Very beautiful hotel, suitable for me this kind of lazy people I do not want to move in the hotel.
The hotel is a bit on the side and close to the airport. Here is a palace of love and hope to see. But I came to Hua Hin several times and never went in. Haha! The farthest night market tamarind night market calls a car 400B, to market village 250B! You can call at the front desk. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to Hua Hin town, it seems to be 14:00, 19:00, 20:00. I have never done it anyway.
The room is particularly large, and it is worth mentioning that the bathroom is particularly large. It is estimated that there are 10 square meters. There is also an oversized bathtub where the waiter comes to add bath salt every day. Capsule coffee is also replenished every day. There are 6 of them, and you can't finish them. Through the villa area is the seaside pool. There are 2 large swimming pools, one near the seaside and one in the hotel. The beach here is awesome, no one is private, haha. It can only go down at low tide in the evening, and the wind is slightly strong.
It is recommended that if you come to Hua Hin for the first time, you can consider the second hotel as your first choice. The first hotel chooses a lively place, the supermarket stores some food here, and enjoys the time. Especially good!FromUS$106.00

We stayed here for 3 nights at the deluxe sea view room. Grand design and great facility with 5 swimming pools and direct access to beach front. The room is spacious and clean. All staff offer warm hospitality and attentive service. Highly recommended for family journey.

Hua Hin downtown area
The location is very good, right next to the market village. I walked for about 5 minutes. On the way to the mall, you can also go through the thatched house of the Internet Red Restaurant.
The hotel's room is also very large. The original jacuzzi room was just outside the bathtub. This is a bit funny, it is not used at all. But this room type is on the first floor, so the balcony door can go directly to the swimming pool, which is better.
In addition, the hotel waiter service was very attentive. When I saw me taking my child out to dinner at night, I ran out and told me to carry my backpack in front. Whenever you go out, the doorman at the door will say hello to you and ask you if you need tax.
Next time you come to Hua Hin, you can stay at this hotel, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

A highly personalised luxury escape…
Luxury Thai hospitality… with impeccable personalised service.
I stayed here 5 nights with 2 good girl friends at the Deluxe Garden Room. Coming from a luxury work background and having stayed at luxury resorts in Thailand 10+ times, I will benchmark Anantara amenities at 4 stars, while service at 5.5 stars all because of Vito’s incredible, exceptional performance.
Here’s why:
Service
As we had joined multiple outdoor tours, we had asked Vito to help get in touch with the agency/driver for some changes. His high efficiency, charisma and joy (a great balance of friendliness and professionalism) brightened our day up and most of all, he was able to get things done lightening fast even under last minute notice and late at night.
Last but not least, I had a knee accident requiring medical attention, Vito was quick to provide me extensive info re doctor/hospital. He even accompanied us to the hospital late at night, making sure all is okay. The next day I saw him again bright and early in the morning greeting us with a smile. I was extremely impressed by his enthusiasm and flexibility, given that he is new to the team. He went the extra mile no matter how small the request, getting restaurant recommendations predicting what we wanted before we even asked= true luxury. Without being intrusive, he made sure we were able to just lie back and enjoy our holidays. I have never encountered such attention-to-detail, thoughtful service even during my stay in the Peninsula! He simply pushed our luxury experience to a new level.
Amenities
Room: Chic Thai décor but a bit small compared to other luxury resorts in Hua Hin, Koh Samui & Phuket, full of mosquito but housekeeping was quick to fix when notified. Appreciate the lovely housekeeping for keeping our room full of water without having to ask (we drink a lot)
Beach: No beach during daytime due to high tide (red flag on). We were able to walk along the beach late at night in low tides (pretty!)
General Front desk: Staff all spoke very good english and very calm and gentle. However there was an incident in which I was in need of band-aid due to an accident and the reception girl (who seemed new) directed me to a pharmacy that was closed. When I came back I was told the hotel also ran out of bandaids (basic items for a resort?!?!?!) and gave me gauze pad and suggested I use SCOTCH TAPE (I repeat, scotch tape) to seal my wound. I was completely puzzled about her lack of common sense and asked again. End of story: I got band-aids 1 hour later, but only after 30 mins of explaining and struggles.
Swimming pool: Very lovely but crowded and sunchairs all taken by German, Dutch and Swedish tourists. Pool food menu is of good quality but not exceptional.
Spa: Top-notch!
Restaurant: As expected, the price is slightly high for Thailand but great value for the quality. The Saturday night BBQ was absolutely delicious- had a high quality array of lobster/prawns and seafood buffet spread. I can’t praise the Thai restaurant Rim Nam enough (separate review made )- so delicious we went 2 nights in a row. We ended up trying 10+ dishes on their extensive menu- and still wanted more! Highly recommend. Generous portions. One improvement I wish to see is more upbeat live music (the songs were so old and melancholic lol during our buffet). And more buffet nights. Italian restaurant was posh and delicious- lobster soup and seafood risotto.
Bottom line, the top-notch service I experienced is what makes Anantara stands out from the rest of hotels in Hua Hin (thanks again to Vito), therefore I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and anyone else looking to be pampered in Hua Hin!

The hotel is a bit far away for the city centre, the Night Market but it is on the main road and convenient to get tuk-tuk, taxi and bus to everywhere. Walk a few minutes to the weekend night market, Cicada Market, and near the Buddha village Wat Khao Takiap. On the main road, just outside the hotel, there were a lot of different types of restaurants.
All the staff is very friendly and helpful. During the check-in, they served the very nice local flower tea. The room was clean, tidy and well-equipped with all basic facilities. The balcony was pretty nice to get more out-door nature feeling. The most amazing, there was a side bed in the room suitable sitting and for children sleeping as a private corner. The morning buffet served variety food with some Thai styles.
They have a large swimming pool with plenty of laying seats for sun bath.
It was a good experience and enjoyable to stay this hotel.

It is going to be better if the pillows in the room is a bit harder because the pillows are way too soft, even the hard pillows. The toilet door for room 2408 can't be locked. There are not enough elevators for guests to use. Because there are two evaluators reserved for the 27th floor Sky Bar. One evaluator was closed due to maintenance.
