0.18km from Chicago QSlightly far from the attraction
0.19km from Chicago QThe hotel is very clean and tidy. The biggest feature of the room is the floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the window is very clear. Although there is no bustling Michigan Avenue, it is still good! There is a bar on the 18th floor of the hotel, not big. The hotel has a restaurant on the left side of the hotel entrance, named Somerset, in the room can also book this restaurant in the room dinning, about twenty or thirty minutes to deliver the meal to the room. I really like the bathroom's minimalist wash suit, which is white tea, especially fragrant and comfortable. Shopping, dining and entertainment are nearby. Not far from there are Chinese restaurants, such as Imperial Lamian, Old Sichuan, MingHin Cuisine, Shanghai Terrance, which are just a few minutes from Uber. Royal chef and old Sichuan are very popular! It is also 10 minutes from the hotel to the famous scenic spot Michigan Avenue, which is also close to Navy Pier and Millennium Park. The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation in the hotel is not good, the guests from the opposite side of the room can hear the opening of the door, but the overall is good!
0.29km from Chicago QHotel location is good, very close to Lake Michigan, 7 minutes walk from the red line subway, there is a large table, suitable for public officials. There are plenty of snacks and drinks in the hotel, but they are all charged. No free coffee. I live in a big bed room, suitable for living with children.
0.48km from Chicago QHotel location is a little distance from the gorgeous one mile, but turn left at the hotel for about 6-7 minutes, is the CHICAGO station on the red line, turn right at the hotel and take a BLOCK is Michigan Avenue, the front desk service is very good, the doorman is also polite, opinions The guests approached and took the initiative to help the guests open the door. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, the bathroom is super large, and the toiletries are Ferragamo. Mineral water is available in sufficient quantities. The waiter was polite. That is, WiFi is not too powerful. Breakfast is ordering, there is no self-help, the choice is small.
0.54km from Chicago QThe location is convenient and easy to find. The subway distance is 10 minutes. The surrounding breakfast and dinner are very close. The famous deep-dish pizza is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Store Messi and Apple, you can take the bus and walk, the hotel front desk and the consulting service are separated, very convenient! Overall good! Will choose next time!

0.61km from Chicago QStayed for the second time, the location is very good, the decoration is very good, and the sanitation is also rare At that time, we actually asked us to pay an extra fee of $ 20 a day, asking what the money was, and I couldn't explain clearly. After I said that I didn't pay it last time, I promised to cancel it this time. Everyone remember not to be silly. Money, we must strive to the end
0.62km from Chicago QNo breakfast, only free coffee, tea. The room is quite big, but it is a bit long. The location is very good, the subway station is very close, there are many restaurants, shopping stores and so on.
0.63km from Chicago QI am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.Thank you.Sincerely yours a guest.

0.68km from Chicago QVery pleasant and clean...coming back! Staff very welcoming everything I needed was all In the vicinity. My boyfriend love the comfy beds and cleanliness.
0.74km from Chicago QThere are two Westins in Chicago. This one is located at the northernmost end of a gorgeous mile, next to the Water Tower and Chicago 360, and walks to the Red Line subway station for about 10 minutes. Shopping and dining are still very convenient. Hotels in the United States will not provide slippers. This Westin does not have a shower cap. It is best to bring it in advance if you are not used to it. Equipment is slightly outdated, such as a hairdryer in the bathroom and a hotel elevator. The overall service was still in place, and a little problem was quickly resolved by customer service.
0.75km from Chicago QThe rooms are small but in the bustling downtown area, the surrounding facilities are particularly convenient. You can see the historical buildings outside the window. For this price, it is very cost-effective and it is recommended for tourism or business travel
0.77km from Chicago QRecently spent two nights here on a college trip with my daughter. Chose this because i was looking for a place in a neighborhood outside the tourist areas, that was cheap, and relatively well reviewed. Pros: Regular neighborhood outside the tourist areas. Relatively new. Funky sports theme. Fairly inexpensive. Parking outside at not crazy price. My teenage daughter dug ther funky vibe and cafe in the lobby. Content teenager is kinda cool. Cons: Small rooms. This is true of any place in Chicago. We had bunk full beds -- it was fine for two, but would've been crowded fsoor three or more. Housekeeping was odd. When we got in our room their were fitted sheets on the bed but the flat sheets were just folded and left at end of bed. So we had to make the beds. Second night they took away the flat sheets and put on 2nd fitted sheets. Had to call for new flat sheets and make the beds again. The housekeeping thing fits with the general "upscale youth hostel for families" vibe. If you want skyline views, this isn't your place. It's two stories bordered by an alley on one side and the El on the other. Our room faced the alley...we could hear the El but it wasn't a problem. I'd consider staying here again if I was coming back with my teens who would line the non-traditional vibe. It's clean, new and a good option outside the typical high-rise tourist haunts with overpriced parking.

