The room was so clean and nice. It had beautiful views from the windows because our room was on the 10th floor. I liked that there was a balcony too. We had high expectations for breakfast but it was too crowded (Sunday morning) and the food wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. But overall, I loved this hotel and would highly recommend.
In March 2022, I stayed for two nights alone.
It's a little walk from the nearest station, tsurugaien Mae Station.
There are several convenience stores between the outer garden station and the hotel.
There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel building, but it is closed at 23 o'clock.
There was a cafe on the first floor.
I was able to get skin care supplies for 2 nights at check-in.
The time I stayed was 15 o'clock for the closing time of the restaurant in the hotel and I was troubled by dinner.
I used a delivery pizza.
The room had a Bluetooth speaker and it was good.
There was one mineral water in the room.
The windows in the room were not open.
I didn't use it, but there was a large bath.
There was a normal outlet and a USB port on the pillow, which was convenient for charging.
I thought it was not suitable for the work of bringing PC because the table was small.
I would like to stay if I have another chance.
Booking was made the same day. Room was smaller than expected. But as a member of the hotel chain, you have a welcome drink and one hour more for check out.
There are many restaurants around to choose from. Subway is less than 5 minutes walk away.
All in all, pretty good hotel to stay at
Situated in the centre of Tokyo, 80 metres from Saikabo Kimchi Museum and 100 metres from Fire Museum, Gennoya offers accommodation with free WiFi. Every unit has a private bathroom and shower, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. A microwave and kettle are also available. Popular points of interest near the apartment include Oiwa Mizukake Kannon, Sasadera Chozenji Temple and Aizumi Art Museum. The nearest airport is Tokyo Haneda Airport, 21 km from Gennoya.
Rooms are fairly sized and clean and boast a balcony. Every unit is a neat little efficiency with everything you need. A desk, a small sitting area, a bathroom, a cooking area and a washing machine. Yotsuya is well located on the west side of the city, 40 minutes by subway to Asakusa and 30 minutes to Shibuya. At about $90-100 a night for a single room it’s value for money, but I might stay somewhere else next time I’m in Tokyo to explore other parts of the city. Ps: if you stay less than a week, there’s no housekeeping but they will remove your trash and give you fresh towels
Due to the flight delay on the first day of check-in, it took a long time to find the location of the apartment at night. The map is very useful. In fact, the navigation is quite accurate. We also printed the route map provided by the landlord to save time. In the next few days, I found that the location was pretty good, with easy access, with stations and convenience stores everywhere, which was very convenient.
The location is good, 5 to 10 minutes on foot from the nearest station, and there are convenience stores such as Famima and Lawson, so I didn't have trouble eating even if I stayed without meals. The staff in the lobby were nice. When I went to drop off my luggage before check-in, they recommended me to get a coupon for national travel support, so I was very happy to be able to use it for souvenirs and meals at my destination. The room was a good size and the TV was big. However, since the amenities are in the lobby, I felt that it would be troublesome to go get them after bathing. In addition, it took me a long time to find one in the washroom because there was only a cup and there was no hair dryer nearby. But overall it was clean and very comfortable. I would like to stay again if I have another chance.
Indoor, bed, towel, refrigerator are all clean.
The size of the room seems to be different from the room of 7200 yen and 7700 yen, so check it carefully when you assign the room.
It was nice to have a small bathtub in all rooms so you could soak in warm water for a while.
The sound insulation was poor, the room was dry, but
You can lie down on the back of the bedside and adjust the lighting.
Basically, there's a multitab on the outlet on the desk.
The small part was good for the customer.
The friendly boss tried to use the translator to guide you in Korean.
I was worried about the weight of my luggage before I went to the airport, but I brought my scales on purpose.
We were able to check the weight of the luggage in advance.
100% revisit doctor
Tip. If you use Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, etc.
You get discounts for each payment method and cash on site
Booking is a little cheaper than doing.
