It is worth mentioning that the hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. We are on a flight at 7:40. I had to stay close to the airport for 1 night due to my last minute change of flight. This hotel is just 15min away from Guarulhos and there is a free shuttle from and to the airport, operating throughout the day and night. Hotel is quite busy so at some time the check-in might take some time. But rooms are quite big, clean, with perfect aircon and wifi. The bed matress is somewhat hard but ok. Breakfast is buffet with lots of choices. The thing I didn't like is that this hotel doesn't offer luggage storage. After 2 months of travelling around Brazil, this was the only hotel not offering this service! For me it is a minus. You have to check out by 12:00 noon, at the latest 14:00, and if you have a late flight you are stuck with your luggage. When I first asked the receptionist about the luggage storage, she wouldn't help at all. Even after I said that I have 3-4 hours left and would like to go for a walk, shopping and lunch. She just offered to wait for the shuttle with my luggage in the lobby. Thank God that later I run into another receptionist and he was superfriendly and kind to take my luggage to the backroom so at the end I was able to go for a walk, shopping and lunch! Hotel Monreale is in the centre of Guarulhos and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby.

I enjoyed to stay at this hotel. Moreover, I needed to ask many times to switch on saunas. At 21:00 the saunas were already not working even it is mentioned that spa is open till 22:00. That's pity, because it is time when most people wants to relax after day. The only thing was missing is jacuzzi.

Very comfortable, new, clean hotel and transfer to the airport is excellent and punctual. Some details disappointed me: I took this hotel with breakfast because of my flight time, and I had few options, not repair the missing options, even though only half an hour after the start. Another thing, staff of different appointments appear to be not talking. I left the car parked in the hotel during my trip, and the car official said it was possible to hit the car around, while they made me pay for the checkout.

There are two very distinctive sides to my review here. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were good and clean, breakfast and amenities were good, and location and value were great. My negative feedback comes from their policies/enforcement of their policies from their front desk workers. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM or so after a 9+ hour flight, plus immigration, etc. at the airport, so a 12+ hour travel day, we were tired. We went to check in and were asked for our passports. I (who booked the room) presented mine and my wife gave them her ID since her passport was at her parents house in Brazil. The front desk worker stated that she needed her passport to be able to check into the room. I mentioned that I booked the room, and she had my passport, so I didn't understand what the issue was. She eventually gave me the key to the room, but said that my own wife could not go up to the room with me until she had a copy of her passport!?! I then noticed a sign behind the front desk that basically mentioned certain illegal activities not being allowed at the hotel. At the end, that is exactly what they treated my wife like, a working girl, not a valued customer. We have traveled ALL over the world, including other places in Brazil and we have NEVER been required for our passports at check in to ANY hotel. Very disappointed in this situation and will not be returning to the Ibis because of it.

The Panamby used to be a Great Western where you could stay one night and park for free up to 14 days with a free shuttle bus to the airport 15 minutes away. Then it became the Panamby and they withdrew the free parking and charged 15 reais a night. Last time it was 30 reais a night. Note the room rate does not include parking so always add another 30 reais to your costs. Year by year the prices have gone up but not the quality or the amenities. Last time we stayed, little things had disappeared like free iced water in reception, a pen and paper and glasses in the rooms. The soap has halved, the towels have longevity, being as old as the hotel, a great advert for the towels but not the hotel. The free breakfast is a comprehensive buffet of hot and cold but do not expect quality, just quantity. The food is average at best, so you eat rather than dine. Staff can vary from being friendly to abrupt. Unfortunate;ly this year the prices have suffered yet another large increase so we will look elsewhere to stay.

I had stayed in the hotel several times before and always left very good ratings. But not this time. A lot of things have changed compared to our last stays: 1) We arrived at 5 in the morning and asked for an early check-in. Normally we paid the rate of 1/2 day for this, now we had to pay a full day. 2) The room card is needed to access the respective floor with the elevator. This never really worked and I had to get five new cards during my stay. 3) No complimentary water, tea, or coffee in the room anymore. 4) Room incl. bathroom outdated and outworn. When I used the hair-dryer, the lights in the bathroom were flickering. 5) We had phoned the hotel before our booking and asked if there were any renovations and constructions planned as we experienced this last time. The answer was no but when we arrived, the gym and other sections of the hotel were not accessible and noisy work was taking place.

The room is wide, has a front room, a small kitchen: induction furnishing, some tea bags and a freezer supplied; the bathroom has amenities. I reserved the room for 2 adults and one baby and the photo showed a berth and the room had no berth. The shower box was very small, inviable to bath in a baby, they should not offer a baby room if they don't behave in the bathroom. I arrived at the hotel the night and with 3 bags and a baby car, there was a inside hotel messager sitting on the sofa and at no time offered help. The location is good. The sofa was dirty and had even nose cake in it. Super small high.

The hotel is not bad but it is an old hotel. It certainly needs modernization. But it is very clean and very attentive staff. With regard to breakfast there are varieties of food but note that they didn't repound but that things remained from previous days. The hotel is also in favour of its own parking, which in Sao Paulo is a real find if you rent a car is a quiet to have parking in the same hotel. The area where you are located is the area of discotheques bars while the two squares around the hotel are discotheques are not very good you can walk to about three squares and you are already beginning to see another type of best-level bars and restaurants . The hotel is located close to the station of under two squares and the supermarket and pharmacy. The hotel is super clean and well located and the attention is excellent but don't expect modernity or luxury . On the other hand, and here if the 10 comes to this hotel and with great applause is that when arrived in my country my husband realized that I had forgotten money in the room. I send a mail to the hotel every two days and they automatically answered that the money had it and returned it to us.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are good, but breakfast is not to be desired and the parking is bad! In the morning breakfast, the mosquito eggs were green, yes ... green, soon one guest had complained and they took off the buffet, the milk was not frozen, the part of suckles, oats and granules were poorly preserved because they were mugs, no description of foods If you have any allergy, take care. Now the parking, I will make a direct complaint with the hotel and also with the parking company, two days were charged indebtedly, when the first day was charged, setting the withdrawal was up to half a day of the next day, 2h tolerance, we withdrew our car at 11h23 and charged another day!!!!!!! The location is very good. It takes 15-30 minutes to most sightseeing spots. The room was clean, but it was a bit small. Staff was amicable and polite. Because it’s not as close to Avenida Paulista, it is much quieter than other hotels. There’s a *****tore about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).

I came to São Paulo for a wedding of a friend. Some of my friend wanted to join me to my room to get prepared together, the hotel forced me to pay 130reals per guest.. that’s insane never saw that before.. the pool is bad, cold and always in a shadow, no towel services and no one to serve us a drink or food there, bit lame.. breakfast is not that great. Zero effort on sustainability or green initiatives.

I stayed in the hotel for two days. The reception staff, especially Tom, are sought and educated. The servant who arranged the room (63) is very educated and sympathetic. I took coffee in the restaurant and found well served, consistent with the charged price (R$35). The location is good. However, the room needed adjustments and maintenance. The sofa was very swing, needing special cleaning. There was a fire signal (all black) take, which made me fearful to fold the loaders of the electronics. The bathroom door was only closed by use of much force, and urgently needed adjustment in size. The shower was a little strange, it seemed a little stuffed. About the Wi-Fi: the hotel makes it clear that the Wi-Fi is a courtesy. However, it doesn't work!!! If you're going to work there, don't count on the hotel's internet. I did not see any series, but I suggest that it is better to charge for a service that will work than to provide as a courtesy and we cannot use it.

I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.
