they are going to refund the same payment that you did for the reservation although we needed to wait for atleast 2 to 3 days) there’s additional payment for the accomodation & for how many people our going to stay in the room. To sum up, you can’t totally trust the price given online. If you want to book call them directly. Anyways, it was indeed a good experience. We will be back!

I must give a big praise. I have read other reviews before and hesitated for a long time. It is actually very good. First of all, the location of the hotel is great. It is only 10 minutes away from the cathedral. When you reach the church, it is the commercial center. In the subway station, all the big names are sold, and it is also close to Napoleon Street. At the same time, the hotel is very quiet and clean. European hotels are relatively old. This has something to do with their habits. Historical buildings will not It has been overthrown, so it is very good in comparison. There is a gym, a restaurant on the second floor, the price is not expensive, and the breakfast is good, especially coffee, there are vegetables, fruits, yogurt, bread, and snacks. Yes, the shower in the room is very hot. If the room feels cold, you can turn on the air conditioner. There are slippers and toiletries. The price is really right, so it is very recommended. The photo is after the grandfather next to him. Neatly stack the napkins. There are rooms suitable for family travel. Ordered a double bed room and ended up in a suite

We travelled as three friends. The photos made the junior suite look luxurious and I thought there was a separate bedroom for some privacy, since there were 3 people sharing, it was not the case. The suite overlooked a main road and traffic noise at night was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. They claim a 4 star service but there were limited facilities. There was no water or milk supplied. There was a 24 hour front desk service, however staff were not friendly or particularly helpful. It was not a luxurious experience as I was expecting for the price we paid, which was expensive. The positive was the beds were comfortable and the location was amazing. Would not recommend, way too pricey.

Fortunately, the waiter helped me carry the luggage. There are two narrow steps into the room, which is quite difficult to cross. The location is very good. There is a subway 200 meters away. It is convenient to travel by subway in Milan. I have been in Italy for ten days and finally visit a big city.

Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nights over Valentine’s Day. We arrived early at 11am and were allowed to check in! All staff spoke perfect English and were friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfectly fine and overlooked the street. All the main public transport lines are literally across the road so no trouble getting anywhere. The room has a minibar with reasonable prices, fresh towels and toiletries all provided. We didn’t sample the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Oh and a highlight is across the road from the hotel is the Lamborghini showroom!

Convenient location, around 10 minutes from the Milano Centrale Train station. Its inside of a big street with a lot of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Capsule rooms are decent in size and clean. Heating works properly in the rooms. Expect a fair amount of noise as the capsule is made of thin metal so you can hear banging sounds. Bathrooms are big in size, and clean. If you have your own washing liquid, you can use the washer dryer for free. You also get a welcome drink when you move in. If you are under 27,you dont have to pay the city tax, just to let you know. Overall, it was worth the price and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel itself was very good, clean, good service, and delicious breakfast, but we had a really bad night. The bar opposite the window, the local people sang and jumped tossing to about 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, a glass window can not stop this noise. At 6:20 in the morning, it was a garbage cleaning vehicle. It buzzed under the window for about 5 minutes, and then drove away. It became extremely difficult to fall asleep again. We live in a triple room facing the end of the corridor. Maybe other rooms will be better. If you want to make a reservation, you must look at the room direction!

Well, this hotel provides what you need at a reasonable cost. It is a 15 to 20 min walk from the Duomo, so the worst tourist traffic is gracefully avoided at this location. By the way, this location also means advantages for close by visits to restaurants etc. Instead of ending up at expensive tourist traps near the Duomo with si-so food, you can find excellent, genuine small restaurants in this area serving georgious non-over-complicated food and very nice wines at reasonable prices So far, I have only stayed at this hotel for 1 night, so my experience is limited. However, i will book this hotel on my next trip to get more input. The only negative thing noticed so far is the single rooms being very tiny - these rooms are not for the clausrtofobic! Otherwise, the room was good, clean and in good condition. The bed was small, but gave me a good nights sleep. Oh, if you are very (VERY) easily disturbed at night, you may catch the noise from the subway passing under the hotel. I was situated on the 4th floor, but late in the evening when everything else was quiet I could hear a weak rumble from the trains passing by. However, this was not frequent and did not bother me going to sleep. Breakfast! Well, the selection was not vast, but the quality on the offerings were very good and service prompt and friendly. In fact, at this hotel I had the best scrambled eggs and bacon ever! The bacon were very thin and perfectly crispy and the eggs were for some reason more tasty than ”normal”. Front staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, tThe entire hotel seems to be friendly and helpful in many details. You can e g have complimentary: -Tea or coffe with some bread in the lobby, - An electronic ”travelguide” (located in your room) which you can take with you (like a mobile phone) on your excursions in the city. - A bike to borrow to cycle around Milan. As mentioned above, I will explore this hotel further in the future!

