The hotel is about 7 minutes walk from the bus station in Andorra city center. It is suitable for passengers by car. Breakfast starts at 8:00. Due to the need to catch the early bus, the front desk specially prepares a breakfast box for taking away. The service is very good. Cost-effective, especially during the ski season.

It has been the second time that I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff is average in English overall. They all speak Spanish. The hotel is facing the residential building, which is less than five meters apart, and the other side facing the street. It is recommended to get the details upon checking in. You can walk for ten minutes to the shopping mall.

Really good location in the older part of town, if you have any mobility problems do be aware the accommodation is all on the upper floors and there is no lift. Friendly helpful staff in the small cafe on the ground floor deal with checkin/out etc. Oh and it has to be one of the best bakeries in Andorra. Nice room with private balcony overlooking the main street, the only time the noise from the street got excessive was Friday night when a huge parade (I guess 100 or more) of (I think) Honda Goldwings came though horns blaring, A very unexpected and spectacular happening.

I’ve just spent seven days in the room on the 7th floor of this hotel. It’s located near the main street of Andorra la Vella but it’s not so noisy there as it could be. It takes about 10 minutes walk to reach the historic center where you can take a bus to mountains and about 30 minutes walk to a thermal center Caldea. My room was large and bright with a good bathroom. The heating was enough for minus 5 at night. They clean the room and changed the towels everyday. There was no fridge or mini-bar in the room. But WiFi was free and worked everywhere. Breakfast was basic but dinner was very good and varied. Their chief is highly skilled indeed. Everything was delicious. The staff is polite, friendly and is always ready to help. The people at the reception explained me in details how to get to the every interesting for me place and why one of them was better than other. All staff maybe except food servers has good English. The only problem for me was an absence of tea in the restaurant at dinner time. It was impossible to order it. You need to go downstairs to the bar and drink it there. And it’s very strange because sweets are a part of dinner and it’s more pleasant to use tea than water with them. In general the hotel makes a pleasant impression but if I’m an owner I’ll make refreshment. They say that it’s decorated as the hotels in 70-80s. It’s not bad. Vintage style is in fashion now. But it must be real vintage style with something not very expensive but symbolic. It could be printed portraits for example or something else to make hotel more recognizable.

I'm impressed with Warm Welcome from hotel owner. This is small "feel-like-home" place that beyond my imagine. My room is no.31 it's very cute with bathroom and bathtub. !!! The small window can see the historic place. Complimentary bottle of water available. I'm very impress with the warm and fluffy mattress. As I travel a lot and this is small place but the quality of mattress is same as 5 starts hotel . I think very care customer experience. The hotel has no elevator and stare is a bit narrow. However I manage to life up 20 kg luggage to 3rd floor. The room are clean I just wish I can come back and stay here like 2 nights. Thank to David for helping me arrange and make me pass though the bad situation on my check out day to get new bus ticket back to Barcelona and etc. This thank you is not enough. I come as guest but I left as friend to this hotel.

The city of Andorra is relatively small, the hotel is at the foot of the mountain and the scenery is good. The lobby of the hotel is large, the rooms are large, clean and the beds are oversized. Under the floor is the restaurant, very convenient. Parking underground garage, but charges.

What an amazing place! One of my primary concerns when booking an accommodation is having a private bathroom, which in my experience is practically unheard of with hostels. When looking for a place to stay in Andorra I spent a ton of time researching and reading reviews. To be honest, when I began reading the reviews of Barri Antic I was extremely skeptical. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. All of the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. However, Lili was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond her duties and really made me feel welcome and comfortable. We had multiple conversations throughout my three day stay and each time felt like she was genuinely interested. It is important to note that this hostel is located in the historical center, above a pub and with multiple bars in the immediate vicinity. For me, the noise was not a problem and I found it to be very reasonable, as I live in the downtown of a medium-sized city on the main boulevard. Also, it is important to note that there is a church nearby, with bells that ring every fifteen minutes and chickens somewhere nearby. In my opinion, this was the perfect combination of city and country, old and new. As an added bonus, there was housekeeping services every morning and the rooms were immaculate. I also very much appreciated the views overlooking the Pyrénées. The next time I come to Andorra I will definitely stay here again!

It is wel situated near to the main shopping area. You will need to pay to park in the local carpark -there is no hotel parking. Two days cost us 30€. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. On the down side: our room was very airless and hot - make sure you have a room with a window opening to the outside. I was very unhappy at having to hand over my credit card details as a deposit in case we damaged anything and I think this should be part of the information on their page. True I could have given them €100 in cash but we had been travelling all day and I just wanted a shower and a rest. On one piece of paper they had my name address and credit card details. We insisted they check the room before we left and asked that our details be deleted. So, we had a good time - the hotel was a good price and a good place to stay for a short break - as long as you have a few bits of extra information.

#酒店位置# Andorra is not big, so the hotel location is OK. Except for the room and the paid parking lot, I did not feel any other facilities. There is definitely no five-star rating. The front desk is nice and welcoming. The three of us stayed in the suite, not bad. The supermarket is very close, Andorra is cheap, gasoline is one-third cheaper than Defari, such as self-driving, try to stick to Andorra and refuel.

