Stayed there for 2 nights in the privelage room. The rooms were good size with a very large led tv even for the room size. The bathroom was also good with a shower. The breakfast was okay with the usual continental stuff (yoghurt, croissants, breads, cereal, coffee etc) . The hotel had some work going on besides so was noisy in the day. The location is out of the paris center but there is a station just opposite the hotel which unfortunately was empty due to strikes. There was grocery shop nearby and some restaurants very close, also a very decent mall 20min walk away. The staff was very good, very friendly and super polite, always on their toes to just help you somehow, clearly the best part of this hotel. Overall, its good.

Nice and tidy rooms, small but we didn’t need a lot of space, the breakfast was great as it’s included, choice of breads, croissants and pastries, pancakes, yoghurts and fruit. Tv worked fine and shower was nice and powerful, right opposite the metro so we never had an trouble with travelling around. My only downside was that we booked a double room, which we technically got but our mattress was two singles pushed together which could be quite uncomfortable at time because of the dip. Other than that no complaints and a tidy, modern and convenient hotel for travellers

We were advised on arrival that our room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm instead of 2pm as per our booking confirmation due to the hotel being busy which was quite frustrating after coming from the airport as well as unsatisfactory service. The staff were quite rude and incompetent with our check in process. We were advised that we would be charged a tax which we confirmed and advised we would pay separately. The staff member charged us incorrectly and when we advised the staff member of this error, he was extremely rude and continuously advised us that we were incorrect. The hotel provides complimentary tea, coffee and bottles of water in your room each day, however this is delivered by a separate staff member rather than the cleaner. We were continuously provided with enough for only 2 people even though we had booked a room for 3 people and each day we had to ask reception for more which was quite difficult as they didn’t keep a lot of stock behind the counter and at times were unable to provide certain products. There were also multiple days where after 330pm, we still had not been provided any supplies and we had to ask and chase up reception for these. The food served in the restaurant on our first night was quite good, however the service was extremely poor. The second night we visited the restaurant, we were extremely disappointed as we ordered one of the meals we ordered the first night however these arrived much smaller and not as good quality as the first night. Aside from these encounters, the remainder of our stay was good.

Stayed here for a night after last minute cancellation of Paris to London BlaBlaBus during evacuation flight back to UK during corona virus lockdown of Europe. Staff were so helpful in aiding check in - providing take away coffee and breakfast and the bed was so comfortable. Cannot recommend this chain highly enough - real affordable luxury. Just hope the world recovers and we can travel again soon.

All in all a pleasant, good and clean hotel in a quiet situation. Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was no warning [by expedia?] For the roadworks at the door that made it very difficult to reach. Furthermore, it can be noted that the current [though hygienic] non-breathing mattress protectors transform the nights into a perspiration-mare, this hotel was no exception.

The hotel is right next to Lyon Station and the airport bus arrived within a few steps. I chose to live here because the Lyon station is a big station, the train to Nice departs from here, and the lower floor of the Lyon station is the subway, which is convenient to go everywhere. Although it is the railway station in the 12th district, it is safe for me to walk around with my backpack at 10 o'clock in the evening. There is no need to worry about the train station at night. Mercure entered with a room card, the room was clean and tidy and not small, there was a small refrigerator safe, and breakfast was good. In fact, it doesn't matter if you order breakfast. There is a French chain bakery, Starbucks, and a British chain healthy snack restaurant next to the train station. It is very convenient. There is a little Chinese brother at the front desk, and asked him to ask for the toothpaste and toothbrush that were not in the room. The service attitude was very good!

I arrived Paris on a snowy day from South France so the choice of this hotel was perfect. It is less than one minute walk if you exist the train station from Hall 3. It's within walking distance to many small but good restaurants. The hotel itself is not luxury but clean and of high functionality, modern and bright throughout. However, one of the light bulbs in my bathroom was out during my whole stay and it seems that housekeeping did not notice it. The shower could also have been stronger. All the staff I've come across was efficient, helpful and polite.

We needed to get the family room as we are a family of four. We had 2 singles and double bed in a room with a fridge and a portable A/C unit. Room and bathroom were not large but we expected European sized room so no issue. The room was generally clean and was kept clean every day by the staff. As the A/C unit was venting out through the window we needed to keep the window open. As we faced the street we had some noise during the evening but we are in the city so we didn't expect it to be quiet. One of the most important aspects of the hotel to me is that it is in a safe area and close to the metro. We were able to walk outside our hotel at around 11pm to go to the local corner store without feeling unsafe. The metro is only a block away and was easy to use. One tip is to get the book of 10 tickets for one trip. This seems to be the cheapest way around. Don't get the day passes. One of the employees at the metro was trying to sell this to us but it was over 100 Euro and we were able to spend less than 30 Euro on the single trip passes. We were in Paris for three days so our days would start with breakfast near the hotel. Go to the metro and then travel to the tourist landmarks. Walk all over Paris. Expect to walk everywhere just like Vegas. City was awesome. It seems to come alive after 7pm. Lots of people in the evening hanging out by the river Seine or in front of the Eiffel tower or Louvre. We loved it. Hope you do the same.

I've stayed in this residence for 6 nights in September 2019. Though the room is spacious and clean, also the bathroom, this residence has a huge problem with the noise...namely during the night you can hear the terrible noise made by the trains approaching Gare de Lyon (braking!) if you keep the window open. There was no air conditioning, it was you had a choice: either you hear the trains and breath some fresh air, or you close the window (no noise whatsoever, triple window), and then you have no air and the temperature raises. In wintertime this should be not a problem... Everything at this place is brand new - the pillows and bed sheets not so comfortable (too large and the blanket was too thick for summer)...and in principle all you need is there. Breakfast is generous, pastry is excellent, also the tea, coffee and all the rest. Staff is kind and supportive. Cleaning of the room was done after 3 days, as we were explained that this is a residence, not a hotel. The view from my window was terrible - towards a constructions site. The metro stop (line 1, the one I needed) is far away (15 min walk)...the nicest thing nearby is Viaduc des Arts - where you can have nice and interesting walks.

This is a great little hotel very close to Gare Lyon but not loud. I loved the Art Deco style (the carpet and room colors are so warm). And it was incredibly clean. I had a small room with the most comfortable king size bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was there for 4 nights and everything was perfect. Did I forget to mention that it is really clean. Loved it!

The staff was very friendly and made me feel very confortable in the hotel. The breakfast was good and the room was clean but I found a problem in the bathroom. There was missing a glass sliding door and wasn't repaired during my staying there. There was an hole in the sink thant wasn't covered at all and i could see the deep hole. I didn't notice during my booking that there is no fridge. Shower stuff was enought just for one person and not for 2 people. The closet was inconvenient and we couldn't organize our clothes properly

This is the second time to live here. I have stayed at other hotels in Paris twice, and once again confirmed the original impression: this small hotel has an excellent location, just opposite the Lyon station, and all kinds of restaurant shops around the downstairs are very convenient. The rooms are small but not too crowded (compared to other Paris hotels than to domestic hotels), the interior of the hotel is quaint but the rooms are refurbished, and the quality of the furniture and interior is better than the average chain economy hotel. high. The room is also very good. Our room is facing the Lyon station, and it should be the most lively street, but it feels very quiet at night, not at all noisy. There are some board games for children to play between the front desk and the restaurant. The room booked this time does not have breakfast, but it is not expensive to add directly at the time of check-in. There is a discount at the time of payment. The breakfast is not very rich, but it is still a matter of course.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
