Rest with husband and child of 2 years. I liked a low price, a warm pool and a frog. There are sauna, gym and billiards, you can spend great time and at the hotel. Breakfast is very decent, varied. There are cashes, chips, meat, eggs, bakes. The room is clean and comfortable The main minus is far to the beach. There was a straight way but it was blocked by another hotel. It takes 25 minutes or 222 r by taxi to the beach of Albatros or 300 r to the center. If without a wheelchair and you like to walk a lot, then to get without problems, we were difficult only because of the child.

Hamsky entered into the conversation, began to talk rudely. I was shocked at all. The boss came to the check in the evening, also asked to explain why the booking at different prices, because we are reporting to the firm. Clean, comfortable! Comfortable. Everything is! Cleaning at the top level. But I won't return to all the colleagues who come to Sochi as often as I would, I wouldn't recommend this hotel! Successful location: In the pedestrian accessibility of the seamoll, to Navaginskaya really get to walk, all nearby. Likewise, in the hotel you can rent bikes for 500 rubles per day. The cost of living includes breakfast: packed tea and coffee, fresh baking(cookies, rogaliques, eclerts), cache or pancakes(may take both), cooked eggs. Delicious. Rooms clean, towels, hygiene, all enough. Wayfay catches on every floor. Rooms are comfortable, not close. Also in the hotel two guarded parking, for Sochi it is cool, even a bike was left for night under the guard. Two cost 2300-2700 at night (we lived first in one room, then we went to another). Excellent hotel, recommend!

Great holiday! Great hotel! Liked everything to the tiny things! I advise everyone. Breakfasts are all delicious, everyone could find everything for themselves, including children 12 and 16 years old. Attentive maid- regular change of towels, everything for care - daily, if necessary without problems additionally changed towels for visiting the Spa area! In the restaurant and lobby bar it was possible to have a delicious lunch and dinner. The prices in the menu are quite acceptable for Sochi and very delicious. Enjoyable girls waiters! In the SPA regular cleaning, everything is very clean. Consider that people are more on weekends, as many citizens acquire spa services for recreation. Take a room with an improved service (spa is included in the cost), for spring - very. suitable option for complex recreation. All photos on the site are real. Additionally paid Thai massage to Mimi. Very cool!!

Отдыхали в отеле в июле 2023 года. Все очень понравилось. Прибыли в отель рано, вещи разрешили оставить в камере хранения, заселили в обозначенное ранее время в 15-00. Номер был на 8 этаже, чистый (видно, что ремонт был недавно), балкон огромный с прекрасным видом на горы, мебель новая и вполне функциональна, вся техника в номере работала исправно. Уборка ежедневная, всегда в наше отсутствие, белье и полотенца меняли раз в три дня. Звукоизоляция неважная, но это как повезет с соседями. Лифт всегда можно дождаться, работает исправно. Питание по системе «шведский стол» ОЧЕНЬ хорошее (у нас был завтрак и ужин). Все всегда свежее (я читала раньше об этом во многих отзывах туристов) и это ПРАВДА! Меню разнообразное и все блюда вкусные. На завтрак всегда помимо двух видов каш, омлета, запеканки, свежих овощей и фруктов, выпечки, молочных продуктов, разных салатов, оладушек, всегда мясные блюда. На ужин два вида супа, мясо (котлетки), рыба, печеночные блюда, различные гарниры, соусы, овощи, фрукты, выпечка. Всегда на завтрак и ужин кофе, чай, компот. На территории имеется зона для приема солнечных ванн (оборудованы шезлонги и зонты от солнца), 4 бассейна - один большой с подогревом и три круглых маленьких. В утренние часы в большом бассейне проводятся занятия по аквааэробике, очень интересные и разнообразные. Для детей много различных мероприятий у бассейна. Море далековато, но исправно и быстро, по расписанию, трансфер в виде микроавтобуса (очень пунктуальный водитель и ухоженное авто) всех доставляет к пляжам (ближайший пляж «Цирк») и также по расписанию забирает обратно. Магазины «Пятерочка», «Магнит» не далеко, но следует отметить, что местность гористая и поход по магазинам (или пешком на море (30 минут)) сопряжен с постоянным, достаточно крутым подъемом или спуском с горы или лестниц. Общий вывод - отель ухоженный, весь персонал старается работать качественно и у них получается; море не близко, но цена за проживание (кто сравнивает, оценивает предложения множества отелей) вполне умеренная. Всем РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ОТЕЛЬ Гарден Хиллс. Персоналу отеля, работникам кухни и официантам огромное спасибо, руководству успехов и продолжать быть клиентоориентированным, востребованным местом отдыха детей и взрослых. Туристы из Санкт-Петербурга.