Breakfast is rich, the environment is elegant, the atmosphere is very good, the service is very good, the bed room is big enough, the family is three, the bed is not crowded, the bathroom is super good, the location is good, in short, it is great.
I stayed at a fashionable hotel, which is a hot topic on Instagram, with my husband and my daughter, who is one and a half years old. I went by car, but when I checked in advance, the front desk taught me about the parking lot, so I was able to use it smoothly! The interior and art in the rooms were just wonderful, and I was wondering where this was. It's fashionable but not eccentric, and it's a sophisticated and relaxing space, so I could spend a relaxing time. In addition, the minibar and snacks were all free, and all of them were outstanding for hotel stays. We also toasted Frecine in the room before heading to dinner. We had dinner at Belcomo on the 4th floor. Although the state of emergency was declared, the corona measures were taken properly, and the seats between the customers were separated, so I was more relieved at the terrace seats. All the staff were kind and arranged the kids plate so that it was easy for my daughter to eat, so I was able to eat a lot. I was very happy because eating out was restricted when I had small children. The food was delicious, and it was very easy to eat because it was served in two parts. It was a blissful time for the first time in a long time to be able to eat out for 2 hours as the drink progressed! Thanks to the ample minibar, I enjoyed it in my room after that. Without feeling the reality of going to a convenience store to have a drink again in your room after a nice restaurant! Lol The bath was spacious and the linen was comfortable and I slept slowly. Breakfast was also served at Belcomo, which is bright and open, which is different from the evening. I was surprised that the Japanese breakfast was delicious! This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.
Really long check in. Had to wait 1.5 hour in a waiting room. The breakfast buffet was the biggest joke I have ever seen. I have been all around the world and this was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Canned fruit the only option. You mean for $30 you couldn’t even serve a single fresh fruit option. Deli ham slices in water was embarrassing
The distance to the subway was also good enough to walk around, and the location is good as there are small Don Quixote, Bic Camera, and drugstore cosmetics stores near the subway. However, it can be a little difficult to get to while pushing the trunk because there are hills.
Before Corona, shuttles between airports and hotels were operated, but now it's a pity that it's temporarily suspended due to Corona.
As you already know, Hotel Park is so famous that it does not need to be explained further, and the size of the room is satisfactory enough compared to Japanese hotels.
However, it is a hotel with a long tradition and history, so do not expect sensibility these days. It will make up for the lack of comfort instead of the old one.
Amenities are also very good. Customer-friendly enough to take care of single-use skin lotion for men and women.
Shibuya and Shinjuku can also be reached by taxi for 20,000 won.
Of course, if you are a traveler who misses even a penny, the nearest subway is recommended.
The route is also great.
The only disappointment is the quality of the breakfast.
It is okay to experience it at least once, but it is questionable whether it is worth paying more than 30,000 won to eat it.
Unless meals are included, you may want to consider breakfast.
The front desk of the hotel is Chinese and can speak Chinese. It is a shopping street when you go out. It is very convenient to buy and buy. There are also many pipes for eating. Turn left when you go out. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway. The neighborhood belongs to the bar street area, and there are many people at night. The door of the hotel is not very obvious. The lights are dim like a warehouse.
Meguro was in the list in our Japan Travel and we decided to stay in this hotel it was affordable and very accessible to popular tourist destinations in the area. The hotel was simple yet clean and you could feel that ”warmth” as you enter. The wifi access was good and the good thing about this hotel, it's got a convenience store where you can buy anything you need while you stay there. The staff were very helpful. All in all it was a delightful stay in this hotel.
The price is very high, the washing machine in the room is very convenient, and the surrounding shopping is also convenient. I have lived for a month and am very satisfied. It is also convenient to go out and play. I will choose to live here in the future.
I was able to stay cheaply on the first day of the three consecutive holidays.
Above all, the location was good, and I was satisfied with the moderate service that I did not overdo it!
