During the New Year's holiday, a new crown of pneumonia epidemic was encountered, and she was decisively stranded in Dubai. Several sailing houses, Alma, Atlantis, and Jumeirah Castle lived in a circle for comparison, and decided to take a long private room in Waldorf. The space theory and service theory are above the standard. The air on Palm Island is very good, the hotel room is comfortable, the layout of the bathrooms and cloakrooms is reasonable, and the supplies of toiletries and drinking water are sufficient and timely. The housekeeper service sends flowers and fruits and classic red Afternoon tea in velvet. Dining is above the standard of other hotels (with pork suitable for Chinese tastes), and the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant has a high quality of food. Overall it is a very good resort hotel.

Our whole stay was amazing. First, we were allowed to check in early by your front office staff(forgot to get her name; she was 👍). Room was great with views of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa. Room came with breakfast which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was until 11am which was generous compared to other hotels! Staff in the breakfast area were amazing especially the lady in the entrance. Luchador Mexican restaurant is a must try! Get their Fish Tacos and Traditional Guacamole while enjoying the view of the Burj. Service by Yulia was excellent. Also try their mango and lychee margaritas made by Roland in the bar! Check out was a breeze by Bong who made sure everything was in order and even suggested not to be missed spots for the rest of our Dubai trip. Didn't get to enjoy the pool and the beach but will do so on our next trip. Highly recommended hotel 👍👍👍

One week All In (and you should take All In, it is much better) at Rixos is like one week in Paradise. A´lot of space, all in high quality. At the Beachbar try to meet ISURU. He is making the best Gin Tonic I ever had and he is also a very funny guy. Alsways a smile in his face, he knows you after two days and prepares your favorite drinks without you have to order- he knows you! Very symphatic. In the Italien Restaurant L´Olive we had gold leafes with the risotto and nitrogen with the dessert. Very spectacular! We never had such a level in an ALL IN restaurant. But the best show in the Hotel you can see at TORO LOCO. Tsa, the manager prepares the food at the table with a BIG SHOW. Fire, ACTION and "TSTSTS with LOVE". (for insider!) Also Taimoor, Diwan, Andrew, Firzan and Marina doing a great job and SHOW. The food quality is high end, and also the experience in the Toro Loco. Another meaning of going out for dinner. All the staff is not only witty but also very professional and of course "TSTSTS with LOVE". We were there twice :))) Definitely try it, it´s worth it!!!

My Fiancé had seen the property online and suggested we should spend the special occasion at Andaz. I had gone to checkout the property a few days earlier and it was at a great location. As soon as I had entered I was greeted and all the Covid procedures were taken place. I was assisted by Julia a staff from Andaz and she made the entire decision so smooth. The hotel was exceptionally clean with great vibe and atmosphere with the staff wearing nice funky outfits. Honestly when you see the hotel from outside you're a bit confused but as soon as you enter its another experience altogether. If you're planning on staying here don't hesitate and just go ahead and you'll have a great time guaranteed. The room service was great and fast, The staff were always smiling and greeting you and asking if you need any assistance. Overall it was all a great experience. Well done team Andaz.

The good thing is that this hotel is relatively close to the airport. The things used by the big brands are what the brand should have. There is nothing missing, and there is a hypermarket opposite. The sound insulation was good, and I didn't feel very noisy facing the road. Poor: 1. The Internet is very poor. The room I live in basically cannot be Weiboed on the bed, but it can be used in the toilet. I squatted in the toilet for a few hours that night. . 2. The shower problem, it is difficult to adjust the shower to the proper temperature. After adjusting it, I found that the water power is very ordinary, similar to the water power at home. I do n’t know if it is the reason for the lack of water in Dubai. Towels are also average, not comfortable towels, 3. Note, this hotel does not provide chartered flights. Please pay attention to this. I did n’t see it at Ctrip. I thought it was a car drop-off. 4. The Asian woman at the front desk called chan with a very bad attitude. Basically it was Mandarin. Mandarin, does not solve the problem, but the Indian brother has a good attitude, and the service is given to him.

