Hotel location is very good, driving to the town supermarket is very close. The facilities are great, very warm, just like the feeling of home, the service staff is usually not at the front desk, will not bother the guests, but on call, I like this feeling! The breakfast at the hotel is also great, exquisite, with fresh orange juice and a blend of healthy fruits and vegetables. Recommended to stay!

We booked through hotel.com 2 months before our stay. We booked a pet friendly hotel and this one caught my eye. When I got my reservations I called the number on it to make sure it was pet friendly. The man assured me that it was. We had a great stay until the last 15 minutes before check out when the phone rang and the lady asked me if we had a dog. I said yes and she told me it would be a $500 fee because it was not a pet-friendly hotel. I was told to email the resort with my concern. I found out that they do have a pet friendly section and that they would reduce my charge to $300. The customer service has been horrible. They even accused me of calling the wrong number, not giving the right information and not asking the right questions when I called. I have never been treated so badly and I hope this doesn't ever happen to anyone else. It was expensive enough during Xmas holiday. When we were leaving a met a man who also got charged $500 for bringing his cat after booking through Hotels.com as well.

I always stay at Sunset now when I come to stay in the mountains from Calgary. This hotel is BY FAR the best value in the Bow Valley. Comfortable clean bed, large spacious kitchen, some of the furnishings could use an upgrade but for the price it’s a steal! I’ve stayed and most of the other hotels at one time or another to name a few: Basecamp- beautiful but rooms are he size of a coffin and the train next door will keep you up all night, Falcon Crest as very nice but the location sucks and the prices don’t compare, Windtower is cheaper but it’s basically hostel - at least they upgraded their sheets and comforters but nothing else has been updated for 20 years. I also pick this place because they have pet friendly rooms which are super hard to get in the summer. Can’t really vouch for the staff one way or the other. They have always been polite and my room has always been spotless. I read some of the other reviews saying the pull out couch was uncomfortable- lol- when has anyone in the history of the world said “oh this pull out was very comfortable”. Don’t judge this gem on the review of a pull out couch.

It's pretty easy to find, and it's easy to find after following the navigation. Self check-in and check-out, the service was not felt. There is a 24-hour convenience store not far from the hotel, so it is convenient, and the pots and pans in the room are quite complete, so breakfast can be done by yourself. The price-performance ratio of three bedrooms and one hall is ok, one bedroom is more expensive

Wangjiding Hotel is a bit expensive, but it is still much cheaper than Banff Town. Just on the high speed side, free parking. There is a big supermarket next to it at 11 o'clock, and there are also small restaurants. The room on the second day was slightly larger, and the bed in the twin room was still a bit narrow. The bathroom is unscientific, the shower does not have a water tank or other water retaining facilities, and the water has been flowing out.

Nice hotel with full facilities. The washing and drying machine is very easy to use. The shower room is very useful. If you go on a cold day, you can also use the sauna. The kitchen is also very nice and comfortable to live in. There is also a fireplace. The door is made of glass. I think it is an electric stove. The carbon inside is a fake decoration. But the carbon is real and it is really burning. There is a gas stove under the carbon. On the wall, the same switch as the interior light. Feeling better.

This hotel was a great value for the time we booked. It has recently re-opened from COVID-19 closure, and was still working out some kinks with booking and contacting the hotel, but this was remedied and they gave us an upgraded room to the Creekside Double. The views were amazing! Balcony and 2 other windows. Beds were comfy but bathrooms could use updating. Water pressure was good and loved the toiletries. Can be a bit of noise from the pub, so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Juanita at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is fantastic with downtown and the Creekside trail, just steps away. We will be back!

We're currently staying at Copperstone Resort on day 3 of a 6 day stay. This is the first time staying here and decided to book a stay based on all the positive and good reviews on Trip advisor. The staff are friendly and the room we're staying in is a one bed room. We like that there's a full kitchen and pull out bed in the living room. We also like there's underground parking. We're not really happy with the view we have from our room which faces the road and then watching the cars speed down the road as well as constantly watching people park and checking in. The cleanliness of the room I thought was alright but then after being here for a few days, noticed that there's dog fur throughout the whole place. We don't own a dog and this place is dog friendly but didn't realize that this would be something that would be an issue for us until we found dog fur on our clothes, on the couch and in the kitchen. The dishwasher is terrible, super loud and doesn't really clean well and we found dirty dishes when we arrived in the cupboard. The hot water in the shower comes in spurts, it gets really hot for about a few seconds and it does this throughout while having a shower so we have to adjust the water temperature constantly. The t.v. remote in the bedroom was missing and they are apparently going to replace it but it's day 3 of our 6 day stay. And you have to visit the office often to get garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper because they provide you enough for only a couple of days. Lastly, they have their outdoor hot tub opened but you can only book for 15 mins the day of. The staff said that you have to line up at 8am at the office to book. They told us that it gets fully booked so it's best to line up at 8am with the other guest to book. Not sure if we're going to do this as this seems like a hassle for only 15 mins of time in the hot tub. It would be great if they offered one 15 min time for each guest/room during their stay as people prob booked more than once. Overall, I am kind of disappointed with our stay. It would be interesting to see the other rooms and see what kind of view they offer and how clean the room is.

