I stayed for some day at easy hotel, the corridors, lift landing are perfectly clean as well the location whereby it’s nearby a metro station which simplifies means of transport. The bed was a bit comfortable, rooms needs to style up the tv needs an upgrade the picture isn’t clear at all! No seats in the rooms, no cups, no water to drink. The hotel should learn to take care for there staffs so that they can be happy with the guests🥲. The shower has no hand shower and to enough towels, when u request for anything no one can show up😴The lady at reception who worked by around on 4th 9&10pm was rude, she cant smile at all, made me and my wife feel so bored at the place. But all in all we expect a there will be an improvement. Can recommend for a friend visit

The infraestruture is beautiful and well kept, and the stay is fairly priced. The service does need improvement though. I booked the room online, and there were no available rooms, so I was directed to the duty manager. I said I'd like to check in to freshen up, since I had just came from my trip, I was sweating, and I was heading for the city centre, it was around 1 pm, and I was told "check in is at 3 pm". I'm an avid traveller, already did early check ins a few times without problems (even in China, with their rule-adhering culture that usually is not accommodating) , and this was the first time I got such a blunt and unkind answer, but ok, I have to understand those are the rules, I didn't complain. I also asked for a room in the upper floors, and I got a room on the top floor. I had just come from the mall, where I bought a charger from my phone, I asked where I could keep the bag while I headed to town, reception sent me to the concierge. He looked to my bag as if it was a bag of trash. Later that day, when I collected it, 2 other staff were smirking when they handed over the bag to me. I honestly don't need staff judging me, they just have to do their job. Once I reached the bedroom, the window was locked (photo attached), I have asthma and allergies, I wish I was able to open it. Also, during breakfast, the tables were not sanitised between guests, the gentleman that brought me a cloth napkin did it with his back turned to me the whole time (even while I thanked him for bringing the napkin). I understand, he's busy, but still some courtesy would have been nice. Furthermore, the bread toaster wasn't working properly, and the staff responsible for the bread was very kind and polite, but he didn't know how to operate it. An Irish gentleman put his bread on the toaster 9 times, the bread was still white as snow. It would have been good if someone could teach that staff how to work with the machine. Finally, I poured myself some lemon and mint juice and it turned out to be syrup with water. Lemon and mint are affordable and widely available here, and quite quick to do it too, it would be much healthier if you could have real lemon and mint instead of syrup with water. Back to my bedroom and ready to take a shower, I heard the cleaning staff going from room to room. I wanted to put up the "do not disturb" sign not to be disturbed nor surprised naked in the shower, and the sign was nowhere to be found. Those signs are useful and should be available in bedrooms. Overall, the stay was OK, it's just some improvements that need to be made if this hotel wants to brand itself as a 5 star hotel.

Visited Dubai as a solo traveler for Expo 2020 in January 2022. I picked this hotel since it's close to marina area, the mall and metro station. Avani Ibn Battuta exceeded my expectations. Everyone around the hotel was so nice and amazing. From the room service, to house keeping, front desk, the dining room and pool area were so friendly. You could hear the smiles in their voice behind their mask. The hotel itself has a fun, clean with a modern vibe esthetic. Loved the boutique feel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The front desk was accommodating. I didn't have to wait for my room. My suite was so clean, very bright and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of items to choose from. I especially enjoyed the curry Dahl and omelet station. I would recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel. Special shout out to Zaimeb and Hasim at the front desk. Thank you so much for your impeccable service.

I have been staying in this property for the last 2 months. It is a well kept and neat place. Well appointed Studio. Prices match the market. Restaurent available. Great service desk. The best I like is the house keeping. Cheerful and courteous staff... Bhinder and Gurjit were very prompt and up to their task... Even maintenance calls were addressed immediately. High speed WIFI is a plus. Recommend any one to check this property out.

