We stayed one night here , the staff were extremely welcoming , our room , though a little dated was spacious and comfortable , clean plus a balcony with wonderful views over the valley . The use of the pool was welcoming on a warm day . The hibiscus hotel restaurant was excellent , the chef made a single portion of a dish that is normally only for 2 people . Breakfast was very fresh , fantastic coffee . The hotel was excellent value . A very pleasurable stay .

I stay here from 8 - 11 May 2022. I am satisfied and impressed by all the Reception Staffs. name Mr. William, Mr. Ruben, Mr Michaelle. They are very polite and friendly and also warm welcome. Besides the rooms are clean and good air condition, the hotel has swimming pool eventhough this is 3 stars hotel. The restaurant for breakfast is good. Fresh croissant and fresh fruits etc. Bed, towels are clean. The housekeeping everyday make up room. There is a free bootle of water eventhough only 1 time but I still appreciate it I will recommend to other people to stay here. Bravo and Salute. Hope they can keep and even upgrade the services.

This is a friendly hotel, the staff were helpful. Rooms are basic but very clean. My room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was ok, enough variety to fuel you for the day. It is important to note that the hotel is not in Barcelona. The trains are fairly easy to navigate though and the station is a steady 15 minute walk away, with Barcelona Sants a 25 minute journey away. All in all a good experience.

We know what to expect with a HI Express, but this was a really poor experience. We booked months ago requesting double rooms, but didn’t get them despite my wife’s diamond IHG status. The positives were the Viena restaurant next door was ideal for fairly late arrivals & the walk in the local park was nice. The negatives are the listless staff, in particular Melena, who didn’t tell me the hotel added €15 if you book taxis through them instead of Uber direct. The WiFi was dreadful, the AC was poor & they let cards switch off at 11am despite having a late checkout to 2pm. In contrast, my review for our stay in the centre of Barcelona last week was 5 star and staff could not have been more helpful. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Super bon hôtel, le personnel est très agréable. Très bien situer à seulement 800m de la gare pour se déplacer à Barcelone. Les tarifs sont très corrects au vu des services proposer autour. Salle de sport peu équiper mais suffisante. Les chambres sont très bien équipé, le petit déjeuner est formidable. Le restaurant est bon, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable (15€) le menu du jour (entrée+plat+dessert).

We had held conference with approx. 100 participants. The meeting room was very big with a nice view on the green, which we unfortunately had to cover due to our IT-set up. The staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. Even last minute changes were not a problem at all and they were super flexible with any requests. Catering (tea break/lunch) was served outside close to the pool area. It was a very nice set-up and view. The hotel rooms are big, clean and modern. We would for sure come again! Thank you.
