Just left from a two night stay. The hotel is in a great location, minutes from Duomo. We took the no 73 bus from linate airport, around €2 and it was a short walk from the bus stop. We took a taxi back it was approx €30. The hotel is clean and beds comfy. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed in Hotel Milano Castello ( 3 weeks ago) and I feel I must this nightmare of an experience. I booked this room fairly last minute and because of it was charged a ridiculous amount (paying 400+) for a hotel room that contained cheap paper-thin towels, little to no bedding, in an all-white room that looked something like holding cell. Nevertheless, this is not why I am writing the review. Apart from the fact that I was being ridiculously ripped off, I want to talk about how the hotel manager kicked me and my boyfriend out of the hotel at 4 in the morning, and tried to force his way into our hotel room (to do honestly I can't imagine what). On July, 29, 2022 we returned to the hotel at around 10 pm sitting in the lobby exchanging quiet conversation about our trip to Milan. Next thing we know the night concierge approaches us, almost seething demanding we explain if we had taken anything from the supply room?? My boyfriend and I looked at each other and then him, dumbfounded as to what in the world he's talking about. He starts trying to follow us to our room, trying to snatch our hotel key away, all the while but of us are trying to explain there must be a miss understanding, as we had nothing to do with missing hotel property–– we found out later another guest had stolen alcohol from the bar. He tried forcing his way into our room, to which my boyfriend objected, screaming at us ”Go f*** yourselves” completely unprovoked. Genuinely seemed as if this man was having a mental breakdown and we happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He then tells us he's going to turn off the electricity in our room if we didn't leave within 30 minutes. At this point, its almost 2 in the morning and both of us have nowhere to go having assumed we would be staying in our reserved room. The concierge then tries charging us for non-existent items from the mini-bar which we hadn't consumed, and after 20 minutes of back and forth he decides he's not going to charge us for fake charges (what a relief?). After physically pushing us out of the hotel, insisting we must find somewhere else despite having already paid for this night at the hotel. I have never been reimbursed, never been contacted despite having attempted to contact them. In short, I can't believe a hotel with this reputation would allow a person as insane as this (flip-flop wearing) night manager to be apart of their staff.

The room is a triple room and the room is very large. After looking downstairs for a long time, a staff member came down. On the first day of the stay, only one sheet was placed on the bed, and the core was immersed. The next day I went out to communicate with the front desk. When I came back, I found that the core was finally installed. Breakfast is an order. Overall it is still very good.

The location was also very good near the Duomo. I went to the Duomo three times, once in the morning and once at night. Anyway, the location is really good. There is one from the main street, but it is safe and I would like to use it next time. The room was small, but it was clean and had an automatic card lock. It was a fun stay where I forgot my toothbrush and they showed me where to buy it even late at night, and they took great care of me in many ways.

There are only 3 rooms without a house. It is not a hotel / hotel at all. There is no service desk. One-room households cost 150 Euros a day, and the 4-star hotel UNA HOTEL has a lobby, and the restaurant is readily available for 120 Euros a day. I was poisoned in the suite. Actually it was one of the suites. Ha ha

The very spacious rooms have slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Complimentary water is also provided. The location is very convenient. There is a Japanese restaurant nearby for a few days, it is very fresh. Italian food is not praised on the street and is quite edible, not to mention large quantities. Breakfast at the hotel is relatively basic. It starts too late. If you don't have time to eat after a few days, leave the house. Don't order breakfast next time. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The first night was inexperienced. Swelling of the bridge of the nose. Mosquitoes woke up in the middle of the night and killed 6 bloody mosquitoes in one night. The next day, before going to bed, four or five mosquitoes appear, and the doors and windows are closed. I don't know where these mosquitoes fly. Other hotels have mosquitoes in the background too, which is awesome.

Location is very convenient to Cadorna station, the metro, and the Duomo. Restaurants are everywhere in Brera. There's a grocery store 10 minutes away next to Cadorna. Staff was very nice. I met 3 people at the front desk and they were all helpful. I had to rush out in the early AM one morning and was too brusque to the front-desk lady - sorry to her - but she was very nice about it. I got a single room, and it was fine for my needs except for two things: -The wifi is spotty. It seems related to how many other people are using it, so early AM is better than 10 PM. -The bathroom was not ideal. Cramped, uncomfortable, not fully functional.

The Klima hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful, all of the staff were polite and friendly and we got a”Bonjourno!”or a “Ciao!” every time we passed. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The shower was powerful and everywhere very clean. The location is within an industrial estate but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk, the tram stop is a 10 min walk, and the local train station is a 15 minutes walk, with a Milano card, this was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Great old school grand hotel. The Sheraton is located a 20 min walk to the Domo and located in a nice part of Milan. It is a older classic hotel with a beautiful rear garden and very nice bar lounge. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and the bar in the evening. As it is an older building the rooms are a little smaller than new hotels but the details are very nice. The service was great both at the reception (I needed help with tickets) and at the breakfast and bar lounge. There is no parking but they will take your car from the front door when you arrive and return it in minutes when you need it. We enjoyed our stay and I would return the next time I come to Milan.

