Stayed here with a friend for 3 nights and was very happy with the accommodation, there was a slight mix up with the bed but they sorted it instantly at no extra charge. The reception staff were fantastic and there English was great, they even printed out some concert tickets for me and didn’t charge anything! The room was spacious and even had its own kitchen if you plan on staying there for a while and cooking your own food! Thought it was very clean too! Thank you!!
This is only a 4* hotel because of the price and you can park on the street at no cost and I have to give a good review to somewhere!. Dont have the breakfast which is 12 Eu for a bit of bread and jam - there's a kettle in the room and coffee. The reception is tiny and manned by people with no manners so just get used to it - its France after all. 20 yards away is a kebab take away and 40 yards a pizza caravan. You need cash for the former, card will do for latter. I had the evening meal which was OK for the price but in retrospect I would hit the kebab or pizza takeaways. The tram outside is only an advantage if you want waking up at 0600!
What for a bad Hotel with a more bad service. I am a Platinum Member of Accor and have to stay the next 40 Months in Grenoble. Two weeks ago the first round: Breakfast in this hotel is a shame, only scrambled eggs , most time cold or all gone, and like industrial made. Request for Fried eggs or boiled eggs are not possible: ”The machine is broken”. Sorry, take a pot with hot water out the eggs inside and 5 minutes later they are ready. Then every time the same ham, only 2 sorts that all. At reception they was not able to give me a upgrade. Room himself to small, old, need renovation. In total this is a nightmare. Today I want to make a reservation for 2 weeks, the last two days they don't accept. I can sleep under a bridge..... STAFF: I am a Platinum Member, I have a room guarantee! until 2 days before booking. Now we have 6 six before. It is time to change your mind again customer, this here is a blame, I don't know if they are more flexible to French customer, but for me this is far away from acceptable.
To tell the truth is very general, just work in the vicinity, other good hotels are gone, no way to book two nights, the price is very poor, in the country is a small hotel, the room is stunned.
The time of year (end Aug) was not very busy so the room was extremely quiet. I turned off the fridge and the (efficient but not totally silent) AC to have complete silence. The kitchenette is a nice plus even if I didn't use it really for a 1 night stay. The ”desk” is very small though. I would also suggest an anti-slip feature in the bath/shower. The mattress was good (firm) and all the laundry fresh and clean. Reception & personnel very efficient and friendly. Late arrivals are no problem and it's less than one minute walking distance from the TGV (and public transportation) ! Breakfast was ok.
I came to participate in an interview with Schneider Electric. For the convenience of coming and going, I chose this hotel very close to the train station. Because it is a budget hotel, I didn’t expect much before I came. However, the front desk service and room hygiene are particularly good, and the front desk is small. My brother also helped to print 10 pages of documents for free. Ordered breakfast for 9 euros in the morning, just to get enough food and clothing. If you like to eat better, I recommend going to a nearby coffee shop to try hot croissants and chocolate.

Breakfast and unlimited Wi-Fi are included in all prices at the ibis Styles Grenoble Centre Gare hotel. The hotel is ideally located 383 yards (350 m) from the train station and 547 yards (500 m) from the city center. The hotel has 54 air-conditioned rooms, including 6 suites, and has been fully refurbished in a contemporary style. All rooms have a large bed measuring 71" (180 cm), duvet, relaxation pillows, 32" flat-screen TV and spacious rain shower.
In this B&B hotel passage hotel, there is no air-conditioning but warm air from the grids.Meanwhile, we know it well.Parking under the building was specially with room code to get in. Careful control panel for the garage gate is halfway on the inside of the weak hague hidden on your left side (looking to find it, you'll understand us). We found nothing to eat so ” pick nicks” we were in the room with what the Carrefour offered. A little sadly there seems to be a brasserie in front of which, however, remained closed. For the rest, notice, room, fees, parking 2 breakfast 70.5 euro. Then you should not stand in the saw in my opinion.

It’s not a bad place to stay, in the grand scheme of things. It’s a shame that the room was backing on to an abandoned building, but you can’t blame the hotel for that. The rooms are rather small, making it quite difficult for two adults to move around at the same time. Some very friendly staff were able to understand my very limited French, which was much poorer than their English. A good continental breakfast selection, but I do think the prices of their spirits were rather on the high side. Overall, a reasonable stay.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very comfortable and comfortable. The studio for 1 person is small (bed armchair) but very convenient, with everything you need for a several-day stay. If the main elements and surfaces were very clean, some details were not so, despite the attention of the hotel itself (the problem of the previous renter). I have reported one or two problems and the Cedres team has been very reactive and intransigent in terms of the state and cleanliness of the equipment.

The hotel is located in the city center. There are many commercial facilities and brand stores nearby. Galeries Lafayette is a few minutes’ walk away. There is a food store next to the hotel where you can buy food and drinks. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant are particularly welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with disposable slippers and pajamas, which are rare in Europe. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and a buffet of 19 euros. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Grenoble train station from the hotel. You can also take a tram if you have luggage.
Great hotel. Good service: the staff was helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms well equipped. Complimentary beverages. Excellent toiletries offered. Shower and towels are great. Bed is soft. Room is not very big though. Super clean bathroom, tables and wardrobe. Not sure about the cleanness of the moquette though. Position is not super central but in 2 tram stops you are downtown. Dining scene in the neighborhood is not top. Better to go downtown. Breakfast good (excellent viennoserie; coffee ok; cheeses good; basic bread; good eggs but the sausages were a bit spicy for breakfast). The fire alarm went off for an issue on another floor (apparently something to do with steam). Good to know the alarm works, but wish they replied from the central desk when I called, just to know what was the issue. Corridor doors close when the alarm goes off so we were locked out in the hallway. There is complimentary wifi as well but it doesn’t charge pictures for some reason.
Found the hotel quite easy, but had to park across the road in a tight fitting public car park. Baggage had to be hauled over a busy road to the hotel. 17€ for a 24h car park- one time entry only. Critical points Room was cold as air con failed to work overnight - seems to have a timetable of its own. Regardless how cold it was. Room was also dark and in need of an upkeep. Headboard of the bed was badly wasted away and should be changed by now.. Dinner was cold platter only, and mainly vegetarian. Service a little slow. The advice at concierge was not very helpful in finding a restaurant nearby. Price / quality ratio under par. Having said that the corner room was spacious, although no wardrobe - just a hanger.

I stayed at this hotel for the third time. The reason for the selection is that the location is particularly good. Going right and going straight is Hugo Square. The station of the tramway square tramway B can be seen, it is very convenient for the luggage to catch the train. Facing the Hugo Square to the left is the Galeries Lafayette Mall, or the old street of Göller, which is also a pedestrian street. Hotel breakfast is European style, it is ok, it is almost the same. There is a parking lot, but I don’t know if other problems have not been encountered. Attached to the window to see the photo, this restaurant tastes good. However, it should be noted that the check-in time has not arrived, the main station may be no one, many French apartment hotels are like this, so the time should be mastered.
