The economic choice for accommodation, very large than the average room, but the room had too many mosquitoes, wheat were not in the windows and the air conditioner was not working. We opened the windows and mosquitoes were in. We closed them and it was hot. At a very central point, near all the shops and restaurants.

First of all, rez. I had a question 1 day before I went. I called the hotel and asked if there is an opportunity to postpone it to next week. This is a factor in the opening of the hotel, but they can’t do it, they have helped people achieve incredible It’s very hard to use. They sent RES files because there is a covid process, so that it can show that if there is an alarm call on the road, the location of the hotel is 1 minute like Canakkale, the ferry terminal, the parking lot is controlled by the camera and compared to the surrounding The hotel is wide, the staff is very good, the breakfast is very good, mixed breakfast, there is a very beautiful garden and indoor area, a modern building similar to a gourmet cafe, clean and spacious air-conditioning, combined boiler, although I am very satisfied I stayed for 1 night without any problems. Hee KDR is perfect, only the negative side is that it is the road leading to the main street, on the street of the hotel a bit noisy taxi engine crossing, but it doesn't matter to go to the hotel. I really recommend this line to protect its employees, and if I go again, our location is sure.

Spent three nights here in November 2022. The place is very close to all there is to see in Canakkale, plus it is easy to go to both Troy and Gallipoli from here. The rooms are good value considering the price, and the host is simply amazing. He's an old man who really goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable, and to help you with any problems you may have. He even serves you breakfast for free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Canakkale!

The pillows were not the fluffiest but they were more than adequate. Check-in was easy. The room was clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. There was water in the mini fridge. The A/C was a blessing altough it would have been nice if it went a little lower than 18 degrees. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Cannakale, great for the shops, harbour & restaurants. House-keeping were on it every morning and the staff were very pleasant and engaging. Breakfast was more than ample, with traditional Turkish and a variation on continental options. The only downside I can think of was the music coming from across the rear courtyard which continued into the early hours. Closing the windows helped with the sound. This hotel is part of three, if you are thinking of booking go for this one as I believe it to be the best of them. There is the Comfort & the Anzac. The Grand is the best of the three and the price was very good. I think it was £24 per night for B&B.

We had difficulty finding a amount of location, it was a very functional position and it stayed in a while, the friend at the reception was lazy, we were happy to clean and serve but in a different area in the parking was the friend at the parking a little rude when we arrived. We said the door would not open except the driver said the door would not open the door. We said the door would not get the stuff. We said the door would not get the stuff. We can't meet we will provide accommodation again

Disgusting, dirty and 3rd graded hotel!! This hotel has rated themselves as a comfort and 4 star hotel but their online reviews and pics don't match the reality at all. They are a dirty, substandard and disgusting hotel. When I checked in all rooms were smelling of intense smoke- the non smoking ones as well! The bell boy was trying to influence the decision of the receptionist by saying there was no smoke smell. When I insisted and fought, they changed the room but even the non smoking rooms smelt of smoke. Once I checked in I was surprised to see the interiors were 3rd graded and below standard and were equivalent to a budget hotel. The walls had paint and stickers peeling off. The furniture had burn mark stains from cigarettes. There were some random stains on the walls. The air condition was a split unit and there was a big structure in the room making it ugly. Room setup too was congested and not well planned and spacious. Luckily I have only one night here and unfortunately this was prepaid through my tour agent (roadrunners) and hence I could do nothing about it. But had it been my own booking I would definitely cancel it and switch to another decent and class hotel. And to add to all the misery I just discovered the air conditioning isn't working. I opened the Google reviews and found that many people have complained about this in the past so it's not something they can post an excuse about. They know that their ac doesn't work. When I called the reception to inform about this she told me to open the windows...seriously!!!!!!! Is this your customer service. I will further write about this to a Consumer rights authority in Turkey or some authority where this review is taken into Consideration and they will be penalised for this.

Booked in a triple room, the bed is very small, Simmons is soft, and when I sleep at night, I turn over and fall down. There are no 6 small items in the hotel. Please bring your own toiletries, shower gel or shampoo. Very good, the beach is a lot of food, there are people playing basketball at night, very close to the Trojan.

Ho trovato la camera accogliente con tutto il necessario. Ho riposato bene, pochissimi rumori ma niente di particolare. Il personale mi ha accolto con gentilezza, La stanza era grande. Bagno piccolo che a mio avviso andrebbe sistemato. A mio avviso ottimo per brevi soste. Ci ritornerei qualora ne avessi bisogno.

Very good location close to amenities, the ferry, shops, buses and so on. Very good value for money in Canakkale. Helpful staff who are happy to try to assist guests even without speaking English. Good old Google translate and a smile served us well. There's a refrigerator we can use which is very useful. I'm staying here again! It's a fairly basic hotel but it was a good stay. The hotel is not called by this name. The actual name is shown in the picture. The location of the map icon is right. Fortunately, there is a specific house number. I have been leading the way when I meet a kind person to help find the house number, and I believe this is my hotel! If you press the name, you won’t find it! But the location is very good, very close to the pier where you get off the bus, although it is in a tourist area, it is quiet in the middle of noisy! There is also a lovely elevator for one person with a trolley suitcase. The breakfast is very good, the restaurant has a special feeling!

Hotel is conveniently located relative to the sea. There is a pier and a small beach. Near the embankment. The room is small, there is a balcony with a view to the pools. The bathroom is a pillowed bath. During our visit the season was over, the pools were not working and the water in the pools was not filtered and it felt smell. Breakfast is good. Wireless Internet barely crawled.

Excellent staff members, very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but they treat you like you're family. The room is very small (as big as a queen size bed) but the location is right in the center of everything. The bus from the otogar (c9) also stops right around the corner. The only con about this place is that there's a bar across the street which plays loud music until 2am on the weekend. Weekdays are not bad, just street noise.

Only stayed one night but could easily have felt comfortable up to 2 weeks in a room of such great size. If venturing to see Gallipoli this is definitely a great base from which to do the day trips

I can tell it very clearly I liked the only word that was so beautiful breakfast. The reason for this presentation is very good and very good quality. Also, we thank Vildan Lady, the hotel manager. Because she has been interested in making us feel like at home. The hotel is located on the beach band and markets at 3-4 minutes walking distance. No noise is due to the street. I traveled by car in the Ottoman cities. In Chanakkal came 05.02.2022. I picked up several hotels in advance on the site to choose already on the site. Stop my choice at Kule Hotel. I immediately have a careful, kind staff of the hotel. I was explained in detail, showed. The hotel is located in the city center, a lot of cafes, shops, there is its own free parking (about 500 meters from the hotel), which is very important as finding a place for long parking in the center is extremely difficult. The room is spacious, clean (I took with a balcony with a view to the harbour). Commendable water, tea, coffee in the room. Since the central heating system works in the winter, the air conditioners are off, but the temperature is easily adjusted by a pin on the radiator in the room. It was comfortable. Stable, fast Internet in the room. The bathroom is quite spacious, beautifully decorated, shower facilities, fan. On the 5th floor there is a restaurant, recommend visiting. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is well designed with stylish decor. Our room was small but had most of what we needed and was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the tram station so well positioned vs major attractions. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is tasty and with a fair amount of choices. The only complaint about the room is the bathroom shower which has a half wall, so the water goes everywhere, soaking the bathroom floor. But these half shower walls seem to be common in hotels across Europe - poor design in my opinion. Aside from this, I recommend this hotel.
