I rented rooms for several couples. Their experience was everything I wanted it to be form my friends. The Mayton is a class act, no doubt. Everything from the arrival, the rooms, drinks and appetizers in the bar, customer service.....I could not have asked for their experience to have been any better. Thank you staff and management! Stayed here while bringing a high school team to NXR. It was a convenient location and a comfortable stay at a fair price. Nice updated lobby complete with warm chocolate chip cookies, never a bad thing. Check in person was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well furnished. The bed felt a little less supportive than I like, as if it might have been past its prime. The complimentary breakfast was well done, with a nice variety of fresh choices. I would note that the building seems to be a work in progress, as you seem to move from a freshly renovated space, to one less so , then back again as you move about. No biggie, just worth noting.

This was our second stay at this location, we have family in the area. I had checked us in on line. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Veronic at the front desk. She had our reservation and room keys ready for us and directed us to the room. The hotel is laid out in a way that makes accessing the rooms really easy. At Veronic's direction we drove around to the back of the building and entered with our key through a door that was very close to the room. The room, and the entire hotel, were spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. And the bed was a dream! The cafe serves a very nice breakfast and really good coffee. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. A big shoutout to Veronic .

The room size was nice, location close to restaurants, hospital and easy on/off highway. Workout room was small but had just what I needed to get out the kinks after a long drive. The best was the indoor pool. The water temperature was perfect and I was able to swim short laps and relax. Breakfast hit the spot before another long drive the next day. Will stay here again.

I book all of my many out of town guests here at the Hampton Inn in Cary so I was very familiar with where the facility was when I needed assistance. At 8:00pm on Christmas Eve a near accident put myself and another vehicle up onto the sidewalk to avoid getting hit and I ended up with a blown tire as a result of the incident. I knew I was near the Hampton and could drive on my flat tire that far without ruining my rim. I parked in front and went in and related my story to a wonderful representative of the Hampton Inn by the name of Kim Randall who was at the front desk. She was professional, resourceful, friendly, and we problem solved together. Being Christmas Eve everyone was closed for assisting with a flat tire. I ended up deciding to leave my car in the parking lot and calling Lyft to take me to my home, which was only 10 minutes away, and deal with the tire the next day. When Lyft arrived, Kim helped me carry everything out to my ride and made sure the driver was who he said he was. Kim certainly walked the extra mile for me that night and I must say she was the best Christmas gift I received...a give of genuine care and concern. I am sure she would treat any of the guests the same way. Hampton is fortunate to have her. Zana Tauriainen Cary, NC

I arrived for a one night stay at this Extended Stay location and was greeted by Angel at the reception. Due to the the circumstances (pandemic), there was no breakfast offered and there was plastic shielding hotel staff from guests. Angel quickly advised me that she was not ill, but was simply taking precautions with her face mask and large hand gloves (they were the kind I use to wash dishes at home). She also mentioned that the credit card keypad was sanitized, that the hotel was taking all precautionary measures. What I appreciated most were her professionalism, her calm demeanour and that she mentioned any assistance or questions I might have, she was there to assist. Many thanks to Angel for the warm welcome and for being of service during this time. The king bed was firm, just how I prefer, was very comfortable. In addition, the room was equipped with a kitchenette (I believe my room was 117 facing the back parking area). All in all, was a decent price for the amenities.

Breakfast was a little late, and it was gone after 7.30. There is a Thai restaurant in the surrounding area. It is not bad. I went to a steakhouse in the opposite district. Which environment is good, but it is more expensive, it took 120 or two people. The surrounding environment is suitable for walking, safer

Such a great stay so far, checking out tomorrow sadly! We have traveled to Raleigh twice in last year to look at homes from California and stayed at nice hotels in other areas, clean and good stays, but always wanted to stay here because we love embassy suites for the amenities with the kids...the price was a bit lower than usual because of covid so we booked even though a bit further from our new home in apex. Upon arriving late in evening on direct flight to Charlotte and drive to Raleigh and really long day, with 4 kids and a dog, I was blown away at the remodeled and incredible clean lobby and room! Special credit to Sheri upon check in, she was beyond friendly and so informative, I’ve stayed at 100’s of hotels, many embassy suites and my father was in the hotel business for 40 years, so I’m picky about hotels. Embassy suites in California have really gone down hill lately in the past 10 years, between service, cleanliness, etc, this one was just incredible. Sheri just made a long day so much better! The room was so clean, like brand new, great beds, plenty of room for kids, kids loved the pool, pool shower, breakfast was excellent and chef was very friendly, finally a hotel with hot cooked food not their usual but far better than expected during covid, after many hotels with bad grab and go food during pandemic. The next morning Ashru was so friendly and helpful especially with letting us know there was laundry machines on 5th floor even giving us a detergent pods 🙏...there must be something in the water at this hotel because the culture and staff and cleanliness goes well above and beyond, the general manager serves credit for creating such a great culture and top notch service and cleanliness standards! This hotel made a very stressful trip moving from the west coast with 4 kids and a dog and no furniture (maybe for 2 weeks) so much easier and enjoyable! Even though it’s further from our new home, I plan to recommend family that visits stay here if we don’t have room, it’s just incredible and now a special place to our family as our first stop on our relocation! We will be back for a weekend getaway soon!

More than 10 hours from New York City, the car did not light off at the exit of 293, found this hotel area nearby, there are 3 hotels, this and the other are owned by Marriott, from Raleigh Uber 13 in the central area, we arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning, another best western hotel in the same hospital has to wait until 3 pm, but the front desk agrees to stay immediately, including breakfast, no need for any meal coupons, Marriott The hotel is fantastic! In addition, the house price changes very much every day, the double bed room on Saturday includes more than 640 inclusive of taxes, and the twin room on Sunday contains 4 early 539 tax, and Monday has become 800, including tax, I don't know why... .

