Hello everyone. I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write one so that other travelers may benefit. Upon entering the room we noticed that there were no hangers to hang our clothes, neither was there a luggage stand so I called front requested them. The king size bed was clean and comfortable but the pillows were unusually small! As time went by we noticed that things were missing, broken and stained. There was no sink plug so we could have easily lost a small item such a ring. The shelf where the towels are placed was missing with the broken brackets on the wall. The toilet seat was loose due to missing hardware. there were stains in the bathroom ceiling indicating previous water leaks. The bathroom door was damaged at the bottom due to water and condensation. The wall plugs were loose and would not hold the phone chargers. The whole furniture was outdated and worn out due to age. The only chair was stained. The continental breakfast was very minimal compared to other hotels. I did take pictures and talked to the managers onsite expressing my grievances and he said that his supervisors would be in contact but as of today no word so I decided to write. Another first was that I was charged $200.00 on my credit card in case of any misc.! Anyway this hotel needs to improve its management and upkeep and should not charge any more than $50.00 per night for a king bed and not $100.00. Finally twice a car was parked by our window on the first floor with extreme loud Indian music once at around 9 PM and then at 2:30 AM. The second one was really bad since I had difficulty falling back into sleep. In both occasions when I looked outside and the driver noticed me the loud music was stopped. Not a very good experience.

Spent 2 nights here for a business trip. I chose this location because it was near our office in Brampton and we have a corporate rate. I had a few options to choose in the area but this was an easy selection after I look at the pictures because it seems more modern design, it seems new. So when I arrived, I was pleased to learn that the hotel recently renovated about 10 months ago. When I checked in, I was proposed the digital key function with the Hilton Honor app. It allow me to unlock the door with my phone, very convenient, I love it... I'm a bit of a tech nerd :) they will still give you a physical card key just in case. The room is spacious, very comfortable. It has a big shower, small fridge, microwave, a closet and then the usual furniture, bed, single person couch, tv and desk to do some work. The down side, only the lights in the bathroom and entrance has wall switches, all others you need to switch it on the light itself. Not a big turn off but still. I'm also kind of surprise that they don't includes slipper... Good thing I brought mine. Other than that, overall I enjoy my stay, the personnel in the hotel is super nice and professional. For those who follows me, would probably know that I'm picky when it comes to service, but I'm very pleased and happy with the staff. This is really a business hotel, not much in surrounding areas. The hotel has a restaurant, I only had breakfast there, $16 buffet style breakfast but with great quality. Yea, I might need to come Brampton office every now and then... This will be my preferred hotel from now on! @Hilton, if you are reading this. Great work on the renovation and upgrades, amazing work with the personel! Congrats!

Rooms were quite clean and nicely decorated. Good value for two queen beds and a sofa bed. Our sofa bed was missing it's bedding but a quick call to the front desk had this resolved within 5 minutes. My biggest disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. There were very little protein based options available, but if you wanted a bagel, toast, cereal or a waffle you're all set. I have glycemic issues and am unable to eat carb/sugar based foods. I ended up with a hard boiled egg and a package of cream cheese. There was no bacon or sausage option, only if you were to microwave a prepackaged breakfast sandwich and then pick off the english muffin. Not what I was expecting or have experienced in other Hilton locations.

As previous reviews noted, it's in an industrial area, nothing around it for food. We were looking for somewhere to spend the night with no expectations besides a clean room. Rooms are the smallest I've ever seen but VERY clean. Even had a nice refrenshing smell when we got in. Towels were rough and scentless though, like most hotels now a days. My only complaint was the temperature in the room. It was perfect when we got in the room but through the night it went up 5 degrees and it was way too hot. I couldn't get it down. I did make it a point to let the front desk know my daughter was allergic to dogs. They couldn't guarantee it had been a pet free room but I guess we lucked out, no issues. The only other complaint is there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Just not in the room. I would not want to pay more than 100 tax in for the room.

I have stayed many times now at this hotel. The facilities are always immaculate and comfortable, and they just added a second exercise center on the second floor. But the real joy is the staff. First of all, there seems to be no turnover; always a very good sign. This means that you are recognized on return visits by the same staff who were there the last time, which is a rare delight these days. The staff is always solicitous, courteous, friendly, alert, and helpful. They are not your typical corporate lodging staff just going through the motions. They keep a stash of my favorite breakfast oats just for me! They really are amazingly dedicated; they make you feel like you are staying in a five-star hotel. Which, judging from the five stars I give them, you are.

The hotel's view of the waterfall is great, and you can directly see the panoramic view of the Great Falls upstairs. There are fireworks shows in the evening. The parking fee is a bit expensive, but it is nothing compared to the price. Everything is fine, that is, the front-end deductible deposit is a bit unclear. When the check-out the next day, they told them that the payment was paid on Ctrip. They said that they did not show up and communicated with Ctrip urgently. Ctrip staff service attitude is very good, very in place, like it! It’s too much trouble to add taxes to all Canadian payments.

