      We booked this place on Airbnb and stayed in room 105. We arrived early before checkin so our room wasn’t ready yet. The guy in reception was friendly and welcoming and let us leave our bag with him. When we returned our bag was already in our room. The room was spotlessly clean and warm. The room was provided with plenty of towels, shower gel, tea/coffee and milk, hairdryer, iron and safe. Despite facing onto the road, the room was quiet and we weren’t disturbed by any outside noise. Hotel 82 is only a short walk away from Oxford Street so ideal for shopping. We went to the theatre which was about 20-30 minute walk, also ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

      First visit but wont be the last! What a find. Lovely hotel on Baker Street - so close to the tube station which has loads of lines so very handy. Lovely staff who were very friendly and accomadating over our 4 nights. Lovely room and bathroom with excellent shower and stay clear mirror. Room was very quiet despite being on Baker Street and had a lovely comfortable bed. Nespresso coffee machine as well as a kettle, biscuits, water, proper glasses and wine glasses and a decent sized fridge for our own drinks etc. We had a complimentary drink on arrival in their very chilled bar which was also a nice touch! We had breakfast included which was lovely and plentiful! Very close to Regents Park and lots of nice shops and cafes etc. Will definitely return

      This hotel is listed on the door with 4 stars. I read it correctly, except for its small size, there is nothing wrong with it. I can deeply feel the feeling of the British community, and be quiet in the middle of trouble. It is very close to the subway station and it is a convenient place for many subway traffic interchanges. (Special reminders for those with large luggage are not to go to the nearest subway entrance, there is an elevator, and you have to go up and down the stairs several times.) Except for the small ones, everything is complete, clean and tidy, and the service is especially warm and friendly. One of the cutest hotels I have ever seen!

      Very friendly welcome from the staff who had a great attitude / service throughout. It has quite an intimate feel and it's in a good location but I'm not sure it quite hits my boutique buttons. Our room was OK - comfy bed and modern bathroom but it was stuffy overnight and a bit tired in places. Only one minor source of irritation for me - a 'discretionary' 3% room servicing charge automatically added at the end. (which I paid). Nasty trend this - why or why can't hotels just pay staff properly and have clear and fair pricing by putting it in the advertised price?

      Surprise stay in London for my Birthday. Wow as soon as we arrived at the Durra tsp hotel we was greeted at the door , we arrived a little early than expected but wasn't sure we was able to check in at that time. The receptionist was lovely very welcoming and polite said our room was ready and that we could book in ,the hotel was spotless the room was lovely ,clean and spacious . We was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and was made to feel special they couldn’t do enough for you, the hotel is a small walk to Oxford street. Only down side was there ate no USB ports so make sure you take your full charger with you, bed was super comfy , breakfast was table service and it was amazing and the service was very professional very polite staff I would definitely like to return and would definitely recommend this hotel thank you
