They take care of all concerns. The hotel is clean. The king suites are a great size. The location is perfect. The breakfast is wonderful I can’t wait to go back next year!

There is an ice machine. The hotel is very close to beautiful beaches. In general it was a pleasant experience. This is the 2nd time in this hotel and we will come back.

|11.31km from city centerWe've stayed at this property since it was first built and it was amazing back in the day. It's went downhill over the years. The hotel rooms are so-so and are definitely in need of some updating. The rooms are dark and dingy and some of the lighting in the rooms need to have bulbs replaced in the overhead vanity lights, etc. Updated and additional lighting throughout the rooms would be a plus! The wall paper was peeling in the bathrooms and the rooms were generally dark and dingy. The pillows are flat and horrible. The carpeting in the rooms had burn holes and dirty. The elevators are also dirty. The hotel has deodorizer machines plugged in all over the hallways to disperse an obnoxious deodorant spray to mask odors. The housekeeping staff talks very loudly in the hallways all day long. We never utilize housekeeping during our stays but asked for a few replacement towels and they seemed to be bothered by this. The breakfast buffet was always a disheveled mess and somewhat risky to say the least. The hard boiled eggs were in a communal dish as were the bread and pastry items and people were grabbing items with their hands. The toaster had metal tongs next to it to remove the toasted items, as the knobs were missing. I'm fairly sure that using metal tongs along with a toaster, isn't a great idea. We felt horrible for the one and only person working the breakfast area. This solo employee had to keep it organized and clean, as there were many guests that were absolute slobs that were hoarding massive amounts of food, and then throwing most of it in the overflowing trash cans. Perhaps it's difficult to keep up with a few of the low class guests that are messy, loud and disrespectful of the property. For the high price, it's really not worth staying here.

There was a group of ten playing music by the pool for three hours, but it was Spanish salsa type and all were having a good time, so we joined them. Breakfast good. Different hot dish on our two day visit. Wi fi good. Our room was on the rear so no road noise. We enjoyed our stay.

|7.05km from city centerI heard about the bar at this hotel, and we decided to stop in tonight and my wife and I stopped in and had a fantastic sunset evening. We had a few cocktails at the bar and split a chicken bacon sandwich with french fries and Joey took absolute incredible care of us. It was a nice evening seeing other locals in the backyard setting and many families enjoying the pool and atmosphere. The new hotel feels very much like a Jimmy Buffett event and is great for small parties and small families that want to vacation. There is cornhole, ring, game, fire, pit, pool and bar, as well as tables to enjoy lunch or dinner at. The space is very Accommodating for family gatherings, who want to feel like they are together at their own hotel. The staff was great and food excellent. We will be back, I think you should have entertainment every weekend :) we look forward to enjoying your happy hour next time

|0.33km from city centerThis place is amazing. Due to the limited number of rooms here, it means it does not get crowded. The pool was so warm like a bath, anytime you got in it. Plenty of loungers to choose from around the pool. Laundry machines working and available too. We hired pushbikes during our stay from here and when we got back from a day out, we advised the reception that the seat on one was wonky, loose and therefore uncomfortable. They reimbursed the fee without delay. Towels for the pool are big and soft so comfortable. Rooms and showers were very clean and clearly looked after.

|0.4km from city centerThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at a great rate. It is like a small one bedroom condo with dishes and unlimited k cups and cream. Quiet and excellent air conditioning. Close enough to the beach on Marco island and a free shuttle to the pier and close beaches with complimentary beach chair towels and a big sun umbrella. It started to rain so we called the shuttle and it appeared in less than ten minutes. Can’t wait to get back there next year.

