This was just the thing my partner and I needed to wind down. The whole experience was great and we agreed that it had more of a apartment feel instead of a hotel. We loved the bath and also the spa and would definitely return here again. This was booked as a special birthday treat and was very much appreciated. We loved everything about your hotel.

Friendly welcome on arrival. First impressions excellent of the main hotel and location of our room, plus the way the room presented. Comfortable bed, loved the very warm quilt, needed at the moment. Our room was out of the way of the main road, so not bothered by any traffic noise. Excellent breakfast with choice to have a full English if wanted or other options on toast. Whilst the shower was a little poor in pressure, it was lovely and warm. Overall no issues, and if in area again would consider coming back

This was our first visit to any type of hotel since lockdown so we were very apprehensive but our fears very soon disappeared when we entered this Premier Inn, it was spotless, reception staff very friendly and reassuring, room was to the standard you expect but again the cleanliness was noticeably. After a good night sleep the breakfast was fabulous, our waitress Keira (apologies if we have your name wrong) was outstanding, making sure everything was wiped down before we sat down, the service she provided was a credit to her employer.

We stayed here for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful hotel with loads of potential but sadly the customer service and organisation lets it down. The room was ok-clean but poor view of the top of a roof and bathrooms are small and very basic- nothing luxurious about them despite it being a deluxe double room. We had paid for a package which should have included Prosecco on arrival in our room. We rang to point out this wasn’t there and were told it would be brought up - it never arrived. The restaurant was fine on the Friday evening and our food was lovely. However on the Saturday night it was a different experience. We booked a table (in the day) for 7.45pm but when we arrived and gave our name and room number, the staff member on the desk checked and said we weren’t on the list. Eventually he found it with a spelling mistake, but then said we were late. We pointed out we were on time and that the list was clearly wrong (we recounted a conversation we’d had when booking it which made it clear we couldn’t have got the time wrong) . His manner was slightly rude and dismissive - certainly not the customer service I would expect from a senior member of the restaurant team. When we were finally seated it took an age to be served - there were just simply too few staff and too many customers. People were getting cross at the desk having to stand around waiting for their table, and it just seemed disorganised. The poor waiting staff were all lovely but clearly too busy. Their customer service put that of their senior staff to shame. The bar staff were poor. We stood and waited at the bar for almost 10 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement by any of the staff - not even a “we’ll be with you in a minute”. It was as if we were invisible. Very rude and disappointing- we ended up walking away without being served. I suspect they were busy - 2 staff for a Saturday night at such a large hotel seems ridiculous- but they need to taught how to at least acknowledge a customer’s presence. The spa was fine on the Friday evening but ridiculously busy on the Saturday. Pool too full to swim, jacuzzi permanently full (with 3 of the same people who literally stayed in for the entire 45 minutes we were down there!), no where to sit around pool, female changing rooms smelled of urine- just not good enough all round. It appears that this hotel is trying to be too many things - a day spa, a luxury hotel, a party venue, a conference centre, a golf hotel and a local gym - and not doing any of them very well. Such a shame. Overpriced compared to other similar hotels - would not return sadly.

It cost £124 for 4 of us to stay there- 12 min drive from city centre. Can park outside. One double and 2nd room has 3 single beds in. Stairs are difficult to get down so not ideal for the elderly/ infirm. Lounge can be used to house a 6th person overnight. Small kitchen - tea & coffee provided with milk. One bathroom and a 2nd one with just a toilet and basin. Good value for money.

Hotel location is OK, a little distance from the train station, dragging luggage is not good to go or Uber is about 3 pounds and five minutes away, the hotel room is very small, no toiletries, hair dryer and slippers. But hot water is good for breakfast. The hotel also ordered another breakfast for 7 pounds. Early check in plus GBP 10 but can store your luggage first. Check out the luggage for 2 pounds after check-out.

Worst place I have ever had the misfortune stay in.After being let down by Hotel.com having booked into a lovely apartment months before we found the property unavailable at the last minute so was offered this place. Cracks in numerous walls, shower shabby and not maintained properly ,plaster off walls in bathroom. No main light in bedroom, only light available a tiny bedside lamp full of cobwebs. We wrote our names in the dust on sofa not a pleasant experience lounging on it!!!! The kettle flex so badly charred was a danger....quite frightening. The whole apartment stank of tobacco smoke,we realised why when a succession of men left the front door open to smoke as we were on the bottom floor we got it,don't be taken in with the no smoking statement ,you are suffering from everybody else's in the property which consists of three flats which are filled up with men.Sunday morning two men smoking in front of our window one drinking lager (10 am ) with one staring in, quite intimidating for three ladies. Would not like anybody to share our experience so avoid at all costs.