The environment is very good, and the hotel is very quiet, because I didn't pay attention to the window when I arrived at night, I got up in the morning and found that there is a very beautiful snow mountain. The location is near the high speed, which is very convenient. We arrived at twelve in the middle of the night, and we did n’t know about them until Check in was only 11 p.m. If there were friends who arrived as late as us, please call in advance.

The appearance of the apartment is not new, but the interior decoration is very good and the facilities are complete. Electric fireplace adjustable. The waiter was also nice and cleaned up every day. The hotel has no front desk, everything is self-service, have problems calling or emailing. I live on the first floor of the two bedroom suite, open plan kitchen, large dining table! Really great! Friends are very fond of! Mainly the price is also very suitable! Feel can live 4 to 6 people! The three of us stayed very well. Is it better if there are 2 toilets? A fireplace is really good! The whole house got hot and I was awakened by sleep at night. The room is relatively new, there are all kinds of kitchen utensils, the only drawback is that the sound of walking upstairs will be too noisy. Opposite the hotel is the snowy mountain, the weather is very beautiful. recommend!

We loved this place! The apartment was very nicely furnished and we loved the layout; very spacious. The kitchen is big with a huge fridge and well equipped. There was complimentary coffee of good quality. We really appreciated that :-) Everything was clean and nice. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. We only stayed one night, we could have stayed longer. We discovered the BBQs next to the pool house were on and free to use. Would have done that if we had stayed longer.

There are a lot of rooms in the hotel. In Canada, it is basically the style of Motel. The price is not cheap. Of course, it is not expensive in the scenic area. There is a gas station on the side. There seems to be no large supermarket like Wal-Mart. If you are driving, you can buy something at the gas station. Hotel health is OK, the facilities are a bit broken, the hair dryer is not very easy to use.

Drive all the way from Vancouver, all the hotel reservations are good, but this hotel is the best! The suite we booked was so big, spacious, clean and welcoming! The facilities are quite complete, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and more. The kitchen is quite large and there is no shortage of kitchen supplies. The pots and knives are all Zhuangliren, big-name goods, easy to use and clean. There are coffee makers, microwave ovens, and traditional Chinese kettles, even dish cloths and detergents. They are so thoughtful and complete! In a foreign country, we made a lot of delicious food for ourselves during the three days we stayed. The front desk service is great, although the language is not spoken, but I feel a great affinity from the smile, and the check-in is quite fast. You can see the snow-capped mountains and beautiful scenery outside the window of the room. There is a park near the hotel, which is very beautiful! Canmore is about 20 kilometers from Banff, but the town is not only beautiful, but also very quiet. The main thing is that the same room will be much cheaper than Banff, and parking is convenient. It is the best choice for self-driving friends. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service! Cost-effective, highly recommended

Apartment hotel, there is a kitchen to cook, the environment is good, not far from the high speed, there is a supermarket nearby is convenient, there is a safeway not far from the car, a slightly larger supermarket, a few gas stations nearby. The hotel has underground and ground parking. The fly in the ointment is that when you check out, you have already prepaid the room rate, and you have swiped the room rate from the credit card. The communication was confirmed to be delayed for nearly an hour. Everything else is fine.

The suite was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed, although we did not do any cooking during our stay. It is smaller than what the pictures make it appear to be. We stayed here only for a weekend and did not spend a lot of time in the room so the internet not working the first night or the dead batteries in the remote control were not a big issue. I was surprised that there was not a hair dryer available. It is a short walk to downtown Canmore which was nice. The parking was very tight, not sure how someone with a truck or larger SUV would fit. There was some parking available on the street, but there was also construction going on so it was limited.

We can not say enough good things about our experience at A Bear & Bison Inn!! We knew we wanted to go with an elopement package because we didn't want the stress of planning a huge wedding, and our day ended up being completely stress-free. All of the vendors Lonny used for the day (Michael for photos, Sam for hair, Marilyn as the officient, our gorgeous flowers) were lovely and it was honestly a joy meeting them all. The gazebo used for the ceremony was decorated beautifully for our day, and Lonny and Megan really went above and beyond to make our day feel intimate and special, just as we wanted! The 3 course breakfasts were different every day and beyond delicious (the groom is still dreaming of those eggs). The wedding cake and prosecco and locally made soaps were all awesome little additions that just added to the magic. The location benefits from the obviously stunning mountains surrounding, but the grounds of the Inn are SO SO CUTE and well-maintained. There are spacious and cozy seating areas inside for guests to mingle and enjoy the views. The whole place feels like this warm little cabin nestled between mountains..but you're still 5 minutes from a Starbucks- best of both worlds! We were truly blown away by the hospitality, kindness, service, warmth and professionalism of Lonny, Megan, all the other staff at the Inn, all the vendors and really..every single person we met in Canmore! Our wedding day was more perfect than we could've hoped and we totally left it all in the Inn's hands. If you want a stress-free wedding day in the most beautiful place in the world..seriously, look no further. I cried when it was time for us to leave and I'm already counting down the days until we can return for our anniversary.
