From the minute we checked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our room was SPOTLESS. My husband is still talking about the amazing omelette he had for breakfast this morning. The front desk staff was the nicest we’ve seen anywhere in the past year. I chose this property because Hilton Garden Inns are generally “a step above.” THIS property is all the way up the ladder. It’s located across from the Gulf. There’s covered parking for Diamond members. I would have not been as happy, had I chosen another hotel. Easy walk to the Hard Rock, and Beau Rivage. There’s a cross bridge, very close to the hotel. We are staying three nights. Despite being full tonight, the entire hotel is VERY quiet. SO GRATEFUL for the entire staff, and that we had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful property.

Understand Covid has changed everything. Checkin and check out went well. Valet and bell service good too. Carpet needs cleaning in our room and hallways. Shopped in casino shops and staff nice in each one. Restaurants good. Sad that Terrace not open though.

First let me say, one of the Best ******s for certain things such as bright, clean, and fantastic rooms, great hosts and great food comps if you play slots. We live local and always stay on Wed & Thurs because its a very small ****** and gets super busy on weekends. Some rules have changed recently, you MUST check out at 11am everyone EXCEPT if you have the Red /Black Card which is horrible. Being a Gold Card I always was able to stay in the room until noon. What is the big deal people? one more hour, and you know no one gets the rooms until close to 4pm anyway? Ok we were never told prior to checking in NO COOLERS ALLOWED IN THE ROOM! Ridiculous! we bring extra drinks with us, I would like to know the REAL reason why, I can understand during a hurricane evacuation situation, because people do take all the ice but come on.....You all NEVER have enough water in the rooms to begin with. Now you MUST show ID EVERY time you go on the elevator to get to your room! Some guards you told them your name, and they check the computer, and others would ask all parties for their ID"s. Even when you go down JUST to get coffee. I can understand security, But this is so wrong and a pain when you are carrying things!. The temporary location for under the Oak for take out orders is a MESS, Slow, and I miss Rebecca who was there for years, when a women a mean women was so nasty when I asked her about Rebecca. She was a hostess, while a very nice lady, was running and trying to help to go orders when this mean women just stood their, when I asked her why can't you take my order, she said nasty attitude, I am NOT a to go specialist!.. Please. I wish I had her name to report her to the owner, I think she might be a manger of sort. The line was long, service was awful!. I felt so bad for the lady who helped me, while the mean women just stood their and stared. She could of helped out!. Now the Garage situation, just horrible, you have to go to level 4, ok, but when level 3 was completely empty? why? for the Red and Black players? sure I can understand but to close BOTH levels? ... ; :The Orchid Room, is fantastic and service this time was awesome! The cocktail service in the rest of the ****** was awful, waiting for over a hour at some parts of the ******. Use can use "staffing shortage" all you want, but other ******s don't have that issue, and your ****** is smaller than others. The best part is the food at Scarlet Steak house, new menu, Love the Florida Grouper and Lobster Ravioli and Crab Cakes. Service is top notch. Just fantastic. I have a strong suggestion about players cards. Why don't you have another "level in between Gold and Red Cards... a huge point difference which does not appear fair. To acquire food comps on your card is fantastic and we play a lot and I think SP has the best food comp system on the coast. Your Pool is terrible (location on the street) hard to get to, no pool bar, and why do you allow the public to use it while NOT staying there?

With six years of writing reviews, this is the first time I have competing thoughts as to happy experiences and not so happy realities going on at the same time during a stay a few weeks ago. I will make this brief .. Office staff attentive, bed very comfortable, beach access practically outside your door and Keesler AFB within a 5 minute drive, out from the back of the motel property, "NICE". Here is where the photos on-line DO NOT really reflect what you see or experience on site. Property is somewhat older and could use a deep clean, but I don't own the place to say this is possible ( ROOMS SLIGHTLY LESS SHINY/NEW? THAN PHOTOS INDICATE ). There is no BREAKFAST and you will be told this during check in, even though you may have already paid for that option during your booking ( SO IGNORE THE DINING ROOM/BREAKFAST NOOK PICTURES ). And most frustrating .. does staff/maintenance check a room before guest arrive, to make sure the plumbing/showers/drain work .. I had already unpacked for a three day stay and did not come back to my room till late the first night .. so, I "MacGyvered" my way out of not getting clean and brought the issues up at check out :P

My return to 2414 Beach Blvd after 42 years..this is how it went. In 1979 I came here with my parents for a vacation. Second one actually, first one was in 1971. In 1979 I was 19 years old. For some reason I’ve wanted to visit Biloxi ever since, but never got around to it. I finally did. Although it’s currently a Quality Inn, decades ago it was the Admiral Benbow Inn. Upon my arrival last week I was warmly greeted by Daphne and Pearl. I told them of my history with the location and they could not have been more interested, accommodating and enthusiastic with my return. Obviously neither was around the last time, but they made me feel like a welcomed old friend. Here’s is an honest appraisal of the hotel as it exists today. It is an old property, although rebuilt a couple of times, but still in it’s original layout. It’s a beachfront property so expect a little wear and tear. The refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner all worked great. When I discovered the hairdryer didn’t, Pearl personally replaced it within the hour. And regarding water pressure issues noted by previous reviewers, I didn’t notice any problem. In all honesty, there’s nothing about this property that would stop me from coming back again. If the Southern Hospitality I encountered here last week is indicative of the employees mission, this place will be here another four decades. I’m coming back and I’m not waiting four decades to do so.

When looking for a place to evacuate to due to Hurricane Ida we were looking for pet friendly hotels. The Motel 6 Biloxi Beach is pet friendly so we booked two rooms. Being pet friendly is definitely a positive. However, that is about all I can write that is positive about this hotel. The hotel states it was recently renovated. Some parts looks like it needs some serious renovations again. It was not secure because the key cards did not work in most of the outside doors. However, there was one door that was always open so people could come and go. The rooms were very small and basic. The hallways smelled of **** the whole six days we were there. And the majority of rooms are non-smoking. Some of the staff were very nice but were overwhelmed due to staff shortages. The garbage cans were overflowing. They did have an area where you could walk your dogs but no poop bags. There was poop all over the place. As I began this review I was glad they were there to accommodate our pets, but this hotel is in need of serious upgrades and change in management. What was also disturbing was that the nightly rates as it got closer to Labor Day was over $200.00. I met some very nice people while we were there. Many who were low income and had serious damage to their homes due to Ida. But many told me they could not afford the rate being charged. Some told me they were just going to go home and stay in their damaged homes without any power because they did not have the money even for a Motel 6. Just the week before the rate was around $150.00. I know it was a holiday weekend but many staying at the hotel were evacuees. You would think they would have given them a break!!!