In fact, this price hotel really has nothing to pay attention to, as long as it is not too dirty, but the bath without a hot water is a bit unacceptable, I do n’t know if I live in room 102 in other rooms. The hot water was turned on to the maximum, and there was no hot water for half a day. In the end, there was no way to simply wash it and finish it quickly. If you can have a hot water in the bath, you will be satisfied.

Staying at JA Palm Island Hotel with friends on the weekend is a paradise! We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock on Friday morning because they have a very good golf driving range. In summer, 50 balls are only 35 dirhams, which is too cheap! There are not too many people. Swing practice to breathe fresh air is great. After playing, I have breakfast at the sports cafe next to the yacht club. It’s more than 70 for one person. I was full, and then fell asleep. I just passed the spa. I was lucky this day. I usually have to book in advance. Because it was early, I had a free time and enjoyed the Thai oil pressure for more than 1 hour. The spa manager and technicians are Thai, let alone more authentic. After finishing the spa, I moved into the room. Their rooms start at 60 square meters and are all suites with balconies, facing the beach. The room is a 5-minute walk to the beach, there is no better choice than this for a holiday in the city! The natural environment of the hotel is so good, you can see the small animals at any time, and there is an organic garden in the hotel, which is also very good for children

The hotel is in the financial center, and not far from the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton. Because it is a newly opened hotel, the hardware is very good and the service is also very good. We booked in three times and stayed for 11 nights in total, so I thought it was good to stay here continuously. The hotel is not far from Dubai Mall, and the taxi is about AED 11 or so called uber black car 25. I personally feel a bit far to walk. The hotel’s breakfast is very good. Even after staying for eleven days, I didn’t feel tired of eating. The gym is not big, but the equipment is enough and not many people. The swimming pool is a bit small and we didn’t use it. The hotel walks to the Four Seasons Hotel next door. There is a gate village. There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from. There are also many painting exhibitions.

The location is actually far away, in the north of the airport, the hotel does not care about the transfer, let yourself take a taxi. As a result, the taxi one-way 65 dirhams is more than 122 yuan. Two hundred and five round trips. The big bed room is two single beds put together, I sleep two single beds by myself? In general, it is better to live in a nearby five-star hotel with breakfast and pick-up.

I recently stayed at the York International hotel for 2 nights in mid January 2021 as a stop gap hotel until my main accommodation was available. Transfer time for via a regular cab from DXB international airport was. Approx 25 mins and cost 50AED (£10/$13.60/€11.25), there is an option to take the metro (take the red line from the airport to Burjuman / change to green line / 1 stop to Al Fahodi / 1 min walk to the hotel - total metro journey time 21 mins - cost approx 6AED £1:20/$1:65/€1:35) Check in via the 24/7 manned reception was OK. I wasn’t comfortable that the guy on reception wanted to keep my passport (the most important document I own) in an unlocked draw for 24 hours until the results of the PCR test I had in the airport came through via text (not a government directive, but a hotel rule apparently) he said if I didn’t like it I could cancel the booking (fees incurred) and assured me it would be safe so I rolled with it and left it with him. I came down a few hours later and asked a different member of staff (female) for the passport in the draw and it was given to me without checking it was mine which was shocking. I kept it from then on with no issue. This hotel is sat on top of several extremely loud ground floor night clubs, frequented by lots of Indian, Pakistani and Emirate males and although I didn’t go in them they looked pretty seedy from the outside with lots of young African & Asian women engaged in what looked like “the oldest profession in the world” hanging around outside. It didn’t bother me as I ignored it, but certainly not a place for families or SWF’s I asked for a high up room to escape the night club base beat, and got the 7th floor which is accessible via 2 lobby lifts. Once in the room I could just faintly hear the boom boom of the clubs below, but not enough to stop me sleeping. My room was an extremely roomy standard double, the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The water in the bathroom / shower was hot and plentiful for the duration of my stay. The room was very very tired looking as was the whole hotel, however the room was cleaned to a decent standard. The room was advertised with a TV, which was missing, a safe which wouldn’t lock and a pool which wasn’t open. The immediate surrounding area isn’t the Dubai you see in the adverts which I was already aware of but other travellers may not be. It was obviously something in it’s day, but has been left to decay and house the huge migrant workforce (Indian/Pakistani/Filipino) that keeps Dubai running, while the downtown and Jumeirah and other up an coming areas you see on TV and social media receive the investment. Overall this is a very low budget place to stay within Bur Dubai (which I must add does have some nice areas less than 1 mile away, see my other reviews of accommodation in Bur Dubai). Would I stay here again? Only as an absolute last resort if by myself but only for the minimum amount of nights necessary. There is no way I wou

