We were given the option to have a cot for out baby. When we got there the staff said they don't have that option. Did not try to accommodate us at all. The room had a water leak from the ceiling and the carpet in the hallway was all wet. Out baby got wet by crawling on the carpet. We waited for an hour with a tiered baby for the staff to come and see the leak and give is a different room. Both rooms were dirty. Carpets not vacuumed in weeks. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The toilet was made for kids. The heat fan in the room was so load we couldn't sleep. The most horrible experience in a hotel anywhere!

On the Niagara Falls road at Toronto Airport, if the evening flight arrives in Toronto, the next day to go to the waterfall, staying here at night is a good choice, and the price is much cheaper than downtown Toronto. The hotel room is spacious, the breakfast is not bad, the muffin can be freshly baked in DIY and then topped with maple syrup. There is a small indoor pool on the first floor.

Booked a big bed room, the room is clean, the space is quite large, the soundproofing is also very good, the coffee machine is also very clean, there is a hot water dispenser in the downstairs hall; the important thing is that the mattress is very comfortable. The only downside is that the boot sound of the fridge is a bit loud.

The location of the hotel is very good, the shopping around is very convenient, the room is large, with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, red wine glass, cutlery spoon, chopping knife, bottle opener, basically can be said to be readily available. There is a gym and a small swimming pool downstairs. Fried steak, buy a salad, open a bottle of wine, put on the table, very comfortable. Like, the important thing is that the price is not expensive.

Overall, the hotel is acceptable. It was located in an area quite deserted from main areas of Oakville, just at the side of the main Highway. Although so, the sound insolation was good in room and the noise from Highway was filtered a lot. It was a quiet area where there was almost nothing in the near distance. The hotel breakfast was acceptable. The final bill settlement seemed easy but there was error in acquising me of not attend to the hotel? It seemed a noisy administration. Overall, acceptable.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn, 100 Britannia as part of a memorial reception. Some of the staff were great/pleasant... others not so much. In the afternoon we went to the restaurant on site, a shot was ordered. There was not enough for a full shot but still charged almost $20!! For 1/2 a shot as they did not have a back up. We asked for menus at 9pm, about 18 of us ready to order by 9:20 and we were then told that the kitchen closes at 9:30 so no point ordering. Bar/waitress SERVICE was really bad. These were some serious let downs and one would hopefully enjoy great service at a Holiday Inn. Hence the dissapointment. A function room was rented along with several hotel rooms and not that it should change anything as the experience should be great regardless but no attempt to step up the game. The rooms however were very clean, a pleasure to stay in and very comfortable. Great shower!! This is not enough to make me not stay here again... I would just tend to avoid the restaurant.

It was clean and that really is what is most important when looking for a hotel room. I have read other reviews which mention dirty sheets or bathroom floors, ours was not like that at all. It was spacious enough and how many 2 star hotels offer a mini fridge? The bed was comfortable enough and the room did not have any bad smells or odors. We were attending an event only a couple minutes away and would stay here again. One thing that was not working was the cable tv, it was very fuzzy, not clear at all but thankfully we were not there to watch tv.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Wait at S5 at the bottom of T1. Hotel breakfast was good. The room is also good, but the air conditioning sound is relatively loud. Turn off your air conditioner and the noise next door ...

Great for families with children. It is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel offers an airport shuttle bus service and ample parking and free parking. The room has a full set of kitchen equipment and cutlery, a simple meal for the children to eat, no problem. The hotel offers a simple continental breakfast, omelettes, patties, bread, juice and yoghurt. Baby cots are available. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the city of Toronto from the hotel. It is still far away, not very convenient.

Stayed here for more than 4 weeks as I had booked a suite on 5th Floor. On Reception - Neeraj was a fantastic gentleman, always made sure that guests are comfortable. In housekeeping - Khush, Kamal and other staff were very much professional and kept the suite clean. Bar and Restaurant on ground floor is fine with very much polite and professional staff(Breakfast can be better with some more items). Overall my stay was smooth and services provided by people were good.

