This rating should be a 5. It went back and forth between a 4 and a 5, but stays a 4. The parking was hard to find. The entrance from the garage was filthy. I thought we had arrived at the bowels of hell. No signs and no directions just umpteen stairs to drag your luggage across. They made it as unsightly and unwelcoming and physically difficult as possible to get to the main desk. Reception was cool. It was a 3. The halls were plain and sp****. They reminded me of a hall in a girl’s dorm. A 4. But then we got to this fabulous luxurious room overlooking the plaza and it was utterly breathtaking. Charm galore. Two bathrooms. Roomy. Definitely a 5. The shower door leaked, but we made due. The facilities were clean. The furniture was charming but a little warn. Down to a 4. The next morning, we had the most divine breakfast. It was incredible and the staff was above and beyond. Back to a 5. Then we checked out - well I checked out while my sister handled the bags. The reception had asked for someone to help her with the bags. He called the elevator. That’s it. She was left struggling with 6 bags up the stairs back through the bowels of hell to the parking garage. Now it’s a 4. And there it remains. What makes a hotel a five is service and hospitality. This hotel did not succeed. Which is too bad because it should have been a 5. Management needs to do some work here. Great view though. We voted it the best view and best breakfast of our 3 week trip to Northern Italy. It makes me sad when people who should succeed fall short.

If you follow my reviews, you know I’m almost always positive. I look for the good. Well, the hotel was clean. On a recent family trip, I took two rooms at this hotel. I needed to do some work while I was there but did not anticipate a problem. None of the other hotels on our trip posed a problem. The picture showed a nice little banquette in the room and I knew I could work off that table. Well, the picture must have been of some other hotel. The room we were given had none. In addition, I do sensitive work. To sign up for their wifi, I had to disconnect some of my protection (VPN). The hotel room was much smaller than the picture showed, no banquette (or room for it) and the lighting produced a dingy effect. We left within a few minutes and although our booking said we would owe 30% of the cost for one day, we were told we must pay 100% of the cost for one night. That wasn’t the deal. The rude desk clerk called the owner and repeated how the Americans were having a problem. We went to a similarly rated and priced hotel 10 minutes away, but it might as well have been another planet. Just lovely. Don’t believe the pictures, they're deceptive.

I booked a double room with a five-year-old child. The front desk was upgraded to a super-large triple room for free, and only charged 25 euros for an extra bed, including breakfast for the child. This is not the most expensive hotel I have visited, but it is the most ”aristocratic”. Just look at this breakfast table. Even the flowers are real flowers. The orange juice squeezing machine made the children watch curiously for a long time. There are many kinds of jams, all fresh and delicious. The child ate so much bread for the first time because the jam was so delicious. All the front desks and waiters are very professional and polite, very enthusiastic and keep smiling. The child said that we can live here if we don't leave.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was renovated and comfortable, but it was a feeling that the air conditioning was blocked and we could not control the temperature. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. In addition, for a modic price we could leave the bikes and the car in the hotel for a few days while we were making another route. Although someone was playing with them and then didn't start ....... To be 4 stars I find him a little fair, the wifi doesn't get well to the rooms and misses something more fresh fruit at breakfast, But it was right and the servants very service. There was a detail that I didn't like for a hotel that is supposed to be of category, I had already paid everything in advance and we decided to return one day before, they gave me a lower room because there was no available like that I paid, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We were very happy to go back to the hotel, because we were very friendly and comfortable to go out of the bike and return to the hotel, and we needed parking for us. It was near the centre of the car to go to tourism or dinner.

