Very old hotel, most of them are Indians, carpets on the ground, some waiters are okay, others are not embarrassed, after finishing the check-in, I kept my passport in the drawer, fortunately I I remembered it later ... The most serious thing was to find the room 🈶️ blood-sucking bedbug, which is terrible ... Although I changed a large room later, there is a bed bug in Dubai, there is one, and the whole building is possible Yes ... itchy all night, bed bugs are crazy in the old city of Dubai ... return to the country and hurry to dry box clothes ... it is recommended to settle carefully!

Good location. It takes only 3-5 minutes to walk from the subway station. You can use the mass transit to reach all major attractions. Suggestions can be improved. Check-in process. If you only use to make reservations, you must photocopy the relevant documents to save time and use. Be careful when you are in the bathroom, water is easy to spill and spray everywhere.

The location is actually far away, in the north of the airport, the hotel does not care about the transfer, let yourself take a taxi. As a result, the taxi one-way 65 dirhams is more than 122 yuan. Two hundred and five round trips. The big bed room is two single beds put together, I sleep two single beds by myself? In general, it is better to live in a nearby five-star hotel with breakfast and pick-up.

My wife and I stayed here in March 2020 and we both really liked it. One point I would like to mention is that it is known locally as Telal Hotel. We told our taxi driver "Capital O 384 Telal hotel" and he was confused. The taxi ride is about 50 dirham (about $13) and is a bit out of the way but there is a metro station less than a 15 min walk. As for the room itself, it was clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware. We had a microwave 2 burner stove and mini-fridge. There is a 24 hour mini mart just across the vacant lot facing the hotel. As you can see from the pictures, there are 2 living room style chairs as a bistro set for eating. The bed is very comfy and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool, weight room and spas (with steam room) are on the top floor but separate for men and women. It uses a secure keycard system to access the elevator. If we go to Dubai again, we will definitely stay.

Location: The location of the hotel is good. 10 minutes drive from the airport. A taxi will take you about AED 30 to the hotel. But the nearest metro station (al qidayaah) is a bit far to walk. It may take you around 20 minutes to walk there. Certainly not advisable during the heat of the summer. Staff: the hotel staff were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. In particular Josie and Sateesh. They have both been very helpful. Facilities: there is a heated swimming pool on the 6th floor. It was good and my little daughter liked it very much. Room: I think this is one of the aspects of our stay which was disappointed. On the first night the kettle was not working. So we had to call the room service and thanks again to the staff it was sorted out fairly quickly. The second day we wanted to use the washing machine and there was none. Again we raised this with Josie and she actioned it very quickly and managed to have one installed on the same day. Then on this night we brought in our diner and found out that the microwave was not working. We again called the operator and it was sorted out quickly. There was no plates or cutlery. This was provided to us as well on request. Starlight Tours: this is a tour operator company based at the hotel. We have booked with them our Dubai city tour; desert safari and ticket for Burj Al Khalifa. The desert safari was good and would definitely recommend it to all of you. But left disappointed with the Dubai city tours. We were not told that the tour will last only 4 hrs. We have in fact booked a private and tailored made tours and we thought that would last for at least 6 hrs. On our way the driver, Mr Ahmad, stopped at a gallery which was not part of the agreed itinerary for us to do some shopping. The gallery sell the carpets and other expensive tourist items. They price everything in USD and very expensive. The same items can be found in the souk for much cheaper prices. We were being pestered to buy. But we held on to our grounds and did not buy. Then after this gallery visit, the driver received several phone calls from his office and they kept asking him to finish the tour as quickly as possible. The driver was speaking in Urdu and I could understand the conversation entirely. In the end the plan for us to order lunch via drive trough never happened. It was agreed for him to take us to Baniyas square and the gold souk and then drop us off at Deira City Centre. But in fact he was rushed in dropping us off Deira city centre first and then we had to make our way to Baniyas Square by taxi. We never had time to make it to the Gold souk on this day. I do not blame the driver, but would blame the office for pushing him in finishing the tour quickly. In fact I must say Mr Ahmad was polite to us and gave us good advice.

We've been living in this hotel for two months and we are very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and staff. Acceptable prices, great facilities ( cleaning 2 times per week, laundry, pool and especially nice gym ), clean room, fast internet, comfortable hotel to live in long term. Everything is near by.Area is very convenient bc is next to the metro station, supermarket and is a safe area to walk around too. We had an argument with a neighbor, but the hotel's staff was extremely helpful and try to fix it on spot. Their hospitality is beyond expectations. I was feeling shy of how nicely they were treating us. I truly recommend this place and definitely we will stay here longer than we've planned.

