The people in this hotel must learn how to handle inquiries from their customers. Due to the recent lockdown in Metro Manila, I cannot be able to consume the already booked and fully paid accommodation on March 19-21. I have asked them to refund it due to the announcement and mandated lockdown but they are just pointing me to the travel agency AGODA to do that refund. While I did my share of reaching out to Agoda for this inquiries, unfortunately for that company they are just sending me back to the hotel for any refund or cancellation of my booking. Now this hotel's customer service agent who are replying to my message inquiries are saying they dont have the capacity to refund and i should get back to Agoda. Who now is responsible for the refund since this is a scenario that no one wants to happen. Harbor hotel already took my full payment via my credit card now they want me to chase Agoda who has no way of letting me contact them for the refund. This is unacceptable. This hotel must know how to handle complaints such as this. I WILL NEVER EVER FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BOOK TO YOUR HOTEL.

After a long travel going to Garin Farm, we wanted to check in at a decent hotel. And since that was the last night of our vacation, we wanted a hotel where we can stay, relax, and enjoy. Luckily, I saw Goldberry Lite Hotel. Location is accessible. The frontliners are accommodating and helpful as we requested for our breakfast to be cooked at a specific time as we have an early flight. Room is not that big but its clean. I suggest they add bidet on the toilet. After a couple of hours' rest, we went for a dip in the pool. Fortunately, we were the only ones who occupied it. Lovely! It was cold and really relaxing. Then, the breakfast at The Rabbit Hole is plated. We were hoping for a buffet but no hahahha. I ordered native longganisa and my husband took bangusilog. We waited for few minutes for our meal. Then voila, we were greeted with a sumptuous meals. And both are definitely tasty. The place is highly recommended. Also, the facade is instagrammable at night as it is golden lit. Just be careful taking photos as their are vehicles passing by.

The hotel is new and clean and has a good amenities like infinity swimming pool but swimming time is very short until 8:30 pm only compared to other hotel that they closed at 10:00 pm. Bed is so comfy, clean and big. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Shower Heater is not so hot. Foods are not so yummy and when i took my breakfast all foods are almost finished and the refill is not that consistent some dish is out of supply. Overall I'm still recommended this hotel to stay when you're in Iloilo City.

I stayed in this hotel end of January 2021 for a short stay. I choose this because of its affordable price and promising facilities and stay. I like here because it is quiet and I have a peaceful fitful deep slumber I wake up wonderfully because I have more than enough hours of sleep. The pool looks awesome as well except that it is too cold and the heater doesn't help maybe it isn't working. My real complain really is the poor wifi signal in my room I have a hard time connecting and it only gets worse during a rainy day when I don't get any signal at all. The cabinet is too simple I have to place to hang my clothes and keep my belongings and there is no safety deposit box. The price of the food in their cafeteria is too steep in relation to the quality and quantity and also so many food in their menu is not available during my stay maybe because of limited guests they were not able to prepare adequately. I like their staff very friendly, courteous, respectful and accommodating and always smiling. Highly exceptional workers I must say. Over all I like my stay here because I was able to sleep and stay here peacefully and wonderfully.

It was not really a good experience. Although the location was really nice, the amenities and the hotel itself was meh. For its price, I think I deserve more. I booked a different hotel with the same price range and it was way nicer. I just booked this to try a new one. It was a bit old and there was no elevator so I had to carry myself up to the 4th floor. One nice thing was there was a free water.

I chose this hotel for my quarantine requirement upon arrival to the city and I am so glad I did. For only P1500 a night you get a clean, charming and well-appointed room. (room has a mini fridge, hair dryer, safety deposit box, and a 5 gallon container of drinking water) Coordinating was easy because the helpful hotel staff made sure to communicate with me regarding their protocols. I was asked to use the service entrance and head straight to my room where my key card was waiting on a chair by the door. The meals (which were only a minimal extra charge) were also left on this chair so I had little to no contact with any staff. (Side note: The meals were also good! I was also allowed to order anything via delivery app like Grab or Food Panda as long as payments were settled via the app.) The hotel staff also helped me take care of my clearance certificate and coordinated with the city's quarantine facility. I did not expect my quarantine stay to be so comfortable and delightful. :) Kudos to the management and staff of Smallville 21 Hotel.

Hi. My brother booked me at the La Fiesta Hotel in Iloilo for 9 days. Their service is very good and I still can't drink water. Still have to look farther or buy distilled spirits at 7-11. I asked the guards if they knew that the water filling station was far from here, sir. So there is no choice but to hold it from May 7th to 11th. The water flowing from the well sometimes has the pungent smell of rusty taps. So far, this is my experience in the hotel.

Front desk service: There is none outside the standard 8AM to 5PM office hours. You'll be lucky if somebody actually picks up the line. Having stayed here for quarantine purposes and not being allowed to step out of the room, this "no service" is a big no no. Non-front desk staff: The bell hop is pro active in bringing up ordered food. I gambled with ordering food from the outside as I couldn't order food from the hotel simply because there was nobody picking up the line. Luckily, the bell hop would bring up the food ordered from the outside. I would've starved if they didn't bring the food up. Room: Everything is old. The bed was not comfortable. The fridge had to be changed as it was not working. The cable tv line up was really bad as well. The floor was dusty. Room slippers? They're old and crumbly. The moment I slipped my feet in them, they ripped. I just laughed it off as I was just tired getting upset anymore. Breakfast: Better order food from the outside. I was told that the food in this place is good. Fake news. Will I consider going back to this place? If there is another quarantine hotel, I wouldn't stay in Hotel del Rio anymore.