1. Marriott members can use Wifi for free. This is no problem, but the front desk should invite customers to become members. It is not for us to call in the room. 2. Bellboy did not mainly provide help with moving luggage. 3. Every day the cleaning staff knocks on the door and then enters the room. The root door has no time to react and she comes in. Security and addiction are extremely poor. 4. There is no kettle in the room. In the -12 degree weather, you need to call the guest service to have hot water to provide warmth. 5. The room is large and tidy, because it is too close to the opposite building, so there is no landscape. The whole experience is not to live in the JW series, but a 3 star hotel.
The hotel has a good location, just beside Michigan Avenue, and convenient to all major attractions in Chicago. The hotel environment is also very good. It is quiet and clean. The space is large enough. There is sufficient hot water supply, but there is no hot water to drink. We brought our own heat The most distinctive feature of the kettle for boiling water is the hotel’s robots, which can deliver water and daily necessities, which are available on demand, great! We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are many restaurants around, which are very convenient. The waiters in the hotel are very good and the service is very warm and thoughtful. Our trip felt very good, the price was affordable and the process was comfortable!
Business trip, the hotel is 20 minutes walk away from the meeting place, very convenient, the hotel is fairly clean, hot water is provided. The hotel is close to Chinatown and there are supermarkets and small Chinese restaurants nearby. The consumption is not high. Close to the subway station, a few minutes. The only drawback is that it looks like the countryside, a few kilometers from the city center, but it's a thousand miles apart.
The location is next to the Netherland Theatre, a few hundred meters away from the Millennium Park. The location is good. The large 34 square meter room is spacious. Prepaid is good. If you pay by credit card debit after you leave the store, the information is lagging behind. Hotel prices vary from day to day, and the same room may double the price difference. Don't spend money. It is the most economical to buy sandwich milk from your own supermarket.
Breakfast is simple and can be full. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway.

This room can see the Ferris wheel, maybe I will set the lake view room, she also helped us upgrade the super large window to see the Ferris wheel, the front desk staff is very nice, if you go to Chicago to play the hotel you must live, live a lot After a while, W Hotel is still of good quality!
This hotel is a fine property - but it is NOT set up for people who have cars and intend to valet them. There is no provision for anywhere to stop and go in and check in, no signs indicating that if you are going to valet that you need to drive to another street, and no valet attendants on station when you get there. I have no idea how the management of this hotel has process mapped the customer experience when using the valet is concerned. We got to the hotel location at about 8:00 p.m. and there are obviously not going to be any spots as far as street parking anywhere near the hotel to even be able to walk in. So, having gone around the block twice, I finally decided to pull in to where there was a sign for a valet for another Marriott property (Residence Inn). There are no signs there saying what you should do, nowhere for a car to be parked to wait, and no valet attendants there. Finding my way into the hotel I told the person at the desk that I had a car to valet and she absolutely jumped into the situation, went outside, and coordinated with the valet and ultimately got things under control. However - while this was going on there were people coming up to my wife who was in the car and telling her that if she didn't move it from the alley behind the hotel that they were going to tow the car. As a customer, it appeared to me that that had been not a single thought given to "So, when a guest comes in with a car to valet - what do we expect them to do?" Leaving was a very similar unpleasant experience. I called down at 12:40 to have my car brought around and was told it would be 20-30 minutes. We went down to the lobby a few minutes after one, and were told where the valet staff would come in when the car was there. 20 minutes later (40 minutes after we called down) a valet attendant came in looking for another car that I could hear the front desk staff had taken a call for while we were waiting downstairs and when I asked the valet attendant about mine, he said "Oh, I'll take care of it." So it appeared that my call had never been relayed to the valet staff. At 1:30 (50 minutes after I called down for it) I had my car. The hotel is nice enough, and I'll be the first to admit that as a guy in his 50s with a car, I'm probably not their target demo. I get that it's located in as urban an area as you'll find, and that parking is really, really tough. So just communicate to me that "You know, this might not be the best fit for you if you're bringing your car." That way if I decided to still do so, I'm the one making that call. But either way - if you are going to offer valet parking at your location, it seems to me that you have to put some thought into how your guests are actually going to - you know - USE it. That's the only complaint I have - but it provided a lousy experience both checking in and checking out, and thus taints the entire stay there. If I ever were to return, I would only do so if I didn't have a ca
The location is very good, the room is very spacious, there are many restaurants going out, there are two subway stations nearby, walking is very close, and there is a pearl milk tea shop. It was told that an additional $16 service fee was required at checkout.