Lovely location and grounds, surrounded by tall trees and a scenic pond. Nice paved walking trail around the waters edge. The rooms were fantastically clean and classically luxurious. Housekeeping was outstanding. Turndown service, one of the best I have ever had in the United States. The restaurants serve delicious meals, we were very impressed with the food quality. One thing to be aware of is the hotel has a very formal atmosphere. There are dress codes for dinner and a rather hushed feel around the lobby and other public areas. Also, during the weekend that we were there, they would not let guests use the spa facilities unless they paid over $150 for a spa treatment. This was very unwelcoming and disappointing, being a guest who had traveled far to be at this hotel. Plus because it was winter the outdoor pool was shut and so the hotel activities felt very limited. One thing to be aware of, you are quite far way from civilization. Luckily we enjoy nature and welcomed the all natural location and respite from city life.

I tend to like the Homewood Suites line of hotels- this one was no exception...king studio suite for just a one night stop over. Check in and out were smooth.. although there was no discussion about amenities etc. it didn’t matter to me since this was just a “place to sleep tonight”. Room was nicely laid out and very clean. Looks like pictures- bed couch small dining table & kitchenette. “Clean” sticker on the door & remote - dishes in the dishwasher also clean. Bathroom for my room was a shower only - and the sink is in the room itself in front of the closet. Realize this is during COVID but found the breakfast a bit lacking... they did have Canadian bacon and egg biscuits or just egg & cheese biscuits available- but they were sitting in their wrappers in a warming dish ... kinda soggy (from sitting & steaming in the wrapper ) and tasteless.. would have preferred they were left cold & I had the option to heat in my room myself (all rooms have a microwave after all..) 2 cereal choices pre-portioned into cups.. milk and juice already also in cups but no water (did provide bottles when I asked) Odd that they will let you dispense your own coffee - but they took out the juice / water machine and milk jugs ... yogurt, a scone, oatmeal and fruit also available so there are some options. Hotel is only a bit off the highway (GPS took us thru several turns - but it’s really only a few miles from the interstate exit) and super close to a lot of shopping centers if you need anything . It’s also only about 10-15 minutes from downtown Raleigh (we hopped into town to visit the museums before heading home) Would definitely recommend to folks needing to go to Raleigh as opposed to staying in any of the (more expensive and older) hotels directly in town.

We visited the area with family and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Let me tell you, we travel a lot and have seen a lot of hotels, not only the hotel is pretty and super clean, its location is perfect. The special thanks I want to give to stuff who work at that place, super friendly, attentive, helpful especially the lady Faith from the front desk who welcomed us on the first night and went above and beyond for every guest she greeted to feel special and welcomed. I had a little accident at the day of our departure, I left my necklace in the room and only when I got home to Florida, while unpacking, I remembered I forgot to take my necklace. I called the front desk and the lovely Faith answered, she went to check the room right away and called me back within minutes to give me great news that she found it and she was so sincerely happy for me! She is absolutely wonderful person, less and less people like her are out there nowadays. God bless you Faith! And many thinks to Hilton Garden of Cary-Raleigh!

We picked this location because it was in between the areas in Wake County we wanted to checkout over the weekend. Property was very clean and neat. Staff was friendly (shoutout to Bennie for the quickest checkin I’ve ever experienced). Everyone had on masks. Breakfast was grab and go but not like at Hampton Inn where it’s packed for you. Brown paper lunch bags were provided for you to pick the items you wanted. I would consider this property for my next visit.

We were reluctant to travel/stay during COVID however, the cleanliness of this hotel exceeded our expectations. Extra precautionary measures have been put into place (seals/stickers on doors confirming that they have been cleaned, 2 person minimum on elevators, etc.) Check-in was super easy and we were recognized as Hilton Honors members. Check-out was just as simple. The general manager (TK?) was extremely helpful. When I asked about the nearest coffee spot he offered complimentary K-cups for us to brew prior to leaving so that we could enjoy our joe-on-the-go! We will definitely stay at Doubletree by Hilton Raleigh-Cary during our next visit out!

Stayed as a result of my past experience with motel 6. I made my reservation online through motel6.com which I feel is the best way to plan. Once I arrived the only thing the front clerk needed was my Id and conformation number .He was very nice and helpful in directing me to my room. Just as my experience with the last motel6 I stayed at this one was clean and close to everything I needed. I took a few photos of my room just for family. The staff that I encountered was friendly and very interested in keeping the place clean both inside and outside(Great job). The atmosphere was very relaxing and safe to be in such a large city. The Wi-Fi service was fast and the cable TV had nice number of channels. If I'm in the Raleigh N.C area again I would surely stay here .

Fairly good airport hotel, although the location is relatively close to the airport, it is quiet to sleep at night. The disadvantage is that there is no airport shuttle at night, the taxi is 3 kilometers, and the driver directly charged me 10 yuan without hitting the meter. There is an airport shuttle during the daytime, and the shuttle driver is more user-friendly. I go to the airport to rent a car, and the driver directly sends me to the car rental company's parking lot. Get off the tip and remember to tip!

Overall, there is a Chinese restaurant nearby, you can eat authentic Cantonese food, and snacks. The waiters are very nice in the past, and there are also steaks in the annex, and then the hotel is also good. The standard rooms have sofas. For business trips, the overall is very good, breakfast options are not much, you can eat eggs and potatoes, breakfast is free, the hotel does not provide slippers and water, pay attention to bring your own.
