We were looking for a relaxing couple of days and we found it at the Hotel Terme Orvieto. Not only was it relaxing, but the thermal pools and spa were amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the food extraordinary and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Gregorio, whose family(Carrara) owns the hotel, was very informative and very kind. It happened to be the Hotel Orvieto’s 50th anniversary since its opening in 1968. The Carrara Family held a special dinner at the family farm ( “La Valletta Paradiso”) in the hills, for all of the guests staying with them this week. We got to meet people from Italy and Germany staying at the hotel. It was a fun evening with good food, wine and nice people. I highly recommend Hotel Terme Orvieto and my wife and I are already planning to go back next year.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming, especially the ladies in the restaurant. Special thanks to Fabiola, Olga and Daniella; you guys made our stay very careless and enjoyable. No question is too much for the people working in the hotel. The whirlpool was also very nice and warm. The visitors of the hotel were also nice and relaxed. We were travelling by car and the location was perfect for that because we added great city trips to our vacation (Padua, Venice, Verona and Bologna). We really got the rest we desperately needed from this crazy period. Thank you for that!

This totally different experience of Italy for me! When in Italy I normally running around trying to see all the majestic palaces, cathedrals, museums, paintings and sculptures. This time it was treating my body ( a soul too as Padua (Padova) and Venice are in close proximity. Yet,Abano Terme is devoted to treating your body. And it is not just pampering. Thermal waters and healing medical thermal muds were used for joint and muscle treatments since Roman times. In the Hotel Terme Due Torri I enjoyed an amazing pool with thermal mineral water. Jets are installed around the pool and people can massage any parts of their bodies! Medical muds is a procedure for a fee and I liked every session. The mud application is followed with a mineral bath. They also offer wraps and facials, different massages and amazing aqua-phisiotherapy. It is all inclusive mode and the food is wonderful! Lots of fish and seafood. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They spoke four languages. Not to forget, the best time there is November-March, at least not summer, because thermal waters in summer heat could be challenging. Great place to treat yourself

This hotel is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax and decompress for a few days. Everything was well kept and worked well. Pool and spa area were very clean. The entire staff were professional, friendly, and could not be any more helpful and welcoming. Food was great for every meal. There were plenty of choices for antipasti, first & second courses, and desserts. Every dish that we had was excellently prepared and presented. We loved that any leftover wine was kept sealed and ready at table side for our next meal. The only letdown during our entire stay was the uncomfortable 2 piece hard mattress on our queen size bed. If the hotel replaces the mattresses with nice orthopedic mattresses, the place would be perfect!

My wife and I stayed at the Formentin hotel for 11 nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The hotel is located in the center and had it's own parking lot. It was small and cozy which made us feel like we were at home. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and speaks several languages. Special thanks to Valentina and Danielle at the reception desk for all the tips and advice. The rooms were clean and were well maintained with the daily change of towel service and cleaning. Very nice pools indoor and outdoor (which were cleaned daily), with thermal water and hydromassage. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with friendly wait staff. Special thanks to Dario and Svetlana for the help with the menu and excellent service. My wife had fango and bath therapy almost daily, and really enjoyed the massages from Angelica and Nicolo. We are thankful to all the staff for the wonderful stay and hope to stay here again next year.

This hotel is set in the small quiet thermal spa town of Abano Terme with some shops and other hotels around it.I understand that it’s main clientele are people coming to use the healing properties of the thermal water notably mud treatments for conditions such as arthritis. These clients generally do not come in the summer months which means that the hotel is relatively quiet and you can get a good deal for the 4* facilities. We paid 150 euros a night for 2 people in July in a standard double with breakfast and added on an evening meal for 2 for just 15 euros a night. A total cost therefore for 2 people of 165 euros a night for half board. The public areas of the hotel are very airy with high ceilings and the furnishings are elegant and the hotel looks and feel cared for. The standard double was a nice size and also tastefully furnished. There was a small sitting area with two armchairs and a table and also a small balcony with furniture although our view was not particularly interesting. The bathroom was OK in size and was clean and everything worked well. I would say that for the discerning, the bathroom was a little dated for a 4 *hotel. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. On our first night we arrived too late for dinner but by calling ahead we were able to have a cold supper of fruit cold meats etc left in our room in place of our meal. Breakfast is served in a lovely room on the first floor and you can either eat inside or outside on a terrace area overlooking the front gardens which was beautiful. There is a selection of fruit, pastries, breads, cold meats cheeses yoghurts etc which we found to be good. If you prefer a cooked breakfast you may be disappointed as there was only two or three items: eggs and sausages/bacon. Dinner is served only from 7.30 to 8.30 in a lovely large elegant dining room with high ceilings. There is a light starter which you don’t choose and then there are two main courses. The first is generally pasta, risotto and the second is meat/fish with potatoes/ vegetables. There is a choice of about three dishes for the main courses. There are also a few choices for dessert and fresh fruit salad/ fruit / ice cream available. I would recommend arriving for dinner at 7.30 as the there is a definite rhythm to the service with the waiters going around with the different courses on trolleys and so if you arrive later you may feel rushed through your meal as things seem to wind up in the restaurant by 9. We ate in the restaurant three nights. On the first evening I was not particularly impressed as some food was a little cold and my fish was a little dry. On the other two nights though everything was perfect hot and tasty so not sure why that was. At 7.5 euros a night per person this was very good value for money. It needs to be booked at the same time as the room though. The hotel kindly accommodated a friend joining us for dinner but this cost 27 euros. We ordered a bottle of wine and water each n