[Traffic] From Dubai city centre to the hotel, there are desert roads on both sides. No one is driving very well. [Service] There is a Chinese reception in the lobby, and the check-in is smooth. There is someone to help with parking and luggage. Finally, I am sorry to not tip. The welcome drink in the lobby was delicious. After check-in, a person wearing traditional clothes will lead you to the room, because there are too many houses, and explain the location and precautions of dining and pool while walking. It will be necessary to give a map. Check-out is quick, and the staff can leave after driving you over. [Room] The selected terrace room was given a floor near the inside, and no stars can be seen on the terrace covered by leaves, so there is really no need to spend more money on the terrace room. The room is dimly lit and antique in design. The bath water was great, but the sink water didn't feel very good. [Recreation facilities] The swimming pool is great, and there are not many people who can take pictures of the desert infinity pool. There is a time in the afternoon where you can ride a camel for free and take photos with the eagle. Many people were taking photos when the sun was setting, and it was beautiful. The desert is a small dune, not a rolling one, and children can play. There is a bonfire at night. After dinner, you can stretch the scenery around the hotel and the view is also good. [Catering] It was said to be half price for the Arab restaurant on Tuesday, but we went to Chongsha before and have already experienced it so we did not go. The breakfast was good, the variety was super rich, there were a lot of Chinese food and it was very delicious. I am very impressed that there are 6 or 7 types of milk on a table, and various origins and skimmed ones. It feels super luxurious ^ o ^ 11-year-old children are charged separately, more than 70 dirhams. [Others] Regarding hotel prices, because I ’m used to booking hotels that can be refunded and changed free of charge, I often pay attention to price fluctuations. The price of this hotel fluctuates a lot. The same room can even float up and down about 1,500 yuan, and it is not the more expensive it is. Just to remind everyone.

Advantages: good location, there are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby Disadvantages: poor service. I stayed in isolation for 15 days. Later, I have called two or three times and asked me to send the reservation repeatedly. information. On the tenth day of my stay, the hotel manager came in person at 7 or 8 in the evening (I didn’t let him in) and asked me to repay, or add 330 euros. This hotel is an Internet celebrity hotel in Dubai, you can search for the same name by ins, and there is a more expensive five plam on the Palm Island, which is also an Internet celebrity hotel. . . The service is very good, because the epidemic has not seen a crowded hotel for a long time, but the concierge at the door and the front desk are very good, and I have seen that there are special people who specially lead children with children to the side for priority. . The hotel’s high-altitude night view is very beautiful, and the room design is relatively modern in Dubai. If the budget is sufficient, it is best to set high vacancies and suites, which are particularly distinctive. The room must be above the 40th floor to have a beautiful view. . The hotel is very satisfied and the service is good. But there was still half a day before boarding the plane on the last day, and I decided to have a spa and shampoo in the hotel. The spa service was very comfortable, but the wife of the barber was too bad! This person was very rude, shampoo splashed on his face, his hair was pulled hard, and the high temperature of the hair dryer came over. After the reminder, it was still the same, without any customer awareness and respect for people! The worst hairdresser ever encountered! The service of the hotel is good, but there are only some overlord treaties, which is very puzzled. The hotel is bought at a discount, because check-in needs to be booked in advance, so the time is confirmed two weeks in advance. I thought it out, but the date I wrote was very contradictory. It seems that the hotel that is valid until September next year is only available in September this year, and the other dates are all jokes. Well, it is very convenient for us to live here. Secondly, after confirming the check-in date, Ctrip made several calls and asked me to confirm how many people will stay. Our three children are 8 years old, and they told me that children need to pay extra per night because adults over four years old will be charged 200- per night. 300 local currency, yes, don't be surprised. I double-checked it, and I hung up when I felt boring. Besides, in the hotel, everything else is fine, but before check-in, I said that the swimming pool is not available for use at 3-5 p.m. because some people can not use it. After all, it is acceptable to have one day to play. As a result, we went at other time. Chairs and huts can only be used under the sun, and the side with the shade of the tree cannot be used. This is quite boring. Why don't you write them all out and let us not spend money to find breath. My family lives on the opposite side of this hotel, just change the environment. Finally, I will answer your questions. Breakfast 7-11 is very full. In addition to what they have, you can also order what you like and let them cook. You can add 150 local currency per night for an extra bed. You can only take your children to swim here. Or go to Dubai Mall, the parking lot is not very big. One thing we dislike is that the lake-view room is very noisy, because the fountain is put out every half an hour after 6 o'clock in the evening. I really don’t understand why this event was organized. Neither side felt it was good. Although I bought it at a discount, I also spent money. It made it as if we were free...

