this is a clean, comfortable place to stay in Monza that costs approx. 50% less than a Hotel but provides an equal quality of accommodation. It is a very recently refurbished building: my room was quiet and comfortable. Room service is done daily; you ll probably need a car as it is quite far from downtown but there s plenty of parking nearby

We stayed in Suite 5 for 7 nights over Christmas. The suite is spotless, large, bright, quiet, and looks just like the picture at the Monza City Rooms and Suites website. The location is great, too, just a few blocks from the Duomo (Monza Cathedral) and central pedestrian mall in one direction, a few blocks from a grocery store in another direction, a pleasant 15 minutes walk from the train station (at least until the end of the walk), and 20 minutes or so from the Palace park. There were a few surprises, though. One is that the suites are not located with the rooms. The rooms and office are in a courtyard with a locked gate and those in suites do not have a key to the gate. What they do have is a set of four keys on a chain with a card about the size of a standard electronic key. There is a key to the gate of the building the suite is in, a key to the front door of the building, a key to an entry way to the two suites inside the building, and then a key to the suite itself. It was a nuisance to get in and out, although after a few days we did at least recall which key opened which door. The washer/dryer combination is new, but the dryer was totally ineffective on a load of underwear and socks for two people from the previous week. The water wasn't even spun out after several tries. Fortunately, the heated towel bar in the bathroom proved effective. The kitchen area is also spotless and new. It has a two burner halogen cooktop. A microwave would have been more convenient for us. The bed linens were very nice, the bed and pillows not so much. The bed was hard and a bit lumpy and the pillows were so soft that my not so large head fell through them to the level of the bed. All in all, it's very good value for the money, but there is room for improvement.

A very warm reception from the lady on duty at the reception desk, who showed us personally to our rooms, which were on the first floor. The rooms were excellent, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. I had a lovely view of the square, which I believe all rooms have. My travelling companions had the room next door which had a balcony, again overlooking the square. Breakfast was included and was served almost next door in the square. You are located right in the heart of Monza excellent restaurant’s with a good variety of cuisine lots to see and excellent shopping. We spoke to a Gentleman at the desk on Saturday who was again extremely pleasant and helpful he arranged transport for us to the airport on Monday morning, which arrived on time and was very professional. All in all a very pleasant weekend break spent over 3 nights, we will definitely return to the same hotel, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

I stayed here for three nights on business. I booked the hotel as it was the only one available at short notice. My preferred option the Hotel De Ville was fully booked. The room was basic stuffy and smelled of smoke. It over looked a yard where dogs were kept, their barking keeping me awake. The breakfast was basic served in a dingy bar. The whole place is quite dark. The room was expensive for the quality of the place. I won’t be staying here again on my next trip to Monza. At €100 per night it’s not good value especially given the extra cost of parking in a nearby car park €20.00 per night.

First time for us in Monza, what a fantastic week end occasion with my partner.. was looking for an Hotel intimate but close by the center, and here we are. From the check in experience with the welcome drink offered directly from one family founder Tany Nardi in person till the cozy yet impeccable room with the view over the amazing "villa reale" of Monza.. nothing could have been better. The room was large and we could choose from a London style large one or a "tom ford" style one with a fantastic bathroom in marble. The "breakfast", i would call it a blast, is served down stairs in the main restaurant and starting from the foamy Cappuccino till the fresh croissant... nothing could have been better. Take a tour to the nest rose garden in Villa reale and explore the city of monza with nice shopping area... But for dinner you can't miss the derby grill restaurant in the Hotel. It is by far " the place to be" for the real italian people; and no wonder why...the wine list is amazing, the service is tip top and the menu is a fusion of locale italian seasonal plates with a twist of innovation. sad to leave but planning to come back soon.. for another get away week end!

Stayed for one week for event in Milan. Staff was friendly and most spoke English. Hotel was clean and well appointed, simple in the european style. Rooms have a full sized bed. A/C not like USA, first room was hot so they changed my room to a nicer one. A/C was about 75-76F not what we consider cold and they were having record heat wave. Ate in the restaurant. Food was excellent both times at dinner. Customs are a little different. If you order a salad as an appetizer, they serve before entree (1st or 2nd course); if you order a side salad, they don't like to serve it until after you have eaten your entree. Very good service otherwise. Only 3 miles from A4 Autostrade and 4.2 miles from Bignami Metro station. It will take you about 1 hour driving from airport with the traffic. Overall a very good stay and an excellent value.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

The elevator in the hotel was really small and could only go in for two people. The front desk service was good. We arranged a large room on the first floor. It was heavy. No haha breakfast is rich, but it ’s been for three days. The hotel location is very good. There are a lot of sculptures in the subway station next to the subway station. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

The hotel location is very good, only 7 minutes walk from the cathedral. If you want to get up early to take a picture of the church, do not miss this hotel. Each room has a separate small balcony. This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. The hotel lobby is very artistic and the breakfast is relatively rich, but the European breakfast is not used to eating. Haha Hotel's capsule coffee machine is also very good. The hardware is not very good, that is, the domestic fast chain looks like it. However, it is very good in terms of geographical location. The opposite is the railway station subway station, which is invincible. Going to Milan Cathedral and taking the subway station at the 3rd station is the square. Buffet breakfast can be eaten for two days a day, and long-term stay may not be able to stand. The service is not bad. What do you say to the Chinese? There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. Great location directly across from the train station making it super convenient to checkout and an easy walk with luggage to catch the train from Milan to the other cities. The hotel is modern and extremely big. Convenient location with many retailers within walking distance. If you get a room with a balcony facing the train station the view is amazing!! The hotel also offers free chauffeur services in luxury sedans to close by areas. Kinda far-ish from the duomo cathedral and the shopping areas. Big buffet breakfast area with a huge selection, however breakfast attendant service lacks quality, food is good though, unfortunately this doesn’t go for all the food ordered via room service, hands down the most scariest tasting pizza I have ever eaten, bad, so bad. Rooftop bar and restaurant not so impressive surprisingly really small. The whole hotel is just really big a good walk to get from room to room. Bonus is if you arrive early before check in time or have time to kill after check out, the hotel offers free facilities to shower and rest on the under ground level.

The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.