The building certainly feels old, so the cleanliness is inferior to that of a modern hotel, but the atmosphere of the room was cute and refurbished in an antique style, and even the bathroom was refurbished in a marble style.
I stayed in a single room, but I think it's the size of a typical business hotel.
A convenience store is also nearby, and Shibuya station is a short walk away.
I took a taxi from Omotesando for 750 yen.
It was very helpful that you lent me an umbrella.
It's enough for work or when traveling to Tokyo where you don't need luxury.
I think I will use it again (^^)
An wonderful experience in R&B Hotel in Hachioji! Thank you so much to everyone who work there!
Everything very clean, very polite and quiet!
The personnel is very proffesional. Everything is explained in english or with images. If don't, they have patience and amability to explain and to understand everything. On the reception exist even a portable smart voice translator.
The hotel is in the center of Hachioji, near Keio Hachioji station ( 1 min ) and near Hahioji North station (5 min). In the street it is Familly Mart, 7eleven, Lawson, McDonalds, Mister Donnut, etc. from where you can get everything for eating, living ... The breakfast is offered by the Hotel - very good taste ( coffe, bread, tea, orange juice ).
If you leave the north exit of Otsuka Station, there is a hotel in front of you. It is close to the downtown area where restaurants are lined up, and the location is not the best. I'm glad to have a welcome drink coffee. Breakfast is free with bread and boiled *, soup ３ types, etc. I think it's enough if you don't ask for luxury. The room (single) feels a bit narrow and there is no closet, but if you don't ask for ”relax in the room” just by sleeping, there is no problem. However, it was inconvenient that there was no outlet on the pillow.
The subway station is 300 meters away. On the way to the hotel, there are 4 convenience stores, 3 chain restaurants, and a kebab. Downstairs is Domino's Pizza, nearby McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, and izakaya. The room is not bad, not just aisle between bed and table.
Very nice hotel with good location and perfect surrounding facilities. I will come again.
Close to Meiji Jingumae and Harajuku Station, the location is very convenient for traveling. I was worried about the noise because it was right next to the railroad tracks, but it wasn't noisy at all, and the view of the subway passing by and the background of Yoyogi Stadium matched well, and the view was tasteful. Above all, there was a clean large public bath, so I had a very healing time. The free ramen available from 9:30 p.m. is also nice. Willing to use again next time.
I read a hotel I was looking for. I have been to Tokyo in the 1990s and I am familiar with the Takadanobaba Station. The hotel is near the station. The hotel is next to Waseda University. I am really impressed that I will find such foreign style The hotel. Enjoyed everything. I ca n’t write it. I wrote down my detailed feelings, geographic location, traffic, etc. into a photo and put it in the picture. for reference. So later Tokyo only lived here!
I liked it very much after using it once, and since then I always stay at this hotel when I go to Tokyo. Of course I became a member. Best of all, it's new and very clean. It's in a good location, 5 minutes from Tokyo Station on the Sobu Rapid Line, and yet the price is reasonable. is as high as 10% and includes breakfast.
We stayed 3 nights. Our room was PALATIAL - the Suite above Reception. Simply the largest hotel room I have ever had anywhere. Service was superb, including fabulous breakfast in a beautiful dining area. Very quiet location, but with lovely local bars and restaurants, and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Shibuya. If you head in the other direction, you can walk to Yoyogi park in 10 minutes. We actively want to return as soon as possible. Thank you Shibuya Creston!
Very good value for money hotel, the traffic in Meguro is very convenient. There are many places for breakfast and dinner around the hotel, and it is more suitable for children with this hotel. The room is not big.
If it weren't for the fact that the luggage was too big to carry, I really didn't want to live here for so long. I cleaned it every seven days, and the garbage generated every day had to be brought to the door before ten o'clock, and all the things I needed had to go to the front desk of the hotel to ask for it. Some of the waiters are not very good in English, and they all rely on translation software. Late check-out charges 1,000 yen and can only be extended for two hours
What I was worried about was the smell of cigarettes permeating the room.