Hotel Gamma was the perfect stay! I would highly recommend this place! I stayed in a terrible hostel the night before and was able to book a night at Hotel Gamma last minute. The staff was soooo accommodating and extremely friendly. I was so grateful for such a nice welcome after an awful night's sleep the night before. They kindly let me check into my room early and were helpful when I needed recommendations and directions for the city and my day trip to Lake Como. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious, too! It was also affordable - definitely stay here!

The hotel is 10 minutes by taxi from Garibaldi Station and 23 minutes by tram line 14 from Piazza Duomo. Everything corresponds to the European level of 4 stars. There is one drawback is gasarbeiters from Asia as waiters in a restaurant. Not courteous and rude, not speaking any language. The management of the hotel should think less about saving.

In Milan, I have also stayed at B&B Hotel Milano Cenisio Garibaldi, Hotel degli Arcimboldi, Lloyd Hotel, Hotel Pierre Milano, Hilton Milan & Mokinba Hotel King. My reviews, to compare, can be found on TripAdvisor. Pros: - Location: (Walking) Porta Nuova (6mins), Corso Como (8mins), Brera Art Gallery (15mins), Monumental Cemetery (17mins), The Fashion District (20mins). - Bathroom amenities: Soap bar, combined shampoo/body wash, shower cap, hairdryer. - Free in-room WiFi (average speed approx. 29Mbps). - Quiet at night. Cons: - Room design is rather impracticle: no chair with back if you need to work (only a pouf stool), small desk not deeper than a laptop, almost no storage spaces, very dimly lit, bright neon light for the keycard slot that you cannot disable during sleep, in-room safe not large enough for a tablet or laptop, no door on bathroom area (so if you travel with someone else, make sure you are comfortable seeing each other intimately). - Breakfast is quite odd and overpriced. Located in the reception area, you can see and overhear all the discussions with guests (or gossip among staff about guests, which we found rather unprofessional!). A set menu plate with no choice (so we had a lot of food wastage). No standard items, ie. no fruit yoghurt, no cereal, no pastries (only a mini donut and mini muffin), no fresh fruit, no hot food, savory items only a couple of slices of ham and cheese from a plastic supermarket packet. Same items every day, mainly bread-based. - Staff need more training for a 4-star hotel. Check-in was slow, used toiletries not replenished when cleaning rooms, unprofessional staff behaviour as mentioned above. - Quality of towels and toiletries very low (more suited to a 3-star hotel). - Many fire escape maps in the hallways are completely incorrect, wrong room numbers and wrong hallway designs. Unsure how these passed safety inspections.

The hotel is located near the Church of the Virgin of Gratitude, about a few kilometers away, and then the hotel is located on the second floor. When you check in, you have to press the call next to the door to ask them to open the door. The hotel is on the second floor (equal to the third floor of the country). Simple, then take a small elevator upstairs to check in. The room is OK, I bought less than 900rmb a night, the superior single room, the room is not big, but there is a balcony, the facilities are complete, there is a password box, there is no hot water bottle, the water in the refrigerator does not know if it can be drunk for free, the price is marked on the top, but I drank a bottle of pure water and confiscated my money. The balcony of the room is very good. It would be better if two people were together. You can sit and chat and see the street view. Then every day someone will come to clean, the quilt looks quite clean, pay attention to their toilet next to a small similar wash basin, that is used to wash pg, but most of us do not have this habit. The hotel traffic is quite convenient. There are 10 trams at the 100-meter turn. You can take the M1 subway for more than 600 meters. It is recommended that you buy the 3-day pass if you play for a few days, which is more cost-effective (I often do the wrong station 😂). Then there are many restaurants nearby. It takes a few steps to get there. I feel very rich in the hotel's breakfast. I have a lot of snacks, yogurt and fruit. Praise! . Don't worry about playing, Milan is very small, half an hour of public transportation can basically reach most attractions. Basically, to be honest, the Milan hotel is quite expensive, and you have to pay a 4 euro/day tax when you check out, but the front desk service is very good, and you will have a little English and say hello.

Awful. This hotel room was truly disgusting. If it was a budget hostel I would still be complaining. Firstly, this hotel is not cheap so you do expect a certain level of decency. Upon arrival the guy at reception will do very little in regards to customer service or even bother with eye contact. You will then proceed into what is a dated hotel with no amenities. Upon entering the room you won’t be finding much at all, this only highlights the amount of disrepair and uncleanliness of your room. The smell of mould will soon catch your attention and lead you into what is the most offensive bathroom I have ever seen. Mould on every surface and cracks in the toilet. No attempt has been made to clean away the mouldiness for update any of the broken things such as the toilet seat, shower door or manky handles. This bathroom was a health hazard and should not be functioning as a vacant room. If you can endure the filth don’t expect a good night sleep, the property has a vintage lift which will keep you awake alongside heavy doors being slammed. If there is a respite in internal movements the busy road and junction outside is more than enough to keep you awake. As for the location, there is literally nothing nearby, no shops no restaurants no places of interest. Avoid.

