      I was only supposed to be staying here for 4 nights and ended up booking an additional 6 because of how good the hotel is. Tucked away from the road down a quiet little street, this hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are huge and value for money is outstanding. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more for us. The rooms are cleaned daily and there is a gym next to an infinity pool. The food is cheap (although we didn’t try it). Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phuket and wanting great value for money

      The accommodation was spacious and having a private pool in each room is excellent. Gives you the privacy and flexibility anytime you want to swim - day or night. The pool was cleaned regularly too. Special mention to the staff. Pla was the receptionist who did an excellent service helping us with a special tour and other queries we had. Pla arranged airport shuttles both ways.The 2 housekeeping ladies - always helpful and service with a smile consistently. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The place is walking distance to the night markets; Tesco Supermarket and nearby cafes, Mcdonalds and a Pizza place. There is a Foreign Currency Exchange near Tesco if you need one.

      Best location for families and couples in terms of big rooms, walk-in closets, storage rooms, carport, kitchen facility and dining rooms, living room, laundry room, office space, big private pool, rooftop entertaining deck with work bench, bbq grill and semi-covered shade. A 20-30min drive from the airport in a 6-seater van for 1000 Bhat with baggage space for a group. Checkin with a 1000 Bhat deposit for Villa keys. Water bottles and fruit basket complimentary every day. Free shuttle service to Tesco Supermarket and Bangtao Beach on schedule timings. Otherwise, you can pay 100/150 Bhat respectively on outside timings. Recommend to purchase a data plan at the airport for around 300 Bhat for unlimited data for 8 days. The Bamboo Restaurant opposite the Resort is amazing for lunch and dinner with choices of variety of International, Indian and Asian dishes. The food were fabulous and generous at an insane price. A family owned and operated restaurant. The So Thai Spa is amazing but slightly pricey. A good and cheap massage Spa is on the second floor opposite Tesco Supermarket that does only massages but no pedicure and manicure. A Five-Star rating for Front desk customer service, Villa Facilities, Location from Restaurants, Spas, Beach, House-Keeping and most importantly Friendliness. Definitely, recommending to all my family and friends.

      Plus Points: 1) Friendly staff 2) Private Pool (water is cold) 3) Large bedrooms, with bathtubs and showers on upper floors. There is a common toilet and shower on the ground floor. Ground floor bedroom has shower but not bath tub. 4) Equipped kitchenette with cutlery and utensils 5) Lots of large 1L bottled water stored in fridge so you don’t have to buy your own 6) 30-40 min drive to HKT airport 7) Carpark to park rented cars or bikes 8) 24 hour concierge and free mobile phone given to us (we could bring it out to contact staff) to use if necessary 9) You can arrange for masseuse to come to your villa Cons: 1) It is quite isolated and roads in are dark and narrow, amongst other houses (this could be a plus point for some!) Overall quite far from the popular attractions. If you want a vibrant easy access to food and shopping place, this isn’t it. If you want solitude and family time, this is it. One saving grace: A Tesco Mart and Macs/Pizzeria are 10 min drive away. 2)At 5 am or so in the morning, there are some audible singing/ prayers. Not sure if we were near a religious institution or it was a resident. Two mornings, we could hear him quite clearly. 3) They provide mosquito repellent plugs but one night when I didn’t turn on the fan (just air con running), I was bitten with 8 marks on my face and arms. You need to turn the fan on to keep them mozzies away. But within the villa and pool, we did not have any bug issues. 4) Breakfast is served in a basket by 2 sets. So if you want individual choices in a group of 6, you can’t. 2 people must choose the same set. You can’t order 6 different options for 6 people, only can order 3 options (but 6 portions of course!) They serve it in nice wooden boxes, and they spam with the vegetables. Great for vege lovers!

      I had a wonderful time at Diamond Resort. The staff were always helpful and friendly, always willing to answer any questions and give advice. The restaurant has many tasty options. The buffet breakfast is a MUST ! Wonderful Coffee too. The pool is beautiful and always maintained well. Clear water at just the right temperature - perfection. The resort is located in a very quiet area - which is nice, but feels a little secluded sometimes. They do however offer a free shuttle service that goes to BangTao and Boat Avenue. I would recommend renting a bike / car for your stay. It just gives you more freedom to come and go as you wish. The resort can help with this. There are some small shops within walking distance that you can buy the basics from, like snacks and drinks - for everything else there is the villa market in boat avenue.

      The house is clean, with bathtub, microwave oven, induction cooker, 180-litre refrigerator with double doors, drum washing machine, balcony (floor screens on the balcony). It is 400 meters from the beach, there are cafes, taekwondo across the road, motorcycle rental shops 30 meters away, and the nearest supermarket 500 meters. The hotel is as quiet as Bang Tao Beach. This is a shop opened by Chinese people, which is different from the shop with Chinese service staff. Free pick-up is provided to the beach, supermarkets, Phuket's local bazaars, and fishing pier (at 8am every morning, you can buy seafood, grouper, and shrimp directly from the fishing boat). Rent a motorcycle by the boss to brush his face without pressing passports and cash. You can cook your own meals in the hotel kitchen, 30 packets of dumplings for the New Year (free), and seafood hot pot dinner for the Lantern Festival (free). The Spring Festival was affected by the epidemic. The time to return to our country was delayed. My father did n’t have enough medicine. The boss went out to help buy immediately. The child teacher arranged various assignments in QQ, and we asked the boss to help print it out. You can listen to your boss's entrepreneurial story when you are free. There are not many Chinese residents in Phuket, so Chinese food and seasonings are few. For example: old vinegar (the locals eat white vinegar), high-gluten flour (local flour is suitable for making cakes and breads, dumplings and pancakes cannot be used), noodles (local rice noodles and spaghetti, no domestic white noodles), mustard, Laoganma , Beef sauce, soy sauce. The domestic express delivery fee is too high (7000 yuan / one cubic meter). As long as the boss knows that Phuket has stores that sell these, he immediately rushes over to purchase. On the tenth day of the new year, he drives a motorcycle for two hours and buys two bottles of old vinegar and six. Bags of mustard (there are so many in the store). So domestic tourists, if your suitcase is still free, you can bring some, and they are all delicious.        Besides, the floor-to-ceiling screen on the balcony, I have been in Phuket for five consecutive years, and I change two or three hotels every time I come. Other hotels can only close the windows and doors to blow the air conditioner, which is uncomfortable.       Booked the pick-up, directly to the hotel to stay, there is a lake on the edge, the water quality is very good, there are fish, wild ducks and eagle, the night is still quiet, very comfortable, eat snacks at night to blow the lake wind, see It’s full of stars, we didn’t order breakfast, we’re afraid to eat, we’re not used to eating. There are many restaurants in the outside for two or three minutes. The burger shop and a very stylish restaurant taste very good. It’s better than the Thai MK restaurant. The tourist area is a ghost town, but the 2 giant malls are open, and the the areas locals live are vibrant with cheap eats and frugal shopping. You can have the gorgeous beach all to yourselves, just a few metres away. The staff is wonderful here as always. I normally stay at Burasari when in Phuket. You should too. They just reopened during these challenging times and we are very happy as we needed to fly into Phuket on business for a few days. Take advantage of it while you can. You will be very happy with your stay here.

      This is a very good hotel. I did a lot of homework before going. Although the hotel has experienced some twists and turns, I am still very satisfied after checking in.