Достойный апарт-отель, отличным расположением Пишу уже не первый положительный отзыв об этом отеле и, на мой взгляд, менеджмент и сотрудники отеля продолжают поддерживать планку оказываемых услуг на высоким уровне,который ничем не уступает уровню оказываемых услуг в моей любимой сети апарт-отелей Adagio, как в России, так и за рубежом. Хочу отметить высокий уровень клиентоориентированности сотрудников отеля на всех этапах бронирования, заезда и проживания в отеле. Отель находиться в отличной локации в центре Сочи, практически на берегу моря и близости от многих достопримечательностей и заведений общественного питания. Отдыхали большой семьей с 7 по 15 июля, снимая 2 номера (Трехкомнатный апартамент с двумя спальнями и двухкомнатный апартамент с одной спальней). Положительный отзыв на двухкомнатный апартамент с одной спальней можно посмотреть. Трехкомнатный апартамент с двумя спальнями, полностью отвечает описанию на сайте и представляет большой номер с изолированными 2 спальнями, в которых присутствует индивидуальная санитарная комната с ванной или душевой кабинкой и туалетом. Все мебель в спальнях достаточно новая и удобная (для меня единственным недостатком была, некоторая продавленность, в целом, удобного матраса. Вероятно, персоналу необходимо его чаще переворачивать или пора заменить. Плотность подушек позиция крайне индивидуальная, для меня они показались жестковатыми). Вся сантехника в ванных комнатах в рабочем состоянии и не вызывает нареканий. Огромная гостиная, совмещенная с кухонным уголком и гостевым туалетом, оставляет очень приятное ощущение как по планировке и качеству мебели, так функциональному наполнению кухонного уголка (я не буду на нем останавливаться, поскольку присутствует полное соответствие описанию на сайте). Вся мебель и кухонная техника находиться в хорошем состоянии и функционирует без нареканий. В номере присутствует достаточно мощная система централизованного кондиционирования, в полностью рабочем состоянии. Однако, она имеет определенный недостаток, поскольку не позволяет выставлять индивидуальные температуры в спальнях и гостиной. Но это особенности конструкции отеля, которые сложно исправить. Во всех комнатах присутствует настенный рабочий телевизор. Особый «бантиком» для этого типа номеров является огромный панорамный балкон с 2 выходами в номер, с которого очень приятно наблюдать за закатами с фужером хорошего вина. Цены на номера в отеле (актуальные на сайте) не обсуждаю, поскольку у каждого своя планка для оценки этого показателя. В заключении хочу выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам отеля за отличный отдых. При поездке в Сочи буду рад остановиться в Апарт-отеле BREVIS

Отель соответствует фоткам и описанию. Очень понравилось, что он со стилем, чистый, а главное имеет удобную локацию. НО! 1. Смутило, что заказали номер с отдельными кроватями, а в итоге была одна двухместная кровать. Администратор сказала, что они раздвигаются, но не в этом случае. 2. Была одна кружка, хотя номер на двоих. Спасибо конечно, что по запросу принесли вторую, но ложечка была одна 🥺 Казалось бы, номер с кухней, а, следовательно, и с посудой, а моющего никакого нет:( 3. Есть чайник, НО, чтобы добраться до розетки, надо ее поискать по всей комнате 😂 Вроде бы мелочи, а грустно:( А так спасибо! Было гостеприимно! К сожалению, не получилось добавить фотографии номера

Не скажу, что цена прям супер низкая, но для того уровня комфорта и эстетического удовольствия, которое мы с мужем получили, адекватна. Тем более, что я еще и 10% обратно получила от Тинькофф, так как бронировала отель на их сервисе Путешествия. Находится MARINA YACHT в центре Сочи, напротив морского порта, виды из окон конечно потрясающие. Номера красиво оформлены, есть все необходимое, кровать удобная. Для меня одним из главных условий было, чтобы было тихо. Понятно что центр города, что морской порт поблизости, но в отзывах почитала, что шумоизоляция в номерах что надо, рискнула и не пожалела. Отлично высыпались. Отдельно отмечу качество обслуживания - боюсь показаться снобом, но прям не ожидала такого уровня в российских отелях. В общем, если решу снова отдохнуть в Сочи, то только сюда.

