|0.34km from city centerKowloon Bay is indeed a magical place, a place that cannot be visited in a lifetime. Say the service is really superb! The boat is medium-sized and very suitable for such a tour. To book a balcony, there are two. Unfortunately, there is not much time to see the scenery.
The boat was too hot. There was too much garbage floating at sea and it was disgusting to watch when rowing. UNESCO should have helped clean up.

Overall, it was nice , we stayed in Draha hotel for one day, good amenity , beautiful and very friendly staffs . the hotel is in the busy city ,but we still felt peaceful . we joined some other activities, but they were ordinary , too many peole, few beaches , they took too much time , the price for food anh drink is quite high .we still love Draha and its service . thank you Draha , we will be back , but for relaxing, maybe !

There are many choices. The service staff in the lobby is also very kind. I did not meet a Chinese-speaking waiter, but basic English communication is OK.

|8.26km from city centerMy family enjoyed ourselves very much on Rita Cruise which we were switched from Alisa cruise on Ha Long Bay due to unforeseen circumstances. We were promptly informed by Mr Tony Pham, C.O.O. of the company. Transportation from hotel till check-in was smooth. Mr Alex and Mr Happy on Rita cruise made sure all guests were taken care of during the cruise. Food was plenty and well prepared. Activities were reasonable and varied. Kayaking and caves viewing in a boat were enjoyed by all. I had an experience in cooking class on board. My hubby and daughter had fun in squid fishing. The presidential suite we stayed in was amazing. I enjoyed the jacuzzi,massage chair and having fun at the mini golf on the balcony. It was a memorable and unforgettable trip for us. Thank you to Mr Tony for the souvenirs and for constantly checking to make sure we are fine. The gesture is very much appreciated. Check out these cruises if ever in Hanoi.

This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

|1.62km from city centerIt was exceptionally quiet in the hotel, which is clearly set for many visitors, and they are probably well prepared for it, but when they are less busy, they don't know how to deal with it. The restaurant you advertise was closed for your own guests for two of the three days, and the night we were brought to a restaurant by golf car, and the room was spacious and well maintained. The IT specialist has even installed the K+ sport channel so that we could look at Formula 1 race on Sunday afternoon. The third day there was no promised breakfast buffet but it was reasonably well offset by service at the table. In short, a stay with pluss and memories but the intention of the hotel is good. Once again, it was probably much better at press.Another little point is that the staff, also at the reception, hardly speak English. In a hotel with a good international character, this should not be done.

The staff are lovely, the swimming pool incredible with great views and is overall the perfect place for a healthy lifestyle. The value for money is next to none, includes a really great breakfast buffet (eggs, baguettes, sausage, water melon, beef stew, pancakes, sticky rice, salad tea, coffee etc) all are cooked well and very taste.
Location is just a 5 minute walk from Sunworld theme Park. Can rent a bike directly from hotel.
I'm returning in Jan for 6 weeks
What else do you need to know, get booking
But what ever you do avoid the family room (penthouse) that has direct access to roof top pool because thats mine 😘😂🙌

|3.89km from city centerExcellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

|3.97km from city centerWe stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

|2.43km from city centerThe property has been open for about 6 months and still have a few small teething issues not nothing major. The standout is the Manager of the property. I think he must work 24/7 because he's always accessible and responsive. Our stay was very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble - the manager booked taxis, dinner reservations and a reservation at the spa (his recommendations were spot on!). Honestly, without the Manager the property would not be the same or hold the same appeal. Manager speaks very good English however staff do not and it can be a struggle. When the Manager is not around things do tend to slip - breakfast is included in the room rate but certainly nothing to rave about - the hot food was actually cold each day and we reminded staff that the warming candles had gone out - they were not checking these things themselves, coffee was not hot either but they were accommodating to heat things up (purely because I don't like cold food).

Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t
Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors.
Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

The hotel corridor does not turn on the air conditioner is very hot and mysterious, the baby elevator is hot and mysterious. |2.59km from city centerLooking at the ranking, I booked a bed through agoda and sent a message to the store in advance to request a lower bunk because I was carrying a four-year-old daughter. The hotel has no feedback except for a routine introduction, thinking that the information has been delivered and knowing the situation. But when I arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of the 26th, the front desk refused to check in because of the super staff. On the webpage, it was prompted that the child could stay without an extra bed, and there was no advance notice to refuse the reservation. The hotel asked me to cancel the order. The fee was not high, I paid 350k directly and chose a room. After washing, the laundry service was carried out with the changed clothes. When I picked up the clothes the next morning, the language may be a little unclear, and the waiter despised another guest: chinese. At ten o'clock, hand over the room key to the front desk to check out. Tell, wait a minute, check the room and leave. Objectively speaking, the hotel is not far from the night market, but the secluded alleys are worth choosing carefully. Clean and delicious breakfast. But the service needs to be greatly improved, even if it is a homestay. After comparing the other four-night homestays, two-night backpackers, one-night Xialong Bay Boat Hostel and four-night Da Nang Intercontinental, I think it is still necessary to tell everyone the real feelings and choose carefully.