Advertised as 5* and to be fair the room does have a feel of luxury about it. However, for the rate paid I would have expected a bit more. The shower room is tiny - you can barely move in it and don't even think about more than one person in the room at once. The kitchen area is well stocked but - no microwave. No instructions for the oven which is powered off on arrival. The room was hot - the windows had been left open but the street noise meant they couldn't be open whilst sleeping. No air-conditioning so it was quite uncomfortable. Cleaning wasn't great - there was a lollypop stick on the floor and splatterings from the previous visitors dinner still on the wall. Overall I think for this money I'd expect a much better nights sleep. It looks nice and location is perfect but I'd rather spend less and loose a star.

I stay in Leeds every month and my usual go to budget hotel only had double rooms left but as I work for a charity I like to go for a cheaper option but still expect a good service. I had avoided this one as some of the reviews were a bit off putting but I'd definitely come back again. The receptionist was lovely, the location is easy to get to & there was plenty of parking. The room was compact but had everything I needed, the matching quality furniture was beautiful & the Wi-fi was excellent. I was in room 19 which was at the back so there was no road noise and no restaurant smells as mentioned in other reviews. The mattress was OK but will need changing in the near future. Yes, the floorboards are creaky but it's a period property so that comes with the territory. If you want a concrete block then the Prem up the road charges £30 more for the privilege. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is a little gem in central Leeds. The staff here are fantastic and go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble, they are extremely helpful and friendly. I booked direct with them and paid for parking, secure parking facilities with entrance to the hotel from the car park. Reception staff are great, gave us all the information we needed and the reception desk is manned 24 hours. The apartment was great, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Molton Brown bathroom products. Breakfast essentials, milk, bread, fresh eggs. cereal. - it is the little touches that make the difference. This will definitely be our go to whenever we visit Leeds. - highly recommend.

I use this hotel on a regular basis for when I travel down from Newcastle to attend the rugby games at nearby Headingley Stadium and also to see friends in the area. What an absolutely fantastic place it is. Comfy rooms, clean, tidy, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely amazing rates. Superb location with local public transport to Leeds City Centre and beyond just minutes away. Without a shadow of a doubt I would and will reccomend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in Headingley. I will never ever stay anywhere else in Headingley other than here. Nothing is of any bother to the staff who will do what they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I cant wait to book my next stay here and already I'm looking forward to it, the only disappointing thing about staying here is having to leave but I will always return. The local amenities are outstanding also with a fantastic range of shops approximately 5 minutes walk away with a great range of local pubs only 2 minutes walk away. Once again a truly fantastic hotel perfectly situated. Also fantastic for familys as well.

Excellent: The location is very good, close to the canal and the train station, you can take a boat trip or dine by the river. About 50 meters from the hotel is the south entrance of the railway station. It takes only 3 minutes to reach the train station waiting hall. It is also close to the downtown bustling area (commercial circle), and it is very convenient to shop. Needless to say, Hilton DoubleTree's service has delicious cookies at check-in and the staff is warm and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, as it was a canal view and the night view was very good. Breakfast is self-service, the waiters are very warm and friendly, the important thing is that although it is buffet, but the product is good, very delicious! ! Finally I want to say that the sound insulation effect is very good! ! Sleep well all night. High cost performance! Lack: The Mini Bar's small refrigerator is in a state of power failure. The design of the toilet door needs to be improved and cannot be maintained. Overall, the experience of DoubleTree Leeds is much better than that of Manchester, and the price is very suitable. It can be said that it is a very good hotel.

The dormitory checked out on the last day after graduation and returned to China. The location is good, next to the train station. The facilities are all very clean. I don't give full marks because I don't think it's amazing, but if it meets the ordinary needs, it's similar to the holiday inn on Burley Road, but this room has a larger area. There is a direct path from the entrance of the hotel to the train station, there is no need to go around to the front, it is from the red bridge hole, go directly to platform 1, the bridge hole is probably hundreds of years old, right?