The hotel is situated about 40 mins from Dubai airport ,or 120 mins from Abu Dhabi in its own oasis. This you probably know There are 3 hotels now , my first stay here was back in 2007, Jeez it’s changed . We are staying at the lake view . Which is at the start of the vast grounds and In my opinion, the better of the three, because it’s the most recent ,less busy. If you want a beach then you need to book the other two hotels , situated at the front of the complex. We are here on an all inclusive, which gives a good spread of drinks and food however , premium food and drinks are not part of the deal inc some restaurants and in fact some pool areas, make sure you read the T&Cs We had some issues when we arrived and the hotel quickly put these right. So need to highlight, overall very pleasant 10 day stay after 3 yrs of lock down blues. Oh and I didn’t play golf , thought the course looks amazing and well Kept . There are plenty of things to do without venturing outside

First time to be here and i must say i will definitely come back again. Affordable and accessible to Ibn Batuta Mall & Metro Station. The room was nice though it was not big but everything you need is there. There’s a gym and pool but we’re very unfortunate cos it’s under maintenance. A good place for couple and family at least you can cook and do your own laundry. Supermaket & restaurants are everywhere once you go out from the building. Staff are extremely amazing especially the housekeeping Azziz and Ricky at the front desk who gave us late check out. Thanks 👍

Butler service and food made our stay. Our first long haul holiday post lockdown, with the added complexities of two little ones and an elderly relative to keep safe and well serviced, it was easy to overlook booking small print. The butler service was one just bit small print, not until we arrived did we really grasp just how helpful John, Marlyn and the butler team would be. Suffice to say they (and the wider JAB team who got to know us) were all on hand and willing to help with anything and everything. Anyone holidaying with small children will appreciate how even the smallest proactive things are of the biggest help. Holding a door open, pushing a buggy, taking a moany toddler on a buggy ride, reserving quiet seats to help get mum and dad get the baby off to sleep… the list of small big things goes on. JAB is a fantastic resort, no doubt we would have had an excellent time away without the luxuries of the butlers - with them however mummy and daddy had far less holiday stress and need to ‘muscle through’ which in turn meant we could relax that bit more; again anyone holidaying with small children will know that’s hard to do. Add all of that to wonderfully creative and delicious food throughout, not the slightest hint of a weak link or two in hotel restaurant line up you get a 10/10 holiday experience. We will defiantly return as soon as we can.

Staying at JA Palm Island Hotel with friends on the weekend is a paradise! We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock on Friday morning because they have a very good golf driving range. In summer, 50 balls are only 35 dirhams, which is too cheap! There are not too many people. Swing practice to breathe fresh air is great. After playing, I have breakfast at the sports cafe next to the yacht club. It’s more than 70 for one person. I was full, and then fell asleep. I just passed the spa. I was lucky this day. I usually have to book in advance. Because it was early, I had a free time and enjoyed the Thai oil pressure for more than 1 hour. The spa manager and technicians are Thai, let alone more authentic. After finishing the spa, I moved into the room. Their rooms start at 60 square meters and are all suites with balconies, facing the beach. The room is a 5-minute walk to the beach, there is no better choice than this for a holiday in the city! The natural environment of the hotel is so good, you can see the small animals at any time, and there is an organic garden in the hotel, which is also very good for children

Yes, but the hotel is remote, not self-driving. In addition, all the hotels around the building are in the building, or a few meters away from the next door, all-weather construction. At night, I feel that the workers are as light as possible, but there is still noise. . .

The hotel had only two good points! It is so near the Union Metro station and also near to the Mall and places to eat. Other than that, it was a disgusting place with rude staff who were not very approachable. I only encountered one nice person, this was on the day I was checking out as he asked me how my stay was, I told him about my horrible bed bugs and showed him the pictures. On the first night I stayed there, I had difficulty is drawing the curtain across. So had to put chairs to hold the curtains shut. The second day, I had trouble fully opening the curtains. That night I couldn't draw the curtains and the rail fell off and was hanging down, so I called reception (this was on Tuesday night). The gentleman on reception just came up to the room and stood on the 'coffee table' after taking his shoes off and then he just put the rail up and then forced the curtains shut with all his might and then walked out of the room! Did not even have the decency to speak to me once during his time in my room. The bathroom was the only 'modern' looking place in the room and the whole room looks outdated and tired and very dark and depressing. The toilet had a crack on the top of it & there was some sort of leak as there water on the floor next to the toilet. The shower had no hot water!! It was only just about lukewarm. I do not want a cold shower Quite disgusting rooms and its one of the worst I have stayed in whilst I have been in Dubai. I do not recommend ever staying here!

I stayed at this hotel apartment for 2 1/2 months. I can only say good things about it and will definitely stay there again. The rooms are cleaned regularly, towels changed, sheets changed, toiletries refilled, garbage removed, etc. Anytime there was any issue with the room the staff resolved it to my satisfaction immediately. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very large and included a bedroom with TV, living room with TV, kitchen, balcony, and dining area along with two bathrooms. There is even a washer in the room and a clothes rack. The front desk staff are very helpful for anything you need and are available 24/7. There is also a security guard in the lobby 24/7. Excellent staff and excellent building. Location is also within walking distance to shopping mall, grocery stares, restaurants, medical facilities, ATMs, and bars. This is the only place I will ever stay in Dubai for my future visits.