The hostel was clean, tidy and the staff were friendly and helped us with any questions and gave us recommendations of where to visit. Having a 24 hr reception was extremely useful as there was always someone to chat too if we needed help. Not being able to take our keys out of the hostel gave us peace of mind that we wouldn’t lose them, so it was nice to simply hand them in to reception and get them back when we returned from our outings. While at the hostel we decided to go to Lugano, Switzerland on the train and we didn’t return to our hostel for over 24 hours, when we arrived back we asked for our keys and all was well with our room etc… If I return to Milan and want an affordable accomodation I would definitely rebook this as it is walking distance in to the centre of Milan also.

Well I am handicapped and got frightened when I saw no path to my scooter. Big mistake : two kind men from the reception quickly put a ramp over the stairs which stayed during our,too short, sojourn. The Antica Locanda Leonardo hotel is located a block away from Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Super which was a pleasant surprise. If only we had been made aware of that fact, in the hotel documentation and website, we might have requested tickets months in advance, when we made the hotel reservation. A missed opportunity. The initial reception interaction was truly welcoming and the room itself was adequate. We could not get the AC fan to come on during our entire stay. The curtains in the bathroom were see thru. Bare walls without any type of artwork was a rather unpleasant surprise. A couple of paintings, prints, posters, or photographs would have made the room a lot more welcoming. Breakfast was also barely adequate, nothing to write home about, but just the basics. The hot chocolate was watery and not even at the level of a Nestle hot cacao pouch. Had to request room service one day after departing the room in the early morning and placing the request for service on the door knob, and returning in the late afternoon without the room being made. The clerk at the reception wanted to make excuses about the maids making up rooms for new arrivals ahead of others, but that did not make any sense at 4:00 pm in the afternoon after we had been out all day. Overall, considering the nightly rates, not recommended. Also, very limited places to eat in the neighborhood.

I chose this hotel as I wanted to feel like I was in Italy, not in a modern hotel that could be anywhere and this certainly fit the bill. Our suite was very spacious - with an entry area and a large bathroom off that and then the bedroom which is at the front of the hotel. It's rather sp****ly furnished but what is in there is just lovely. The breakfasts are fantastic and all done a la carte. The breakfasts are actually done in the adjoining restaurant (but there's a door through from the hotel) and we found the staff very accommodating to what we wanted to order - even for my gluten-free requirements. The location is perfect for exploring the key sites of Milan inc. the Duomo and also close to restaurants and bars. There is a rooftop area but to be honest it wasn't that great and we didn't use it. Apparently the restaurant uses it in the evening and charges 20 Euro for a drink and snack there - except on a Sunday when they don't operate so using the terrace is free. But we much preferred to be out in the many cafes nearby rather than the rooftop! It was very clean and the room had a very comfortable bed! The hotel has limited amenities being very small but overall I think it was fantastic value for money and we'd stay here again.

Thank you for taking your luggage for a long time after checking out Subway 1.2 Line Station is about 4 minutes away, so it is not difficult to access the central station and Duomo Cathedral.

This hotel is perfectly located next to Cadorna station and Metro. You are unable to hear the trains from your room. The room was very modern and sparkling clean, the toiletries were high quality and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel is quite difficult to find as it is in a building behind huge doors. The reception is on the third floor and closes at midnight. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A great hotel

Grazie

We stayed for a long weekend . The hotel is very nice , the rooms were large with high ceilings and nicely decrated as was the rest of the hotel . Breakfast was very nice great selection and very nice staff . The reception were very nice and very helpful , answering any questions we had . But one member of staff called Markita in reception when above and beyond the call of duty , she was fantastic . We will certainly reccomend this hotel to all our friends .

Was only here for a night but found the hotel hotel comfortable safe and convenient to visit Milan's main sights. I arrived from Bergamo airport and hotel was just a few minutes walk from where bus stops at train station. Room was fine and comfortable and all staff friendly. Best thing was the breakfast - lots of choice and delicious. Overall was great for an overnight stay, but would happily have stayed here longer!

This was an excellent experience in Milan, I stayed here for 2 nights with my mother and it was a great stay! The reception was grwat, we were able to leave our suitcases when we arrived; the room was lovely (extremely clean, nocely decorated, recently renovated), the bathroom was very clean and neat. I recommend this hotel as it is a walking distance from the Central Station and a 4-stop ride to the Duomo.

Very good Budget Hotel. All the staff are lovely. The rooms are dated but solid with loads of extras like a hair dryier, kettle etc, The Breakfast options and room are good. The area is not central to Milan but your not paying Milan central prices. so bare this in mind when reading negative reviews. Also 10 min walk away is a lovely shopping centre, that has food hall that has options to suit all tastes and much cheaper then Milan central prices. Ideal for a few days exploring the area.
