Myself & daughter arrived at the hotel on the 14th of March, it was a late treat for our 60th & 21 birthday .Greeted by a lovely porter & friendly & helpful Hector on reception with a who kindly upgraded our hotel room after hearing it was for our birthdays . They had a small shop with drinks, snacks etc that was really handy .The hotel bar was lovely but we didn't eat in the restaurant The room was spacious with tea making machine & small kitchen fridge & microwave .Extra tea coffee were supplied when requested the room was cleaned every day with clean towels . We had 2 large double beds really comfortable. The only down side was we were on the side of the hotel & floor 21 & could not see the road but could still hear the sirens at night even thought we had double glazing . Having said that I would recommend the hotel just a cross from Penn subway & near Madison Square Garden's & Times Square . We had to stay a night longer as our flight home was cancelled at the start of the Covid -19. I would like to thank the reception staff for there help when having to change our arrangements .

As an Ambassador Elite member, I'm typically on the road 150-200 nights per year. I'm often upgraded to suites on business trips without even asking, however, this was actually a leisure stay and was excited to see there was a Skyline King Suite available for the duration of my stay. Upon check in, the front desk staff helping my girlfriend and I check in told my guest and I that the suite was available but we would not be upgraded to it and instead, the hotel would charge us $500 if we wanted the room upgrade and stated this is how it is laid out in the hotel's terms and conditions. That is completely incorrect as per the terms and conditions on Marriott for platinums and above, "Platinum Elite Members and above receive a complimentary upgrade to the best available room subject to availability for the entire length of stay at the time of check-in. Complimentary upgrade includes suites, rooms with desirable views, rooms on high floors, corner rooms, rooms with special amenities or rooms on Executive Floors" In the grand scheme, it's only 1 night, but the customer service provided was poor and this property should retrain its staff to understand what it's company's actual T&Cs state. There are a lot of hotels in NYC I could have chosen from for a night and I'm leaving disappointed this is the one I chose. The terms and conditions on the Marriott site clearly states that

The hotel is located near the penn station. In order to facilitate the transfer, the hotel was informed that the hotel was leaking and the hotel was looking for a car to be sent to the sister hotel near Fifth Avenue. Happy location is good, shopping around is more convenient, near the station, it will be a bit more complicated Now let's comment on the sister hotel, the price is slightly higher than the friends, from Times Square, Central Park, Fifth Avenue can walk, the location is good. The room is not big, like the happy friends, the Hilton's, the feeling of domestic boutique hotels. The air outlet of the room was flashing. When I came out, I realized that there was a problem with the circuit. I was repairing it. All the guests were on the stairs. We lived on the 8th floor. There are still 20 or 30 floors. Even if it is normal, every time the elevator has to wait 5-10 minutes, the infrastructure is too old. The room 2 bottles of water charges, drank 1 bottle, received 2 bottles of money, 6.53 knives. There was a problem with the room service, the room attendant, and many knocks on the door. The front desk service is still quite enthusiastic. Breakfast is more general. The breakfast waiter is very serious. The room is small and not suitable for an extra bed.

The Moxy NYC Times Squares Hotel is an amazing experience. I booked it last minute and was unsure what to expect. Upon arrival I was greeted by an obliging security guard. He loaded  my astronomical amount of luggage(Birthday Decorations & Gifts) onto a dolly. The front desk representative was friendly and informative. He escorted me to my gorgeous room while updating me on the covid regulations the Moxy had put in place. Our room was the "Superior Queen Room", it features a heavenly  queen size bed and roomy double loft bed. The room is small but beautifully designed like a swim team locker room(reminiscent of sons swim team days). Though the room is compact we had more than enough space for 2 glam women and all our accessories and 1 college student and his school supplies. I also decorated the room for her birthday festivities. The bed was comfortable we all slept like babies. The room service cuisine was fast and delicious. The hotel gave the option to operate in a contactless manner if so desired. There is a storage closet in the hallway with towels, mini refrigerators, hangers, etc. If the closet doesn't contain what you need the front desk will be sure to deliver it.  Breakfast was included but unfortunately I did not indulge(intermittent fasting life), but my son did. It was continental breakfast which is great starter when you have a jam packed day. My son took advantage of the lounge and did his vitural classes and homework. The hotel has great security. In order to enter the hotel and board the elevator you must use your digital room card. Please note  the digital elevator set up is very modern and takes a minute to get used to. There are no visible buttons if you change your destination. I was a little freaked out but was careful to think before choosing the floor. The Moxy is located in a great area, where you are a few steps to Times Square and Herald Square. Instagram picture friendly!! The hotel and outside was hustling and bustling and we didn't hear any noise at all(Winning!). If you didn't catch on by we truly enjoyed our stay throughly and will visit again. Take it from me the Hotel Queen you will love it!! Bring your mask and enjoy! Mask will be provided if you do not have one.

