Very satisfied, it is estimated that it is one hundred or two hundred meters away from Jianhu Lake. You can run in the morning and it is about 1.2 kilometers away from Hanoi Cathedral. The price is reasonable. Although the breakfast is not rich, it is acceptable. Cannot be exchanged for Vietnamese dong at the hotel, but the surrounding area can accept US dollars and credit card spending, it is probably not a problem,

The currency exchange rate is cheaper than the airport. The temperature of the water in the rain is difficult to adjust. It is either too cold or too hot to control. The location is relatively close to the sights and within walking distance. It is also within walking distance from the best shopping malls. There is also a very famous ice cream shop on the way there. Every time I pass by, the business is good and many locals are eating. There is a circle k nearby. The waiter has a good memory and can remember our room number.

A taxi to the hotel as soon as it landed, & # 127976; the distance is a bit far, but the housekeeper will arrange check-in after entering the hotel, there will be a welcome drink and wet towels, the housekeeper is very good, will help you solve all problems, but will recommend an additional 100USD Upgrading a large room can have administrative treatment, but we are out for tourism. Administrative services are completely unavailable, so we refused. The hotel has a very large environment, and there are almost no Chinese. What makes me feel most charming is the small corridor where the hotel introduces its history. The history of more than 100 years is really meaningful, which is why I chose it during my trip. , Let me have a new understanding of Hanoi. The only drawback is that the shower in the bathroom must be in the bathtub. It is very unsafe and it can be dangerous if it slips. Well if you have plan to stay in this hotel with a very high expectations? better not! This hotel is very ordinary. They have basic needs, like hairdryer, tv, comfortable bed, clean toilet but this place need an urgent maintenance. For just 550,000/room night with good breakfast. I think it's reasonable.

Such a beautiful hotel with the nicest most caring staff! I loved my stay here. The hotel is modern, smells great all the time and and is very clean. I just wish they had a swimming pool or spa facilities but honestly, that’s me just being picky. And where it’s located is through what looks like an alleyway but don’t be alarmed because once you walk down and find the hotel, all will be forgotten. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 days when visiting Hanoi and so glad we did. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with a nice shower (wet room) WiFi worked really well. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to the main town area but are shops just outside to get all your day to day essentials. There isn’t a 24 hour reception, however on the door are instructions including a WiFi password and a phone number, so it’s easy to contact the staff who got back to us immediately and helped check us in. Ngoc was super helpful. They also arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport for $22USD. I can’t fault this place for the price and the lovely stay we had. Would recommend and stay again.

The bedding is so fluffy and the air conditioning is cool! It was rather cold ㅠㅠ I was traveling around Hanoi for a while and the last day was a night flight. I added one more day and booked it as the cheapest room, which included breakfast and good value for money! The front desk staffs were very good at speaking English and were very friendly. The rooftop pool was also as deep and perfect as about 1.3. The water was a bit dirty

Hanoi Centre Hostel is in a great location! Super easy to walk to restaurants and interesting locations in the old quarter. This hotel is not very suitable if you are a vegan. The breakfast option are very limited and they do run out of some food before 8:30am, but to be fair you can request plant milk or other breakfast choices a day ahead and the staff will try to buy it for you. The bed is very comfortable, my room didn’t have a window, I wish I was told this so I could choose to pay more for a view. The staff is so nice and they try their best to be accommodating.

The staff here are really helpful. First, we arrived 12 midnight in Hanoi and our 3rd party transfer service was not in the meet and greet area. They helped us contact the company of our 3rd party service provider and we got to the hotel around 3am. We stayed here for 2 nights on a bedroom good for 3 persons. The room and the comfort room were clean. Toiletries are complete. You can request for ironing service on a very cheap price. Ice cubes for your tumbler can also be requested for room service without charge. Breakfast got a lot of choices. From fruits, salads to proteins and cards. Good for carnivores and vegetarians. Their are side street restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. You can also use Grab app if you want to go around the old quarter. Friendly receptionists will welcome you to the hotel and they are also able to speak in good english. Will definitely go back! :)

We were so happy to stay at Hanoi Malo Boutique hotel. The room was super cute, lovely and spacious with small balcony. Everyday, the lady at the kitchen served us the hot delicious noodles soup with black Vietnames coffees, for me it was enough for the good start for the new day. The manager and the staffs were so friendly, professional and helpful, they arranged everything for our trip, picking up service, excellent trips to Halong bay and Mua cave in Ninhbinh, Motobike rental, exchange money....We were satisfied with our stay.

I live for the IELTS test, very close to the test room, the room is still clean, but! ! ! The service attitude is average. When booking, I read a lot of comments saying that the front desk English is very good, and a few sentences in Chinese are suspected to be water reviews, and the English penetration rate is very low. Originally wanted to book a night, the waiter first asked me how much money I had booked online, and then asked me to pay 100 yuan in advance that night, bad reviews, and immediately changed the hotel the next day.

