HORRIBLE SERVICE We’ve travelled a lot but this is by far the worst service ever experienced! When we contacted the receptionists about lack of wifi, wet cigarette buds at the pool or black water coming out of the shower and taps, we were met with laughter or complete indifference as they just rolled their eyes at us at said there’s nothing to be done. This place made me so uncomfortable and I would never stay there again. I don’t mind a worn down place that doesn’t work perfectly, but I found the facilities as well as the service severely disgusting. OLD/SEWER WATER IN THE SINK/BAD WIFI/ The place is a little old with unfinished kitchenettes/random details and poorly maintained. The wifi didn’t work (at all!) until we moved to the main building/the side with the reception on the ground floor, where wifi sometimes worked a bit. We had black water coming out of the taps in the shower, sink and toilet, which was really gross. When we asked the staff to help us with the issue, they said they could maybe fix it later. We asked if we could move to a clean room with functioning facilities, but we’re told no rooms where available. We knew that wasn’t true as we had literally just seen 3 couples check out. After a long discussion they agreed to move us to a new room the same afternoon. However, 10 min later, the staff let themselves into our room without knocking and said we had to pack all the stuff and move NOW. Three staff members and no one offered a hand with a bag or anything. When we got to the new room it wasn’t ready because housekeeping hadn’t had time (thus we were suppose to move in the afternoon). It took half a day and asking 4 times to get the last basic things as bed sheets. NO SHUTTLE Same lack of service happened when we wanted to use the beach shuttle - which btw only drives you from the hotel to the beach and not back though the driver is going back to the hotel (one way shuttle as they called it). We chose the place despite being far from the beach because of the promised shuttle which was confirmed to us when we checked in. However, whenever we showed up at the announced departure time, we were told the driver had the day off and there was no shuttle, but we could walk or we could pay for a taxi. We insisted we shouldn’t have to pay extra for a service that was support to be free, but the reception insisted there was nothing she could do. Not until we asked to talk to the manager, a driver magically appeared. CIGARETTE BUDS AT THE POOL The hotel describe itself as smoke free and all rooms there are signs threatening with fees if anyone smokes. However, only some of the rooms are actually managed by the hotel, while the other rooms are rented out as apartments, where smoking is allowed. So you can have a non-smoking room right next to a smoking resident. Guests also smoked at the shared facilities e.g. at the pool where we found several cigarette buds. We made the staff aware of this, they didn’t care.

I booked my vacation in Ko Samui from Jecko and when I arrived I realized that I could not choose better. Unique reception. The owner is a true Italian gentleman. The hotel and the rooms are new, totally soundproofed by outside noise, quality furnishings, really comfortable beds! Excellent value for money, located near the Fisherman village where there are many local and in the evening there is no lack of shows on the beach. Suitable for young people who like motorbike trips that can be rented directly from the owner at a good price. Given the cleanliness and attention to detail, the living room becomes comfortable even for families. I'll be back

This was perfect, it is in between the fisherman’s village and Chaweng. Room was lovely and big, staff really kind and hotel quiet in the day to relax by the pool. They make a real effort to keep the place neat, tidy and updated. We were here a week and they were gardening, painting outside etc. In the evening the bar area is lovely too!

I debated between a 3 and a 4 star. However I believe 4 justifies this place best. The rooms themselves (I stayed in a mountain view apartment) are great they have a relatively good kitchen. Although I never cooked. Good soaped fridge with free water. The lounge is good, however TV didn’t work (in saying that they did ask if I wanted them to fix it and I said it’s not a big deal because to me it wasn’t). The bedroom is great and bathroom is good. Here are the downsides. Like people have stated the chickens between 4-10PM do not shut up. They are directly next to condo. However it didn’t disturb my sleep as they aren’t loud but you can hear them. However it’s not the condo’s fault at all. Secondly I’ve seen comments about the bad smell in bathroom here and in general in Thailand. Everyone should know, the resorts cannot help this. If you stay in a resort and the bathroom smells slightly it is not their fault. The sewage system in Ko Samui and Thailand is shocking and terrible. You will smell this smell when you walk the streets. Once you get use to it it isn’t a big deal. The Accomodation itself is great and the downsides are not actually the Accomodation fault. The host and owners is awesome. Very helpful, I didn’t have enough baht for deposit and she let me drop off later on. She let me check in early and renting a motorbike from her is so hassle free no deposit or passport just pay 200 baht and take off. I recommend stating if you are solo traveller

I have recently stayed here for 25 days the rooms are really spacious but what you are not told until you arrive is that you have to pay for your room to be cleaned if you don't pay they don't clean. The breakfast room is very small and can only seat about 24 people so you may have to wait. The 2 swimming pools are very clean and are well maintained the staff are very good and can help you with most things we found the security man Chi very good a really friendly guy transport is provided into Chaweng 4 times a day but you have to make your own way back.Agood tip is don't pay more than 200 baht for a taxi.