Very good value for money hotel! I stayed overnight in Toronto for a transfer. This hotel is very suitable for me. There is a shuttle bus from the airport every half an hour. Basically, every terminal will arrive at the airport after arriving at B13. Very convenient The hotel's front desk service is very attentive; if you eat, there is a nice restaurant in the hotel, there is a subway and a small bar less than 20 meters walk away; the facilities in the room are very good and complete, with a charging plug and a USB interface; there is a small Microwave, toilet is very clean, there are shower gel shampoo prepared by the hotel, shower head water is very good, in short I think cost-effective living is very good.

The room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable and the quilt was the right thickness. The curtains of the curtains are full, and the thick curtains only cover the sides, so the windows are basically transparent. If you are afraid of light during sleep, you need to prepare eye masks and the like. The breakfast was very rich and the time was relaxed, except for the lack of vegetables. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport departs every 20 minutes. It is very convenient. It will be sent to the departure floors of the airports T3 and T1, and then to the arrival floor to pick up and transfer to the hotel. There was a free dinner from Monday to Thursday, but one night we stayed happened to be a holiday, no, so I didn't experience it. The noodle shop next to the front desk has instant noodles, so if you are too lazy to eat, you can make it up.

So this hotel has a bistro. Translation: It is basically a Starbucks with alcohol for sale. It is not a restaurant. They just reheat food and sell it to you for $15 for avocado toast. I do not like this hotel because they make eating in your hotel too difficult. When I asked the bistro for some plates, they told me they could not accommodate. I prefer to stay at hotels with real restaurants with real supplies on hand. The entrance to underground parking was not clearly labelled. I urge the hotel to create a big outdoor sign that reads underground parking in the back of the hotel. Entrance to pool should not be so close to garage entrance. When exiting the pool, it is not comfortable to have cold air hit you because of the door to the garage being opened. So I do not like the design of this hotel. The pool entrance should be more further away from outside door entrances to prevent cold air hitting you when you are wearing little clothing. And please install real glasses in the bathroom. I hate using disposable plastic cups all the time. Not good for environment. And do not hide the microwave. That is a stupid room design. Why would I want my fridge and microwave to be hidden? Stupid Courtyard design.

We booked the park sleep fly package and the hotel is fine but they advertise a shuttle to the airport. We arrived and were told the shuttle was all booked for the morning until after 8 am (starts at 6 am) which is too late for us so we were told we would have to pay for a cab or Uber. The receptionist laughed at this as if we should have known that the shuttle (which is a Prius?) is first come first served.

The service was very good. The air conditioner in my room did not cool. I told the front desk to immediately change the room but the breakfast was very bad the next day. The buffet was cancelled because of the epidemic. I can understand it. But the cheeseburger and muffin from the downstairs are moldy. Very serious mildew reaction. After the front desk, I changed it again. Fortunately, before I opened the burger, I took a look and felt very complicated.

BACKGROUND: We were on a road trip to Toronto and wanted to stay close enough to the city that we could get to its heart within 45 minutes on a weekend morning, but far enough away that we would have free parking and pay more reasonable rates. LOCATION: This Courtyard is located near the 401, about 15 minutes from the Toronto Premium Outlets. The hotel is a bit hidden away in an office park but not impossible to find. I’m not sure I’d want to be there without wheels; the area is kind of dead at night and, other than Uber Eats and the hotel restaurant (which was terrific), dining choices are slim pickins’. ROOMS: Standard issue Courtyard rooms: comfortable bed, sofa, and clean bathroom. The hotel didn’t seem like the newest but it did seem well maintained. For working, the room has a regular-size desk with access to many outlets for charging one’s many devices, and free Internet. For creature comforts, the room had a refrigerator and a TV with a good selection of channels (English and French, at least one Chinese channel, one multicultural channel, plus most major American networks). OTHER ISSUES: As far as the basic hotel goes, this is a standard issue Courtyard by Marriott. What distinguishes it is the exceptional service. Perhaps I was easily impressed because I had had a rotten experience the night before with a different chain, but every aspect of service exceeded expectations. The check-in was delightful. (Maybe I’m just remembering the big bag of snacks to thank me for my Gold membership in the BonVoy program, but I also recall the staff being especially welcoming and courteous.) We ended up having dinner in the restaurant and the service was polite and quick. But what blew me away was that they noticed I had left my glasses on the table, and called me in my room to let me know. Of course, I had breakfast there the next morning. They didn’t need to remind me to take my glasses, but they were still extremely solicitous. What was supposed to merely be a stopover on a road trip ended up being a pleasant memory, too.

