During the epidemic, there were a lot fewer people, and the hotel was in an excellent location, so I walked to Buckingham Palace. Recommend to Conrad Hotel. There is no parking lot, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The room as a whole is still very comfortable. When I went there, there were construction projects around the road, and there were not many restaurants and convenience stores. But the overall still quite like this hotel, especially the courtyard at the door.

Well what can we say! We have been following this new hotel on Instagram and loved the ethos they were promoting. We decided to book for the weekend as a last minute get away ahead of a big celebration after a very rough year. We stay regularly at 5* hotels across London and Europe and don't normally write reviews due to being so busy, however the boutique/intimate feel really caught our attention, we like to feel that as guests we matter, rather than feeling like just another number. We were lucky enough to be the first paying guests visiting the hotel and every single member of the team went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and looked after! (the personal touches did not go unnoticed) The food was lovely and would easily compete with some great London classic restaurants and the team in the restaurant were so hospitable and you could feel the passion they had for what they do. There was a few minor teething issues with the tech in the room, but other than that, we loved our stay so much and have another stay booked for next weekend and we are now also going to book for our Nov & Dec breaks - even though we live 20 mins down the road. One of those breaks where you feel so at home you don't want to leave. Huge shout out once again to the team, we are starting the week the most refreshed we have felt this year We look forward to visiting again next week for our special celebration. xx Mr & Mrs Da Costa

Very nice hotel. First of all, the location is very good, 5 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace, the traffic is very convenient, 3 minutes walk from St. James Park subway station, close to the bus station, direct access to major attractions. The hotel has a good service attitude, especially the house keeping, and every time I put my pajamas on the bed. Seeing that 2 people live with only one set of dental tools will take the initiative to make up. When the pillowcase is dirty, it will be replaced actively, very intimate. Hygiene is also very clean. The breakfast is very good, the waiter will take the initiative to clean up the dishes and ask if you are satisfied with the breakfast. It is also appropriate to adjust one or two meals a day, not monotonous. In short, the services of each department are very nice. The hotel's overall decoration style is also very like, it is a traditional British style, calm and heavy. Will stay again next time.

The service is very good, the room is very big, but because it is a suite, the bedroom is not very angry, but it doesn't matter, the service is completely compensated.

The hotel is good value for money and very clean. Breakfast is a bit expensive for two people for breakfast 35 pounds... The hotel here is generally not big, the bathroom is large, and there is equipment for drying clothes, which is very good for long time guests. 15 minutes walk from Victoria Station, close to famous attractions

Great location, reception staff were very pleasant & very friendly, room was presented in excellent fashion however cleaning standards could have been improved. (I.e. I was booked in for 3 nights, room was serviced after the first nights stay but left un-serviced thereafter during my stay- the "Please clean my room" card was posted back under the door!)

Summary: a 5-star hotel that feels more like a 4-star, supported by a great bar, a fantastic location, and suffering from poor infrastructure. Let’s start with the heart of the hotel: the bar. The service provided by Alessandro Palazzi and his team is impeccable, turning a martini crated with pride into an illusion of a royal lifestyle. There is no music at the bar, so probably a better place for a couple or a small group. More like a club, as they like to describe it. No reservations can be made for non-guests, so if you are a guest, make sure to schedule your visits in advance. Regarding the hotel: it is vintage. Now, vintage can mean way too many things. For me, it meant a hotel that looked old because it wanted to stay old. The floors will make a squeaky noise, the walls will have paint details, and even some doors require replacing or changing. But I believe it is just what the hotel wants to portray: being classic/tired with some pros and cons. The shower is powerful but extremely low (I am 1,88 meters high, and I had to duck to get under it). In the setting of a Junior Suite, the bed is located a the side of the bed, turning into a bit of a useless piece of decoration. The bed itself was just OK. On the bright side, the size of my suit was London-adequate, and the hotel's location could not be more perfect either for work, visiting parks, or walking some of the best shopping streets in London. One thing to note is that the quality of the service varied wildly depending on who was the manager at each shift. Some could not care at all for a request, some tried to manage but were unable to address them, and some were more prone to getting things done for the benefit of the guest. Hence, if you need a great bar, a great location, and want to experience something classic at heart, then this is your place. If you need good infrastructure, consistent service, or excellent room service in the middle of the night, keep looking.

The hotel is located opposite the Buckingham Palace, 25 minutes walk from Big Ben! The room is 18 square meters in size and the size of the bed is 1.8 meters. The room is ok (more than 2 years old) for only 2 people!