First of all everybody needs to know that its not a hotel. its a residential complex where royal club has some apartments. so if you are looking for free amenities, you are not going to get them (atleast free of cost). you need to pay for beach access as well. saying that, the property itself and room facilities were very good. the room and bathrooms were neat and clean. the biggest disappointment was the wifi connection. it was very slow and didnt have the required range inside the flat even. complained to the reception, they tried to rectify but couldnt. i cannot comment on the courtesy of the staff as i didnt have much interaction, but whatever i had, i didnt find them very friendly, especially the lady at the reception. as mentioned in other reviews, while checking in, the security will guide you to a separate room, where their office is located, you have to pay a deposit of 1000 aed, which is returnable ofcouse, but without a minibar or other hotel amenities, asking for a deposit seemed mindless. the facility is located just at the beginning of the shoreline, but anyways its inside palm jumeirah. good thing is they have a 24hrs supermarket, where you can call for your stuff to be delivered. overall satisfied with the property, especially at the price we got it and its location

Stayed for a couple weeks. Check-in experience was great, I was met by a friendly and accommodating sort, Ibrahim. He greeted and asked me to wait and sit by one of the chairs at the lobby while the receptionist was busy with other guests. While waiting, I could see this gentleman takes good care of his guests. I requested for an early check-in, and Lorraine managed to get me a room at 11AM. The location of the hotel is very good, there are a lot of constructions around the area, but the bus stops just right in front of the hotel. It's very easy to find a taxi, yet for some reasons, most of the taxi drivers are not familiar with the hotel. Most of the time I had to explain further or showed them direction to the hotel instead of just telling them the hotel's name. Cleanliness, unfortunately my first night was greeted by two cockroaches. One by the coffee station and one by the bathroom. Although the room is being cleaned everyday, I could sometimes see them wander around the area. There were also very visible stains on the electric curtain. Aside from that, everything looked neat. Eric, the housekeeper, is another gem in this property with his friendly attitude and attentiveness. Food and beverages offers were quite varied. And props to the chefs for accommodating special requests including cooking dish that is not on the menu, which is something I wasn't expecting for a 4-stars hotel. Another thing I wasn't expecting was the water that comes with complimentary coffee and tea are limited to two small bottles per day. They charge you if you need more water, but not the coffee and tea, which I found hard to believe. This information was per Amil from the reception on my 10th nights of stay. He offered to talk to the management about this, which I obviously declined since I won't waste my time over a couple small bottles of water. He also suggested me to buy big bottles of water from outside instead. Overall stay was good. There are a couple more individuals that were very helpful, but unfortunately I didn't get their names. The male (Arabic?) waiter in the restaurant and the Nepalis bellboy.

The best and most effective option to recommend is their business lunch that comes either as a 2 course option or a full 3 course meal set menu. The difference of AED10 would definitely push you to go for a 3 course meal at this one of it's kind restaurants in Dubai. Our choice was obvious and we selected 2 different options to have some variety to share and taste. The decision was worth taking as we ended up having some of the best salads, fish and chips, pasta, umm ali and a slice of cake. The best to me amongst all was their authentic london style fish and chips that is not so easily available in Dubai at a similar lavish dine in place. I would rate the food as above average based on the value for money along with the experience. However the servive standards could be slightly elevated to accomodate customer request. Having said that, I would still give benefit of the doubt due to the ongoing Covid situation.

