2.62km from Chat MasalaI didn't live in it at all. Trip.com APP is not very convenient. You can't cancel the order one day in advance. I told you that the flight was stopped one day in advance. I am unfortunate. I will never buy it in advance, and Trip.com, the price will be lowered and the price will be increased.
2.98km from Chat MasalaRepeat stay at this hotel due to its friendly staff service and fast response to request made. Stayed at level 2 and check in was very fast as it was booked at the last minute. There was renovation/servicing going on at the corridor area during the day but good thing they gave me a room at a corner plus the noise is kept to a minimum by the service staff hence not much noise was heard.
Had a view of the back street which was covered by plants for privacy. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel room and the pool was great as during this period only 2 person is allowed at one time to use the pool so it was quiet.
Thanks for such a great stay at the hotel.
Their service made a big difference.
3.27km from Chat Masalath service was great,, front desk quickly changed my room whn i had gotten a room tht havent been cleaned yet. th walls are really thin so sometimes it gets noisy..
3.4km from Chat MasalaThe hotel is very clean. The guy at the front desk can speak simple Chinese, but the room is a bit small, there is no place to enlarge a piece of luggage, two bottles of mineral water a day, two bags of instant coffee powder, no windows, but there is no uncomfortable smell in the room , About 20 minutes walk from the beach

3.44km from Chat MasalaGreat place with many good food and clean room.
Staff are all friendly.
3.46km from Chat MasalaSGD$59 saturday in sunday out. has bath tub, fridge, slippers, free flow of towels and water bottles but TV only has local analogue programmes (channel 5,8,news asia), downgraded from 2 months agao which still have cable channels (movie, sports, finance, news, documentary).
Wifi difficult to connect due to phone display to scan QR code appear on my screen, quite impossible, so queried at counter. Day male chinese young manager not so patient and not good attitude in solving the issue and communicating . Night female non-chinese manager (sound like Thai) was considerate and support and solved the issue patiently and wholeheartedly, even helped source a phone charger for me as i only have cable.
3.68km from Chat MasalaThe room was clean and cosy. The pool, though, was a little dirty...probably from the sand and dirt from the construction sights nearby. That aside, love the digital keycard. It is rrally convenient. We ordered breakfast (a la cart), however the pancake came a bit dry.

Hotels Near Chat Masala In Singapore Review
Praise, worthy of this price. .
The attitude of the hotel service staff was very good and met our needs very well. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is cleverly designed, with an artificial waterfall and an outdoor pool. Breakfast is mainly Chinese and Southeast Asian, and the quality is good. The hotel is right next to Orchard Road shopping mall. There are many options for eating around and convenient transportation.
Extremely love the hotel, service was superb and the room was lovely we definitely enjoyed it and would want to come back next time 🥰
Very cozy and clean. People are very friendly and housekeeping very polite.
The plane was rescheduled and stayed in this new hotel for three days. I saw this when I planned to travel. At that time, there were no reviews on Ctrip. I wasn't sure. At the end of January, there were more than 20 positive reviews. I booked it for 3 nights and tried it.
First of all, I booked the highest room type in the entire hotel, which was only over 50 square meters. The previous Capella was half the size. It turns out that many of the comments in the review set the basic square shape of more than twenty flats that the room was large. . I really don't want to talk.
Since the best room type is only over 50 square meters, it is good to have good daylight. Look at the picture. All the windows are blocked by the wall and the daylight is not good.
The newly opened hotel contains two hours of happy hour, and there is nothing to evaluate. Breakfast was ok, few categories and quality.
If there is any need in the room, such as adding drinking water and not waiting for a body lotion, you have to wait a long time. When you call and change the wiring for another person, you don't know what you are going through.
Besides talking about the convenient shuttle bus, this hotel does not have its own shuttle bus at all. Instead, it needs to go to a nearby hotel instead of having a car that goes to vivo City and Resorts World like Capella. All three days of stay require us to walk or take the MRT.
Why compare with Capella? Because I spent almost the same money as Capella (one less than 5000, one nearly 6000)
So the credibility of the previous review is almost huh.
In the end, I spent my birthday at the hotel and told me when I checked in. I asked if I could upgrade to know that I had booked the best room, so I was told "I will surprise you, but I won't tell you yet." "OK, alright, wait until 9 o'clock on the birthday, send a simple cake. I gave a cake to someone who was anti-sugar for 1 year. I was really huh, huh, and finally the child took a small bite and threw it away.
near by Bendmeer station and Lavender station and Farrer Park station

And I worried bout it
but I don't think so
it's clean and interesting place
also all staff is very kind for me :)
I extend booking 2 days~!
I saw many people extend booking !
i want to stay again !
but be careful !
outside lounge appear a baby lizard lol
Happy stay but keep raining so hard to swim.
Good aspects: clean environment, good host service and good sanitation;
Disadvantages: The public areas in the villa are relatively cluttered. They are located in the industrial area, there are buses and restaurants within 300 meters of walking, and shopping is about 1.5 kilometers on foot.