As previously commented, the sound of the air-conditioning host was too loud, and I fell asleep very late. In addition to being near the road, the sound of the motorcycle was heard all night, and I didn't sleep well. There is no elevator, and luggage has to move many stairs. The main purpose of living here is to purchase items from Lotus Supermarket and serve as a transit point. The water is slow in the bath. Anyway, live by the sea and take a tutu for shopping.

We stayed at a special promotion of Corona. The facility was luxurious and the staff were very friendly. The site is large, but you can also call the shuttle. When I called for a bandage, a staff member with a first aid kit rushed to me. The restaurant at night had a lot of mosquitoes and I was a little uncomfortable. It was a pity that I couldn't eat the famous Tom Yum Kung pizza, probably because the restaurant at noon had a small menu in Corona. There were times when it was difficult to come even if I called because the number of staff was not enough. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

I couldn't bear my honeymoon 7 years ago, and finally made up for my regret this time. The hotel is a bit on the side, you have to go through a small alley, basically stay in the hotel and do not come out. Then the room was very large. Part of the sea view pool room we stayed in, room 12, we could not see the sea. The hotel has two infinity pools, and there is a cliff restaurant for taking photos, the view is very good, not lost to Bali's alaya. The New Year is set to almost 4,000 a night, the price is not high, and I stayed for two nights, I feel a little loss. Breakfast was good and could be à la carte. Special reminder, the door is locked at night, the ecology is too good, there are too many wild animals, and it ’s a bit scary to run over at night. Some fruits and a bag of potato chips are placed at the door. . . .

This must be for sure one of the Most Impressive lobby in the World!! The views onto the ocean are just Breathtaking! You feel like you are on a boat! What a great start as soon as you arrive to this place! The open - air lobby is situated on top of cliff and it has some gorgeous features and lovely furnishing! We have booked CLUB ROOM with ocean views (which was very close to the Lobby on a similar level) and as we walked in we were just awe!! The whole room is beautiful . Gorgeous bed with so many pillows, nice setting area, wardobes, high ceilings, fantastic free standing bath and rain shower. The room was HUGE!! And those views from the balcony AHHH...watching The sunset from here was absolutely Magical What a treat! As it was our wedding anniversary the staff arranged gorgeous Elephant towels decoration on the bed for us, left bottle of bubbly and delicious cake. Also some macaroons, Thai sweets, and tropical fruit as a Welcome gift. Wow! We are so thankful and grateful for that Amazing! We had a Access to a Club Lounge Which was situated in a lobby area -just next to the reception desk -so of course were able to enjoy the magnificent views while sipping a cocktail (or two..) I must say this is one of the best club lounges - the Afternoon tea is Incredible!!! Presented beautifully in a bird cage and plentiful too. Coctails and canapes during cocktail hour were fantastic too! The staff here were Always friendly and attentive. Well done to them. Definitely worth paying extra for room with Club Access - very impressed. We had daily dinner (as part of our Half Board package) and ate at both restaurants -Amber and Flames - both great! Every meal we had we couldn't fault it. And again lovely staff here too. Got HB package as we thought there is only 1 restaurant in the area..but it turns out now we saw 3 though quite isolated you can still try some options just outside of the resort if you want to keep costs down on food (just by walking down by the beach). The one thing that we loved particularly about this Resort was the fact they have 6 POOLS!!! What a genius idea! And some of them didn't seem to be used by other guests so it felt like we have a private pool to ourselves!! Amazing!! Loved each of them - red pool, 3 blue pools , orange pool and yellow one. The walkways between rooms and villas are full of lush , tropical plants, all well kept. There's a suspension bridge too - another genius idea. Beach is lovely...though public feels very secluded. The long pier is a great asset too! Tried spa - as received email prior to my arrival offering 50% discount on spa treatments - and that was great also. The spas at 5-star hotels in Thailand are generally expensive so if you can get a deal then that makes it more reasonable. We rented complimentary bikes and visited local village area. Really enjoyed watching Thai folks carrying on with their daily lifes. Overall this is a bea