In order to get a panoramic view of the American Falls, Horseshoe Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls, we came from Buffalo in the United States to choose the luxurious landscape building above the 30th floor of this hotel. I feel I have made the right choice. As soon as I arrived at the room, I stood in front of a large floor-to-ceiling window, and I had a panoramic view of the three waterfalls. !! The room was extra spacious, bright and clean, with two large beds, and the bedding was white and comfortable. There is also a large sofa, jacuzzi, and good facilities. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to take a closer look at the waterfall! There is no breakfast here, but there is a restaurant downstairs, no extra bed is allowed, but the bed is extra large, no problem with children, parking is charged separately, hotels around Niagara Falls are charged. Personally think that the accommodation fee is expensive, but it is worth it, I recommend

Sheraton Falls Hotel 🏨 (Niagara Falls, Falls Ave, Ontario, Canada, zip code: L2G3K7), which hotel's geographical location is unspeakable. You can see the front view of Niagara Falls within 2 minutes from the hotel. One of the 7 wonders in the world, which spans the United States and Canada, and is worth a visit in my lifetime; I booked a double bed, two of which are Queen size and sleep very comfortably. If you bring two Children do not need an extra bed at all; suitable for bringing children of any age to play; the fresh radon breathing on the Niagara River feels sweet; 🈶 parking lot but for a fee; in addition to the self-guided donkey friends from Canada to Canada We pay attention, if you come to Niagara Falls from Toronto or Montreal, you must download the Google map to find the traffic to the attractions; because the bus station in Montreal only has the bus number, and no name, It ’s also French-speaking. When we asked for the name of the station, we communicated in English. Name is displayed, only for more communication with the driver!

The hotel has a nice view, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are soundproof. The buffet breakfast was overcrowded and there were few varieties. They all ran to the window view. The window seat could only stay for 40 minutes. The car is parked at $ 15 in the casino, and residents' meals on Friday's downstairs can be reduced by $ 20. In Ctrip's full-booking room, I had to collect it when I checked out. I contacted Ctrip's customer service to learn that the hotel system was malfunctioning and wasted time. Like a Ctrip customer service here fast!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the overpass can go down and take a section of the railway which can not be reached by a single trip to the waterfall, which is very convenient. Friendly front desk staff. Although valet parking is expensive ($ 45), it is convenient. Lots of slots: 1. When checking in, there was a can on the ground left by the previous guest. Hair on the hair dryer 2. The room I stayed in did not have a refrigerator. Call the room service to inform that it is too late to send me a refrigerator. It will be delivered tomorrow. It turned out that the refrigerator did not arrive until I checked out at 12 the next day. 3. If you don't add money to upgrade, basically give the worst floor. You can choose as you want. In fact, the hotel's comprehensive price-performance ratio is good, but as an international chain, sanitation is not disappointed. The location is really invincible, so I will stay next time I come to the Great Falls. The photo is what the room looks like.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel last time which was back in August of 2017 that we had to come back a second time in July of 2019. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The guy at the check in counter must of had a bad day as he was not quite so welcoming but then he got himself in order after we made note of his behavior. Lovely pool and gym if you fancy that. Their are quite a bit of places to eat on Victoria Avenue. Just a few minutes of walking down Victoria avenue and you arrive at Clifton Hill where all the action is. Clifton Hill makes you feel like a kid again if you’re an adult lolol. This hotel was a great stay.

From check-in to check-out it was all smooth sailing and the staff were friendly from the moment I stepped inside the hotel reception area. Location of the hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the tourist area of Clifton Hill. Here you’ll find plenty of food and entertainment and a nice view of the main attraction which is the Falls. To walk to Fallsview ****** will take you about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and location and most importantly its friendly staff. The only quip I have is the cost of parking which came to CAD$67 for 4 days which is quite expensive considering I was there in the middle of winter and parking was plentiful.

Driving 180 km from Toronto. When I arrived at the designated place of the navigation, I couldn't find it at the moment. It turned out to be on the second floor. If I turn again, I can arrive directly. Generally speaking, service and hygiene are basically available. About 1 km from the attraction, but if you can see a corner in the room. In addition to the waterfall's attractions, there are other small attractions to see around 1 km. If you have both a US visa and a Canadian visa. You can reach the other country through the bridge. From the perspective of the waterfall, it should be the best observation point in Canada. Going to the United States is a walk, costing $1 to cross the bridge.

The location of the hotel is convenient, the main entrance is the wego bus stop. Be aware that there are no chairs, kettles, or hangers in the room. Because it is not a waterfall view room, it lives underground, facing the building wall. It seems to have been newly renovated, and the bed and toilet are very fresh and clean. You can enjoy the day and night scenery of the waterfall on the upper floors, which is good. But this may be the only buying point. I have read it on the Internet before, and knowing the attitude of a staff member, unfortunately, I met him. I advise everyone to see him, if possible, it would be better to avoid him!!!!!

I came to Niagara this weekend with my family and picked this hotel because of its price, the fact that it included breakfast and parking, and because it had pretty good reviews. We regularly come to Niagara and usually stay in the fancier brand hotels but I found my time here even more comfortable and enjoyable. It was great not having to park far away, wait for the elevator, etc. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with excellent mattresses. The pool was also clean, a nice size, and not bad temperature. The breakfast seemed simple at first but actually had pretty good selection, with waffles, hard boiled eggs, a few kinds of meat, cereal, yogurt and toast. I wish it started a bit earlier (it’s 8-10) but otherwise we all enjoyed it. Staff was also helpful and very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come.