If you want to enter a state of complete blissful relaxation it’s definitely a place for it. Early in the morning while enjoying an open thermal bath with a healing steam coming up from the water through palm trees and sunrise I turned around to see the happiest swimming pool cleaner who actually said ‘I’m very happy’ to me. And rightly so! The restaurant is the coziest space with a team of tactful, considerate and helpful staff. Giovanni is a legend, he heard I was vegan and even though my meals didn’t seem as much in the beginning, later on chef exceeded all my expectations, they even printed a special vegan menu with a bunch of pretty tasty options. It felt like they took ‘vegan’ as a creative challenge and really came up with some interesting meals. I want to thank beautiful Elisa from SPA department. Had the opportunity to enjoy three treatments three days in a row, by the end of it felt like I was reborn, amazing professional. She did facial, body peeling and massage and honestly that helped me tremendously with reducing overall stress built up over the whole year. I had the chance to jump on a bus with other guests on Christmas Day to see the mass in Saint Antonio cathedral in Padua, which was incredibly epic and interesting to observe first hand. All in all amazing, you can wake up in the morning, pick up some champagne at breakfast, enjoy amazing freshness of the air and beauty of the scenery, coziness of adorable Abano. I had the best sleep, the rooms are very clean and warm.

This is a 3 Star Hotel based on the age of the structure and the furnishings but don’t let that fool you. While it can use updating, it is certainly not in poor condition nor completely outdated. Excellent WiFi throughout. Modern Spa facilities. Its secret lies however with its people; service and food is 4+ Stars. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were accommodating and helpful. We had full board and cannot find any fault with any plate we ordered; all perfectly prepared and made from quality ingredients. The restaurant staff went above and beyond. We had 4 different massage therapies and each one of them were excellent. Everything to ensure guest safety for COVID limitations was done professionally and blended in with daily routine. We had a long weekend stay and I would recommend that to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Very good hotel. I got a very good room, very big. Had problems opening the windows, immediately someone came up to help. It was very hot and I asked about the air conditioner. I could have it but I decided with the windows open it was good. The hotel has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Both had very hot water and you have to wear a bathing cap in both pools. They are for sale everywhere in the area, not cheap. Breakfast and dinner was included, both excellent. Excellent and friendly service. Breakfast opens at 7 am. That was a little rushed when you have an early tour. Reception could be a little better organized but they are friendly. I settled the bill the last night, yet they called me from the bus to pay my bill. No problem it showed up in the computer that it was paid. I would certainly stay there again if in the area.

Although many aspects of the Mioni Pezzato (have stayed 4 times) are wonderful, we were disappointed this time as our room was very warm (25 C) in the middle of the night making sleeping difficult. We noted this to the staff, but they said there was nothing anyone could do as the system was central to all the rooms. I can't believe all the rooms were at this temperature as I didn't see any other windows open. We couldn't open our windows due to our cats. So I can only conclude that this particular room has a negative aspect that the management knows about, but won't attempt to rectify. The room is 125.

We stayed here for four nights whilst exploring The Veneto region. Very friendly staff especially the evening lady on reception who made us two very nice decaffinated coffees every evening. The bed was very comfortable in a room that was a little dated as is the decor of the lounge. The two pools that we used - in and out- were lovely. Plenty of loungers. The type of hotel and the area does seem to attract an older crowd it has to be said but nothing wrong with that. Would recommend visiting beautiful Padova and one day take a boat trip into Venice on the Brent's Canal on Il Burchiello.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

No haha breakfast is rich, but it ’s been for three days. The hotel location is very good. There are a lot of sculptures in the subway station next to the subway station. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.
