The hotel is located on the edge of Jiefang Square, overlooking Jiefang Square. On the fifth floor of an old building, various furniture and electrical plugs look old. The single room I was arranged was a windowless room. The benefits might not be noisy; the bathroom was very small, sitting on the toilet and getting into the wash basin, and there was no place to put the wash bag. The hot water in the bath is enough to hold the temperature. The service staff had a good attitude. I dropped the plug converter in the last hotel. I even bought a new one for the ostrich fee of 40 Egyptian pounds. Free luggage storage after check-out.

The hotel is located in Jiefang Square, opposite the Egyptian Museum and tickets are 160 lbs. Go to the Hoover Pyramid at the nearby bus stop and take the B7 air-conditioned bus for 15 ounces. The ticket for 160 lbs contains four monuments of the Hoover Sphinx. The hotel breakfast is also good, the facilities are complete, clean, and ATM withdrawal is convenient nearby. It is safe to enter the door. There is a bus that can reach 5 amps to the airport, which is 1.30 hours. The traffic in Egypt is very chaotic.

I had the worlds ugliest view!!! It tarnished my stay!! I liked the pool. I liked the staff and the hotel has a good vibe. I would not stay there again having the same depressing view!! Food is also on the pricey side here. I got breakfast one day and it was NOT worth the money!! Also pool closes at sundown and it should close at 8:00 pm. I did think the location of the hotel was perfection!!! Across the street from the Egyptian Museum close to many tourist attractions. The hotel room was clean but this hotel and built in 2016 but it looks a bit older. Would I stay here again? ONLY if I did not have a view that did not include building that looked like it was blown up!!! View was a terrible eyesore!!! Ask for a room on a high floor so you wont have too much noise!

The best experience of this trip to Egypt is to stay at this hotel. The boss and the service staff have given a lot of special good experience. Not only give me free change, but also give me a subway ticket for free. I found that buying a ticket is really too Seriously, if there is no hotel to give me a ticket, I wait for ten minutes. I am very very grateful. Although the hotel has been a long time, the location is super and sincerely recommended.

I stayed 3 nights at this place. The location is right where you want to be downtown. It's a ten minute walk to the museum and plenty of eating options close by. The hotel is an old time kind of place but I liked it. It had character. The people who worked there also were friendly and and good banter. There is a bar upstairs where you can get a beer and chill out after the sightseeing during the day. If any criticism maybe the breakfasts could be better. However for the price and the quality of the rooms ,mine with a balcony I found the place to my liking. If I ever go back it will be there. Or possibly the Windsor hotel the one I should of been in which is the sister hotel closed for now. Keep up the good work guys. We will return one day !!

This should be the best hotel in Egypt. It was really good. I arrived at the hotel at 11 that night and the front desk was very enthusiastic. I waited for the room to open for almost 30 minutes. The process was a bit slow, but the front desk said it would arrange for me. A room with a better view. I didn't expect the room to be really pleasantly surprised. The view is great. You can view the entire Nile and the Egyptian Museum. The entire suite is large, there is a living room, two bathrooms, and the room is large. Anyway, this hotel I am very satisfied, the room catering service is also great, and the price of the dishes is not expensive, but the charge for the drinks in the mini bar is lowered. I now drink at many high-end hotels, but they are not charged when I check out Money for drinks. The whole room was a surprise to me, it was scary to live alone. The quality of the equipment needs to be improved. The quality of the hotel can best reflect the quality of the hotel products after staying in so many high-quality hotels. The hair washed by this product is not smooth. Even if the conditioner is used, it is still very astringent. It really needs to be improved. All hotels use care packages from Hermès, L'Occitane, and some niche fragrances, and it is highly recommended to improve their equipment.

The hostel is quite nice (once you get to the floor), good location (in front of the Cairo Museum and close to Gezira). The rooms are super spacious and clean, the beds, really comfortable. The personal is really attentive, always ready to help you in anything they can. Breakfast is delicious and the ladies that cook it, the sweetest ever. In general, a very good experience. PS. At your arrival, the buildilng outside and first floor might seem like an awful nightmare but don't freak out, is quite nice on the inside when you arrive to the floor the hostel is at (everything in Cairo is like this)

It is a 5-minute drive from the airport. The security is tight, but they are all relatively poor and unmaintained. They are old and do not include breakfast, which is very inconvenient, and the breakfast is relatively expensive. In addition, there is no breakfast available around, so you can only wait for the return to the airport. Eat again.