|4.06km from city centerThis is a lovely hotel. You can tell the workers care. It is clean and the continental breakfast is terrific. With 3 restaurants on the property, we did not have to leave. The pool was lovely Friday, but when we got back on Saturday after our cruise, the music was mind blowingly loud. There were two birthdays being celebrated and the front desk made it sound like the DJ was hired for them. It was so loud that the kids needed to scream at each other in the pool just to be heard. She promised it would stop at 5 and it did. But that meant no nap for the adults or the kiddoes. The front desk told us that it is EVERY Saturday (meaning not for the party but hired by the hotel) and on Sundays the Karaoke begins at 11 am. If I were here with work friends for a loud, binge drinking dance party, I would love it. But for family or couples it was a bit much. We did have a package that was very reasonable and included 2 night , breakfast each day and a dinner for two at any of the places to eat. We tried the hibachi which was great. Just need reservations which you can make on arrival. They have a terrific pizza place with a bar and Harolds which is poolside pub grub. Terrific as well despite the noise form the DJ. I would stay here again and just know what I was getting into.

|3.72km from city centerStayed for 2 nights to finish off our florida vacation after driving down from Kissimee before flight out of Miami. We absolutely loved it and we're so pleased we chose to stay here. The room decor isn't high end hotel, clean and pretty basic but did the job. Bathroom could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The grounds and pools were great. Our room ba ked onto the pool so we could walk straight out onto the poolside. Boys loved it so much. Breakfast great, poured with rain one morning but covered space to eat by the pool. Close to beach, 5 mins in the car. We hope to be back in the future, will definitely stay here again. Staff were all great, lovely chap on the grounds fed the fish with my young son who enjoyed it very much.

|11.04km from city centerI have read a lot of reviews before booking and yes there is truth to some of them. 1. When you go into your room-they all smell like the rooms near a beach in a motel built in the 80s. There is a damp smell that is overpowering. They appear to have the original wall A/C that is the culprit. We bought Febreze and it was fine after a few sprays. 2. Clearly is has been recently renovated and the finishes were clearly slapped on without any inspection from the superintendent. 3. The hallway was reported to be dirty and clearly never vacuumed. The entire time we were there we did not hear the hallway being vacuumed in our 2 days stay. 3. Bugs reported by many. None. Florida is riddled with palmetto roaches and maybe they were seen before. We saw none. 4. Like with any hotel stay: ask to see your room first before checking in and pull back the covers. The front desk staff gladly obliged this request. 5. The bed was comfortable and the room was worth the value. 6. Breakfast area was small for the amount of people eating. The eggs are clearly powdered. Cracker Barrel is nearly adjacent to the hotel so we headed there for breakfast. 7. Hotel is 22 min from the Naples pier. Publix down the road as well. 8. Join the IMG program and get a feee snack at check in. Would stay again and just bring Febreze.

The gardens surrounding our room where beautiful and we loved the large and comfortable space around the pool. We had fun having a family shuffle board contest in the morning after enjoying a light continental breakfast. The room was not fancy but was very clean and offered plenty of space and storage for my family of 4. We loved having a small kitchen to make light meals or snacks. The staff were very accommodating with any requests we had.

A large structure with 4 floors and the elevators were kinda slow and one (only 2) kept being out of service. Room was clean, and enough plugins for the tech. WiFi worked well. The A/C did not keep up with the selection as it was a bit warmish in the room. Breakfast was hit or miss. Fair quality for that type of property. The room i was in had some really hard beds, i do like a firmer bed, however this was a bit much. Pretty quiet as the older construction was concrete. Gas station and Burger King within walking distance (like 5 min) and a host of other eateries very close by driving wise. Staff were friendly enough. Checkout was okay. Overall a good enough stay.

She was great with information about the area. We utilized the shuttle beach service Saturday and Sunday. Hotel offers Free beach chairs, towels and water. If you need an umbrella, the beach service area, once at the beach, is very convenient and inexpensive to rent. Bella, the Front Desk Manager aka Shuttle Van Driver is GREAT! She has a bubbly personality and impeccable service skills. You can tell, she loves her job. We had a wonderful weekend. The rooms were spotless. The Pool was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend !!

The staff who interacted with were very friendly and helpful - the friendly receptionist at check-in and the diligent Ilina who replenishes the breakfast offering. I wish the room was brighter; it was dark and univiting. The bathroom does not have a fan and toiletries were of different makes and did not include a body lotion. Despite the few setbacks, the staff compensated with great service.
