First of all, the distance from the station is ok but the hotel is too old. The entrance of the hotel is very shabby. After entering the hotel, almost all the ceilings in the lobby are broken. The front desk is hidden in a corner, and it is not a 24h front desk. The hotel room facilities are very old, the headlights in the room are broken, and there are few sockets. The most important point: all the doors of the safety exits fell off due to their too old handles, and the doors were rusted to the wall, which poses a great hidden danger. The location is about 5 minutes walk from choshi station and is within walking distance from the station even if it is not a car. It is renovated or the room is kept clean. The Wifi connection was comfortable without any problems. I thought it was a hotel that can be recommended considering the price with good reception. Breakfast is served at １ F, but the content is solid for the price and the taste is delicious and satisfying. Overall I thought it was a good hotel with a very balanced.

It is used in September 2019 before corona. We used a day trip plan with a dinner for a room use.