The waiters in the hotel lobby are very welcoming and the hotel is in a great location. The bunk bed in the quadruple room is very clean, but the hotel breakfast is really American. It was set almost 5 days in advance, and it cost 507 RMB, and then it was actually 400 full yesterday. It was really a bit unhappy.
I had booked a last minute trip to Chicago's Virgin Hotel to spend some time with my daughters. From the first minute we walked in the service was impeccable. This continued throughout our stay everytime we walked in or out of the hotel (many times). The location was perfect to shops, restaurants, Riverwalk, beautiful architecture, and many other visual attractions.
The only downfall to our visit was it was Covid season and many restrictions to places we could go to watch the football game and/or eat as the restaurants were all closed in the hotel. That was a safety issue for the guests so it was appreciated they weren't open. The one thing I'd recommend is for them to have a list of what was open nearby and what was offered (dine-in, delivery, take out, etc.). We were able to find places on our own, but it would have saved us the time from searching/calling around.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
I can't even say enough about how great the Moxy in Chicago was! We arrived way before our check-in time because we had an early flight. Since our room was not quite ready yet, they held our bags for us while we walked around the corner to get a bite to eat. They had our room ready for us at noon which I believe was 4 hours before our actual check-in time. The atmosphere was fun and casual, which was right up our alley. There are games scattered around on the tables which I thought was fun and there is a 24 hour taco joint attached to the hotel as well. I think I tried almost all of the taco choices and they were great! Kylie at the front desk is so sweet and helpful and so was Ellen, the assistant manager. The bartenders were super fun and always willing to give a suggestion on things to do. When we travel, we typically like to see what the locals enjoy doing and every suggestion they gave us was spot on!! I really wish I could remember all of the bartenders that helped us, but I remember Brandon and JJ right off the top of my head. We will definitely be back to the Moxy next time we visit Chicago!

I was recently staying here for a wedding. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy. It was perfect for what we needed it for and we all slept very comfortably. Best of all, I had family things come up and needed to leave a day early, I did have advanced notice but Expedia fooled me into thinking I could get the last day taken off, but they never processed my request. I know that sounds bad, but the owner stood up for me and refused to charge me for the last night since I was checking out early n before 11am. He was so helpful, and knew that if he didn’t charge me for the night, they couldn’t force me to pay. Thank you so much Heart O’ Chicago and Jawed Imtiaz. You saved me almost $100. I really appreciate it.
Good location. Friendly staff. A Food market and 7-11 nearby so you don’t have to worry about food in late night stay.
The rooms are medium in size and located in the city center. The surrounding facilities are complete, there are shopping malls and a lot of restaurants. For downtown hotels, the price / performance ratio is very good! Hilton's Samsung Hotel, but this brand can meet the four-star standard in China. I personally like this brand and recommend it!
Hotel was able to accommodate us all: Our friends had their room and my parents in law were near us and I had one room for me and my children. Wonderful weekend in Chicago!
Very close to the airport, but it takes 12 minutes to walk from the Blue Line subway station. It is a bit biased. Then the hotel has a 24-hour shuttle bus for 24 hours a day, 15 and 45 respectively. The breakfast is good and the food is very good.
Very high-end hotel, in the heart of downtown Chicago, the location is superb, walking distance to many downtown places to eat and drink and many places to visit.
Check in at 12 o'clock at noon to do pre check in, the result until nearly 5pm to get a good check-in, this makes me very puzzled, even if some of the host guests dragged a late check-out, it will not let people in a hall There is no room, the hotel did not give a reasonable explanation, just said that the room is not ready. Another point is that the checkout time of this hotel is very strict, check out before 11am, there will be late check out fee, about 150rmb.
There is a park next to the hotel, my room is on the side, and I can see a bit of Lake Michigan. The hotel is old, but the brush is completely white, and it is still very warm. The bathrooms are all new. There is a subway track next to it, with a slight sound, but I think it is much better than the one that depends on the track. There are several convenience stores and restaurants around. You can walk to the river, Millennium Park and the Art Museum, but the guide said that it is best not to come out after 8pm. There are also several theaters next to it. Lived two days before the Chicago Marathon and it was so expensive.