This hotel was very interesting. It was introduced by a local friend. It was a very good hotel with a swimming pool. At that time, I didn't consider booking three nights directly. But the first night scared me. , Washstand, etc., I almost didn't sleep that night, communicated with the Ctrip staff until dawn, and strongly requested a refund for the next two nights, which was finally resolved. Of course, this may be an isolated phenomenon, but it is impossible for me to try the second time .

I love that they have a legit gym here. They also have a salon, spa, Co working space, convenience store and a restaurant (which my staff recommended to eat in). The room is comfy (though I'm having problems with the hot shower setting). I think the factor that will prevent me from staying here again is that the loud music from the rooftop bar that goes on until around 2am (or longer as I just fell asleep at around 2am). I hope they improve the sound proofing of their rooms if they'd blast the music until the wee hours...

As a Rotarian, we attended The Rotary Concerns Forum in Iloilo Convention Center last Feb. 20-22, 2020 and chose Seda Atria as our hotel. This was my second time in Seda having stayed there with my spouse last Dec. 2019. What attracted me most to the hotel is it’s proximity to major centers, whether private or public. It has a choice of rooms to fulfill one’s desire for comfort and luxury. Food is excellent and one reason why I always have my breakfast there. The staff are courteous and very helpful, aware of their roles to make our stay enjoyable. Next time, you visit Iloilo City, try Seda Atria Hotel.

Hotel is nice, slightly worn out now, hotel sheets are clean but looks old. The two accent pillows have a terrible smell please just remove it. But the location is perfect, near to the mall just a walking distance. They have an amazing breakfast buffet and excellent food choices. The pool is really nice too with a view! Staffs are really nice and very helpful and attentive.

The location of the hotel is better. Those who like to walk can walk to SM for half an hour and a supermarket for ten minutes. The hotel can help to call for rent, in short, the transportation is convenient. The hotel is not big, but it is small and beautiful, it has everything it should, and the service is very considerate.

It was a different experience, as I have not stayed in a heritage house before. I appreciated its unique interior, it reminded me of Intramuros and how pretty the houses looked back in the day. The bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly. It is a few minutes walk to Jaro Cathedral, and Robinson's. If I had more time, I guess there are other places to see around the area. I could rate it 5 stars, but the road was noisy from the jeepneys. However, this is beyond their control. If we were assigned to a room farther away from the road, I'm sure this isn't going to be a problem. I liked it here, I wish I stayed longer. And I hope next time, they'll be serving breakfast. If you want an experience of living in a heritage house, try staying at Casa Tentay. It's in the perfect spot to be, especially if you plan to go around and check out other old houses in the area.

Went to check out Z Bistro that is housed in the recently opened Zuri Hotel (Oct. 2019) to see if the food was as good as someone recommended. As with almost everything, one has to consider the source of information... The hotel is standard for the Philippines, and for mid-level hotels all around the world: mainstream mediocrity personified by fake smiles and limited product and services knowledge. Rooms start at 6200 pesos, and then go up, but the so-called artificial promo-rates for all rooms is about 40% less. They are new and still likely decent enough, but one must sleep in one first to see if the walls are insulated enough, if the aircon is quiet, if the bed is quality and showers work properly. Same as at the restaurant... Price for the beef shank was 630 pesos but ran out at 450 pesos. Their beef stew is 340 pesos but regular price sits at 255 pesos. How this kind of dumb manipulation is seen as okay is beyond me, but I guess someone ’high-up' thinks patrons won’t see the game being played on them. Requesting the senior’s rate was hopeless because they said the discount is less than the fake-discount rate. How does this encourage return business? It doesn’t! The waitress didn’t know much - but should have even first day on the job! - and so had to go to the kitchen 2x to find simple things out... Now I was already skeptical about the place. After understanding that it didn’t come with rice, I asked what did. When she told me that it comes with mashed potatoes, I ordered the latter. The picture showed a big full stock of leek with mushrooms, but came out with no free mashed potatoes, no leek, but a somewhat shrivelled bit of green onion and a few small pieces of what looked like ****ake mushroom, with the beef swimming in a starchy decent-tasting beef sauce. One large piece of the meat was unchewable: full of fat, gristle and very little meat, I left it. The waitress was afraid to come to my table again and so sent a male waiter. When there are no customers, the children hired to provide professional services play around laughing in the empty lobby. Z Bistro? What a joke, but nothing unusual there. Unless you like plain, boring and poorly-presented food, I do NOT recommend this place. If an entree doesn’t already come with some rice, potato or pasta, and perhaps some veggies as part of the meal, then forget it! We will never return!

Less than 5 minutes walk to Robinsons Jaro . Near Jaro Cathedral. Very accessible to public transport. Have small eateries and salon along the streets. Walking distance to Salog Spa where I usually have a massage and ventosa whenever Im in IloIlo. Separate review for Salog Spa. Very accomodating and friendly staffs. Can pre order breakfast (Jollibee breakfast menu). Just be carefull not to leave your food too long on the table coz ants would come so fast. The one that I booked thru agoda doesnt include breakfast. Cons: no free water bottle, no hair dryer, no kettle, no fridge. If you just need a clean place to sleep this will be a budget friendly choice. Overall we had a nice stay at El Haciendero.

The conference hall of the hotel near the entrance was where we had our meetings during our stay. The booking included consumables which is dependent on how many hours is the use of the space. We have been delighted because, the food was overflowing which was included in the package. There was a generous serving for each menu that we can't consume all . The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. he room accommodation was also very good. The double room accommodation can actually accommodate 6 persons with 2 extra beds at the sides. The room was spaceous, well-lighted and clean. The location is very accessible that one can just walk going to the mall and the esplanade for a leisurely walk and a river cruise.