My wife and I stayed here in March 2020 and we both really liked it. One point I would like to mention is that it is known locally as Telal Hotel. We told our taxi driver "Capital O 384 Telal hotel" and he was confused. The taxi ride is about 50 dirham (about $13) and is a bit out of the way but there is a metro station less than a 15 min walk. As for the room itself, it was clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware. We had a microwave 2 burner stove and mini-fridge. There is a 24 hour mini mart just across the vacant lot facing the hotel. As you can see from the pictures, there are 2 living room style chairs as a bistro set for eating. The bed is very comfy and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The pool, weight room and spas (with steam room) are on the top floor but separate for men and women. It uses a secure keycard system to access the elevator. If we go to Dubai again, we will definitely stay.

I was staying there for 3 night and booked through Agoda. There was nothing mentioned regards to parking fee so once I reached to hotel asked regards to parking bell desk guy told me you have too pay to get the parking, I paid 60 dirham for each night. Once I approached front desk there was 3 staff standing and talking you need to interrupt them as they will really ignore you. So check in and everything was done I went to the room, room was clean lower floor was given even I request higher floor its fine. While waiting for my wife to arrive I decided to organized the surprise and requested for 2 wine glass, room service guys was so rude and said no while passing by front desk seems like he was night manager I asked is it not really possible to have glass of wine in the room guys said no its everywhere you should know. I told me I am also hotelier and I know how is it work so he replied very rudely I have 13 year experience and work with different brand its like this I just asked his name he said Hussain. I told him Hussain please go and check my profile on LinkedIn if you talk about brands of hospitality. There was no efforts was made. Very disappointing. Breakfast was included so we went on first day and it was offered ALC menu, guy was alone and straight to some people what you want there was only 3 plates options. We went for Indian breakfast which was nothing much like: egg, protha, chana and some fruits. Personally we don't like the taste so second day we decided to buy something form outside and request re heat so I went down and asked the guy if he can re heat he was polite and mentioned it will take time even its about re heating in microwave for 2mnt I accepted and leave food with him, after 1hrs I tried ti follow up through room service, order taker was like he don't care you should know he is busy and "YOU KNOW" so I asked him is he not part of your team ?? can I come down and collect he was like it will come don't worry !!! I was pissed but asked his name he said Singh. Don't expect so much from them staff is Really rude and seems like there is no one to guide them, I wish I will never encounter this kind of people again. Staff was in their different attitude, room was nice but they will talk and look at you like you had done a mistake. Only HK guy was nice and polite...Thanks to him at least he know how to deal with guest. I wish I can see general manager and tell about all this !! I will never recommend this property again !!!

The location of the hotel is very good, next to the marina and the beach, as well as the commercial street. We stayed for two nights on weekends and it was so lively. The hotel rooms all have balconies, facing the beach, the rooms are very large and very clean. Breakfast is very rich. No Chinese, no foreigners. In short, the hotel is very perfect for eating and living, the price is also very high, recommended!

a fly in the ointment: 1) For the PCR test arranged by the hotel, a family of five inspected twice and found that there was a huge difference in charges. Only then did they realize that two different units were arranged, one of which overcharged us, the hotel followed up and handled it carefully, and the cash refund was smooth the next day. 2) After successfully staying for 3 nights, the first renewal stay was successfully coordinated by Ctrip. For the second renewal, the hotel did not give the negotiated price due to the peak season. Ctrip had communicated many times, even if the PCR test arranged by them was raised with the hotel. The hotel should take responsibility for fraudulent acts of institutions and renew the stay at the original price. The hotel did not care about the guest’s feelings after 4 hours. I checked out decisively and went to another hotel to book a luxury suite several times cheaper. The children said it was much better than only. The on-duty manager repeatedly said that I would help arrange better next time, and I replied frankly: I can’t handle it this time, what can I expect next time? 3) There will be no deadline
