Cleaning or disinfecting the bedroom takes me 30 minutes. The reasons are 4: 1 cleaning, see photo attached it is two weeks that this smile is on the elevator door. 2 the kitchen dish shower works but the sink is plugged, last week it worked badly but in this room it is plugged. 3 I have a digital key, but if you leave the hotel I think after ten to enter the hotel the door does not open and you cannot use the digital key, I ring the bell and call on the phone for almost ten minutes but the night porter did not answer .... I think he used the airpods ... almost annoyed he tells me that I must have the card ... but then why does the bell and the phone exist if nobody answers? 4 I made the chekin through the app and I chose a room on the fourth floor ... on my arrival they tell me that they do not use the fourth floor, they check the state of the bedroom and they tell me that it is not clean ... In summary, little hygiene, little maintenance, little efficiency, the app doesn't correspond to reality. Positive note there is a lady at the reception in the evening very kind. Next week I will change hotels ... and the funny thing is that they advertise the cleaning on the website !!!