It was not convenient for the children to transition for a few days, and the rooms were not bad. More than 400 yuan a night was not cheap, and the price increased to 600 later. But it is cheap for the United States. Breakfast is not included. It's good to arrive early if there is room available to check in early.
Two queen beds, suitable for family, good hygiene
Spending in Chicago in February 2020,
[Line] The hotel is located in the center of the city center, in the prime location of S Michigan ave, directly facing Grant Park and directly facing Lake Michigan, the transportation is extremely convenient. Harrison Station (Red Line) subway is nearby.
Exit the hotel's main entrance, turn left (go north) (walk or take the subway), cross the river, it is a magnificent mile Magnificent Mile
[Living] Hilton Chicago is a long-established, luxurious and individual hotel. Once you enter the revolving door and walk left, you can see the bronze statue of the hotel group founder and the founding philosophy. The Lobby, the second floor, and the eighth floor are all public spaces.
I live in a lake view room. The view is fine and exquisite. The interior layout of the room is square. The sound insulation between the room and the next room is barely good. Anyway, everyone knows that you should not laugh and shout at the hotel.
[Eat] Exit the hotel's main entrance, turn right (go south) two blocks, and have Yolk brunch
From 6:00 to 15:00, the crowds of people lining up to eat are heard.
Regarding eating, I don't need to repeat it here. Everyone is a travel expert.
[Education] Various museums, symphony concert halls, and libraries are all nearby. Even if your stay is short, at least go out the door and turn left (go north), buy a ticket and enter the Art Institute of Chicago once
[Le] The hotel is located in the Loop area of the city center. You can walk around the Chicago Futures Exchange building and take photos.
Just a few steps to Willis Tower, you can go up to the 103rd floor and stand at Sky Deck to feel the glass window protruding from the wall of the building. The foot is completely transparent. (Tempered glass, steel frame support).
Chicago is a famous wind city, and the power of high winds can be felt more at high altitude.
To sum it up, choose Hilton Chicago and you won't regret it or be bored.
There is no breakfast at the West Loop Hotel in Chicago. It is necessary to prepare something in advance. It is close to the subway station. It is not suitable for children. There is no place to play around.
The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Millennium Park, Glitter Park, and the Art Gallery of Chicago. It is a 10-minute walk to Lake Michigan and the cruise ship terminal. There is a Cantonese restaurant near the hotel, which is very delicate and tastes very good. The net red deep pizza restaurant Giordano's is also nearby. Next to the hotel is a CVC store, shopping is super convenient. The hotel is in a good environment, the view of Lake Michigan can be seen in the room, the service is good, the room is clean. A recommended hotel
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the gorgeous mile of the famous MICHIGAN Avenue. Marriott Hotel, LOUNGE is available for members on the second floor, breakfast is plentiful and can be ordered. The parking lot does not need to be fixed at the hotel, there are many public parking lots around, the price is less than half of the hotel parking. The hotel is within walking distance of all of Chicago's famous attractions and is ideal for families.
We only have good things to say about this hotel! I know it's Covid and all, but we're kind of getting used to how hotels are run nowadays. First of all, the location is perfect. It's close to the Magnificent Mile, Lake front trail, River Walk, etc. We parked using an app and chose to use The Streeter Garage on Ohio street. It was just a couple minutes of a walk. We chose this garage because it was the cheapest covered garage near by. Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool was closed which was a disappointment to our son, but most pools are in Chicago at this moment. You do have to reserve a spot to use the workout facilities, but we did not find this to be a problem. I'm a runner and prefer to run outside, but we lacked the proper clothing for the chilly morning. However, I found the treadmill to be very nice. And the stunning views made up for running indoors! As for the room itself, the bed was very comfortable, the TV was surprisingly big, and the bathroom was quite modern with a nice shower head. Overall we felt quite blessed to have found this gem of a hotel. We will definitely be back in the future!
At the beginning, there was a problem with collecting money. Ctrip charged the room rate. The hotel charged it again. After communicating with Ctrip, it was resolved in a few days. The hotel returned the room rate. Ctrip actively helped solve the problem. The only bad thing was the hotel reservation. The taxi is not metered, it feels a bit pitted. Use Uber. Don't let the hotel book a car.