If you are working near the Woodlands area, you can consider it. After all, it is farther away than coming from the urban area. Living here can save time and fares. If you are really traveling, it is not recommended.
This place has very, very good customer service which i must first commend in the first sentence of this review. I was there for 3 days and two nights and there was the same staff throughout my stay, day and night. But he was friendly, helpful and jovian. It actually seemed like he was the one who did absolutely everything in the hotel. Be aware that this hotel IS in the red light district of Singapore. My room was a single bed room, and the only single bed room in the already small hotel. It was unfortunately crawling with ants along the wall, a tile or two had chipped or fell off. The wall hiding behind the toilet door wasn't to die for either, the room didn't feel complete, but it was livable. I did get the opportunity to go into the other rooms, the double bed room and family room. Those were definitely more decent, they felt cleaner and were better maintained. They even had a cosy feel to them. It comes with breakfast in the vicinity's small kitchen. Don't expect a wide spread or a 4 star hotel breakfast, but it was pretty decent for it's standard. Bread, a fruit, protein (eggs, tuna or others), rice or porridge. There are plenty of food around the area, hawkers mostly. But there are three mrt stations within walking distance, and Paya Lebar Square is about 900m (12 - 18min walk) from the hotel. In all, it isn't a place for fussy stayers. But if you're pretty easy going, don't want to pay premium prices for an accommodation and get your own room and toilet, then one can definitely consider this place.
The hotel balcony is great for taking photos. Downstairs is a check-in spot. It is very close to Chinatown and Hainanese chicken rice. However, I think Maxwell Cooked Food Center is much better than Hainanese chicken rice, which is off topic. This place is very close to everywhere, and the transportation is convenient. You can see the cartoon wall on Chinatown Road downstairs. You can see the Yuhua Chinese products on the side. Some of the water is cheaper than the domestic price. The price is also suitable for buying many special products. . The young lady at the front desk was very nice and enthusiastic. When we left, she asked us if we would like to ask for a car. Hygienic environment can be
I stayed there for a week, really loved the room and little hidden nicks and knacks to customise the room to really how you like it. The only problem I faced was I couldn’t connect the TV to Netflix and Disney + which bummed the stay unable to play the show you want when you have frens over and the TV doesn’t have good shows gg on. It says it only connect to android but it’s really inconvenient to get connected and I use an iPhone. A couple of security also frightened my guests by confronting them blocking the lifts of the doors to insist they register in front of other guests. Otherwise room is comfortable and sad to hear one of their room service was reprimanding by their supervisors and since I was there for a week, somehow, security guards got my name?
Its very nice and have big bed room its good for money. Down step the hotel have eating house very convenient. Its Also near to like orchard road and other Shopping ctr too. And the room price is very enconomical. Pls call up the hotel and ask more.
It's our only choice Hotel now. An amazing experience every time we spend our stay in Park22..Thanks alot Guys. The service endure is the best from All the staff in this Hotel...Looking forward for my next stay..Keep It Up Guys...
I booked for my two friends. They said that they were super good, the location was superb, and the experience was very special. They met the Malays and the Dutch and three British people. The bathroom is public but it is very clean and tidy. This price also includes breakfast~ breakfast is also great In short, great
Second stay at Yan Hotel and this time, I got a larger room.
Check in was swift and I had a late check out, which was good. Location is fanstastic as there are a lot of cafes and eateries within walking distance.
My only complaint about the hotel us that the TV screens are small, limited channels (only local channels) and it is not a Smart TV.
With that said, I would love to return to the same hotel for another staycation.
Great stay at the center. 15 min walk to the bay with the great view. There is a rooftop terrace with nice city view. I loved this hotel!
Check-in experience is good, all aspects are worth the price
Did a last minute staycay at this new hotel. Can say it is pretty well designed and makes use of the space to the maximum without compromising comfort. Staff, Mr Jordan, was very friendly and helpful with check in.
Rooms are actually small but it doesnt give you that feeling due to the high ceiling. Was staying on level 3 standard room. Its well equipped and has a large TV with good selection of channels. Surprised that the room has iron also. The toilet is equipped with Ashley and Co Shampoo , Bath and conditioner, really great smell. There was no loud noises from next door and also because of Covid the restaurants below has stopped operating allowing the guests to have a good rest.
I must say the bed is fantastic, and the pillows, had a real good sleep the whole night esp since the room has no windows.
Unfortunately common kitchen, fresh coffee service and garden terrace were closed due to Covid 19. But its okay more the reason to enjoy the Duxton area by foot.
Hotel is located very near to Outram MRT, so its okay not to drive and also very near to Chinatown Market and many good eateries in along the street.
Highly recommend !!