One of my worst hotel nightmares and that's thanks to the hotel management. I checked in to the hotel with my friend (2 rooms) on the 26th April, paid the entire amount for 11 nights with a receipt given. Surprisingly enough, I received email from Booking.com that my reservation at Valencia Hotel was cancelled as the hotel ”notified us that you didn’t check-in on 2022-04-26” which was false. Took up the issue with the management and receptionists but no help. Before receiving that email, we managed to change our check-out date for the 4th of May with a refund for two days due to us only for the management to say it's not possible even after they got notified by Booking.com. I observed through guests coming that the hotel accepts booking only for you to appear and they said 'no booking found' leaving guests astounded. The only nice people at the hotel were the receptionists and the restaurant staff but their management is of no help and are scammers. They cancel your reservation mid-way, make you lose whatever rewards you're expecting from Booking.com only for them to fail to pay their dues. Never can stand a scammer management like the Valencia Hotel one. Be careful!

A return visit 2nd stay a very good stay in a service-orientated hotel in close proximity to the airport. The rooms are quiet and the bed is very comfortable. Well appointed with product, a number of TV channels in different languages. The breakfast provided has broad ranging dishes to suit a number of different cultural tastes. What impressed us was that on our last visit we had inadvertently left a number of items in the room, these were retrieved and returned to us a month later from the lost property department. Attentive friendly staff. Thank you again.

The hotel is large and consists of two buildings, the first building is the oldest with classic rooms, and the second building, which is the newest, has modern rooms. I lived in building number one, there are large spaces on each floor, all the staff are friendly, but I had a problem with the gym worker and she was dealing very badly. I think the most beautiful thing in the hotel is its mountain views, the wide green areas, and I loved the restaurants at the top of the mountain where there is a variety of options. Breakfast was delicious and it included fruit, and all the restaurants I tried in the hotel were delicious. There are many facilities in the hotel, health club, gym, bowling, cinema, beauty salon, tennis court, billiards, swimming pool and it was closed, many restaurants and Cafes. Overall, I loved staying at the hotel

The hotel is located on the banks of the Nile River and is listed four stars. The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are super invincible. There is a large bed + 2 small beds, 3 bathrooms and 2 bathtubs. The balcony, kitchen, living room and calligraphy are all available. The only downside is that the facility is relatively old-fashioned, in stark contrast to the next-door Hilton's CONRAD.

The entrance of the building is dilapidated. Filth and debris on the ground floor, lights flicker if they aren’t blocked by grime, the elevator is like one that goes down a mine shaft, and the buttons don’t have actual buttons but holes with tape on the side with arabic numerals. If you look up there’s threads of dust draping from the elevator car. The lobby smells like smoke since people just rip cigs right in front of the elevator. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Once you’re within a meter of the sheets and pillows, you can see old stains, bits of dust, and holes. Don’t look close to any one area of the room since you begin to see how dirty it is. The “private” bathroom is across the hall and accessible by key, they don’t even have soap, just a toilet and a grimy bathtub. No safe, the AC is weak, and all the drawers and floor are dusty. The “TV” was maaaybe 14 inches and cracked. The carpets in the hallways are visibly yellow with dust and who knows what. The curtains are poorly fitted In the room and barely block out the light and the balcony door doesn’t close properly. Looking out the windows you get wafts of the smell of trash from the alley below, and the balconies have dystopian scenes of rubble in the view. The WiFi is weak, often disconnects, or randomly stops loading, just have to pray that even short YouTube clips load. Although it is cheap, we paid 30$ a night for a room with two beds and you can easily get something MUCH nicer for just a bit more. We ended up leaving after a single day, didn’t even stay the night. Burned 90$ but went to an actual Novotel for only slightly more. As we checked out early, the concierge person didn’t even look surprised: “change of plans?”

