Service and all of the usual things I've come to expect were still in evidence. I think this particular room was plagued with poltergeists or something. First the TV would not work - couldn't find a signal. Front desk person came right away - diagnosed the cable box needed to be reset, which she did with some difficulty (why did they put it in the most difficult place to reach?) So signal was restored - for about 3 minutes, then it lost it again. Reported it again. Nothing else for her to try, so maintenance staff would be alerted the next day. He came around very promptly the next morning. (Desk staff called to let me know he was coming.) So he reset the thing - signal restored again - for about 5 minutes. He was going to contact Comcast which, given my experiences with them, meant it was not going to get fixed any time soon. And it wasn't. For me this was no big deal - I don't watch TV at home, so I really didn't need a daily fix of inane programming and endless ”My Pillow” and ”cartoon bears obsessing about toilet paper” ads. So fine - they really should get on this, though, as the next person to get this room might have a different, less tolerant philosophy. Next problem was the heating/AC unit. No matter the setting, it kept cycling on and off like every few minutes. Okay, whatever. Stuff happens. Then the radio - I never could get it to work! Stuff happens. I think the room is cursed or something. Other than that, everything was fine.

Because it is near 9:00 am on Friday to visit nearby Edmonds Community College, this hotel is the closest to the school. I chose the hotel to pay attention to the reputation and rating of the predecessors. It turns out that this is a very friendly hotel, ”the room is very good”, ”clean and hygienic”, ”good service”, ”very quiet”, ”the bed is very comfortable ”, ”Bathroom praise”, ”Breakfast is simple but definitely enough for you to eat.”

It's a motel 6 so you can't expect much but for the price I expected more. Took 20 mins of driving back and forth to find our room then had to walk up several flights of stairs once we finally found it. All guests need to show ID. They won't let you check in even 10 mins early. And it's the same price or more than other hotels with breakfast and kind staff. BUT the redeeming factors and why I booked an addition night are that it had a full fridge and separate freezer, a stove top, coffee maker, microwave, pots and dishes and the room is big and nice (if you don't look too deep into the corners and details) Smoke alarm is not hooked up and the battery is missing, so that's sketch. Heater didn't work right at all, kitchen only had cold water and no soap to wash dishes. The TV is big, lots of outlets and lights and USB ports. It's a comfortable stay. If you aren't expecting much you'll be pleasantly surprised

Not gonna lie, had not held a meeting at the Embassy Suites in 20 years and boy have I been delighted! Service wonderful, clean, friendly, organized, staffed.