Lovely hotel and suites. Wonderful staff and vibe in the hotel. Great location; central to everything. Special shout out to Soufiyane in EXIT Bar who is a great host to all the guests. One negative is the wait time on the reception. I waited 20 minutes on one occasion; many people skip the line and nothing was done about it; not a good look for an established hotel. They could really work to improve the efficiency of the reception which is the hotel's achilles heel. The storeroom is beside my suite and at 2 am or 3 am; the housekeeping staff can be heard going in and out with phones ringing loudly and full on chats. The door also slams open and shut. Some consideration to those of us who are trying to sleep could be afforded. Phone on silent; no chatting past 10 pm; close door gently or change the type of door -- all easily fixed. Just some more guest focused management needed.

The distance from the airport is 3 kilometers in a straight line, but the distance is about 8 kilometers. It is necessary to bypass the entire airport from the south gate of the airport. So don't be deceived by distance. This distance can reach the Dubai Gold Market. I really do n’t know if those who say they are close are not the ones? There is a disco downstairs, which opens until 3pm, and the bass penetration is too strong. Can't fall asleep. The equipment is quite old. We had 2 rooms, one of them had no hot water and the TV was broken. Quite bad. In addition, this is a community of Indians. Check out everything is waiting for the rounds.

My experience at the hotel was quite good. The location is not too far from the airport, and within a (sweaty) walking distance from the Business Bay metro station. Nearby is a nightly water show at the Dubai Canal and a strip mall. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was pretty good for the price, mainly continental. The reception was polite and expedient, and they honoured my request for a smoking room. The on-site Mexican restaurant Muchachas offers alcoholic drinks and good snacks. If I went to Dubai again, I'd stay there.

Mr. Kamal Hamdi is very helpful if you want to do some activities as safari, Abu dabi tour... Less then 5 minutes to metro station (stadium) and not far from airport. I gave 4 and not 5 stars because of Breakfast, it’s very limited, no fruits or fresh juices. There is many variations of bread but I didn’t try. However, Egyptian Fatira is very delicious. The hotel is in the financial center, and not far from the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton. Because it is a newly opened hotel, the hardware is very good and the service is also very good. We booked in three times and stayed for 11 nights in total, so I thought it was good to stay here continuously. The hotel is not far from Dubai Mall, and the taxi is about AED 11 or so called uber black car 25. I personally feel a bit far to walk. The hotel’s breakfast is very good. Even after staying for eleven days, I didn’t feel tired of eating. The gym is not big, but the equipment is enough and not many people. The swimming pool is a bit small and we didn’t use it. The hotel walks to the Four Seasons Hotel next door. There is a gate village. There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from. There are also many painting exhibitions.