Booked this budget-friendly HOSTEL w/ private bathroom for 4pax. BIG CHECK ON PRIVATE BATHROOM, we prefer private bathrooms than common ones. It's not as clean as hotels but it's better than what most reviews portray it to be. We stayed in a family room in the 1st floor, no window room though but 1 queen bed and 1 double deck. It's spacious, with mirror and cabinet for things. Not the cleanest cabinet, if you are particular. Bathroom is good enough w/ working heater. Their blankets have seen better days though (they look more like towels, the one I got); sheets changed once in 5 days. Trash emptied every day but bathroom tissue not replenished. Sockets everywhere so no problem charging phones/laptops. We have 5 dual electrical outlets in our room for 4 people. Room needs improvement on cleanliness (smells musty; there's an exhaust but not as enough) but we're out the whole day and for its price, THIS IS A STEAL. We'd rather spend SGD120 (5D/4N) we saved for food. Various food choices nearby. Location is exceptional as it is smack in the middle of Jalan Besar (via Upper Weld Road) and Rochor Stations (Turn right to Perak St and the MRT is there!). We did DIY walking tours in the 3 early mornings to Mustafa, Tekka Centre, Kampong Glam, Haji Lane, and Bugis. Very accessible to cheap local food as well; hotel 1.5L water is cheap. Breakfast is coffee and toast with peanut butter, jam, and butter. Towels need to be rented with deposit. The owner and staff are accomodating. It’s a hostel so don’t expect it to be top notch but we’re okay with it since we are out the whole day. OH, AND OWNER GIVES FREE 500MB SIM CARD.
The room space is small, but there are functional partitions, and it is also neat. Two bottles of water and two cans of beverages are provided free of charge every day. A kettle is also provided. The most important thing is that the location is really good, you can go to see the lion statues after a few hundred meters. From the airport, you can take the green line to Raffles Place Station. Turn left about 200 meters to the garden
K hotel 8 is closed, you need to go to k hotel 12 or k hotel 14 to check in (the three hotels are very close, walking distance). Located at Lane 10 in Geylang area, if you have not heard of Geylang area, you can go to Baidu. I haven't been out at night so I don't know the safety. There are separate toilets and shower heads, which is a good price for Singapore. There will be a few cockroaches, but I am not afraid of cockroaches, and I don't mind, so in short I am satisfied.
Exiting the Niujiashui Metro A exit, just above the food festival, I hope the boss can allow the guests to use the dryer. After all, the Singaporean people can take a bath every day and come back to dry clothes!
It was a splendid staycation! Check-in was a breeze, no queue, and thus everything was settled in less than ten minutes. Room was clean, outdoor jacuzzi was clean. We had problem switching on the jacuzzi (buttons for it was hidden behind a curtain) however staff was super patient and assisted us patiently. After which, everything else was great! The only downside is that the television is quite old (not a smart tv) but we brought our own HDMI cable so we could access shows from our laptop. Location is convenient too, short walk to bugis and lot's of dessert shops below the hotel.
Had a lovely staycay over here. Staffs were accommodating and friendly. Loved that the bathtub came with a TV! Good view from the balcony and the in-room dining is affordable. The Nasi goreng is a must try! Super beautiful view of the moon too!
Breakfast options could be improved.
Stayed here during my trip, booked a family room for 4 (2 adults and kids). I booked using goibibo and they have an option for free breakfast and Dinner or lunch. What is good: at the center of little India, good number of Indian hotels and restaurants, staff's behavior / support is also good. Wifi Works with reasonable speed, they did provide an early check in. Cons: The rooms are small ( i guess this applies for most of the Singapore hotels), AC is slow (especially it takes lot of time to cool , though it works ), No room service provided. The hotel is very small may be around 12 - 15 rooms, so don't expect any extras. Bad: The hotel as such doesn't have a restaurant, they provide coupon (worth SGD 3) that can be redeemed for neighboring Hotel, where for dinner, they don't have VEG Option and break fast u won't get much items other than either dosa / parota with tea / coffee. Its quite misleading to say free breakfast / dinner. Rooms can be maintained well, rooms are so small that you really can't have much space to walk as well. Recommendation: Overall its an average hotel, in prime location near Little india.
The hotel has amazing staffs! Very accomodating and always have smiles on their faces. The breakfast is amazing! The rooms are amazing! Our whole stay in general was amazing! Will book here again for sure when we come back!!
Stayed in Club Room. Experienced one of the most exceptional service ever. Staffs were all so very hospitable which made our stay so wonderful. Would do it again when covid's over just so that I could get a better experience from the lounges and facilities. :)
Booked this hotel deluxe double room because of 18m square feet big room. Double checked with the photo on trip.com then book. Upon check in, given the most basic/smallest room. I request for a change, next room slightly bigger. Until family room which have to top up. Yet still it is not the 2 window ledge w bigger space. Because of the bay window & bigger bed, the 3d2n stay was still good.toilet is good too. But on day 2, our cards not working. Room air con will off by itself.. slp halfway will feel very warm then realise. Staffs manage to accommodate to my requests. Deluxe double room & family room do have the difference.
The room was dark, except for the toilet light and the entrance light. The curtains can barely be opened during the day and very dark at night. The TV doesn't know why it won't turn on. About 10 minutes walk from the subway station. There are many restaurants and shops around.
Amazing hotel with spectacular views and they were even nice enough to give us a free room upgrade, will definitely be returning again!