A total of 3 nights from 4/30. Convenient access and supermarket nearby. So, you can buy chocolates from Dates at a common price. If you make a mistake, you can't buy it in the old town or sightseeing spots.

Four-star hotel, right? ? How is it rated as five stars? The overall feeling is very old, and the mood is not good. The service ecology of individual services is good, and the others are quite satisfactory. It was very tired in the middle of the night when I checked in, and there was a group of Middle Eastern people arguing at the front desk. There was only one person at the front desk, which made us wait for a long time. My skin is very sensitive and I won't get itchy with a clean bed cover. But the bed sheets in this hotel are itchy to me. Fortunately, it comes with antiseptic spray, otherwise I will not sleep well~ But the price is here, there is no way to be cheap. The surroundings are not very convenient ~ Dubai in July is simply too hot, and you can't walk outside at all. Can only take a taxi. The price of a taxi is not a bargain. The photo was really not taken because there was nothing to take. I will not live again.

Business Bay
The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

Very enjoyable trip! The Rove Hotel is 3 subway stops away from the airport's T3 terminal. You can see it from Exit 4 of the deira city center station, and walk 200 meters. The hotel environment is simple and clean. 3-400 meters to the south of the hotel is the deira city center shopping center, where there is a Carrefour supermarket in addition to shopping and dining. About 500 meters to the west of the hotel is the Wenzhou Supermarket, the largest local Chinese supermarket chain in Dubai. The dining area is on the first floor. There is everything you need to do with noodles, rice, skewers, skewers, and barbecue. We strongly recommend kebabs, 9.99 dirhams per skewers (tax not included) , A big skewer, grilled very well! There is no need to consider eating hotel meals when staying at the Rover Hotel. There are plenty of choices for eating in the nearby shopping mall and Wen Chao. Since the subway station is nearby, it is very convenient to go to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Gold Souk and other places where you need to check in. I haven't taken a taxi in Dubai for 16 days, and all the subways are fixed. After getting off the plane, buy a subway silver card at the T3 terminal station and recharge it. If there is still left when you leave Dubai, you can go to the subway counter to refund the money. The hospital is 200 meters from the entrance of the hotel. Nucleic acid testing is also super convenient, and reports can be issued within 24 hours. There is an open-air swimming pool on the M floor of the hotel (from 8 am to 8 pm) and a 24-hour gym. It's okay to relax and exercise in the hotel as well. All in all, Rove Hotel is cost-effective and very convenient. Very pleasant staying experience!

Sheikh Zayed / DIFC
Stayed for 8 nights at the property after searching a lot for an accommodation within a reasonable budget. The rooms are nice and very well maintained, comfortable beds and pillows, basic amenities, water, tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer, shampoo and iron & sewing kit upon request. Business bay metro station is 10 minute walk and the hotel is pretty close to Dubai mall. There's an Egyptian restaurant right around the corner that has good reviews but I haven't managed to try it and a 24/7 supermarket within a walking distance right near the metro station. Check in/out was very smooth. Very good Wifi in the rooms too. Breakfast is good and filling. Expect to wait a bit for a taxi but that was quite rare, normally taxis are right in front of the hotel but you can order online anyway. Given the rate, friendly service and location, I'd definitely stay here next time.

Al Barsha
Pros: hotel in a good location, rooms are clean, and morning staff are very good at taking care of the need of the guest Cons: night shift Supervisor Ian and front desk girl Wilma are terrible!!! First, the girl at the front desk Wilma who is a Filipina gave me the wrong direction to the 24 Baqala after I have confirmed with her for the 2nd time the direction, first left no second left ya. She said, yes. Baqala was no where to be found. I had to circle around the building to find it. After, I complained to her manager Ian and told him she lied to me! He said, no she didn’t! I said, what!? Are you calling me a liar! And it went down hill from there I went down stairs and yelled at him and cursed. I told him you don’t know how to do your job. First, thing you should’ve said is, I apologize sir! Won’t happen again. She will receive better training. Instead you escalated the situation. Telling me She isn’t a lair, which indirectly calling me a lair. I told him you are a shitty manager! He doesn’t know how to do his job and he covered for the girl because she is from the Philippines and he is from the Philippines. Terrible manager and shitty Staff every once in a while you run into them!!! Terrible shitty staff!!!

It’s an awesome stay. Realized on the last day that the sound from people dropping heavy metals on the floor of the gym was irritating. So the 13th floor under the gym is a no no next time. I’ll definitely stay there again. Close to the train and good buffet.