The hotel is really nice and the rooms big and well furnished, normally is also one of our favourites on the way home, however this time we were very, very disappointed!! Even if the check-in was done very professionally and the lady was very nice we had to wait until all documents were manually entered into the system. We came from 3 hour queue on the highway and honestly would have appreciated if the process would have been smoother (e.g. make a copy of the documents or just scan them into the system). When we asked why, we got told that privacy laws obliged them to do so… privacy just requires the company to ask for consent to keep the data for the minimum amount of time required to fulfil the purpose for which the information were collected, honestly this procedure could be easily improved, as I had to sign anyway for different consent (I’m currently employed as Privacy Engineer). In the morning even if we had a suite and are Mariott preferred guests, as we could only enter the room late at night we wanted to sleep over but got 4 different persons knocking at the door from 10 onwards…one even entered the room to check the minibar with us inside…is true we did not put the “do not disturb in the door” but first of all the floor supervisor should coordinate with the reception to know which guest has left the room and which has not, and second after the first person knocked the info should maybe be shared with the others…paying 300€ for one night and getting asked “when are you leaving the room” 4 times is not my idea of premium hospitality! Last at check out was not asked how was the stay, was not thanked for staying with them…when asked to talk to the FO mgr to complain I got told that the Room Division mgr was having lunch and I should wait 30-40 minutes before talking to him… ne only on my insistence I got to talk to him. not sure where they learned to work in a hotel but this is not my idea of premium experience…once again I hope the single persons will not be blamed as here is more an issue with processes and training than single Persons.

The room is clean and comfortable, check-in and check-out are very convenient and fast, if the staff is not there, you can check in independently. After 11 o'clock in the evening, the front desk will be off work. If you are hungry, you can only buy food in the vending machine. Not in the very central location of Bolzano, but only a little more than a little more than a little more than ten minutes walk, take the train to Bolzano Bozen, very fast, so the overall Lago di Braies or suceda is still very convenient

I don't even know where to begin with this place. I booked my stay through booking.com who need to wake and and cut ties with the place before it destroys their reputation. Upon entering the building via a key in a lock box attached to the front door (which I found open more than once), I was greeted by a smell which I'm certain comes from the floors not being washed in the hallways. In my room there was exposed electrical cables sticking out of the floor, hairs all over the bed, stains on the towels left for us, an uncleaned toilet bowl, used shampoo sachets left in the shower, hair from the previous guest who had been shaving left in the sink, taps that clearly hadn't been wiped as there was hair and finger prints all over them and grubby bedside tables. Also, the first and only the first shower I had in the place had hot water and there wasn't a drop thereafter. The owners or those who run this place must be entirely oblivious to the pandemic that has been going on in the last couple of months because the place was filthy. I expressed my concerns about the cleanliness of the place before I arrived even stating Covid and the fact that I have asthma to them which they ignored entirely. I chose to follow through on my trip as it was non refundable and I was hopeful that the fact that I had been in contact with them might encourage them to scrub the place up a bit but I might as well have been talking to the wall because they blatantly ignored what I had to say. Someone needs to come and shut this place down asap. Another thing I might add is that they offer discounts on your stay if you rate the place 5 stars, so be extremely wary of any decent reviews because theres no way anyone has had a five star experience here. Just about the only thing they have going for them is the cheap prices they offer and the great location but if anyone was to consider staying here I recommend you spend the extra cash and stay as far away from here as possible.

This hotel was meh and felt a little scammy. We ended up in Bolzano for 1 night coming from the Dolomites and didn’t have a room anywhere. I always prefer to book directly thought the hotel rather than a third party and on their site, it mentioned a double room with breakfast for €117. I emailed right away and within 20 minutes received a reply with a quote for €195. I asked about the cheaper rate and was told it was no longer available, so I booked at the higher rate. However, once we checked in the following night, I got curious and checked again for the same night and the €117 price said it was still available for that night. I felt like they used that to lure you in. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly but our room was a little outdated and the floor felt like there were soft spots or holes in multiple places. I can deal with outdated but the holes covered by carpet were weird. The place was clean and a good size and also fairly quite so no complaints there. In addition, they had parking available for a few. When you book you have to select their garage, however, the do have a few uncovered spaces available that are a little cheaper but are first come first served and not reservable so ask about those. If you are coming by car, get directions on where to park before you get there. It is in a busy area right by the train station so we pulled into the garage next door and ended up having to pay and extra €2,50 AND had to move the car. The location is great for both the train station and the old town is walkable in about 5-10 minutes. The breakfast selection was quite large and had an assortment of coffee, pastries and fresh items.