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Chinese Embassy. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. We are from a 3-week stay in Egypt in a single person. The hotel is located in a right area with shops and banks. It is located on the 6th and 7th floors of the building and it is accessed by an old lift, there is always a guard down there that ensures that the lift works well. The hotel is just renovated, everything is nickel and very clean. The only bemol is the noise of the claxons but we are in Cairo and I think no hotel is saved ! What is the obligation to quies balls ! And with this a good night in a good bed and in clean flats . . . Our plane arrived at 00:30 in the morning, and we arrived at the T2 terminal. We got off the plane and entered the customs, took the luggage and applied for a phone card. It was already 2 o'clock and the mobile phone had traffic. Follow the map and hold it. You will arrive at T3 after walking 600 meters with your luggage. The hotel is next to the T3 terminal. There is a flyover that leads directly to the hotel. It is quite convenient. Fortunately, I chose this hotel at the beginning, which saved the process of bargaining with the taxi driver at night. Very clean, the bath water is super large, you can rest immediately after washing it, the breakfast is great, the food is very rich, it is worthy of praise, after the breakfast, the appointed secretary and guide came to the hotel to take us, perfect! ! !

Loved the Gabriel Miami!! Let me first start by saying customer service is superb! The minute We pulled up to the property We were greeted at the car with the bell man waiting to collect our bags and guide us to the front desk. Izzy who works at the front desk, had everything ready and waiting for our arrival, she was 10 steps ahead lol and I can appreciate that. Thank you Izzy!! They try their best to accommodate your requests. 5/5 for customer service and staff. Cleanliness of the room 5/5 and comfort 5/5. Did not like that the bar was close for the nights we stayed there so that really was our only con about our stay. I definitely recommend the Gabriel, two thumbs up!

The hotel location is good, but when checking in, the hotel took about 1 hour from confirming our reservation to handing over our room card. We have repeatedly reminded that after a long journey is very exhausting, but the hotel has not improved the processing speed. In the end, he was arranged to stay in a smoking room on the 3rd floor and said that there were no other rooms. The room was next to the karaoke hall (or dance hall) on the second floor. It was noisy when I fell asleep. I was too tired to communicate with the hotel due to fatigue. Should never book this hotel again.

I don't recommend this hotel if you are visiting. 1. You have a better choice to travel. I don't recommend staying at those hotels near the Nile River. One is expensive, and the other is poor traffic. I recommend everyone to stay at the Hilton Golf Hotel in the city on October 6 (half a suburb, Uber to around 30 yuan in the city), the entire golf course is green, the pool restaurant is good, go to the largest shopping mall in Egypt 5 minutes by car from Uber. It is only about 10 minutes from the mall of arabia, another oversized shopping mall, and the rate is about 800 with breakfast. Take Uber to the pyramid for half an hour. This hotel is also a place where Huawei employees often stay, so the service to the Chinese is very good. Another recommended hotel is the Marriott Resort at the entrance of the pyramid. You can see the pyramid light show at the hotel, and the price is around 900. 2. I stayed in this hotel for 8 days. Personally, I feel that the facilities are lively. There is no independent shower. I can only stand in the bathtub and flush. This may be a bit malicious for people who like to bathe. The service attitude is where I think all the problems of this hotel are. The 5-star Intercontinental Hotel is always noisy in the lobby, because it is often rented by the government and various associations to hold conferences, so all kinds of people have . Restaurant You do n’t have your place at 9:30, can you trust a 5 star restaurant to have breakfast and no place to sit? The reception just let me stand and wait. One mid-night buffet is 400 Egyptian pounds, and almost 160 yuan. 3. The swimming pool did not go, nor did the gym. The gym had to go to the second floor, and then passed through the pool to the other end. . . Then I didn't want to go. 4. If you have to live, the two restaurants in -2 are not delicious, it is recommended to go to the restaurant on the 5th and 6th floors of the next store. A Friday and Sizzler next door are more recommended, both are steakhouses. 5. There is nothing good to visit in the next-door mall. There is only one Disai or something. Buy and sell discount goods. Nike is imported goods. A pair of tights with tax to more than 3600 pounds is not worth it. 6. The hotel is in the northeast of Cairo, emmmm. To be honest, there is nothing here, and it is not close to the scenic area. Really, travelling friends can give up this hotel. The requirements are higher for the two seasons, lower for Marriott and the recommended Hilton, and for Sophia, I heard that it is also good.

There is no electric kettle, no slippers, no toothpaste, toothbrush, hair dryer; breakfast is extremely monotonous, no choice. although the overall quality of the furnishing is very good, subjectively, its aesthetics is really ugly and of great banality for a hotel situated in such an historical site. The semi abstract and gloomy pictures are really depressing. All is uni-formally yellowish-gray and have no character what so ever. Possibly it is the uni-formal look of all Four Seasons, but I have been in many and this one is the least well decorated.