Took advantage of Memorial Day for short family vacation in Toronto. Chose this hotel since it has a suite with two rooms and bathroom and a kitchen. It was a perfect setup for us. I have seen complaints of this being older dated hotel. It isn't a new hotel but rooms and hotel overall is well maintained and I had no problems with decor and furnishings. Beds and couch were comfortable. There is a breakfast available and it's solid if not spectacular. There is an indoor pool, fitness room and washer dryer Location was good for us. Hour and half from Niagra falls border, near Pearson airport and food options less than a minute away in front of the hotel. Also 8 minutes away is a shopping strip with stores and more food/shopping options. Downtown Toronto is maybe 30 minutes away but we did not go on this trip. All travel is by car. I have to acknowledge front staff member Leo who was very friendly especially to my kids and took care of some minor issues for us. He hustles and is pleasant I would go to this hotel again if visiting Toronto

I booked at the Element Toronto Airport hotel on and when I got to the Toronto airport, I couldn't find the shuttle bus as the Element Hotel wasn't listed on the hotels list at the shuttle bus stop. I called the hotel and it turns out that the shuttle bus was called Four Points Sheraton. I took this shuttle bus to the Four Points Sheraton, which the driver told me was the same building as the Element Hotel. Both hotels shared the same building, shuttle bus and front desk, and apparently they are all Marriot Bonvoy hotels ..... so confusing! When I checked in at the front desk, shared by both hotels, I gave them my reservation and asked for a room with a bath. I was told that the Element Hotel had only showers, but was told they could switch my reservation to the Four Points hotel in the same building. So I went to the Four Points hotel, which turned out to have a different elevator than the Element Hotel. I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE ROOM THAT NIGHT, even though I was not NOT told that if I switched rooms there would be an extra charge. I am attempting to get a refund for the second, unauthorized charge. This situation arose due to the bizarre, convoluted and confusing relationship of the Element Hotel (Westin) with the Four Points Hotel (Sheraton) and Marriott Bonvoy, which is impossible for a weary international traveller to sort out in the middle of the night at a strange airport.

About twenty minutes drive from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but there is only one hour per hour and the car is not large, and six or seven people are full with luggage. When we arrived, the first car didn't sit down, thinking that the driver would come back immediately when he saw someone waiting, but he still came according to the schedule. The house is fairly clean and the basic facilities are relatively complete, but the air conditioning sound is too noisy. There is bread and eggs for breakfast.

The only saving grace of this hotel was the restaurant staff (amazing and accommodating) and some of the front desk staff. Rooms were awful, the mattress extremely old, sagging in the middle and hard as a rock. Pillows were old, lumpy and smelled, had to sleep with a towel over the pillow. It's a super convenient location but there are other options next door and a much nicer and cleaner Hilton at the other end of the street, about 1 mile away. I'm a big Marriott fan but will not stay at this hotel again.

After all, it is a hotel under Holiday, the environment is very good, the beds are large, clean and comfortable. It is very close to the airport. It is quite convenient to take a plane, whether it is by car or a hotel. We drove all the way from Vancouver to Calgary, and flew from Calgary to Toronto. There was a car to pick up the phone from the hotel. The next day, the hotel sent a car to the airport to rent a car for the next trip. The overall service of the hotel is good, that is, the driver who hopes to pick up the airport is better, recommended

At 7 o'clock the next morning, the plane was selected in the vicinity of the airport. It is not far from the location. It can be parked free of charge. The sound insulation effect of the plane can also be taken off. The hotel has an airport shuttle bus to play at Niagara Falls. When I saw the hotel near this company, the sanitation was good, and the room had no smell. Affordable!