I was to Andorra in Feb'2020 and stayed in at this hotel. And was surprised about my choice for some reason: 1) location. If you arrive to Andorra by bus, you 'll spend not more 10 min from bus terminal to the hotel. There are many shops and molls at the district. And if you are going do snowboarding or skiing you will have a real chance to get into the bus to Encamp or other resorts. If you live a little bit west you won't have chance to enter the bus with equipment 2) price. Reasonable price - holiday for two person for 7 nights costed 615 euro. And it includes breakfast 3) breakfast and meal. Food in variety: spring fruits, jamon, dairy and excellent bakery every day. Also there is a cafe. I left at 6.30 am, but breakfast started at 7.30 am. And the staff politely made a sandwich box comprising fruits, juice, jamon and baguette 4) rooms. I lived in 2nd floor. Room was small. But was not going to spend more time than for sleeping. The room was being cleaned every day. And you may change towels every day too. I remember, the hotel is about 3 stars! 5) staff. Smily girls. And that is all))) By the way you may buy skipass at the reception with a discount. Bear it in mind Summing it up, good hotel for the best price

We enjoyed staying at Glaner Hotel Café. The location is awesome! You stay right in the center of Andorra la Vella, on the main pedestrian street. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, skibus bus stop is just round the corner. The stuff is super friendly and nice, they helped us with all the questions we had. The hotel was recently renovated, so everything is clean and fresh. Among peculiarities, I must point out that the rooms view the wall of the opposite building, the distance may be of 2-3 meters. For those who travel for skiing, mind that the rooms are of modest size, so it is may be challenging to locate the closes to dry them out. For snowboard/skies there is a room on the ground floor of the hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for couples or groups of friends who didn’t want to stay much indoors and value style, minimalism and cleanliness.

Great location right in the middle of town with a nice view yet barely any street noise. The indoor pool was included so I went for a swim and it was very relaxing, but there were so many people lining up to use the hot tubs or spending too much time in them that it wasn't really worth waiting to use them. The bed was comfortable, shower was great, tea and coffee and kettle were alright, TV was ok but had the wrong remote control, the fridge was small so I had to cool some things and put in other items later. There's a supermarket called Andorra 2000 about 5 minutes walk away where you could anything imaginable from food to tax-free alcohol and cigarettes, and reception weren't concerned about me bringing in my own food and beer, as the bar didn't look too enticing. The breakfast buffet was way too expensive for my liking, might've been 14 Euros which is ridiculous, so I didn't try it out. Get some fresh bread and meat at the supermarket for a few Euros. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the Andbus service that runs buses to either Barcelona or Toulouse dropped me off and picked me up right in front of the hotel.

If you desire a true five star service & experience then Hotel Plaza is the place to add to your endless list of destinations. Upon arrival I encountered a member of staff called Marc, I instantaneously knew this hotel was one of the last true 5 star hotels which deserved its 5 star ranking, concierge service at its finest. Marc was gentleman and went above and beyond to make my stay a absolute pleasure, thoroughly helpful throughout. I could write a dissertation on how wonderful this young man is in every respect. Thank you Marc The hotel itself was a joy to stay in, the rooms and view from the balcony are fantastic. The rest of the staff were very pleasant. The decor all round was exceptional. By far the best 5 star hotel I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in my lifetime so far. Thank you

Centric Atiram Andorra - 4 Cleanliness: Exceptional Bed quality: Very good - nice and firm. Thin sheet as cover but blankets are in the closet Reception friendliness/treats: Good reception. Free espresso in lobby and lots of fun candies. Furnishing quality: Exceptionally well done Internet: Fast and efficient. Charging: Insufficient as there was only one plug at each night stand and at the desk. Elevator: yes and efficient Noise level: Very quiet Breakfast: Excellent. Lovely scrambled eggs and also had nice fried eggs on the buffet. They had cooked broccoli and some very nice oil packed tuna at breakfast also. Those were unusual options that I enjoyed. Oh, almost forgot they offered crepes and a machine that made fresh squeezed OJ. Other: Very nice location in the heart of the shopping district.

A group of friends, adults and I went to Andorra La Vella three weeks ago, from Thursday night 8th to Saturday 10th. We traveled by bus, so once we arrived there in the morning, we checked in at the hotel and stayed the night till Saturday morning. The staff were kind, the view of the river was okay (even though we were more excited to have a mountain view XD, but that's okay), and the breakfast was buffet, which it was nice for all of us since we were a group composed of young adults, adults, and kids. As I mentioned before, we were a big group, so we booked triple, quadruple and twin rooms, and they looked nice, but there were only two problems. I stayed in a quadruple room with my friends, and there were only three towels not four. My friend went to the reception and asked for another one, and they said that they will bring it right away in our room, but they did not. She had to use one of the small towels that was in the bathroom. That same day, at night, the sofa-bed that I was gonna sleep in didn't have a cover bed, just the mattress cover, which it was gross because who knows if it was clean or not. So my friend already upset with the service called again and asked for a cover bed and her towel. The receptionist told us to wait 45 minutes that it turned out to be an hour or so. It was almost midnight, and we were tired, especially me, so another one of my friends gave me an extra sheet she had to use it as a cover, so I could lie down while waiting for them to come. When they arrived at our room, they brought the cover bed plus a toothbrush, another blanket, shampoo, and soap (things that we didn't need to be honest) except the towel my friend desperately needed it. She asked for it again the next morning at the reception and, finally, they gave it to her. The experience at the hotel was nice and enjoyable for all of us, except for these things.