I was going to NYC to see Elton John and was to stay at The New Yorker. Well... neither happened. I had made non-refundable reservations but called the hotel to see if their policy would change during this crisis. Every person I spoke to was so nice and helpful. One person that really stood out was Neida Aldama, a supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and compassionate about the situation, and offered that my prepayment be used as a credit that I can apply anytime in the next year (hopefully if/when Elton John reschedules!!). I feel that this was very generous, given the fact that they had every right to tell me I was SOL. Neida even went so far as to call me to directly answer a question I had. I know that they are dealing with a lot and are working with a skeleton crew, so that phone call really blew me away. Thank you Neida and The New Yorker!

There's a corner in Manhattan where Chelsea meets the flower district and the streets smell like a garden. Along its 6th Avenue line lies a hotel, which is home to the city's most prized lobby. Equal parts luxe and seduction the lighting, leather and lure of Hotel Eventi's lobby emits a secret scent of magnetism. And though aesthetics and aroma may be what draws some in, it's the staff that keeps them there. Hotel Eventi is my favorite hotel in all of New York City – and I once stayed in 41 of the city's best boutique hotels in eight months for an article. There is only one I call home. As a creature of comfort, Eventi is an easy choice for any, but that's not what makes it home. Eventi is home because it's familial. A quality derived solely from the people who work there -- Johnny Lluberes. A man of authentic charm and character, who is as efficient as he is humble, helpful and exceedingly awesome. Victoria Tuchinsky I introduced her to my mother. An introduction I do rarely. But one-half minute spent with Victoria and one needn't wonder why. Class is difficult to describe but you know it when you meet it. Francois Etienne. My recent and first ever interaction with Francois was over the phone. Wit and service are two qualities hard achieved on their own, and almost never appearing together. Harder still is emitting not one but both over the phone. Pauline Stanisz. There is a grace that few possess, and even fewer can display while in the service of others. Pauline is one of the very few. She is as lovely as she is smart. Megan Smith made my day with a simple sentence. A talent one cannot help but applaud and admire. Malek Hasan I had never met, and within 30 seconds of doing so, had me smiling all the way to my room. But before we even walk through Eventi's door, Captain Kirk Bibby with a graciousness and ease all his own, welcomes my fiancé and me with real and genuine welcome. Every time. (to name just a few among many others.)

Location at this price range⭕️ The lobby is clean and has a sofa space to relax outside. The indoor lobby is also used as a space (table and chair) where you can eat breakfast. You can drink coffee and water for 24 hours. There is also a corner where you can buy drinks and snacks. Although there is some waiting when there is a customer, check-in between individuals is smooth. In fact, I had to reserve a room with 2 double beds due to lack of explanation and cooperation of this site, but it was a room with 1 queen bed. The next day I asked the front desk and they prepared a room with a double bed (because there was another reservation on that day). Elevators can be quite waiting during times of heavy movement. You can leave your luggage free after check-out and before check-in. Insert the card key and pull out the card when the green light comes on. Bathrooms include toilets, bathtubs, tissues, shampoo, conditioners, oil (the latter three are extremely small), two plastic cups, trash cans x 2, dryers, towels (four big and four small). The bathtub can store hot water, but soak it immediately as it gradually decreases. The room has no lighting on the ceiling and about 3 indirect lights. There are 4-5 outlets. There are two trash cans in the room. One stationary table and one machine for drinking instant coffee. However, there is no hot water pot in the room, so you have to go down to the first floor every time to add hot water. The same applies to things that require hot water such as other instant foods. Wifi is fast. Occasionally the connection is cut off, but I'm not bothered. There is not much space to walk when you spread the suitcase. There is a table that can hold one suitcase. Closet, several hangers in the closet. There is a TV. There is a safe. With air conditioning. Depending on the room, there are recent type and old type. Both are not particularly different. Appearance issues. Dry cleaning service available. Put it in a special plastic bag and bring it to the entrance counter at 8:00 in the morning. You can receive it at 8:00 that night. Breakfast There is from 6:30 in the morning. Drink: Coffee Water Hot water Milk Low fat milk Apple juice Orange juice Cranberry juice Food A: Yogurt (strawberry blueberry) banana orange apple cereal (3 types) Food B: Oatmeal Egg dishes (scrambled eggs, cheese in omelet, vegetable omelet), pork sausage (disk type and regular wiener type), scone clam chowder, self-made waffles, cinnamon rolls, bagels (plain, blueberry), and other breads (all toasted with toast) Yes) Fork knife spoon ketchup spices maple The scoring is 8.5 out of 10. satisfaction. I'm glad if you can use it as a reference.