The location is actually far away, in the north of the airport, the hotel does not care about the transfer, let yourself take a taxi. As a result, the taxi one-way 65 dirhams is more than 122 yuan. Two hundred and five round trips. The big bed room is two single beds put together, I sleep two single beds by myself? I’ve stayed at the York International Hotel multiple times since 2013. The main reason for this was location, followed by budget. The location, for what I want to do in Dubai, is literally second to none. You’re metres from the Sharaf DG metro station (formerly Al Fahidi), a 10-15 minute walk to the creek, there are multiple shawarma options just outside the main doors and the area is easily accessible via transport. The price of rooms was shockingly low during the height of covid, but slowly crept up for Expo/ICC World Cup. There are multiple supermarkets (including 24 hour ones) within a block walk, souvenir stores and pharmacies etc. I like to travel cheap, preferring location of hotel to luxury sheets. For this reason, I have returned to the York a few times. This was likely the last, however. I will stay in a run down and cheap hotel if it’s in a great spot, but I expect some level of cleanliness. I spotted a couple of tiny cockroaches a couple of days into my stay. It happens, people leave room service trays out and old air conditioners drip causing moisture – perfect habitats. But one night I returned to cockroaches in my bed, and in my bag. I told front counter, not wanting to cause a scene and just wanting the issue resolved as I have a bit of an irrational phobia of cockroaches (give me spiders any day). The manager told me that he could put me in another room until the fumigators came to the room, if I was ok with that, but the room wouldn’t be as nice. The rooms that I have always been put in were street-facing (south) rooms and decent sizes (and non-smoking). The room I moved to was smaller and faced out over buildings to the north. I believe it was a smoking room, but I didn’t care. Due to a history of smoking in hotels due to the affinity for tobacco in the middle east, sometimes you can smell the smoke of decades of visitors, even in non-smoking floors. That comes with the territory, and didn’t concern me. This room, however, was connected to a room with an active smoker via the air conditioning, and I had smoke piped in if I had the air con on. It wasn’t particularly hot, so I just turned it off. I checked every day, but the fumigators never turned up, so I was in that room for the rest of my stay. The shower lacked a shower curtain, which was interesting as the shower head fixture pointed almost horizontally, so showers were taken holding the shower head. This also provided wet floors, which were unavoidable, and a little embarrassing. The staff, as always, were very friendly. The cleaning staff especially, and I often had chats with them in passing. I was staying in the hotel at during Diwali by chance, as I had in 2018, and enjoyed the view of the fireworks on the streets in Bur Dubai. There were multiple rooms on my floor partying all through the night, for a couple of nights, which wasn’t great for my sleep as I was getting up early, but overall I wasn’t concerned. Advantages: good location, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby Disadvantages: poor service. I stayed in isolation for 15 days. After three or four days, the front desk called at 11:30 in the middle of the night and asked me to send them the reservation information, saying that I could not contact the agent for payment. Later, I have called two or three times and asked me to send the reservation repeatedly. information. On the tenth day of my stay, the hotel manager came in person at 7 or 8 in the evening (I didn’t let him in) and asked me to repay, or add 330 euros. I refused, and the hotel manager threatened me to check out (I was dragged by a woman) Two big suitcases, it was so late again, and the epidemic situation was still so serious...). We visited Dubai as part of a big family holiday to celebrate our wedding. We spent one night here together as a couple as part of our honeymoon. We booked a club room so had access to club lounge. The room was out of this world. Beautiful and enormous with a lovely view of the city skyline. We had afternoon tea at the lounge and also made the most of the 2 hours of drinks and canapés. The food was of a very high standard and we enjoyed trying all the different flavours. I have to say a big shout out to Kyle who served us throughout. What a lovely guy-very friendly and explained each dish in detail. Thank you! We had an evening meal at Tasca which was also amazing. Breakfast was again of a very high standard. The beach area was breath taking and we loved swimming in the sea. The only reason I have not given this hotel 5 stars is because we mentioned on the booking and on the pre arrival questionnaire that it was our honeymoon. Having paid almost £1600 for one night I expected a little something extra. However, nothing was mentioned. As this was a huge treat for us and it is unlikely we will be able to stay in a hotel like this again, it was quite disappointing. I did mention this at check out and staff did apologise.

My stay has just come to an end and I must say I had the best time, All the staff are so lovely and attentive, they pick up so soon what it is you like to drink and other finer details. This make the trip very personalised. I especially admired Nishan as he looked after me so well every night at the bar and had my best interests at heart. Also Geo was always so nice and helpful to me, also the pool bar man Bibek who would always bring me a drink without me even asking. Moses was absolutely amazing he would always look after me so well and make sure I was safe and he is so funny. But generally everyone is so nice and helpful. I felt really safe as a solo woman guest. I can’t recommend this place enough, my first experience in Dubai was a fantastic one and everything I ever imagined and more. I can’t wait to come back. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon as we were transiting in Dubai for a few days. I informed the hotel this was for a special occasion, they did not accommodated which was fine however they failed to acknowledge this. On arrival the porter was helpful and greeted us however, the receptionist were unprofessional and unwelcoming. The hotel did not give us any information regarding hotel facilities and their services, we were handed our room keys and sent on our way. We arrived into the room, it was pretty spacious with a decent view. The bathroom taps were giving out light brown coloured water, which did clear from the second day of our stay. The first day we did not have any hot water and the shower head did not sit on the holder. It was not pleasant having to hold the shower head whilst showering. We requested an iron and ironing board which was provided however, it was removed without any notice. We felt we had no privacy as someone had been in our room to take the iron and ironing board without informing us. The car park facility was very handy and car park staff were really helpful and welcoming. Roof top pool facility was of good standard with a mixed view of the city and marina. Location was perfect, it was a 10 minutes walk to JBR walk, many local shops. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall - would not visit property again.