«Сервиса в Сочи нет» говорили мне друзья С таким настроем я собиралась в Сочи, в котором не была 30 лет. Поэтому отель был выбран 4* и множеством хороших отзывов, чтобы минимизировать все риски) И так что же по факту?: 1. Отель представляет из себя 5-этажное здание с лифтом и небольшим патио, на котором расположилась веранда и бассейн, ресторан , спа зона и номера 2 местоположение - район Бытха, который относится к Хосте , посреди жилого тихого квартала. Сразу за воротами -остановка автобуса, магазинчики, аптека, мини-рынок и аутентичное кафе в греческом стиле 3. Море вроде не так далеко, но на ближайшие пляжи Вас не пустят - это пляжи отелей и санаториев. Поэтому отель предоставляет трансфер на идеально чистом комфортном минивэн с интеллигентным водителем на 3 пляжа - Swiss hotel, «Зелёная роща» (в Мацесте) и «Золотой Колосс». Сначала меня это перспектива расстроила, но потом поговорив с местными и побывав на городских , даже платных пляжах я поняла что это плюс- море в центральном Сочи грязное, а на этих трёх пляжах немноголюдно, красиво и чисто 4. Сам отель великолепен: очень комфортные номера с балконами, отличными кроватями, матрасами и качественным постельным бельём. Интерьер в испанском стиле. Халаты и тапочки, косметические принадлежности, нормальный! фен, зубные щётки , даже штопор есть) набор для ухода за обувью. Каждый день приносят бутилированную воду, если не хватит есть кулер. На этаже утюг и гладильная доска. Холл и коридоры оформлены роскошно, постоянно стоят свежие букеты! 5. У нас был полупансион: великолепный завтрак: омлет, каша, яйца, выпечка, хлопья, овощи, сосиски , колбасы и сыры. Кофе из кофе-машины! Ужин - правильное питание: салат и основное блюдо. Все из свежих продуктов. На кухне идеальная чистота, повара опрятные! По простое на раннюю экскурсию собрали шикарный ланч-бокс. 6. Администраторы на ресепшн всегда готовы помочь по любым вопросам, один раз у водителя был выходной - нас отвезла на пляж администратор Анастасия. Обратно вызвала такси! Оставила в номере ключи, отправили по почте в Москву. 6. Спа нам не удалось посетить - сгорела в первый день- мысль о сауне и массаже наводили ужас, но клиенты отеля рассказывали что им очень нравятся процедуры, пользуются спросом комбинированные программы с посещением Мацесты (куда отвозит трансфер) У ресторана висит доска почёта : фото знаменитостей, посещавших отель в разное время. Что лишний раз доказывает высокой уровень отеля. Все это за очень приемлемую плату! Обязательно вернёмся!

We stayed in the Denart hotel for almost a week and everything was just wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and a nice view of the Sochi city. Breakfast was very tasty and staff couldn't be nicer! Location was great, only about 10 - 15 minutes walk to almost anywhere in the city center and close to the train station for easy access to Adler, Krasnaya Polyana, Rosa Khuta. It would be a pleasure to stay again and we look forward to it! Thank you to the hotel and staff for a wonderful stay ))

Отдыхали в мае 2021, жили три дня. Что сказать, очень полярное впечатление. Чаша весов с негативом несколько перевешивает. Плюсы: - просторные апартаменты, в наличии всё необходимое - очень приятный и приветливый персонал (это, пожалуй, главный плюс) - уборка каждый день - расположение - в 10-минутной доступности Ривьера и набережная Минусы: - самый главный - ЗАВТРАКИ! Это какой-то ужас. Я так понимаю, ребята прислушались к негативным отзывам о том, что идти далеко. Нам при заселении сказали, что завтрак доставляется в номер, и мы, вначале, даже обрадовались, но... Лучше бы мы прогулялись, честное слово. Каши есть невозможно: пересоленная размазня. Омлет очень средний, и подогревание в микроволновке не добавляет ему вкусноты. Драники и тёртая морковка на завтрак, ну такое, на любителя. И такое впечатление, что брать решили не вкусом, а размером порций. Результат - полное мусорное ведро. Неплохие круассаны, если уж быть объективными. - очень потрепанный номер. Плесень в углах ванной, отваливающиеся дверцы шкафчиков. Невозможно скрипучий диван (в разобранном виде) и твердые подушки. - вид из окон на какие-то металлические ограды и заборы, рядом - сгоревшее здание - после уборки зачем-то оставляют открытыми окна!!!! И так как в номере нас нет до вечера залетает туча комаров. Зачем вы это делаете??? Итог: вернуться не хочется. Рекомендовать не могу. Если бы не девушки на ресепшене и не удобное расположение, приятных впечатлений не осталось бы вовсе. Но своих денег однозначно не стоит.