This hotel is close to all of the main subway lines you need if you're a tourist who's never been in town. The hotel has very tight rooms, A friend and I stayed in a room with two double beds, and while we obviously each had a bed, there was no place to have a suitcase open on anywhere other than the beds, and a small bench. The small space allows you to keep your stuff together, but I don't think a family of 4 could really enjoy staying in the room we were in. We checked in and were let up to our room before standard check in time, which was really nice. The first room we were given wasn't clean. There was dark hairs on the bed, toilet, and shower. The mirror above the sink also hadn't been wiped down. We let them know and they sent someone up to come look at everything and gave us a different room. Other than the first incident, the hotel stay was fine. Beds were comfy, air conditioning system was good, and showers had good pressure. Considering when you're in New York City there's so much to do, the room being small isn't a big issue if you'd aren't going to do more than sleep in it.

First, we booked the hotel because we were coming for the Big East Basketball tournament and planned to stay only as long as our team was in tournament. From the outset, they told us we could cancel the remainder of the nights as long as they knew the day before. And this was well before we had issues with COVID-19. That's their policy, and it's a great one...and one of the reasons we chose the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They were wiping the counters down with antibacterial wipes as we walked in. We used the valet parking service and were told to request the car about 30 minutes in advance because it takes awhile. Thanks for the heads up. The rate was very affordable. There were two negatives for us. These aren't big ones, just mentioned as a warning for those planning to stay. First, the room for thee adults was quite small. We had the king with the sofa bed. The sofa bed was rock hard and took up all of the free space in the room. There is no counter space in the bathroom which is a little more challenging with three. It's possible the room with 2 queens would have felt more spacious. Second, there is a small dining area. We ordered food brought in the first night and had been told we could dine there, since no one else was there. But when the food came, they said "no". It was tight eating in our room, again, because it wasn't really made for 3.

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for one night. It was just okay. Pros: breakfast and coffee included in our package, the staff was so nice and there were Clorox wipes in the room so I didn’t need to waste mine! Water station was awesome! Great location, close to everything. Cons: the shower was gross. In between most of the tiles it was black like it hadn’t been cleaned/scrubbed. I liked that it was a walk in shower but it was crusty and I had to lay a mat down because I didn’t want my feet to touch the floor. Another con was the pillows! I always lookunder the pillow case to make sure the pillows are clean. 2 out of four pillows had stains on it. Looked like one could be dried blood. Gross. Didn’t notice any bed bugs so that’s also a plus. That’s why I only give this 3 stars. Could be a really nice spot if it cleaned its self up a bit.

As mentioned in other reviews, this hotel is really in a great location. It is just a few blocks from great shopping and there is a subway station right on the corner. We stayed here right after New Year's and the rates were fantastic. Every morning we would be the last people to come down for breakfast and they would always serve us. The staff were all very polite and professional. The elevator can take a long time depending on the time of day and the hotel occupancy. Not really much they can do about that. Also depending on the day of the week there can be garbage stacked up at the corner of 7th Ave. & 28th St and you literally have to walk through a tunnel of garbage to get back to the hotel. That is just part of New York City and it is definitely outside of the hotel's control. I would stay here again if the price was right.

The hotel's configuration is good, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery are very full! It's just that the scoop and shovel are not easy to use, but you can do it! The hotel room is large, a dressing room, and two large closets. There is an anteroom in the entrance. The kitchen has an island and a dining table. The family is definitely very relaxed. But the shortcomings are too prominent, that is, the refrigerator is very noisy. At night, the noise is not good at all. The sound of the air conditioner is louder and the heat is very fast. It is sleeping in an air conditioner. The noise feels like sleeping in the open hood. Next to it, the booming night collapsed! If the air conditioner is turned off first, the second refrigerator is still very noisy and can't be turned off, so sleep and fear the noise to give up! In addition, the curtains are blinds, and they are not shaded at all. This is not human! Let's talk about the advantages. The hotel is just outside the Wall Street subway station. There is an exit on the 2. and 3 lines in the hotel. It is especially convenient. It is also very close to the 4th and 5th lines! The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is a 5-minute walk from Trinity Church and a 10-minute walk from Wall Street Copper Bull. The opposite side of Tongniu is the Museum of American Indians. The building is particularly beautiful! It’s also about 10 minutes walk from the boat dock to see the Statue of Liberty. It’s really convenient, and the surrounding security is better. There are not so many tramps! The hotel has a big food supermarket for 3 minutes. The food for cooking can be fully purchased. Turn right and go straight for 5 minutes. There is a very complete daily necessities supermarket. It is also convenient. In short, in addition to huge noise, other The place is worth experiencing, the bathroom is easy to use, the toiletries are all L'Occitane, the mattress is soft but comfortable, the pillows and quilts are also very soft and comfortable, the bed is USB charging and humanized, except for the bathroom mirror I don’t know what to do with the nonsense owls. It’s very scary to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The others are very human! In addition, I saw that there is a guest feedback that there is no smoke exhauster. In fact, I have not found a place. The switch of the smoke exhauster is on the microwave oven. The light is the light of the hood. The FAN is the switch of the smoke exhauster. The blinds next to the air conditioner outlet are seen. It is one piece, it is actually a cover, and the air conditioner switch is hidden inside.