The train station came out and crossed the road. It was very convenient and the price was low. We went to York the next day and found that the price of staying here for two nights was similar to the price of staying in York for one night, and it was half an hour from Leeds to York. Tickets are cheap, rooms are large, clean, air-conditioned, many old hotels in the UK do not have air conditioning, only electric fans, next to the hotel is the city center.

Stayed here at the end of September and got a great rate for a Saturday night of £45. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean. We roomed on the 4th floor and I can honestly say it was a superb night's sleep and we didn't hear a soul all the time that we were there. There is a privately owned car park next door to the hotel which you can use for £10 if you validate your parking when you stay here. The hotel is in a great location, it's a short walk to Leeds' Train Station and the Trinity shopping centre. The only negative was that the windows to the room were filthy on the outside as you will see from my photo. That aside, this hotel is very well recommended and I will definitely stay here again.

We didn’t plan to stay at this hotel, and thought we had possibly left it too late to make a reservation. However a kind, friendly, accommodating gentleman who I believe was the manager squeezed us in even though there was a function going on and he was evidently rushed off his feet! We was allocated a ground floor room. The room was spacious, bed was comfy, noise from the main road slightly louder then expected but nothing a pair of earplugs didn’t sort. Breakfast was amazing! Starting with the location, the hotel is on the edge of the city centre close to shops, bars and restaurants etc. The coach station and main city bus station are just a five-minute walk away yet the train station is a good twenty-minute walk on the other side of the city centre. The hotel is modern, in a new business enterprise area of the city meaning it is surrounded by undeveloped land so it can be a little daunting walking to the hotel at night. The welcome was excellent; friendly, efficient and friendly. I visited during the Covid 19 lockdown therefore most of the hotel amenities were closed including the restaurant and bar so I cannot comment on this aspect of the hotel. Room 802 was a corner room; it was very compact with the bed dominating the room. The ‘desk’ was very small just possible to fit the laptop on. I managed only just to get around the bed to the bathroom, which was very good. The decor was bright and cosy. The bed with excellent duvet and pillows was very comfortable. The TV and Wi-Fi were both excellent. The only place to open the suitcase was on the bed. Noise from the corridor (staff) woke me in the morning due to the thin walls. The biggest letdown was the ‘grab and go’ breakfast; I choose to stay at HbyH because of the normally excellent inclusive breakfast served. Due to Covid, it was a grab and go bag yet it only a carton of juice, a terrible sausage sandwich, two pieces of old fruit, a small carton of yoghurt and a coffee. Other HbyH are doing much better.

Located in the heart of Leeds, the hotel is luxurious, comfortable and clean! In the north-central part of the UK, it is difficult to have such a beautiful hotel. If you go to Leeds in the future, you will definitely choose this hotel. The point is that the price is cheap! Although the reservation was made the night before, the general room was already more than 2,000. When I chose the hotel a few days ago, it seemed that the suite was only 25,000-6, but we had no suites when we booked temporarily. But still very worth it! This level of hotel is definitely over 5-7 thousand / night in the city of London. The only thing that needs to be improved is that I went out to eat in the evening, and I clearly hanged the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but the waiter came in and started the night bed as usual. Because I lost my handbag purse to the desktop, I still feel that no one will come in. Of course, we have no loss of property!

This was our first time staying at this particular hotel in the Travelodge chain. Not a brilliant experience overall: - check in was quick and easy; James very helpful regarding allergy/intolerance advise for the breakfast box ordered online; brought the allergy list to the room. Unfortunately there was a blip in communication - we were told that the box would be left outside our room between 9&10am. Apparently this was not the case as we found out the next morning. A different, most rude, receptionist would not listen to the query but jumped to conclusions that we were complaining about the closed restaurant! She then said that she would bring them to our rooms, but did not check the occupancy and had to make a second trip. - the breakfast box (cereal, pastry, flapjack and juice carton) was in no way worth the £10 paid - really, really noisy late night into the early hours (sounded like a pub getting rid of their empty bottles - until 2am...). - shower drain blocked, base overflowed. How the cleaners hadn’t spotted it🤢 We usually book Travelodge as we have a dog and in the past have enjoyed our stays but we will avoid this one on future visits to Leeds.
