0.57km from Chez Lili et MarcelWe were advised on arrival that our room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm instead of 2pm as per our booking confirmation due to the hotel being busy which was quite frustrating after coming from the airport as well as unsatisfactory service. The staff were quite rude and incompetent with our check in process. We were advised that we would be charged a tax which we confirmed and advised we would pay separately. The staff member charged us incorrectly and when we advised the staff member of this error, he was extremely rude and continuously advised us that we were incorrect. The hotel provides complimentary tea, coffee and bottles of water in your room each day, however this is delivered by a separate staff member rather than the cleaner. We were continuously provided with enough for only 2 people even though we had booked a room for 3 people and each day we had to ask reception for more which was quite difficult as they didn’t keep a lot of stock behind the counter and at times were unable to provide certain products. There were also multiple days where after 330pm, we still had not been provided any supplies and we had to ask and chase up reception for these. The food served in the restaurant on our first night was quite good, however the service was extremely poor. The second night we visited the restaurant, we were extremely disappointed as we ordered one of the meals we ordered the first night however these arrived much smaller and not as good quality as the first night. Aside from these encounters, the remainder of our stay was good.