My boyfriend and I spent the night here awhile ago and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The hotel feels very sexy so it was perfect for our little staycation. We're right next to Times Square so we got to be tourist in our city. The rooftop is gorgeous. We had the king suite overlooking the street with wall to wall windows. It was a great change and escape from our tiny Brooklyn apartment. Would highly recommend for a sexy night in NY:) Also shout out to the GM Jeremy Poon if he's still there. Amazing hospitality from the bellman to the front desk to the housekeeping team.

we spend a lot of time in NYC because my daughter has medical appointments there often. The Ronald McDonald house is out for me after spotting a dark gray "mouse" running under a stove in one of the kitchens! Yuck. I know there are critters in NYC, I just don't want to see them where my food is prepared. Warwick New York was a great choice for this trip. The location is easy access to everything, across from MoMA, walking distance to Central Park. The hotel is clean and pays attention to social distancing rules. Restaurants are slowly opening up again and we enjoyed delivery of coffee and pancakes from the restaurant kitty-corner across the street, Astro restaurant. Didn't have the chance to do any exploring, but hopefully we will soon, once things get back to "normal." The people that work at are Warwick New York are super nice and accommodating. Housekeeping came early in the morning, and I asked them to come back after 2 pm, and they did! It's so nice to come back to a clean room Warwick New York the beds made. Definitely will put this in our top 3 hotels in the city.

I’m going to tell you a secret and you have to promise not to tell anyone. You can taste New York without New York money. How? The eminent Concorde hotel. I’m here now, writing this review. It’s midnight and the Upper East Side looks so beautiful from up here. This window is four times the size of my body and yet I feel so large. It’s all in the room, I think. It makes me feel like I’m Wilson Fisk. I'm Tony Stark. I'm Bruce Wayne upon Gotham. In this moment, I run New York. Wait a moment. Something caught my eye. I wonder why a single room light is on the 61st floor of the Bloomberg building? Is Mike home? You really need to see the Bloomberg building at midnight from this floor. What a view. Back to the Concorde. Every place is defined by its people, so let’s talk folk. All Concorde staff I encountered were excellent, from the courteous doormen to the tireless housekeepers. A few to note: the amiable Christopher Shepard, the efficient Rada Drascovic, the soigné Dukens Alexandre. They exemplify luxury hospitality. Meet them and consider yourself lucky. Look, we all agree that that hospitality in New York is a gamble, regardless of star ratings or thousands paid. Well, not the Concorde – it’s consistently well reviewed as far as excellence in customer service and I got to experience first-hand why. New York is not known for consistency in anything. I was impressed. Let’s now talk about the space. Understand that this hotel is less boutique and more New York history. It was born as a residential high-rise owned by a major airline to provide exclusive lodging to visiting crew. Keep in mind that corporations take it very seriously that the people flying their billion-dollar aircraft get the pinnacle of luxury for their night’s rest. So, you will too. The Concorde is designed with your comfort in mind. That’s why every floor only has four rooms. That’s why the beds are so soft. That’s why the soothing tones of mid-century modern mellow your eyes. That’s why I’m typing this with my laptop on a marble table top. That’s why… the bathrooms. Oh, the bathrooms. God damn. We’re talking bathrooms the size of a New York city studio. Professional vanity mirror taking up a warehouse chunk of wall real estate. Walk-in shower and soaking tub. That’s right - and. Have you ever finished a run in Central Park with a perfectly-temperature-controlled Bahamas waterfall of a chilled shower, soak your tired muscles in a home spa of a soothing bubble bath, then back to the Bahamas you go? I have. A bit about the amenities. Well, there’s the essential WIFI, but note that you can ask for a network cable for better Zooming or Teaming. 92 Mbps down / 94 Mbps up during my stay, by the way. My TV is quite big and has all the usual channels and music. A fridge (mind you, much mini) lets me keep a few refreshments cool for when needed. Finally, an iron and board in the room let me have my pilot uniform looking crisp for my flight out.