The highest rated hotel in Koh Samui is well deserved ... After booking countless reviews before booking, my eyes were almost blinded. I originally planned to stay at the net red W hotel and Wana Belle. Four seasons, Conrad and the Ritz-Carlton carefully studied, and finally determined the Four Seasons and Ritz, I have to say that this Swiss brand is really awesome, the service level is quite high, not exquisite, and rigorous efficiency High, when I checked in, I suddenly found that a large bag of sk2 I bought at the Hong Kong Airport was gone, and my mother landed at a small shop at the exit of Samui Airport. I told the hotel front desk to contact me immediately and send me a free car to the airport Back, I'm so touched that I can comfortably enjoy the welcome drink and coconut sugar from the hotel, and I also gave the children hand-woven dolls. The hotel has a lot of activities, and it ’s different every day. We did n’t book a suitable activity for the two days we stayed. I asked beach volleyball and said that it is suitable for a baby over 10 years old. This is a little small in my home. I wanted to go to yoga class. I happened to have a cold in those two days, so I just stayed in our cottage except for eating and sunbathing by the sea. I did n’t feel bored at all. The hotel has an app and WeChat public account. Any service you want. As soon as I shouted on it, there was an immediate customer service response, and I had to go out by buggy because the hotel was too big, on call, the service was always online, making me feel safe. After all, staying in such a large hotel, except to go I can see some people when I eat in the restaurant, but I really can't see anyone else the rest of the time, so the privacy is really good. In addition, the hotel can provide children's cots free of charge, with fresh fruits and snacks provided daily. The breakfast was great too, not much but exquisite, and each person could order a food from the menu. The disadvantage is that the hotel looks like there are only two restaurants. One is Thai where breakfast is served. The taste is average. The other is western food. The taste is OK. Expensive, two big and one small 10,000 baht, just watch the show, the show is still pretty good, and also gave a little monkey t-shirt. The children's playground is so small that it is suitable for children under three years old. My family is six years old. I looked at the door and thought it was too small. The most beautiful sea views, the rooms are large and beautiful, and the facilities are new! Really didn't live enough ...

Lamai Beach
It is hard to say anything negative about this resort because the view and the infinity pool is just so beautiful. However I would not recommend for anyone not wanting to eat in the hotel everyday or that wants to be anywhere central. The resort is between Lamai and Chaweng but has nothing around it so requires a taxi trip to anywhere outside of the hotel and there is no free shuttle (does provide a shuttle but is extremely expensive). Taxi’s (even the tuk tuks) are quite expensive and take serious haggling to get them down in price. This made our stay at this hotel a lot more expensive than it should have been. The hotel restaurant is lovely and has nice food (we only ate there once) but is quite expensive especially when they add a 17% tax that we did not encounter anywhere else. However there is a lovely little restaurant/bar down on the small cove beach which is very reasonably priced, we ate there most nights. The rooms themselves are lovely. We were given an upgrade to their new rooms which was lovely. The room was spacious and very modern, light and bright. Our only issue with the room was the shower which had very little pressure and ran cold or boiling with no inbetween. The resort itself is beautiful and the infinity pool and view across the ocean is spectacular so if you are looking for a stunning resort vacation and are happy to eat in the restaurant everyday than I definitely recommend this place plus the staff are lovely. However if you prefer somewhere you can be within walking distance to restaurants and shops etc than this place may not be ideal. A free shuttle to Chaweng or Lamai would make a world of difference.

Thai-style hotels, stepped on the pit many times, still did not avoid this time, listen to persuasion, take the children honestly set the international chain of five-star hotels must be right, you can not choose local characteristics or influencers. The rooms are large and outrageous. You do n’t need to add extra beds. However, the hotel requires only two people per room. So we upgraded a garden suite with a pool on the third floor. On the first day, the children were happy to jump into the pool and play. The next day, I found that the swimming pool was not dirty with running water, and because the old air conditioner was very noisy, the first night the air conditioner was turned on, the air conditioner was turned off, the air conditioner was bitten by the mosquitoes, and it was awoken at four in the morning, and I asked the hotel to negotiate The mosquito nets turned out to be a big hole ... I did n’t dare to comment on the breakfast, but there was no harm in comparison. We stayed here for three days at the same price of Intercontinental. This breakfast ca n’t taste good. Eat It ’s ok to have breakfast. The breakfast is by the sea. The view is good but there are really many flies and mosquitoes. I stayed here for four nights and the last day is today. The water stopped. The child came back to swim and wanted to take a shower and then check out. To say what is being repaired, all in all, not recommended! !! !! Let ’s talk about the massage. The price is about the same as Intercontinental, and it ’s a cave. I want to experience it. Because of the tight appointment, my mom and dad made an appointment in the past. We plan to go back at four in the afternoon. Compared with the Intercontinental, the environment and service are worse than one grade. Upon hearing this, we immediately cancelled the appointment in the afternoon. At the massage hall in front of the hotel, the price was more than half cheaper.