For women, happy amenities are available at the front desk from cleansing to beauty oils, so there is no need for a staying set.
I want to use it again.
Although the subway and Tsukuba Express are the closest, it is also within walking distance to the JR station, so it was a convenient location.
It was good because the room was clean and the bathtub was wide enough to soak in.
I stayed for the previous night because the flight the next day was early in the morning. I will describe 5 points that were good and 3 points that I noticed. ■ good point (1) The location was good It is a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata station. The location is very good. I think there is a big suitcase that doesn't bite. (2) Amenities were neat Some business hotels have cheap amenities, but this amenities were neat. I smelled very good, such as shampoo. (3) There was a smoking room It was an essential condition for a smoker. It was difficult to relax while smoking slowly in the room. (4) There was an outlet on the pillow Some hotels have only outlets around the desk, but this hotel had a proper outlet on the pillow. It was very convenient because I was able to lie down and use my smartphone while charging. (5) There was a microwave oven in the shared space. It was important to warm the celery purchased at dinner. Some rooms seem to have household appliances such as microwave ovens in the rooms. ■ Note that (1) There was no morning call service When I asked for a morning call the next morning at check-in, I was refused to be able to do it at the front desk at first. It may be a risk hedge to avoid trouble with guests when the morning call doesn't ring. However, I felt a little unkind to refuse a morning call at the front desk of a business hotel. (2) The light outside was a corner room. There was no thick curtain in the window in the room, and it was only blind. So the lights outside leaked in the middle of the night. When I went to bed, it was a little bright even if I turned off all the electricity in the room. (3) The room is quite small The price was 4000 yen per night, no bus, only a shower room. I was prepared to some extent, but it was still a narrow impression. It is suitable for the price. It was the best to spread one suitcase for in-flight bring. I think it would be better to check the number of square rice in the room when booking if you have a large suitcase. Overall it was a satisfactory hotel. I would like to use it in the previous night.
There is no breakfast in all the hotels and no extra beds. If the children are very young, they can share the same bed under two years old. The older ones can’t. The hotel is very close to the railway station. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but there is one on the opposite side. It's still very clean, there is no noise, except that it is small or small, it is small 😂
The location is very convenient if you are sightseeing around Asakusa, just beside Asakusa Senso Ji Temple ． Asakusa Station on the subway and TOBU line is also very close, so access to Nikko and airport is good and many foreigners use it It seems to be ． The room is like a western room and a Japanese room to receive such foreigners．it was a tatami mats, so if you ask for a sheet, you can sleep even in a futon．night Maybe because the room was good, the view from the room was also satisfactory． The night I stayed was cloudy, but the sky tree lit up to blue purple from the window was clouded It was hidden, rather fantastic and reflected in the night view．The open-air bath was also the best, the bed was easy to sleep, and I was able to rest slowly．
I used to stay at the lodging, but it was far from the west exit, but I stayed after a long time. It is beautiful and cheap, but you can see color 々 and cost reduction measures. It's okay, but the previous day's arvest is too good and becomes a relatively low evaluation. 〈 Personal evaluation item 〉 ○ Location - 6,7 minutes walk near Kamata Station West Exit ◎ Price - Cheap @5,600 ○ Facilities - Beautiful △ Room size - slightly narrow (single) ◎ Wi-Fi all rooms ◯ Amenities shampoo, rinse, Body soap ◎ Air cleaner - permanent - pants presser unconfirmed x no closet ◎ Deodorant spray permanent ◎ pillow outlet ◯ refrigerator ◯ pot ◯ dry Ya-Permanent ◯ After checking out luggage storage - Maybe OK ◯ Front desk correspondence - No problem - Other - toothbrush and brush are distributed at the front desk
This was a lovely new business hotel. We only stayed one night, but it was good for what we needed. The location is very high up in the building. Stunning views!