Jumeirah Village Circle
This hotel is an Internet celebrity hotel in Dubai, you can search for the same name by ins, and there is a more expensive five plam on the Palm Island, which is also an Internet celebrity hotel. . . The service is very good, because the epidemic has not seen a crowded hotel for a long time, but the concierge at the door and the front desk are very good, and I have seen that there are special people who specially lead children with children to the side for priority. . The hotel’s high-altitude night view is very beautiful, and the room design is relatively modern in Dubai. If the budget is sufficient, it is best to set high vacancies and suites, which are particularly distinctive. The room must be above the 40th floor to have a beautiful view. . Ask him to be higher when checking in. . The hotel also has a 24-hour service WhatsApp phone, the room can watch YouTube, global TV stations, the surrounding is desolate, it is recommended that young people take pictures and check in, and families are not recommended

The bed in the room is okay, the bathroom is average, and the overall price/performance ratio is decent. The city tax is a bit unreliable by Ctrip. There is no clear reminder. Instead, a clear reminder is given in a very small word at the bottom, giving customers the illusion. House price,

Downtown Dubai
The service of the hotel is good, but there are only some overlord treaties, which is very puzzled. The hotel is bought at a discount, because check-in needs to be booked in advance, so the time is confirmed two weeks in advance. I thought it out, but the date I wrote was very contradictory. It seems that the hotel that is valid until September next year is only available in September this year, and the other dates are all jokes. Well, it is very convenient for us to live here. Secondly, after confirming the check-in date, Ctrip made several calls and asked me to confirm how many people will stay. Our three children are 8 years old, and they told me that children need to pay extra per night because adults over four years old will be charged 200- per night. 300 local currency, yes, don't be surprised. I double-checked it, and I hung up when I felt boring. Besides, in the hotel, everything else is fine, but before check-in, I said that the swimming pool is not available for use at 3-5 p.m. because some people can not use it. After all, it is acceptable to have one day to play. As a result, we went at other time. Chairs and huts can only be used under the sun, and the side with the shade of the tree cannot be used. This is quite boring. Why don't you write them all out and let us not spend money to find breath. My family lives on the opposite side of this hotel, just change the environment. Finally, I will answer your questions. Breakfast 7-11 is very full. In addition to what they have, you can also order what you like and let them cook. You can add 150 local currency per night for an extra bed. You can only take your children to swim here. Or go to Dubai Mall, the parking lot is not very big. One thing we dislike is that the lake-view room is very noisy, because the fountain is put out every half an hour after 6 o'clock in the evening. I really don’t understand why this event was organized. Neither side felt it was good. Although I bought it at a discount, I also spent money. It made it as if we were free...

Bur Dubai
Once again they proved their worthiness by demonstrating their highest standards of customer service and hospitality when myself and my colleague Stalin Sam checked-in to Xclusive Maples Hotel & Apartments, Mankhool Road, Bur Dubai, in the early morning of Friday 25 February 2022. Prashobh & Mohammed who were at the Front Desk received us with a broad smile and done our check-in at record time and we retired to our designated rooms in no time for relaxation after a hectic transit journey! The rooms were so clean with cozy furniture, King size bed and mattress, 2 bathrooms, TV, Fridge, Cooking range, Microwave Oven, Cutleries and what not! The amenities of Xclusive Maples are in par with any five star property. Better to term it, luxury at an affordable cost!! Service with a smile and efficiency is the slogan of their Front Office staff comprising of Supervisor Dhawal Panse, Prashobh Shankar Mohammed Saud, Lydia Fo & May Ann. No doubt, their positive approach and hospitality will let any guest to think twice before looking for any other property in Dubai for their repeated stay, whether short or long. Worth mentioning is 5th Floor Housekeeper Sukesh who did a wonderful job by keeping the room and surroundings neat and tidy, all through our stay over there. Business Bay
Booked two different type rooms, one for me and one for my brother. Very nice modern hotel with excellent staff, great customer service, very friendly, especially staff at breakfast restaurant Allan and Angelico from the Gym and staff at Valet car parking. Very nice staff, very satisfied with the service. Only downside is the swimming pool is located between 4 buildings, shady, so it can be windy and cold in the afternoon times and the building glasses are not very clean, does not look very nice when looking outside from the rooms, it might be understandable due to Dubai’s sandy surroundings, windows can get dirty easily even with regular cleaning. But overall, great staff, happy with the stay. Would recommend to clean the building windows and glasses regularly if possible, so we can enjoy the surrounding view better from rooms. Dr.Kelvin Erdem