Milan is an expensive city, yet this Hotel is very reasonably priced. A family hotel for more than 100 years, the furniture and art reflects an eclectic collection built over the generations. My daughter and I found it quite charming and delightful. Our twin room was a good size, with excellent air conditioning and chilled sparkling and spring water refreshed in the room each day. Expresso coffees will be made by staff on request at any time, and there is also a bar on site. The bathroom in our room included a full bath and had excellent lighting. The complimentary breakfast provided was a generous spread. We requested soy milk for our coffee on the first morning we attended breakfast (due to allergies) and as none was available we quite happily drank our fresh coffees black. Without requesting, the next day soy milk was on the menu! The hotel is a convenient walk to the metro and the tram stops right outside the door. It took about 20 minutes to get to the Duomo Cathedral. This is not a luxury hotel, nor does it pretend to be. The staff were very friendly, helpful and we will return.

The hotel on a business trip is not bad. There is an Italian restaurant opened by the Chinese. Walk to the pavilion for 10 minutes and walk to Citylife for about 20 minutes. The hotel lobby has a Chinese style, with water and sweets in mind. Breakfast is 19 euros, and the discount is 15 euros, so it is expensive. Check out to 5 euros one person's city tax, the payment still has to pay, a good choice for a special period.

Breakfast is good. The location is ok, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, 15 minutes by subway to the center of Milan Cathedral. The hotel's room reservation department and lobby reception gave zero points, bad reviews! Due to the wrong date of a room, I contacted the hotel before Ctrip and wanted to change the time. No refund was required, but the hotel kicked the ball to Ctrip several times. After the hotel, I continued to fool, saying that Ctrip had not contacted the hotel for changes. The date of stay. However, I am willing to believe that Ctrip, Ctrip's communication service and attitude are very satisfactory, and I would like to give special praise to the customer service. I feel that this hotel has a completely different attitude towards Booking and Ctrip. I hope Ctrip is more powerful in international status! When people say that they are different through Ctrip's attitude, this feeling is super unhappy, I want to continue to support Ctrip! Never stay in this hotel in the future

The best hotel to stay in Italy, although not the momentum and standards of five-star hotels, but the service facilities are good, very satisfied. [Location] 10 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station, 5 minutes walk from the nearest subway line 1 station, there are some restaurant bars downstairs, and Carrefour walks in 5 minutes. [Room] is a lot bigger than the 16 flats I imagined. I don't feel forced, and the hot water in the bathroom is very stable. [Breakfast] is very rich, and you can have a meal until the afternoon. [Service] The front desk is free to help print the documents, and check-out at 12 o'clock is great!

It’s a handy location and all seemed fine when we checked in. But three things make me reluctant to recommend this place. Firstly, the loud dance music. I’m not a light sleeper, so the constant thud, thud, thud of music has to be loud to disrupt my sleep. Secondly, our luggage was lost (didn’t make the connecting flight - obviously not the hotel’s fault). Before going to bed we said if our luggage arrives don’t call us. So…after midnight we get a call to say our luggage has arrived! Whilst I had reception on the phone I said the dance music I could hear was keeping me awake. Man at reception said they’d ‘shut the door’. Not sure what that means, but the music continues! Thirdly, the shower is positioned in a way over the bath that makes it nearly impossible for a person taller than average to shower without flooding the bathroom. So if you are tall (and assuming all bathrooms are like the one in Room 619), only have a bath.

What was dissatisfied was that the double bed room became a double bed room, and the manager did not change it. My daughter and I visited Hotel Oro Blu for the first time last October. Since then we have been back three times. We chose this hotel because it is located right at the metro station to go downtown to the city center/Duomo and has parking in the building attached to the hotel. The first time we stayed at a hotel closer to the center but it is a nightmare to drive in the center and it is forbidden to drive on some of the streets. So for us it is better to have easy access to parking and the metro and not have to deal with the crazy driving in the center. Hotel Oro Blu also has larger than average rooms for hotels in Milan so there is plenty of room for luggage, The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is cute bar next door. But the main reason we keep returning is the staff at Hotel Oro Blu. Everyone from the front desk managers to the maids have been kind and helpful. Especially one front desk manager Matteo who makes us feel welcome every time we arrive welcoming us back and helping us with our luggage. They really make an extra effort to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. For example, one time the ice maker was out of ice so they ran next door to the bar and filled up an ice bucket for me. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Milan and Hotel Oro Blu!