Great location! Very central and very beautiful all around. The hotel itself is old and needs to be refurbished. But the sheets, towels, bathrobes were clean and the toiletries were satisfactory (I even like toilet paper)). I am also very satisfied with this restaurant, not that it has a wide variety, but that it is delicious. alcohol delight

In fact, there is a long and long staircase from the hotel to the beach. It is a bit difficult for me to be a middle-aged person after 90 years. When we went, the hotel’s contracted beach was closed~ Only the hotel next door had its own beach. . . A little disappointed But overall, the hotel is still a five-star level! The service is very good, that is, the waiter does not understand English, and the communication is more difficult. Everything else is fine.

Из плюсов: Отличное расположение отеля, удобно добираться. В отеле и в номере очень чисто, аккуратно, новая мебель и техника. Единственный минус (но жирный) из-за которого снизил оценку - персонал. А точнее отдельные администраторы. У меня возникли проблемы с бронированием и оплатой из-за санкций (деньги зависли на ***********). Администраторы не очень хотели мне помогать в решении этих проблем, а также достаточно грубо и по-хамски разговаривали. К счастью все удалось уладить и подобное общение не сильно испортило настроение во время отпуска.

Побывали в данном отеле в середине октября 22г. В силу ряда причин выбирали отель на трэвел-сервисе альфа банка. Поскольку поездка была с детьми, то одним из критериев выбора было наличие бассейна, так как в октябре (хоть вода и 22C) купаться в море не собирались. И каково же было наше неприятное удивление, когда при заселении мы узнали о его отсутствии (причем со времен пандемии). Естественно на фотографиях он был, да и в некоторых других сервисах попадаются те же фото с бассейном. За это сразу как минимум минус балл, а то и два, так как с детьми в отеле заняться реально совсем нечем. А были мы там 5 суток. Включены у нас были только завтраки, заехали мы днём, на улице льет дождь, решили заказать ужин в номер. Сходил, заказал, сказали через 15-20мин всё принесут. В итоге принесли через 45мин. Не так страшно, но всё же. Однако беда в другом: после ужина думали куда же нам теперь девать эту посуду, оставили на столе.. вечером пошли прогуляться по набережной, вернулись в номер - посуда на месте. Скинули ее в раковину. На следующий день повесили бирку с просьбой убраться в номере, однако к нам пришли только ближе к вечеру, когда мы и сами вернулись в номер, поэтому при нас смахнули пыль с пола и удалились (посуда так и осталась в раковине). Таким образом, посуда пролежала там 2 суток, потом при уборке они ее просто помыли и оставили у нас на столе. А если бы мы заказывали ужин каждый день, то гора грязной, а потом и чистой посуды у нас в номере бы постоянно бы росла? Если вкратце, то: + вид из номера на море отличный + наличие стиральной машинки в номере + относительно свежий вид номера + пусть не слишком разнообразные, но вполне неплохие завтраки + администратор при заселении без каких-либо просьб предложил доп.кроватку для грудного ребенка, в дальнейшем помог с цветами для супруги. А вот, кстати, какого-либо комплимента от отеля на др не было. Но это скорее придирка) - мало того, что у нас из номера не забрали посуду (тот самый заказанный ужин в номер), так и сама еда была где-то на единичку. Почти всё холодное, куриные наггетсы почему-то со вкусом рыбы, у салата странный привкус. - отсутствие бассейна, когда заявлено о его наличии - в коридорах частенько виднеются обширные подтеки на стенах и потолке - телевизор живет своей жизнью. То показывает, то нет. Смените приставку. - в нашем блоке отсутствовал лифт. На третий этаж по лестнице с коляской - занятие не из приятных - остекление панорамное, но прям таки скажем летнее. Ночью температура на улице опускалась до +14, в номере тоже было прям прохладно и сыро. Спасало лишь наличие функции обогрева в кондиционере. - уборка номера поверхностная. Ребенку 7мес, по полу шибко не поползать, иначе вещи можно сразу в стирку. - что питьевую воду, что чайные пакетики, что шампунь - предоставили только в день заезда. С меня конечно не убыло, сходил да купил пачку чая, сахара, шампунь, однако отелю за это явно минус балл. Плачу я одинаково за каждый день, а не только за первый. В общем и целом - посредст