The rooms are small, or standard Japan size. The shower was good for tall people, however the heat kept turning off and on, which is annoying.
Close to subway line.
The service was sufficient.
Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again.
The hotel route inn used this time, I was able to sleep comfortably and sleep comfortably in a quiet environment. The location is good and you can go to Haneda Airport by limousine bus and train in about 40 minutes. I will use it next time.
For business trip accommodation, the hotel environment is pretty good, mainly because the transportation is convenient, it is convenient to arrange business and work, the room size is not bad, maybe because there are not many people now, the price is very affordable, and it is recommended.
I used it on a business trip.
There was also a remote meeting from the hotel, but the desks and chairs were set up and I was able to hold it without any inconvenience.
The accommodation facilities and amenities were well equipped, and the cleanliness was good. I still want to use it.
The hotel is well located, diagonally opposite Tokyo Station. Both Narita and Haneda buses arrive. The rooms are medium in size and adequate, with all basic facilities, and they also give you a nice skincare experience package. This is a good hotel near Tokyo Station. I will consider staying again next time!
It is a type that the elevator operates with a card key.
It's a little far from JR Akihabara Station, but the Marunouchi Subway Line is close, and the surrounding environment is quiet. There is a Family Mart on the 1st floor and a supermarket in front of you, so you can buy things.
The Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood was cheap and the volume was delicious.
This time, I chose to suppress it within 8000 yen in Akasaka, but it is certainly cheap in Akasaka's market price as a new open price. (even if the fee is high via the agency recently, the HP and the agency (especially Rakuten) in the group here rise and fall every day. If it is about 100 yen, it can be patient, but when it is terrible, it is 1000 in one day The yen will also rise and fall It is a pity that ”the cancellation fee of 30 ％ from 5 days ago” in the accommodation agreement of this hotel cannot cope with the sudden change of schedule (we may also be shifted for 2 days a day). I think it's more sightseeing than business. After that, if there is a loss of the door key (card type), the content of 9000 yen is passed, and the mood is destroyed, and it is not inserted into the door and the electricity is not put on (there is a meaning, charging, The temperature of the refrigerator can be maintained, but it fell in case I thought it was possible. (If I am Kanto, I can suppress the cards that can be used in the Kanto area, but because it is Kansai, the cards that can be used in Kanto and Kansai are different, so electronic money I stayed at the time of less than 1 month open, but the microwave oven equipped with ”one month dust” is good because ＴＶ is black. I could use it. It is a location, but the narrow corridor from the elevator to the room (the place where the shoulder hits if it doesn't give up if it meets) is more careful to stay.
1. The hotel is actually newly renovated and opened in 2019. All facilities are brand new. The rooms are large in size and can definitely be compared with five-star in Tokyo, and the decoration can be regarded as small luxury hotels.
2. Choosing western style breakfast is actually choosing coffee tea and eggs. The rest are fixed. It's one serving after ordering. If you eat it every day, it will be boring.
3. The service is in place and can be equal to five stars of the international chain.
4. The location is actually not very good, at least not as convenient as Akasaka Mitsuke Station. The entrance of the hotel is Nagatacho Station of the Tokyo Metro, but there are no elevators in and out of the station. It is not convenient to bring children if you pull luggage. There is an elevator at Akasaka Mitsuke Station.
5. The hotel is good in all aspects. But the only bad thing is the open bathroom design, there is no door that can be pushed and pulled. This is where you come out of the shower, there is no way to cover it. For two men living in a double bed together, they can only wear clothes inside after bathing. But this loses the meaning of wet and dry separation. And the shower door is completely transparent. When you take a shower, your friends will wash your hands and see you wash. So it is inconvenient for business travel. Because the design of the hotel is actually closer to the type of business hotel. At least this type of open bathroom has been done by many hotel chains, but almost all have sliding doors. It can be fully open or fully closed.