We had a wonderful time in Hanoi - although Corona crisis gave us a hard time - just because we had the chance to find this cute and cosy and so welltreated house in Old Quarter, Hanoi. Anne cared for us all the times, even during the days when we tried to travel countryside. When the crisis even forced us to change our flights - and you remember that all flights were later stopped at a certain stage of the pandemy - she found a way to bring us home to Germany by personally fighting for new tickets for us! Remarkable lady! Furthermore, her auntie is a wonderful cook and surprised us with tasty dishes. And Hannah and Jen were very helpful and so friendly, too. The house is very clean, the coffee is super tasty, the concept with food from locals for breakfast is really smart, the location is perfect and the rooms are cosily designed and well equiped. We will definitely come back!

The location is incredible and the staff goes above and beyond. But all that doesn't excuse the age and unkept state of the bathrooms and the inability to serve breakfast to another guest and me. Ultimately after wanting a reimbursement for the breakfast (as did the other traveler), they served me 3 slices of white bread and a croissant at the desk in front of the reception area, Really!!!! In the lobby. OMG. The evening of my first day I accidentally walked into the hotel next door. I asked the desk receptionist about prices. The price was 5 euro more than Capella and the lace was immaculate, beautiful, rooms were clean, the bathroom was new and the breakfast was fabulous. I simply packed my bag and moved next door.

My favorite thing about Golden Time Hostel 3 was the staff. Every member of the staff was helpful, kind, courteous and made me feel as though I was a member of the family. In particular I want to acknowledge the receptionist Na. She was amazing. She helped me book tours for: Ha Long Bay & Sa Pa (both of which were absolutely fantastic and fun!). She also helped me book buses to Ha Giang as well as a flight to Da Nang. When it came to Na she really went above and beyond to help me have the best time in Vietnam. I was actually quite sad to say goodbye to Na when I finally left Ha Noi. Aside from the staff the hostel itself is great. The rooms are very clean. The beds are memory foam which were super comfortable. The location is right in the heart of Old Town Ha Noi - everything seems to be within walking distance (the lake, the church, the War Museum, the memorial to Ho Chi Minh were all accessible by foot). I stayed in 3 or 4 different rooms while in/out of Ha Noi and each room had a fan, AC, TV. Golden Time Hostel 3 really met and exceeded all of my expectations regarding how a hostel should operate. If I'm ever in Ha Noi again (which I hope in my lifetime I do get to come back to Vietnam) this will be the ONLY place I consider staying. Thank you to everyone @ Golden Time Hostel 3 for making my Northern Vietnam experience so special. (Again, shout out to Na!)

I did n’t say anything else, just two points. 1. There was a window on the room when booking. Actually there was only an inner window. Hey brother, I have always been promoted together. I have n’t met one night and I rushed to the next day. Finally I had to make up for it. One day, the result could not be continued, said that it was full, dizzy, as long as the guest did not check out in the country, priority is to continue to live, the first time I met such people have not checked out and as a result can not continue. . . Breakfast in the morning was really nice, staff were polite. The hotel is located close to the center of the city but in an older area with not so many young, partier tourists, perfect for our needs! The location of the hotel is a little far from the centre of Hanoi so there’s not too much to do around it. However it’s located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The room we were given was large and came with a huge bed and an ok bathroom. The major problem we had was the lack of natural light. At 3pm it was pitch black without using the lamp. The window faced outwards towards a narrow gap between the building so let in no sun at all. Usually I wouldn’t consider this a deal breaker but the weather was heavy showers and the thought of staying in a rather dank room all did didn’t really appeal to me. We did raise this with the receptionist shortly after arriving and asked if we could change rooms - the hotel seemed empty apart from us so we thought that switching to an equal value room would be possible. We were initially told that if we wanted some light we should just turn the light switch on. I like a laugh and I doubt that this was anything other than an attempt to make light of the situation but, still, given the eventual outcome it wasn’t much appreciated. We were told to pay 600000 more to change room. We declined and looked at changing hotels. We gathered our bags and checked out 30 minutes later. The manager was at the reception this time and, very much to her credit, tried hard to make amends by offering a different room but we’d already booked another hotel. Ultimately, if you don’t mind a room with minimal light and around a 25 minute walk to the hotspots then this hotel might suit you well. I cannot comment on the breakfast or other services. I personally found greater value for money in other hotels around Hanoi.

Breakfast is very good, there are Western food, soup powder and other early for the Chinese stomach, although the variety is not many, but enough. The bathroom is dry and wet, very clean, using an electric water heater, the water temperature and water pressure are very good. There is a nice rooftop terrace, to enjoy a coffee or a drink, SpeakEasy also offers happy hours and the drinks were exceptional. I had one of the best whisky sours in a long time. Last but not least, the staff and the managers go the EXTRA mile for their customers. If you need something, just make sure you talk to the staff, they will assist or guide you in the best way possible. Just one prime example: I needed a place to store my motorbike, as I was planning to do the Ha Giang loop and traveling up north by bus. They helped me out by letting me park the motorbike at their grounds. MUCH appreciated!! Last but not least, in your price, you also have a breakfast included, which is decent and totally fine for the price you pay. Its simple but fresh and tasty, eggs with slices of toast bread.
